: The condition of Indonesian education which until now has not yet found its identity. Curriculum changes have continued to be made until now we have arrived at the independent learning curriculum. Various problems even began to be felt. This research is based on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and the 2013 curriculum for teachers at Kunciran 2 Elementary School, what problems teachers face and how to overcome them. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of data analysis showed that teachers' problems in implementing the Merdeka curriculum and curriculum13 lie in the planning of learning implementation, planning and assessment of learning. The aim of this research is to find out the problems found in textbooks at Kunciran 2 Elementary School. So that we can find out what problems occur and the need for evaluation.    

This article aims to find out learning-friendly aspects for children with special needs at Bungo Regency Elementary Schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation and interviews. The research subjects or informants were the school principal and class teacher/homeroom teacher. The results of the research show that: (1) in this case the principal as the highest decision holder in an institution greatly influences the sustainability of children with special needs who wish to attend Normal School. (2) There are many problematic factors that exist regarding the implementation of a learning-friendly environment in the 3 elementary schools discussed in this article. However, the most basic and very influencing factor is the problem of the school not having special counselors for children with special needs but they accept children with special needs at the school. (3) The efforts made by the school to overcome the problems faced are that the school must first find a teacher who can specifically guide children with special needs so that these children can catch up with other normal children.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

This research aims to find out how child maintenance cases (alimentation) are resolved by parents after divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are if parents do not carry out their child maintenance obligations (alimentation) after a divorce decision in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses empirical research. This research is research originating from field observations and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the case resolution process involves lawsuits, trials and mediation. If mediation fails, the Religious Court issues a decision. However, sometimes the losing party does not comply with the decision. Winners can request execution, including confiscation of property or salaries. In this case, the father is still obliged to support the child after the divorce, but implementation is problematic. Some fathers are reluctant to fulfill this obligation. The Religious Courts play an important role in enforcing this. Research emphasizes the protection of children's rights and law enforcement to fulfill post-divorce livelihoods. Meanwhile, the legal consequences of non-fulfillment of child maintenance (alimentation) by an ex-husband who does not comply with the decision, the party who wins in the trial can submit a request to the Chair of the Religious Court to force the implementation of the decision and carry out the execution. If within a certain time the ex-husband still does not comply with the decision, the winning party can ask for the ex-husband's property to be confiscated, but still pay attention to the father's financial condition.

Learning the History of Islamic Culture (SKI) in Madrasahs has the aim of providing knowledge about Islamic history and culture to students, then from this history students are expected to be able to take inspiration, values ​​and meaning in that history. However, in reality, after being investigated, learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasas found several problems (problematics) in SKI learning. This research aims to find out what the problems are and how to overcome them by using the library research method by reading sources from the internet such as journals which the researchers then analyze. Then the results of this research are that the problems of SKI learning include: problems of students, problems of educators, problems of facilities and infrastructure, problems of insufficient learning time, negative views about SKI, problems of learning that is less interesting or monotonous, and problems of the dominance of cognitive aspects of knowledge. In SKI learning, the solution to overcome this problem is for teachers to better master the learning material and teachers are required to be creative and innovative in creating an SKI learning atmosphere that is interesting and easy to understand by students by using interesting strategies, media and methods using advanced science and technology technology.

The purpose of writing this journal is to find out more deeply how the public responds to the passing of the Job Creation Law. The method used is descriptive qualitative by explaining and describing existing conditions. Data collection techniques use literature studies by collecting secondary data taken from journals or previous research. The result of the discussion is that there are many people who do not agree with it because they consider that there are several articles that are problematic and controversial. Transmigration is a government policy that exists in Indonesia with the aim of distributing the population evenly in various regions, especially outside Java. The problem in this research is the legal regulations related to the transmigration program and the impact of transmigration on socio-economic progress. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative where the reference sources are based on books and literature studies. After conducting research, researchers came to the conclusion that the problem of population density can be overcome with this transmigration program, then the impact that can be felt from transmigration is one of the community's economy which is now starting to improve.

