Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.    

International Trade is an economic transaction carried out between countries. In almost all countries, international trade is an effort to increase GDP. Economic growth is an increase in the ability of a country's economy to produce both goods and services in quantity. In general, the high or low population of a country, the birth rate and death rate greatly influence a country's economy because productivity, education, and investment in physical capital since improving longevity create greater needs. The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

This research seeks to assess PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk's performance through the utilization of the balanced scorecard approach, encompassing financial, customer, internal processes, and learning/growth perspectives. The study, employing a descriptive method, focuses on PT. BNI (Persero) as the sample population, utilizing documentation techniques for data collection. Results indicate favorable financial indicators (ROA, ROE, NPM, BOPO, LDR), subpar customer metrics (customer acquisition, retention), excellent internal business processes (AETR, NGR), and positive learning/growth aspects (employee productivity, ETTE).

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred. Since 2019, almost all countries in the world have experienced it. The Indonesian population is experiencing a pandemic that causes millions of people to experience difficulties, one of which is economic factors, namely in paying off debt or murabaha financing at Islamic banks and conventional banks. This is due to a decrease in daily income. If these conditions are not addressed properly, it will result in a decline in the economic growth of a country. This article aims to examine the application of the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 to the gift of restructuring murabahah financing to customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used the literature review method. In addition, this study also uses a narrative analysis method to describe the reality that occurs in the field and conducts interviews with customers and the Bank. The research study conducted in this article shows that the application of Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 during the Covid-19 pandemic can be a solution to maintain the level of economic growth in Indonesia.

This article examines the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance welfare in developing countries. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

The maternal mortality rate of post-SC infection reaches 7.3%, and 90% causes postpartum morbidity. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the SC wound healing process. This study used a quantitative method, a type of analytic survey research with a cross-sectional design approach. The population of this study were all post-SC mothers in the postpartum ward of Permata Medika Hospital. The sampling technique used was a consecutive sampling of 34 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using univariate and bivariate (chi-square test, alpha = 0.05). The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and early mobilisation (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), which means there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and nutritional status (BMI) (p-value 0.04 < 0.05), and there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and anaemia (p-value = 0.00 <0.05) because if p-value <  0.05, then Ha is accepted. Ho is rejected, meaning a significant relationship exists between early mobilisation, nutritional status, and anaemia in SC wound healing. Many factors affect the SC wound healing process, three of which are early mobilisation factors, which, if done before 6–8 hours after SC, has more potential to accelerate SC wound healing; normal nutritional status as an expression of a person's nutritional balance, which plays a role in the process of body tissue growth and has an impact on the duration of wound healing; and anaemia, which anaemia is a symptom of low haemoglobin levels in the blood and obstructs oxygen flow and prevents the growth and repair of tissue from the SC surgical incision.

The revitalization and expansion plan for the old city in Tanjung Pinang aims to renew and expand the area by considering population growth, infrastructure needs and preserving historical values. Revitalization may involve restoring historic buildings, improving infrastructure, developing commercial or cultural zones, and improving the environment.Expansion of an old city can include expanding administrative areas, establishing special areas that maintain cultural authenticity, as well as developing public spaces for social and economic activities. Apart from that, this plan needs to consider the participation of the local community in order to meet needs and maintain the unique identity of Tanjung Pinang.Regarding this plan, it is important to consider various aspects such as cultural preservation, sustainable development, good spatial planning, as well as active involvement from the government and community.    

Babies need adequate quality sleep because sleep is important for babies to mature their brains. The baby's body will produce growth hormone when sleeping, so the baby needs enough sleep for optimal development. One factor that influences infant development is rest or the length of sleep. To determine the effect of baby massage with fennel oil on the sleep quality of infants aged 3–12 months. Method one group pretest-post-test design. This study consisted of babies who visited intending to do baby massage at the Ananda Ambarawa Baby Spa Clinic in the January-February 2023 period. There were as many as 70 babies, so in a month, there were an average of 35 babies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a population of 35 infants and 32 infants as respondents. The PSQI questionnaire (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) was the research instrument used. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon statistical test showed that the ρ value was <0.001 <α (0.05). The results of this study indicate that every 1-time baby massage intervention with fennel oil can potentially improve the quality of sleep for babies at 3–12 months of age 4,460 times. This result showed that Ha is accepted. In conclusion, baby massage with fennel oil affects sleep quality in infants aged 3–12 months. It is hoped that midwives can continue to motivate mothers and parents to perform infant massage and can be an additional reference for increasing the knowledge and insights of midwifery students, who are expected to become one of the most effective midwifery interventions to improve infant sleep quality.

The aim of this research is to apply an a priori algorithm to determine vegetable purchasing patterns and analyze the results in order to control vegetable stocks at Sawargaloka Hydroponic Hydrofarm. The need for quality and safe food supplies is increasing along with population growth, where plants are grown without using land, but using nutrient solutions that are rich in important substances, the application of data mining using the Apriori method can provide valuable insight into the purchasing patterns of hydroponic vegetables by customers. By understanding these patterns, companies can improve marketing strategies, plan production more efficiently, and provide product recommendations to customers. poverty is an important indicator to see the increase and decrease in Economic Growth, Population Growth, and also Inflation in eastern Aceh including Aceh Tamiang, East Aceh, Langsa. The purpose of this study is to see or analyze economic growth, population growth, and inflation in eastern Aceh for the 2011-2020 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data processing tool used is Eviews 12. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data and is a form of time series data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis in the study showed that economic growth had a positive and significant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh, population growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh, and inflation had a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in eastern Aceh. And the F test (simultaneous) shows that Economic Growth, Population Growth, and Inflation have a significant effect on poverty.

