Premenopause is a transitional phase that women experience towards menopause. This phase is a physiological condition in women who have entered the aging process, characterized by a decrease in hormonal levels of estrogen in the ovaries. Premenopause occurs when women are aged between 39–51. Anxiety is the most common psychological problem faced by women in premenopause. This pre-experimental research determined the influence of the impact of health education media booklets on premenopausal anxiety rates among a sample of 46 respondents with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The researcher conducted a design evaluation to assess anxiety levels before and after receiving health education through a media booklet on physical and psychological changes during premenopause. The results showed that the minimum age of respondents was 40 and the maximum was 48. Most respondents were high school learners, 31 respondents. The Wilcoxon test yielded a value of 0.000, indicating a significant influence of the health education media booklet on the premenopausal anxiety rate in Karangayu village, Semarang. The researcher expects mothers nearly to the premenopause period to comprehend the signs and symptoms of premenopause, relying on verifiable information, to effectively manage this period.

Premenopause is a transitional period between the reproductive period and the elderly which is physiological and occurs around age of 45-55 years. Conditions premenopause phase are caused by hormone changes, decreased levels of hormone estrogen. Hormone estrogen functions to regulate balance of body fat and maintain lipolysis in fat tissue and can also prevent in blood by increasing HDL cholesterol levels and reducing triglyceride levels. Atherogenic Index (IA) is a new marker to measure level of atherogenicity directly related to the risk of atherosclerosis  calculated from the Log ratio (TG/HDL-c). This research aims to determine the risk profile of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) in premenopausal women using lipid profile ratios. This study used an analytical method with a cross sectional approach. From 40 subjects who met research criteria, atherogenic index result in low risk category were 6 (15%) people, medium risk 21 (52.5%) people, and high risk 13 (32.5%) people. Based on the research it can be concluded the atherogenic index in premenopause women is 0.27 which the high risk.

Background: Women experience premenopausal age at 40-50 years old. At that time the symptoms often appear one of which is anxiety. Husband's support is needed by women because it can reduce anxiety when facing premenopausal. Objective: To determine the correlation between husband's support and the mothers’ anxiety level facing premeneposal in Sabranglor Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency. Research Methods: The quantitative correlation study methods with cross sectional design. The sample used in this study was premenopausal womens. The sampling technique with total sampling as many as 35 people. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire husband support and anxiety level with HARS standards. Research Results: This study used the Kendall tau’s test. It is obtained a correlation coefficient of <0,001 with a p value of 0,001 means (p <0.05). So there is correlation between husband’s support and the anxiety level of mothers facing premenopausal. Conclusion: There is a very strong relationship between husband's support and the level of maternal anxiety facing premenopause in Sabranglor Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency.