Banking is one way to solve problems related to business finance. Banking is a place to provide financing to develop a business that is being worked on. According to the theory, Account Officers have an important impact on determining customers. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the analysis of the role of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? and How is the performance analysis of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? This study uses a qualitative research method with a type of field study research. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study mention the role of the account officer in analyzing and processing financing applications at the BSI KCP Ponorogo bank including managing accounts, managing products, managing financing and managing sales by approaching debtors and the need for review at any time. The widespread use of standard and non-standard languages ​​among society is very problematic. Many members of society, especially students or the millennial generation, make mistakes in pronouncing it incorrectly. This research method uses qualitative or descriptive methods. It is hoped that using this method will provide an overview of the use of standard and non-standard language among the millennial generation in the city of Medan. The data sources obtained are based on research results and journal literature studies. The data collection technique used was in the form of randomly distributing questionnaires to the millennial generation. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained from the younger generation in the city of Medan as many as 34 respondents, it can be explained that the results obtained were 8 respondents or 23.5% who chose the frequent option and 26 respondents or 76.5% of the total respondents chose the infrequent option , this proves that there are still many millennial generations who are reluctant to use standard language in their daily conversations. Millennials also tend to predominantly use non-standard languages ​​compared to standard languages.  

This research aims to describe the application of the precautionary principle in dealing with bad credit and to determine the assessment in providing financing to PT. BSM Kcp Script. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.  

The rapid increase in emotional levels during early adolescence is known as a period of storm and stress. So parents complain and find it difficult to deal with teenagers, in this transition period. Apart from positive thinking, cognitive therapy is also related to happy thinking. Behavioral therapy helps link problematic situations and habits of responding to problems. This study aims to identify and explain the efforts that can be made by linen attendants in handling guest complaints in accordance with the standard operational procedures at the Chanti Semarang Hotel. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained about handling guest complaints will be accurate. The research findings are problems found related to linen that has spots or stains, linen that is damaged or torn, linen that is yellowing. Room attendants are parties who are also responsible and can help maintain linen cleanliness. Efforts that a linen attendant can make to handle guest complaints, whether in terms of efforts to improve deficiencies or efforts to prevent and minimize the occurrence of complaints from guests, so that linens with stain and damage problems can be resolved optimally and can be reused for operations. The conclusion that can be drawn is that if all work is carried out according to standard operational procedures, it will guarantee the smooth operation of the hotel. If problematic linen is optimally resolved, it will have a big impact on the satisfaction of the guests staying, thus reducing the possibility of complaints.

This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

Then after that, the research will continue on legal reconstruction and legal discovery at the court hearing which aims to facilitate the disclosure of a legal event that occurs in order to find the material truth so that the judge can determine the sentence for the perpetrator.

This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data obtained and used in this study was obtained directly at the research location at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This study uses primary data. In addition, in this study, raw data was also collected in the form of secondary data, such as evidence, documents or historical reports, documents, archives, whether published or not. The data collection that the writer did was through observation, interviews and document studies. Observations were made through direct observation at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. Interviews were addressed directly to the Business or Marketing division of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso according to the information needs by answering the questions raised by the author. Document research conducted by the author is in the form of written data or other documents needed by the author. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the North Sumatra Sharia KC Medan Katamso Bank in implementing the restructuring mechanism there are principles that must be followed in resolving problem financing contained in Bank Indonesia Regulations and can be said to be good. The principles applied by Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso are in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011 concerning amendments to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 10/1/PBI/2008 concerning Financing Restructuring for Sharia Banks and UUS. Namely, rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

Business education should have started from the beginning of education, one of which is at the high school level. Currently in Indonesia itself, entrepreneurship subjects are also one of the subjects that must be taken by high school students. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses business education problems in high school students. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to business education problems in high school students, these 7 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determinants of business education problems in high school students including the influence of the school environment, community environment and lack of student knowledge and students' emotional attitudes.
