The research problem formulation focuses on how religious moderation is practiced and its impact on community dynamics in the village. The aim is to determine the practice and impact of religious moderation in the Naramben Village community. The results of the study indicate that the practice of religious moderation is realized through deliberation and the rejection of violence. As a result, strong social harmony is established, characterized by mutual cooperation and mutual respect regardless of differences. The results of this study are also in line with Peter L. Berger's social construction theory and Lukman Hakim Saifuddin's views, where social reality is shaped through interaction and concrete actions. In conclusion, religious moderation has become the main foundation of social harmony in Naramben Village. Collecting donations for natural disaster victims is a form of social solidarity widely practiced by the community, including students. However, in practice, these fundraising activities must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, specifically Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Collection of Money or Goods (PUB). This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 in the practice of collecting donations for natural disasters by students. The research method used is a normative empirical research method with a legislative and sociological approach. Data were obtained through literature review and interviews with the Social Services Agency and student organizations. The results show that the implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 in student fundraising activities has actually taken place, but is not yet fully optimal. This is evident in the continued discovery of donation collections carried out without official permits from authorized agencies and the lack of accountability reporting for collected funds. This condition indicates that the level of compliance with administrative provisions in the implementation of fundraising is still relatively low. Therefore, increased regulatory dissemination, more effective oversight, and increased legal awareness among students are needed to ensure that fundraising activities are carried out transparently, accountably, and in accordance with applicable laws.

The development of information technology has transformed trade from traditional markets to digital platforms, including Cash on Delivery (COD) payment systems. This study analyzes the integration of the COD system with the istishna contract in online transactions (specifically on Shopee), its implementation mechanisms, and its validity according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through digital observation and literature review. The focus of the study was on pre-order or custom product transactions made after a specification agreement between the buyer (mustashni') and seller (shani'). The results showed that the COD system is valid in the istishna contract because it allows for final payment upon receipt of the goods. This is in accordance with Sharia law as long as the product specifications are clear, the price is transparent, and the buyer's right to khiyar is fulfilled to ensure the goods conform to the contract. As long as it is free from riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and tadlis (tadlis), the COD method in istishna transactions reflects fairness, openness, and benefits for both parties in the digital economy ecosystem.

The implementation of sharia accounting in business practice has become increasingly significant amidst the growing awareness of Islamic values in economic activities. Sharia accounting is not merely a financial recording tool but also a system that upholds principles of justice, transparency, and accountability in accordance with Islamic teachings. However, its application in the business world still faces several challenges, such as limited understanding among business actors, a lack of qualified human resources, and the uneven adoption of sharia accounting standards. This study aims to identify the main challenges in implementing sharia accounting and propose practical solutions in terms of regulation, education, and system innovation. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the findings indicate that strong collaboration between regulators, academics, and business practitioners is essential to build a sustainable sharia accounting ecosystem that aligns with modern business needs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an essential component of Indonesia's economic framework. MSMEs need to improve their business performance stability to maintain economic stability. This research aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems, financial literacy, and management accounting practices on MSME business performance in the city of Semarang. The population of this research is 187 MSMEs, with a sample of 100 MSMEs that have more than 5 employees (purposive sampling method). The findings show that the variables SIA (Accounting Information System) and PAM (Management Accounting Practices) have a significant positive impact on KB (Business Performance), indicating that any increase in these variables will enhance MSME business performance. Conversely, the LK (Financial Literacy) variable has a negative and insignificant impact on KB, indicating that many MSMEs do not fully understand financial literacy in terms of knowledge and benefits. However, LK and SIA have a significant positive impact on PAM, demonstrating that optimal PAM implementation supports MSME business performance. There is a significant positive indirect effect of LK and SIA on PAM and KB, highlighting the importance of financial literacy and accounting information systems in improving MSME business performance.

Digital transformation in the sales function has become a critical strategic element in facing the challenges of the digital era. This study aims to explore how companies’ managerial practices in managing digital sales transformation compare to existing prescriptive frameworks. Using a survey approach of 540 sales managers from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, and a cluster analysis based on five key dimensions—strategic clarity, sales force replacement, sales force empowerment, implementation actions, and key performance indicators—this study identifies four typologies of companies: Digital Sales Transformation Leaders, Laggards, Enablers, and Replacers. The results show that the success of digital transformation is influenced by a combination of strategic clarity, targeted use of technology, and a focus on customer value creation. This study provides a practical contribution in the form of a taxonomy that can be used as an evaluative and strategic tool for companies in designing and implementing effective digital sales transformation.

