This study aims to analyse the effect of clinical supervision management by the Head of Madrasah on improving teacher performance at MTsS Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects including the Head of Madrasah and teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analysed systematically using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results showed that: 1) Clinical supervision planning is conducted in a structured manner by involving analyses of teachers' needs and learning situations. The madrasah principal sets specific, realistic and measurable supervision objectives to support the improvement of teachers' abilities and the quality of learning. 2) Clinical supervision involves direct observation, practical guidance and evaluation of learning activities. This process not only focuses on classroom activities, but also includes planning, time management, and use of learning resources. 3) Evaluation of clinical supervision is conducted on an ongoing basis to ensure the relevance of the supervision programme to teachers' needs. This evaluation helps to develop corrective measures and assess the effectiveness of supervision in improving teachers' competencies. This research underlines the importance of systematic clinical supervision in creating positive changes in teaching and learning. Madrasah principals as supervisors have a central role in providing constructive guidance to support teachers' professionalism and improve the overall quality of education.

This study aims to explore the development of teacher professionalism through Classroom Observation and Lesson Study at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. This approach involves collaboration between school principals, supervisors, and teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies. The process encompasses planning, implementation, reflection, and sustainability stages. The findings reveal that these methods enhance student participation, improve teaching quality, and foster a collaborative work culture among teachers. Lesson Study also benefits the development of teachers' innovative skills, supports project-based learning, and enhances documentation of best practices through the Merdeka MengajarPlatform. By integrating Classroom Observation and Lesson Study, SMP Negeri 12 Bandung has successfully established a sustainable model for teacher professional development.

Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education. 

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This research aims to evaluate the development of teachers' professionalism in the digital era. The applied research method is a Literature Review. Data collection is conducted through library research to identify articles relevant to the research topic. The government strives to develop the teaching profession as a strong and respected occupation, as reflected in the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which aims to develop the teaching profession through legal protection. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, teachers need to have appropriate qualifications to perform their duties effectively. A study indicates that strategies to enhance teacher competence involve comprehensive monitoring of learning aspects and gradual support from school principals and supervisors through training. The professionalism of teachers is reflected in their skills in applying information technology precisely and developing creative and innovative teaching methods.      

This research uses a qualitative type of research, with a case study research design at MI Roudlotul Hamdi Rembang. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques, using source and theory triangulation.Based on research data, it was obtained: The performance of school principals in improving teacher professionalism includes developing teacher professionalism through Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP). The supervision techniques used include class visits and class observations. The school principal as supervisor must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve the performance of the teaching staff to the maximum.    

This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. The objectives of this community service are (1). Provide a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding learning in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning (2).
