PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

This study aims to determine production management in maintaining customer loyalty and what obstacles are faced in the sopto talang bakung index food stall business. The type of research method used is qualitative research with the object of research at the sopto index food stall. In the process of collecting data in this study using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that production management applied by owners of sopto index food stalls such as production planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling production in maintaining customer loyalty is done well and in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective and the constraints faced by sopto index food stalls are inflation of raw material prices, places and production equipment used are still traditional and when they want to develop new products.

CV Dafista Mulia is a drinking water producer company located in Lamongan Regency. The problem that is often faced by companies is the amount of waste that occurs in the process of producing bottled drinking water. The most critical percentage of waste in the bottled water production process (AMDK) is waste overproduction with a weighting percentage of 25.4%; waste defet with a weighting percentage of 16.2%; waste inventory with a weighting percentage of 14.9%; waste unnecessary motion with a weighting percentage of 14.1%; waste transportation with a weighting percentage of 11.7%; waste waiting with a weighting percentage of 9%; and waste excess processing with a weighting percentage of 8.7%. The initial activity time before the repair was 466 minutes (7 Hours 46 Minutes) and after the repair was reduced to 416 minutes (6 Hours 51 Minutes). Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the root cause of the problem with the highest waste is Overproduction, namely production planning that is not quite right with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 396. Recommendations for improvements that can be proposed are to carry out production planning using data - historical data that exists and is adjusted to balance the purchasing of raw materials with orders from consumers so that the results of the Overproduction can become a safety stock so that the Overproduction can function in the next consumer order.

A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. This can be seen from the location of the machine and work stations that look far apart and the existence of intersecting material flows resulting in backtracking, such as the printing work station to the coating work station, the material transfer distance is 12.4 m and has to pass through the garden and back of the CV Renjana Offset office with distances that are too long cause the production time to be longer. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

PAL Indonesia is one of the construction companies in the maritime industry that focuses on producing above and below the surface ships which the Indonesian government highly relies on, therefore the safety system there is very strict, including safety lighting. With good lighting, objects can be seen clearly, so that the operation of production equipment and work in the workshop is optimal. However, the company PT. PAL Indonesia has a problem, namely in the warship production workshop, workers often complain because the lighting in the workshop is not bright enough, which causes workers to experience red, watery and sore eyes. Therefore, researchers are interested in analyzing whether the existing lighting standard is in accordance with SNI 03-6197-2000, namely 350lux. From the research that has been done, it is found that the PT PAL workshop with an area of 2700m2 has an average light intensity measurement of 82.22lux, so re-planning is needed to produce a light intensity that is in accordance with the standards. Based on the results of calculations according to standards, 42 light points are obtained with an average lighting of 354 lux which is simulated using the dialux application. The addition of these light points had an impact on increasing electricity bill rates, which were initially IDR 624,575.34 per month to IDR 2,186,013.69 per month.

Shipyards are often difficult to find information quickly and efficiently on every component of the workplace. A good information system is actually needed for the work process in the shipyard because the project head's planning for the distribution of the project workload being carried out will result in a smooth production process, which will affect the completion time of the work to be carried out. Each of these stages is the final result stage where at this stage the author will draw conclusions to answer the formulation of the packing report based on writing which is prone to loss and damage. The development of an android-based ship repair information system that can be used to quickly and accurately report data required by the central supervisor allows for full monitoring of the new ship building process, which is standard practice in many shipyards that have a research methodology to solve the problem.
