This research aims to explore the consequences of brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers on consumers' tendency to buy Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products again. Survey participants included consumers who bought and used Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products from Yogya Mall Brebes, with a total of 464 people. The research sample was taken as much as 25% of the population, namely 116 respondents, with the implementation of random selection procedures. The information collection equipment used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability, and meets the assumptions of classical responses. The data were tested by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, as well as coefficient of determination. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions. In totality, brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers have an influence on the purchase decision of Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products.

Student learning outcomes are the output of the teaching and learning process. One of the problems in learning at school is the low student learning outcomes. This can be known from the initial data on the value of the diagnostic analysis results. Many factors influence learning outcomes, one of which is the learning model. The Problem Based Learning Model is an innovative learning model that requires students to be active and motivate students so that they can support and help each other in mastering the subject matter being studied. Research procedures include the observation stage, preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The population and sample in this research were 28 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 11 MAROS. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique.

The importance of knowledge related to Islamic finance and management related to Islamic finance, so that people are not trapped in debt, such as online loans, want financial institutions that provide loans with very large interest to the community. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge on the importance of sharia financial literacy and sharia financial management procedures. The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

Child adoption is a legal action that transfers a child from the sphere of power of parents, legal guardians or other people responsible for the care, education and raising of the child into the adoptive parents' family setting. This research is conducted with the aim of knowing how the concept of child adoption and how child protection efforts in Indonesia are associated with the practice of child adoption. This study used a normative juridical approach in order to accomplish its goals. Descriptive analytical research specifications are used. The protection of children regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection is still not running effectively due to various forms of abuse directed to the child's home environment, including child abuse practices where the child fails to follow the rules or procedures, there are potential consequences that can cause the child to become less normal.

Postpartum discomfort is a nursing problem that is often experienced by mothers in the postpartum period. One of them is caused by breast enggorgement. The symptoms experienced are pain and the mother's breasts harden making it difficult to breastfeed. Breast care intervention for problems of postpartum discomfort ‘caused by breast enggorgement. A case study that aims to describe the application of breast care to clients with nursing problems of postpartum discomfort with breast enggorgement. The number of respondents in this case study research amounted to 2 mothers post second day sectio caesaria surgery. Breast swelling assessment using the Six Point Self-rated Engorgement Scale (SPES) with a score of 1-6. In addition, breast care interventions used standard operating procedures and action observation forms. The results of the case study showed that both patients who performed breast care experienced a decrease in the ix Point Self-rated Engorgement Scale (SPES) score from 4 to 3, with breast criteria still enggogerment but pain level was reduced. Breast milk (ASI) becomes smooth and breastfeeding the baby becomes easier. The implementation of breast care can reduce pain and swelling in the breast.for mother wirh discomfort after birth.

Infant deaths generally occur in the early neonatal period due to hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia in newborns is quite high, globally ranging from 8.5-52%, an estimated 17 million newborns experience hypothermia in developing countries. The incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is 92.3%, the infant mortality rate due to hypothermia is 6.3%. One intervention to minimize the incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is to initiate early breastfeeding. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. The research method used a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 14 respondents. The measuring instruments in this study were a digital axillary thermometer, standard operating procedures (SOP) for early breastfeeding initiation and observation sheets. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test found a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies in the Midwifery Room at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Early initiation of breastfeeding can be used as an intervention for newborns to minimize the incidence of hypothermia

The analysis and conclusions of this research center on the contribution made by cooperative orphanages to the development of the younger generation as a whole by offering character education as well as faith-based correctional and rehabilitation services. The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the handling of criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo.This research uses empirical legal research methods. Empirical legal studies themselves are studies that view law as reality, including social reality, cultural reality, and empirical studies of the world. This research took place at the Environment and Forestry Service of Gorontalo Province. The results of this research show that: Handling criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo has not been handled properly and correctly. Good and correct handling has not been implemented due to internal factors such as communication, supervision, individual, financial and others, as well as external factors such as community factors, law enforcement, culture, advice and infrastructure. Ineffective handling can have an impact on society. Waste from processing is very dangerous when it pollutes residents' areas, the impact that can be felt by the community is contracting disease and can even cause death if it is not handled according to waste processing procedures. Law enforcement against environmental pollution which triggers criminal acts in Gorontalo Province has not been implemented properly. This is due to several factors that have not been fulfilled optimally. This can be seen from various factors such as law enforcement not being optimal in terms of a persuasive approach, inadequate facilities and infrastructure with limited human resources, as well as community habits and culture which consider environmental pollution to be a normal and common occurrence.

