This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in public service while supporting local economic empowerment through the implementation of a campus bazaar based on local wisdom. The program was conducted at the Lancang Kuning Dumai College of Administrative Sciences and involved lecturers, students, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the general public. A participatory and practical approach was employed, allowing students to actively engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the bazaar activities. The results indicate that students gained hands-on experience in delivering professional public services, managing business activities, and promoting products rooted in local wisdom. Meanwhile, local MSMEs benefited from increased sales and expanded marketing networks. This program strengthens the synergy between higher education institutions and the community in fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic development.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the low quality of administrative order in the bookkeeping and document management system of Dasawisma Anggur Merah 3 RT 08, Bukit Timah Village, characterized by unsystematic data recording, weak documentation practices, and limited understanding of accountable and organized administration. The objective of this program was to strengthen the capacity of Dasawisma in implementing orderly administration through the development of structured, transparent, and sustainable bookkeeping and documentation systems. The method applied was a participatory community organizing approach, implemented through socialization, technical assistance, simple bookkeeping training, hands-on documentation practices, and participatory evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in the understanding of Dasawisma members regarding the importance of administrative order, behavioral changes in record-keeping and document management, the establishment of a more structured bookkeeping system, and the emergence of collective awareness of administration as a foundation for program planning and decision-making. In addition, local leaders (local leaders) emerged as driving forces in strengthening administrative management and institutional capacity. This program contributes to the creation of more professional, accountable, and sustainable governance of Dasawisma organizations in community-based empowerment initiatives.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

This research aims to explore strategies for maximizing human capital in the context of advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the workforce. The study employs a phenomenological approach to understand individuals' experiences and perceptions regarding AI integration in the workplace. Through purposive sampling, data were gathered from a diverse pool of professionals across industries. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to delve into participants' perspectives on the impact of AI on job roles, skill requirements, and organizational dynamics. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns and emergent themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings suggest a nuanced interplay between AI technologies and human capabilities, highlighting the need for upskilling, retraining, and fostering adaptability among employees. The study contributes to the discourse on optimizing human resources amidst rapid technological advancements, offering insights for organizational strategies to harness the synergy between human expertise and AI innovations in the future workforce.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI), optimizing human resources (HR) practices is imperative to foster organizational excellence. This qualitative research aims to explore the intersection of AI and HR practices to enhance organizational performance. The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing in-depth interviews with HR professionals, AI specialists, and organizational leaders. Sampling techniques include purposive and snowball sampling to ensure diverse perspectives are captured. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings indicate that organizations are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline HR processes, enhance talent acquisition, and improve employee engagement. Furthermore, the research reveals the significance of ethical considerations and human oversight in AI-driven HR practices. This study contributes to the growing discourse on AI integration in HR and provides insights for organizations aiming to navigate the AI-driven landscape while fostering excellence in HR practices.

PT Ungaran Sari Garment is one of the Largest Export Oriented Apparel Company in Indonesia, operating world-class factories in various locations in Java supported by 11,000 skilled and professional workers. Ungaran Sari Garments' production capacity can handle 1.7 million dozen garments per year and still with great potential for expansion. In 2022 to 2024 experienced an increase and decrease in Actual Performance Production. Production Performance data at PT Ungaran Sari Garment for the last 3 years has experienced, indicates that there is a decrease in employee performance at PT Ungaran Sari Garment.

The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

The purpose of the research is to optimize the contribution of billboard tax as a source of local funds and minimize the potential for lost billboard tax (EOL) in Demak Regency. This type of research is an explantative study that aims to find an explanation of the phenomenon of not optimal Reklame Tax as a Source of Regional funds. The object of this research is The Billboard Tax in Demak Regency. The sub-districts selected as research samples are potential sub-districts for billboards in the sense of easy access from various corners, crowded centers and or city centers including (1) Demak kecematan, (2) Guntur subdistrict, (3) Karangawen subdistrict, and (4) Mranggen subdistrict. These four subdistricts are used as analysis bases to then be generalized as a representation of Demak Regency. The data source is obtained by documentary studies, interviews with relevant officials, as well as field surveys. Data analysis is conducted with the following stages (1) calculation of potential tax receipts, (2) calculating the effectiveness of billboard tax management, 3 analysis of the causes of high low EOL and (4) formulation of policies for the optimization of billboard tax. From the results of the analysis will be formulated the right strategy to minimize EOL. The results showed that the contribution of billboard tax as a source of regional funds is still very small and not yet optimum. This happens because of the high tax on EOL (expected opportunity lost) and the number of wild billboards. The high EOL and wild billboards are due to the relatively weak governance (weak information system, coordination and supervision) and the motivation of the work of officers that has not been optimal. To optimize the potential of tax receipts need to be carried out the development of governance based on integrated information systems. To minimize EOL, a policy of strengthening the governance of The Billboard Tax is necessary: (a) establishing an integrative information system for the management of billboard taxes, (b) reorganization of the billboard tax management organization. (c) improve work rules, (d) improve more effective mechanisms of action, and (e) develop the professionalism of the officers involved.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan, karena tanpa sumber daya manusia suatu kegiatan tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat diperlukan berbagai aspek penting, seperti pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian ini  adalah  untuk  mengkaji  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  pelayanan  prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama pada kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja pada kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Jadi dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan perlakuan terhadap variabel penelitian tetapi meneliti fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi dan telah dilakukan oleh subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Candisari Kota Semarang.

