Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKD) is a disease condition where there is a decrease in kidney function, no longer able to carry out its function of filtering the blood, removing toxins and unable to remove waste products from the blood effectively, characterized by the presence of protein in the urine and a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate. Hemodialysis is a kidney replacement therapy method that is often used to manage CKD. The prevalence of CKD in Indonesia continues to increase every year with some patients undergoing hemodialysis. CKD patients undergoing HD are susceptible to anemia. Anemia in CKD patients can be caused by blood loss during dialysis procedures, and disturbances in iron metabolism. The aim of the study was to analyze changes in hemoglobin levels in CKD patients after undergoing hemodialysis. The research was carried out in a descriptive observational manner through an initial screening stage, an examination stage by measuring hemoglobin levels before and after the hemodialysis session and readings using a Mindray BC-5830. The examination results showed that the hemoglobin levels of CKD patients increased after undergoing HD. Hemoglobin levels in male CKD patients were higher than female patients both before and after undergoing HD. The conclusion of this study is that HD has an effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in CKD patients, both female and male patients.

Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. If seen in practice, the Elimination of Roya electronically electronically or online is carried out through PPAT intermediaries at the PPAT office because PPAT who has a user name and password when accessing the registration system for the Elimination of Roya electronically in order to serve the needs of the community for the Elimination of Roya electronically through the online system still has both external and internal constraints.   Keywords: Deletion, Roya, Online

Immunization is one of intervention to give immune for the baby/child with the procedure input vaccine into the body so the body could make antibody against  to disease spesificly. Immunization services for baby/child at tatinang have not yet reached Universal Child Immunization. It was mean more than 90%  had achieved. They are BCG (50%), DPT (40%), Hepatitis B (20%), Polio (60%) and Campak (10%).  The aim of this research to know sttitude related  to mother’s effort for giving immunization in children at tatinang. This research is analysis description with cross sectional study. All of mothers who have child 12-23 month at tatinang, as respondent have taken by total sampling (30 respondent) and used chi-square with significant level ?=0,055. Result of research has showed that there was relationship between attitude p=0,000. For respondent to more interesting in giving immunization for children base on their ages to protection from some disease

A surgical safety checklist is a communication tool for patient safety that is used by the surgical team in the operating room, including the sign in, time out, and sign out process. The time out process aims to prevent patient error, location, and surgical procedures. Therefore, compliance is required in conducting time out. The level of knowledge of nurses about time out is very important because it affects the behavior of nurses in doing time out. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the nurse knowledge level about time out and compliance in doing time out at the Bali Med Hospital, Denpasar. The design used was a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The relationship test used the Spearman Rho test. This study involved 31 nurses as a sample with a total sampling technique. The results of research on nurse compliance were mostly 70.9% adherent category and the results for the knowledge level of nurses were mostly 77.4% with a good level. Based on the statistical test with ? = 5%, it was obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there was a significant correlation. The direction of the correlation was positive (+), which means the level of knowledge was followed by the level of nurse compliance in doing time out. This research was expected to be an added reference for nurses in increasing compliance in doing time out.

As a persuasive communication activity, this design uses the A-A Procedure approach. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Dates milk tempe is an alternative drink for health, which is made from tempe extract with natural sweetener honey and enriched with dates, so it is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the organoleptic quality of date palm tempe milk; 2) community acceptance of date palm tempe milk; 3) determine the content of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The research method of making date palm milk is carried out in accordance with the procedure for making tempe milk. Organoleptic tests to determine acceptance were carried out on 30 semi-trained and untrained panelists. The nutritional content of date palm tempeh is calculated using the Gizipro application. The results showed that date palm milk has sensory characteristics of sweet and savory taste, aroma of soybean tempeh and dates, thick texture and dark brown color. Contains 5.31 g carbohydrates; 0.11 g protein; 0.14 g fat; and 2.14 mg of calcium. It has low carbohydrates, low fat content compared to tempeh milk, so it can be drunk by all ages and can prevent degenerative diseases.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia refers to a very large number. This customer growth rate must be balanced with infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

This research was conducted in one of the retail state sukuk distribution partners, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with the aim of knowing how the sales procedure and accounting treatment for the sale of retail type state sukuk issued by the government. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method, and this research uses technical analysis of case studies. The results obtained in this study are that Bank Syariah Mandiri as a sales distribution partner in carrying out sales procedures, there is one provision that is not in accordance with the State Retail Sukuk Information Memorandum, namely the provisions for securities account storage fees. Meanwhile, the accounting treatment for the sale of Sukuk Ijarah at Bank Syariah Mandiri is in accordance with PSAK Sharia 110 concerning Sukuk Accounting with disclosure of the explanation of the underlying assets by the Minister of Finance, not Bank Syariah Mandiri.

As an effort to improve the quality and quality of production, Ivanna Catering requires a guideline in implementing Hygiene, Sanitation and Work Safety in the Kitchen. The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. In addition, by not applying good hygiene and sanitation standards, it may endanger employees.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the application of the land registration process and the factors that influence the application of land registration. This research method uses an empirical normative approach supported by a case approach. The results showed that in the implementation of complete systematic land registration so far is still not effective, in terms of technical and administrative where there are still many errors found on the picture or map on the citizen's certificate either switched or wrong on size. Then the factors that affect the complete systematic land registration are the Procedure and Mechanism Factors as well as the Resource Factors of the Implementing Officer. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

Digital economic transactions have emerged as a result of Indonesia's technological and financial information advancements. In order to optimize tax revenue, the Indonesian government adapt and respond to the growing prevalence of digital transactions, especially e-commerce. The primary obstacles include finding a clear definition for digital economic enterprises, enacting legislation governing digital transactions that are compliant with international standards, and allocating resources in a way that optimizes the advantages of digital economic transactions. By creating electronic platforms like DJP-online, the Indonesian government hopes to improve the ease and openness of the tax filing procedure. In an effort to maximize tax revenue in the digital age, tax advisors play a crucial role, and society must change to embrace technology. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the digital tax system, the Indonesian government must constantly update rules, enhance public education efforts, and improve online services. This community engagement activity discussed the material through online webinars, providing an accessible platform for all participants to gain insights into the digital taxation landscape and aiding the government in socializing regulations in the field of digital taxation

The majority of workers think that the work procedure with PPE has been quite long because there have been no serious complaints after carrying out this work. However, it was found that several workers had injuries to their hands due to being hit by knives, this occurred due to not using gloves as a form of PPE, and some of these workers even required special treatment and had to take time off work. This research aims to determine the knowledge of rubber workers before and after being given counseling about PPE as well as the influence of occupational safety and health education about PPE on rubber workers at PTPN XIV Teluk Elpaputih, Teluk Elpaputih District, Central Maluku Regency. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design approach. This research sample used a total sampling method, totaling 63 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data processing with SPSS uses the Wilcoxon nonparametric test. The Wilcoxon test results showed that 1 respondent's knowledge had decreased. 58 respondents' knowledge increased and 4 respondents' knowledge remained the same. From the research results it can be concluded that the knowledge of rubber workers before being given treatment reached the lowest score for respondents was 4 people and the knowledge of respondents after being given treatment that reached the highest score for respondents was 10 people. And there is the influence of occupational safety and health education regarding PPE (personal protective equipment).
