Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is one of the most common arrhythmias in the pediatric population, often resulting from re-entry mechanisms involving accessory pathways or dual atrioventricular nodal physiology. Although generally well tolerated in children with structurally normal hearts, its management can be challenging, particularly in recurrent or persistent cases. This study is a case report describing a pediatric patient with hemodynamically stable SVT treated at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital. Data were collected retrospectively from medical records, including history taking, physical examination, and supporting investigations such as serial electrocardiography (ECG), laboratory tests, chest radiography, and transthoracic echocardiography. Management was conducted according to current clinical guidelines, including vagal maneuvers, pharmacological therapy with beta-blockers and antiarrhythmic agents (amiodarone), and monitoring of treatment response based on clinical evaluation and ECG, along with identification and treatment of underlying triggers. We report a case of a 10-year-old female presenting with suspected SVT and pericarditis, who experienced episodes of narrow QRS complex tachycardia that were successfully converted to sinus rhythm following amiodarone administration. Echocardiographic evaluation revealed mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation with preserved ventricular function. Laboratory and radiological findings suggested an underlying inflammatory process, which was considered a triggering factor. This case highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach in the diagnosis and management of pediatric SVT, including addressing underlying conditions and ensuring continuous monitoring to prevent recurrence.

Extreme changes in water quality, whether in the form of temperature fluctuations, exposure to detergents, pH decreases due to acetic acid, or changes in salinity, have the potential to cause complex physiological disorders in tilapia. The research aims to analyze the physiological responses of tilapia to changes in water quality in extreme environments given exposure to Temperature, Detergent, Acetic Acid, and Salinity. This research was conducted at the Wet Laboratory of Achmad Yani University, Banjarmasin. The physiological parameters observed included fish behavior, respiratory frequency measured by the number of openings and closings of the operculum per minute, gill condition, and mucus production on the body surface. Exposure to extreme environments in the form of high temperatures, detergents, acetic acid, and salinity caused physiological disorders in tilapia with varying levels of response. Exposure to acetic acid had the most rapid and severe impact, characterized by damage to scales and fins, impaired movement to the point of fish capsizing, and unstable breathing, while detergent and temperature triggered changes in external organs, heart rate, and behavior. Salinity treatment primarily affected osmoregulatory function as seen from increased respiratory frequency and heart rate. All treatments showed that extreme changes in water quality can cause significant physiological stress in tilapia.

The heart is a vital human organ that plays an important role in the circulatory system. Therefore, an understanding of the heart needs to be given from an early age, starting from basic concepts to more complex aspects. Every human being is created by God with a heart that functions to sustain life, so every individual has the right to gain knowledge about heart health. Adolescents, in particular, need to understand the function and workings of the heart early in order to lower the risk of heart disease in the future. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the understanding of cardiac physiology in adolescents through the use of digital media. The activity method used is health education about cardiac physiology and how to maintain heart health from an early age. The participants of the activity were 50 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Junior High School of the Ummul Quro Al-Hamidiyah Foundation. The activity began with the delivery of educational materials, then continued with an evaluation of students' understanding. The results of the activity showed an increase in student knowledge, which indicates that education is effective in forming awareness and early prevention of heart disease.

The birth facilities and birth attendants are directly linked to maternal mortality. It has been demonstrated that births attended by healthcare professionals help lower the risk of maternal mortality. Traditional birth attendants and non-health personnel have a very restricted understanding of physiology and pathology, which leads to issues with delivery help, which are the primary reasons for high rates of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. The significance of family support for selecting a birth attendant. At the Benao Community Health Center, this research sought to determine the link between husband support and the choice of birthplace among pregnant women in their third trimester. This study employed a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional methodology, which is a study to establish the existence of two relationships or a number of variables. In the meantime, the sampling method employed complete sampling, which resulted in a sample size of 30 individuals. In this study, a questionnaire was employed as the instrument. The data was then analyzed with SPSS using Chi Square analysis. After using the chi-square statistical test, a P-value (asymp. Sig 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 was found, indicating a correlation between the location of delivery chosen by pregnant women in their third trimester and the support of their spouses. As a result, since H0 was disproved and H1 was proven, it may be inferred that there is a link between a pregnant woman's choice of delivery location in her third trimester and the support she receives from her spouse.

The topics of morphology, anatomy, and physiology are integral to biology learning, yet they often present challenges for students due to their abstract and complex nature. Difficulties in understanding body structures and invisible biological processes lead to low student interest and engagement. This study aims to identify innovative learning approaches through an analysis of national scientific literature over the past decade. The results show that the integration of digital technology and student-centered learning methods can improve conceptual understanding and learning motivation. The most prominent innovations include the use of VR and AR-based media to clarify visualizations, the use of interactive videos and simulations to explain biological functions, and the application of contextual learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL). These approaches have proven effective in creating a more immersive learning experience that is relevant to students' needs.

Protracted labor is correlated with an increase in maternal and fetal motility, an increase in abnormalities in the physiology of labor, and an escalation in the rate of caesarean section delivery. In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.
