Local fashion businesses require accurate production cost calculations to ensure appropriate and sustainable pricing decisions. Problems often faced by small businesses is determining selling prices without comprehensive calculation of the cost of production. This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production as the basis for determining the selling price at Voraya Wear, a student-based local fashion business developed through the Student Creativity Program (PKM). The research used a descriptive quantitative approach with direct practice methods. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and financial records, then analyzed using the full costing method to calculate the cost of production and the cost-plus pricing method to determine the selling price. The results show that the total production cost was Rp1,831,064 for 24 units, resulting in a unit cost of Rp65,757 for shirts and Rp86,832 for pants. By applying a profit margin of 30–40%, the business generated total revenue of Rp2,520,000 and a net profit of Rp688,936. These findings indicate that accurate cost calculation supports rational pricing decisions and ensures business profitability and sustainability.

The use of credit by the public is generally driven by the need and desire to meet certain requirements that cannot be fulfilled with cash. Credit makes it easier for people to meet their various needs, especially for those who do not have enough funds at the time. However, in practice, there are often obstacles such as payment delays, breaches of agreed-upon deadlines, and discrepancies in the recording of installment payments. These issues can create problems for both the creditor and the debtor. This study aims to examine the use of the credit concept by the community and analyze how credit helps fulfill the needs of the community. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and document gathering. The collected data were then analyzed by presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of the credit concept by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate to meet their needs has fulfilled the conditions of a muamalah agreement in accordance with the principles of buying and selling. First, the people involved in the transaction, namely the seller and the buyer, must meet the requirements of being rational, consenting freely, and agreeing mutually. Second, the agreement between the seller and the buyer must include the price and the payment period that both parties have agreed upon. Third, the object or goods being sold must have utility and be clearly defined in terms of its nature, size, and type. Fourth, the price must be clear, with the credit price being higher than the cash price. Additionally, the use of credit by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate has also applied the principles of the Islamic market mechanism, such as Ar-Ridha (mutual consent), healthy competition, honesty, transparency, and justice. This indicates that the credit transactions conducted are in accordance with the rules of Islam and can serve as a fair model for all parties involved.

The non-cyclical consumer sector is a stock sector issued by companies with businesses that are not affected by seasons or economic cycles in a country. The products or services sold are basic necessities that people always need, so their sales are not affected by economic conditions. The non-cyclical Consumer Sector is related to company value through various factors. Non-cyclical consumer sector companies produce or distribute anti-cyclical goods and services, which are not affected by economic growth. This need must exist and cannot be eliminated from daily use, so that this sector experiences growth in line with population growth and an increase in people's income. For companies that have been listed on the stock exchange, an increase in company value is equivalent to an increase in share price. Meanwhile, for companies that have not yet been listed on the stock exchange, the company's value will be reflected in things such as company sales, business prospects, level of risk faced, market conditions and other factors. Therefore, analysis of the factors that influence the value of banking companies is very important.

This literature study aims to introduce the main fundamental analysis and stock valuation methods that daily equity traders apply in choosing stocks for their active equity portfolios. Daily equities traders rely mostly on technical charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest potential activity without assessing a stock’s intrinsic value for trading decisions. Chart analysis is designed to find trades with high probability outcomes by establishing precise price targets. The goal of this technical paper is to emphasize the significance of fundamental analysis in the investment choices of daily traders. Fundamental analysis is based on the careful comparisons of a stock’s intrinsic value to the current market price. If the stock’s intrinsic value is higher than the market price, it is reasonable for a fundamental investor/trader to purchase the stock. This paper endorses the idea that using both investment techniques would result in more successful investing decisions for equities traders.