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat dan massive saat ini tidak dapat dihindari lagi. Setiap lini kehidupan saat ini tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan perkembangan berbagai jenis teknologi bahkan cenderung terjadi kecanduan oleh berbagai latar penggunanya. Integrasi teknologi yang dahulu diprediksi merusak sistem pendidikan oleh beberapa kalangan, justru hari ini menjadi tandem sejati yang turut dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku pendidikan itu sendiri. Sumber belajar dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah segala informasi belajar yang berkaitan dengan kajian kebahasaan dan atau pendidikan bahasa Inggris dalam pengertian yang lebih spesifik. Sumber belajar menurut Manoharan (2018) adalah para pengajar itu sendiri dan materi ajar baik berupa buku teks pelajaran atau sumber bacaan lainnya. Sumber belajar adalah segala hal yang bisa memberikan informasi mengenai proses belajar dan mengajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development atau R&D. Menurut Sugiyono, “R&D” sebagai penelitian yang menghasilkan produk pada akhir penelitianya dan kemudian menguji tingkat keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pada tahap penyelidikan serta eksperimen untuk dapat menciptakan sebuah produk baru atau untuk memperbaiki produk yang sudah ada sebelumnya, sehingga menjadi produk baru dan lebih unggul. Pembelajaranmenggunakan bahan ajar e-modul interaktif berbasis Flip Pdf Professional dilakukan pada jurusan Tadris Bahasa Inggris (TBI). Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses pembuatan e-modul menggunakan Flip Profesional PDF. The background of this research is that there are teachers who rarely use lesson plans in the learning process. Having a priori beliefs about how to teach is good enough that it does not develop the various skills that are important to be mastered and used in class. This study aims to analyze teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process at MI Miftahul Alim Habau which includes: analysis of teacher awareness of lesson plans and professionalism, teacher understanding in preparing lesson plans, and implementation of the learning process. This study used a quantitative survey method by collecting data by filling out a questionnaire/questionnaire and using a non-test instrument. The object of research is teachers who teach at MI Miftahul Alim Habau. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process. From the data generated it is also stated that there is a need to increase awareness of using lesson plans in the learning process which is prepared in advance with other learning tools before teaching activities begin. The ability to compile and develop lesson plans is only close to a good correlation value.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

In the era of globalization, the world of education has made very significant progress in all fields. All have been based on the use of information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. Technology acts as a tool to help students and teachers in conveying information more effectively. However, students have not been able to master technology-based learning materials. So, teachers must facilitate and monitor student performance so that they can more easily and quickly master the material. The professional quality of teachers in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is because the human resources of the Indonesian people are still lagging behind compared to other countries. The quality of teachers in Indonesia needs to be improved by using a learning approach. Learning approach based on Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This TPACK approach makes it easier for teachers to master technology that is by learning content so that students are motivated and active in learning. This study aims to determine TPACK-based learning in supporting the quality of teachers in Indonesia. This research uses the type of library research. Research samples from literature studies sourced from Google Scholar and Eric Journal. The criteria for the data to be sampled are articles published in 2015-2022. The data that was used as a sample amounted to 15 articles that were following the research variables. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. The results show that from 15 articles that have been analyzed, TPACK-based science learning is very helpful for science teachers in Indonesia. TPACK-based science learning enhances the professionalism of teachers in teaching science material. Furthermore, the TPACK approach greatly helps teachers' professional performance to be more effective and efficient in mastering technology for learning facilities

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

Berdasarkan program yang dicetuskan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Anwar Makarim mengenai kurikulum Merdeka belajar memiliki makna bahwa siswa berhak berfikir secara kreatif dalam mencari pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang bermutu serta sanggup bersaing dalam arus perkembangan globalisasi. Dalam rangka menyongsong program merdeka belajar, peningkatan mutu pendidikan terus diupayakan dengan adanya pengembangan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka dan teknik analisis konten (content analysis) untuk menghasilkan data yang relavan.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world.