Abstract. The baby's social emotional development must be a parent's main goal, because if social emotional development does not go well it will affect and hinder other developments such as psychomotor, emotional and other baby development. This research uses a method called critical review, which involves careful examination and evaluation of various sources of information, such as scientific journals, articles, and other media. The main goal of this approach is to improve readers' comprehension and interpretation skills in the field of early childhood development. Infancy is a time of rapid growth and change, infancy is a time of reduced dependency. The developmental tasks of infancy throughout the life span are, learning to eat solid food, learning to walk, learning to talk, learning to control the elimination of body waste, learning sexual differences and procedures, preparing to read, and learning to distinguish right from wrong, and starting to develop conscience. The development of patterns in the changes experienced by individuals since they were still in the womb over a certain life span, namely, weight, height, physical proportions, bones, muscles and fat, body shape, teeth, nervous system, and development of the sense organs. The psychological function of infancy is the period of formation of fundamental psychological patterns for eating, sleeping, and toileting, although the formation of these habits may not be complete by the end of infancy.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely by analyzing and describing the problems found. This research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from books, previous research, and articles related to research related to archival systems. The samples from this research were Tutorping employees of the Indonesian National Resilience Institute. Researchers also used data collection techniques in the form of surveys sent to 20 employees. In companies and institutions, the archival system is planning, supervising, training, organizing, developing, and managerial activities oriented towards the creation, maintenance, use, and depreciation of archives. This research aims to determine the archiving system at Tutorping, the Indonesian National Resilience Institute. The results of this research show that the majority of employees stated that they had implemented the archiving system well, and the archival storage system had been carried out by the needs of the activities that had been determined, but the space and space were inadequate so that the records piled up, but within a certain period they were destroyed following procedures. In the context of effectiveness, a good level of understanding of the archive system can create improvements in employee work. This research provides insight for employees into the importance of understanding the archive system within the institution. In this way, there will be an improvement in the archive system in the institution as a whole.  

Research on public services in Batam City has been carried out with various focuses and approaches. Research conducted at the Batam City Public Service Mall aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with public services with changes to the business licensing regulatory system. The research results show that the majority of people express satisfaction with the services provided by the Batam City Public Service Mall, however there are improvements that need to be made, especially regarding understanding the procedures for processing business permits. Apart from that, other research highlights the influence of service quality and facilities on Batam City Government customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls. The results of this research provide an understanding of the importance of service quality and facilities in influencing customer satisfaction Apart from that, the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batam City is also the focus of research. This research highlights the challenges in running public services according to the minimum standards that apply during the pandemic. The research results show that the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic is still not running effectively and efficiently From these various studies, it can be concluded that public services in Batam City are an important topic to evaluate and improve, especially in terms of customer satisfaction, the influence of service quality and facilities, as well as challenges in providing public services during pandemic conditions.

Road Users are those who have the right to use and get guaranteed order on the road. In addition, road users are also specified with pedestrians and motorcycle users. In the Bangkalan area there are many violations, one of which is PT. This research uses a qualitative description approach, namely describing, analyzing and discussing an existing problem. Qualitative research is based on two data, namely primary and secondary. The purpose of this research is to determine the procurement of existing facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS including the procurement process, availability, and consequences made by the company in procuring facilities and infrastructure. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS are sufficient to accommodate them but improvements are still needed to meet the company's operational standards. This can be overcome by adding facilities according to the company's needs without abandoning existing facility procurement procedures.  

The aims of this study are to find out the translation procedures in the subtitle Brave movie and to find out how the translation procedures are used in English language into Indonesian language subtitle in the movie. Qualitative method is used in this study to uncover the findings using Newmark (1988) concept of translation procedures with four theory transposition, modulation, reduction and naturalization. The data used is utterance and to explain the translation procedures in translating subtitle Brave movie, the data was obtained by watching Brave movie with the source of data is by reading the subtitle Brave movie English language and Indonesian language, identify script, selecting, classifying and analyzing them based on the theories of translation procedures. The result of this research from the analysis of related data show that 173 data were collected with 95 transpositions, 38 modulations, 20 reductions, and 20 naturalizations

The data collection uses library research.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.  

Cinematographic work is protected by law under the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in Indonesia. The research method used is juridical-normative with a descriptive analysis approach. This study applies a comparative legal approach, utilizing data from both conventional and online literary sources, as well as interviews. The research findings indicate that Indonesia does not yet have specific regulations to protect the economic rights of digital cinematography. The absence of a Collective Management Organization (CMO) leads to an imbalance in licensing agreements between the Creator and digital platforms as users of cinematographic works.