This study aims to analyze the quality of service in the Culinary Arts Practical Laboratory at SMK Ibu Pertiwi 1 using the Service Quality (Servqual) method. Service quality is an important element in supporting the success of the education process, especially in the Culinary Arts expertise program that requires laboratory facilities as a means of practical learning. The Servqual method is used to evaluate five main dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study was conducted by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students as users of laboratory services. Data analysis used a comparison between students' expectations of ideal service quality and their perceptions of the services received. The results of the study showed a gap in several dimensions of service quality, especially in the tangibles dimension which includes the completeness and condition of laboratory facilities. In addition, the responsiveness and reliability dimensions are also of concern because students feel that the response to complaints and service consistency are not optimal. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quality of laboratory services needs to be improved to meet student expectations. Recommendations for improvement include improving physical facilities, training for laboratory staff to improve responsiveness and reliability, and strengthening security assurance in the practical learning process. This study contributes to school management in creating a more effective and quality learning environment.

From a religious perspective, diversity is God's gift and will; If God wills, it is certainly not difficult to make His servants uniform and of one type. But He really wants humanity to be diverse, into tribes and nations, with the aim of life being dynamic, learning from each other, and getting to know each other. So, isn't diversity very beautiful? Grateful for the diversity of the Indonesian nation. Apart from diverse religions and beliefs, within each religion there are also diverse interpretations of religious teachings, especially when it comes to religious practices and rituals. Generally, each interpretation of religious teachings has adherents who admit and believe in the truth of the interpretation they practice. The problem is, why do people divide and claim the truth from each other even though the basis is only from religious interpretations. Mutual claims to truth actually announce untruths. If mutual claims to truth are used as a basis for legitimizing divisions on the basis of religious truth, it is very dangerous in the future life of the nation. Religious moderation is a way that can be used as a link to unite those who are divided due to religious interpretations.

Traditional massage parlors have changed dramatically. Several traditional massage parlors in Indonesia have been in the spotlight in recent years due to the covert prostitution practices that occur in these places. This practice involves sexual services offered as part of traditional massage services, and it has become a serious problem affecting various aspects of society. The problem discussed is how the practice of covert prostitution in traditional massage parlors in Indonesia cannot be fully criminalized under Articles 296 & 506 of the Criminal Code and how criminal law is enforced against the practice of prostitution in covert massage parlors in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the practice of covert prostitution in traditional massage parlors in Indonesia which cannot yet be fully criminalized under Articles 296 & 506 of the Criminal Code and analyze criminal law enforcement against the practice of prostitution in covert massage parlors in Indonesia. The theories used in this thesis are law enforcement theory and legal certainty theory. The research method was carried out using a statutory approach which was carried out by examining all laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being handled as well as approaching cases that occurred in the practice of disguised prostitution in massage parlor activities. Problems in the Effectiveness of implementing Articles 296 and 506 of the Criminal Code in law enforcement against prostitution in massage parlors is very dependent on the joint efforts of various parties, availability of resources, and commitment to crack down on this crime consistently and fairly. According to the author, criminal law enforcement against the practice of prostitution in hidden massage parlors in Indonesia currently does not yet have full legal certainty in the application of Articles 296 and 506 of the Criminal Code and related laws. Furthermore, related to the law enforcement factor which is less than optimal, according to the author, the legal system in the crime of prostitution does not work properly, especially related to the legal culture of individual officers who have not made efforts to enforce the law. The suggestions in the research are the need for cooperation between the government, community sponsored organizations (NGO ),child protection institutions and civil society in dealing with the problem of prostitution and improving the legal culture or culture where there must be a mental improvement of government officials and law enforcement officials so that there are no more unscrupulous individuals playing in law enforcement efforts against hidden massage parlors under the guise of prostitution.

Malpractice is basically an action by professional staff that is contrary to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), professional code of ethics, and applicable laws, whether intentional or due to negligence. This negligence is not a violation of the law, if the negligence does not cause harm to other people and that person can feel comfortable. However, if this negligence results in material loss, harm or even takes the life of another person, then this can be said to be malpractice. Malpractice in the field of orthopedics is an act of negligence committed by doctors or health service workers who are tasked with carrying out all kinds of surgical procedures, especially bone surgery. Where in this case the patient who initially only experienced problems with his bones ultimately had to hamper his breathing for the last time just because of an error in administering gas after surgery. This fatal negligence can be said to occur due to a lack of accuracy on the part of doctors or other health workers in providing health services to patients. This negligence can also be caused by hospital management that is not well organized, the staff's education may still be minimal and many other factors. Because this action not only violates the law, the medical code of ethics and also the standards of behavior in a religion but even takes someone's life, there needs to be a way out, namely by; improving hospital management, increasing accuracy in carrying out the medical profession and deepening all kinds of knowledge about various kinds of health service procedures.