Children are the next generation of the nation, so children with good qualities are needed in order to achieve a quality future for the nation. This research aims to determine factors related to the growth and development of children aged 0-59 months at the Puskesmas Pintu Angin, Sibolga in 2023. This type of research is a survey type with a cross sectional design. The population in this study are 50 people. The sample in this study used a total sampling of 50 people. The test carried out was Chi-square. There is a relationship between birth weight and the growth and development of children aged 0-59 months with a p-value of 0.04, there is a relationship between parental income and the growth and development of children aged 0-59 months with a p-value of 0.02, there is a relationship between the number of siblings under five and Growth and Development of Children 0-59 Months with a p-value of 0.04. There is a relationship between parental education and the Growth and Development of Children 0-59 Months with a p-value of 0.02. It is hoped that Posyandu cadres can hold an outreach program for mothers with toddlers regarding the importance of efforts to improve nutrition for families, especially toddlers.

In the era of globalization, the increasing rate of population growth will affect the need for housing. This need becomes a problem if the continuous increase in demand can cause land prices to increase. It is known that investment in property is very promising and is increasingly in demand by the public both in the short and long term. In this research, the building of housing in Sukasari Village will be very strategic considering that this area is starting to develop an industrial area. To meet residential needs, the developer built 16 housing units on 1900 m2 of land at that location. The feasibility obtained from the 16 unit Housing Development Project was carried out in the form of an analysis to determine investment and financial feasibility based on the Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Break Even Point and Payback Period. The profit obtained is with an NPV value of Rp. 1,284,651,362 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.18 (BCR > 1), BEP in position 9 housing units sold, PP in the 10th month, IRR value = 118%, ROI and ROE have a level and ratio of 52%, moderate conditions make a profit with an NPV value of Rp. 85,000,830 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.02 (BCR > 1), BEP in the position of 9 units sold, PP for 6 years, IRR value of 102%, ROI and ROE have a ratio of 6%. Meanwhile, in pessimistic conditions suffered a loss with an NPV value of Rp. 1,077,912,437, BCR 0.64 < 1, BEP does not have a break-even point, and the break-even time or PP occurs in the 13th year which can be interpreted as not breaking even, and the IRR value is 99%, ROI and ROE have a ratio level of 0.40%. It was concluded that the 16-unit housing development project could be profitable and feasible to implement, optimistic conditions with the construction process being completed and the housing units being sold in full in the 12th month.  

Sharia tourism policy is a government effort to develop the tourism sector by prioritizing sharia principles in all aspects. These measures include services that value Islamic teachings, such as sharia-based places to stay, restaurants that serve halal food, and entertainment programs that adhere to Islamic ethics. The aim of this policy is to increase the attractiveness of tourism among Muslim tourists and at the same time create a tourist environment that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, the sharia tourism policy is expected to contribute positively to economic growth and fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the local community. sharia tourism is the implementation of sharia principles into a form of travel activities of sharia tourist destinations. The development of Islamic tourism is currently growing rapidly because it is very much in demand by Muslim tourists who are looking for alternative travel in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia, this research reaches the implementation of the concept of Islamic tourism in tourist destinations that are very popular and in great demand in areas with a majority Muslim population. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. This research uses processing and analysis of secondary data collected through literature study and secondary data analysis. Islamic financial institutions have the potential or significant influence on the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises. Considering that capital is the weak point of MSMEs. With the existence of sharia financial institutions, business actors have access to greater capital and can achieve their goals in business development.

The aim of this research is to analyze gross regional domestic product, economic growth rate, Gini index and poverty in West Sumatra Province 2013-2022. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data and is a form of time series data. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, PDRB per capita partially has a positive and significant effect on IPM in West Sumatra Province, while the Growth Rate and Gini Index partially have a negative and insignificant effect on IPM in West Sumatra Province and Poverty partially has a positive and insignificant effect on PDRB West Sumatra. Simultaneously GRDP Per Capita, Economic Growth Rate, Poverty and Gini Index have a significant effect on IPM. So the fifth hypothesis states that simultaneously PDRB per capita, economic growth rate, poverty and Gini index have a significant effect on IPM

Mother's milk (ASI) is rich in nutrients and is the key to baby's health. Breast milk is the best food that babies aged 0-6 months need for optimal growth and development, increasing body resistance, protecting against infection, forming a healthy digestive system and increasing intelligence. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family support and smooth breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers in the Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Community Health Center working area. This research is quantitative with an analytical design using a cross-sectional study method. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months, totaling 139 people, using a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling, of 58 people. Data analysis used chi square with the research results showing that there was a relationship between family support and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p = 0.011. It is hoped that respondents can use this as input to increase knowledge, understanding and information regarding family support which influences the smooth flow of breastfeeding.

Background: Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. According to WHO, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is around 35-75%, and it increases with the growth of gestational age. Objective: This study aims to increase insight and knowledge and to find out the incidence of pregnant women with anemia before and after the intervention. In addition, to analyze the effect of giving a mixture of honey to increase hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women. Methods: The design in this study used the Quasi-experimental design method. Quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental) with a quantitative approach to one group design pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came to check their pregnancy at the Pratama Hidayah Clinic in January 2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely taking samples based on considerations with the desired elements by inclusion criteria with the number of a sample of 15 respondents. Results: Test using the Shapiro Wilk method. The significance value of the pre-test variable is 0.994 and the significance value of the post-test variable is 0.153 or > 0.050, meaning that the data in this study are normally distributed. So the statistical test used is the T-test with a p-value of pre-test - post test of 0.000 < 0.050. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test variables. This means that there is an effect of giving a mixture of honey increases hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Conclusion: From the research conducted that there is a significant difference between the value of the pre-test and post-test, besides that there is a very strong relationship between the effect of giving a mixture of honey to the increase in hemoglobin levels in the mother. pregnant with anemia.
