This study aims to identify internal and external factors influencing the development of the tourism area and to formulate appropriate development strategies using SWOT analysis. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 25 visitors. The findings show that the main strengths are unspoiled natural scenery and community friendliness, while the main weaknesses include inadequate public facilities and poor road access. Key opportunities include ecotourism potential and policy support for spatial planning, while threats include coastal abrasion and unmanaged waste. Based on the SWOT matrix, the strategic position falls in Quadrant I (X = 0.31; Y = 0.51), supporting an aggressive SO strategy. The highly competitive healthcare industry in Cirebon poses a significant challenge for Klinik Utama X, especially as a non-BPJS facility. This condition requires a paradigm shift from a provider-centric marketing mix to a patient-centric approach to retain patient loyalty. This study aims to evaluate and formulate the marketing strategy of Klinik Utama X using a comparative 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and 4C (Customer Solution, Customer Cost, Convenience, Communication) approach based on SWOT analysis. This research used a qualitative descriptive design with purposive sampling, gathering primary and secondary data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The data were systematically evaluated using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. The findings reveal that the clinic is strategically positioned in Quadrant I, with an IFAS score of 2.53 and an EFAS score of 2.60, indicating strong internal capabilities to seize external opportunities. The recommended aggressive growth strategy involves integrating psychiatric and aesthetic services, penetrating the Business-to-Business (B2B) market through corporate medical check-ups, accelerating digitalization via telemedicine and online queuing, and preparing for BPJS accreditation. The managerial implications suggest that the clinic must prioritize resolving internal human resources and strengthening financial record-keeping systems before investing heavily in medical assets, while actively expanding digital convenience and corporate partnerships to secure short-term financial stability.

The steady increase in divorce cases in Indonesia suggests that many couples begin married life without adequate emotional, financial, or intellectual readiness. In response, the government encourages premarital education as a preventive initiative designed to equip future spouses with the skills needed to manage potential domestic difficulties. Viewed through the lens of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, this initiative supports the essential goals of Islamic law, namely the promotion of well-being at the personal, family, community, and national levels. This study argues that premarital education reflects the core principles of Islamic legal ethics and functions as a normative expression of the sharī‘ah. Using a normative-theoretical legal framework combined with a maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah analysis, the research engages Qur’anic and Hadith texts, classical and modern fiqh discussions, uṣūl al-fiqh, Indonesian regulatory provisions on premarital counseling, and scholarly works on Islamic Family Law. The results show that major triggers of marital breakdown emotional instability, financial pressure, recurring disputes, and limited understanding of marital responsibilities can be reduced through structured premarital education. These programs strengthen spiritual awareness, emotional resilience, communication skills, conflict-resolution abilities, and economic management. Consequently, premarital education becomes a strategic mechanism for nurturing harmonious households and reinforcing the framework of Islamic Family Law in Indonesia, positioning it as a sharī‘ah oriented tool vital for contemporary social welfare.

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed music consumption and marketing strategies in the creative industry. The shift from physical media to digital platforms, especially short-form video-based social media like TikTok, has created a new ecosystem that emphasizes interactivity, community participation, and organic music distribution. TikTok allows users to incorporate song snippets into creative content, positioning music as both entertainment and a symbol of digital identity. This shift reveals that music popularity is now primarily driven by recommendation algorithms and user-generated content rather than traditional promotion. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with phenomenological analysis to explore the relationship between music consumption behavior and marketing strategies on TikTok. Findings indicate that algorithms act as digital curators, influencing audience preferences, while user participation accelerates the viral spread of songs through challenges, remixes, and content reproduction. Effective music marketing strategies must be data-driven, trend-responsive, and capable of leveraging users' emotional and social engagement. TikTok thus serves not only as a distribution platform but also as a space for constructing global popular culture. This study contributes to digital media scholarship and offers practical implications for designing sustainable marketing strategies in the ever-evolving digital ecosystem.

This study aims to conduct a pilot evaluation of employee performance in the Raw Material Warehouse Section at PT. IKPP Serang Mill using a checklist-based performance appraisal model. Performance evaluation is a crucial aspect in ensuring the smooth operation of raw material warehouses, which involve a high level of occupational risk and have a direct impact on the continuity of the production process. The checklist method is applied because it integrates quantitative assessment through scoring results with qualitative evaluation in the form of behavioral feedback. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative data obtained from performance assessments of ten employees holding various positions, including forklift operators, checkers, shift administrators, and shift supervisors. The results indicate that employee performance falls within a diverse spectrum, categorized as “performance” and “need to improve,” influenced by compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work discipline, communication, and awareness of occupational health and safety (OHS). The findings also demonstrate that the checklist-based model is effective in identifying performance gaps and serves as a basis for formulating improvement actions such as coaching, OHS training, promotions, and administrative sanctions. This study concludes that the checklist model functions not only as an administrative evaluation tool but also as a strategic instrument for human resource development and sustainable organizational performance improvement.

The growth of online shopping has encouraged brands to utilize live-streaming as a promotional tool to attract consumers, including Parfumoist in Lampung, which actively broadcasts product demonstrations to increase audience engagement. However, whether these broadcasts truly build trust and stimulate purchase intention remains uncertain, forming the central problem of this research. The research tried to analyze the influence of interactivity, visualization, entertainment, and professionalization during live-streaming on consumer trust and purchase intention. Using Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, live-streaming elements are positioned as stimuli, trust as the organism, and purchase intention as the response. A quantitative approach was employed, with purposive sampling of viewers who watched Parfumoist live streams and had made or intended to make a purchase. Data from an online questionnaire then analyzed with SEM-PLS. The findings reveal all four dimensions of live-streaming significantly affect purchase intention, mediated through consumer trust. The findings highlight that effective live-streaming depends not only on frequent broadcasts, but also on the ability of the host to interact meaningfully, present attractive visuals, entertain viewers, and display professionalism. This study concludes that improving the overall quality of live-stream sessions strengthens trust and intention to buy, offering theoretical implications for digital marketing research and practical recommendations for MSMEs to optimize live-streaming strategies in competitive markets.
