This research aims to provide a clear picture regarding the lack of cultural and civic literacy which can reduce the value of national character. Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of cultures, religions, customs and so on. The developments of the times and technology that have occurred have made it easy for foreign culture to enter and be absorbed by society, this has caused quite a few Indonesian people to shift their lifestyle to follow foreign and alien cultures to their own culture. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data from library sources. The results show that the implementation of cultural and civic literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low, which can reduce national character values such as religiosity, nationalism, independence, the spirit of mutual cooperation and integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness and the active role of education to increase cultural and civic literacy in order to optimize national character values.

Stunting is a physical growth problem that causes children to not be able to grow as they should and causes a linear decrease in growth rate. One of the causes of stunting in Bungkuk Village is the upbringing and eating pattern taught by parents to their toddlers. In this study, we use an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) strategy to show how changes in knowledge about stunting are influenced by health education. In conclusion, efforts to prevent and treat stunting in the community will include good knowledge as a provision. This community service approach using the ABCD method can increase public awareness about stunting. Supported by guidance and assistance provided by village health post midwives and posyandu cadres to ensure that anyone who may experience symptoms that result in stunting is immediately treated. The need for awareness and parental participation in preventing this is proven by the decline in the effectiveness of the stunting prevention work program and knowledge in Bungkuk Village.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. The impact of climate change increases public awareness and encourages various parties to realize the importance of sustainability in business and building activities. Companies with a sustainable economy are considered better in the eyes of the public and investors. The sustainability report contains information about the company's social, economic, and environmental performance. Information transparency allows investors to better assess investments that will affect stock prices. Ohlson's (1995) model is used in this study, which is based on Bowerman & Sharma's (2016) research. The three disclosures in the sustainability report together influence the company's stock price, however, if analyzed from every aspect of the disclosure, only social performance has a significant negative influence on the stock price. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study were accepted, and the third hypothesis was rejected. The disclosure of economic and environmental performance and sustainability reports affects the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The company is expected to improve the information disclosed and its quality in the sustainability report. This is so that investors and potential investors can make a more in-depth assessment of the performance and sustainability of a company. Investors should consider more information outside of finance to assess the sustainability of the company in the long term so that the decisions taken will be wiser.
