This research is motivated by the increasing use of TikTok Shop as a social commerce platform that makes it easier for consumers to make purchases through interactive features and various price promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and price perception on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop. The population in this study is students of the Management Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar class of 2022–2025, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study show that ease of use and partial price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop. High ease of use can increase consumer convenience in transactions, while good price perception encourages consumers to make purchase decisions. The implications of this study show the importance of improving the quality of the system and pricing strategies in supporting consumer purchase decisions on social commerce platforms

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas sistem e-Filing terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas e-Filing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan pajak, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,624 dan R² sebesar 0,488. Artinya, sebesar 48,8% variasi kepatuhan dapat dijelaskan oleh efektivitas e-Filing. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu wilayah dan satu variabel bebas, sehingga penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mencakup area yang lebih luas dan variabel yang lebih beragam. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam administrasi perpajakan harus mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis pengguna, seperti persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat sistem. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan literatur perpajakan digital dan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi otoritas pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan melalui optimalisasi layanan digital.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat dalam penggunaan layanan digital banking serta menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut saling berinteraksi dalam mempengaruhi keputusan adopsi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) dengan mengacu pada protokol PRISMA. Data diperoleh melalui pencarian literatur secara sistematis pada beberapa basis data ilmiah menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2015 hingga 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor utama yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap layanan digital banking, yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kepercayaan dan keamanan, pengaruh sosial, literasi digital, serta faktor demografis dan kontekstual. Faktor-faktor tersebut tidak bekerja secara independen melainkan saling berinteraksi secara dinamis, dengan kepercayaan berperan sebagai mediator sentral, pengaruh sosial bekerja lebih kuat pada masyarakat dengan literasi digital rendah, dan faktor demografis berperan sebagai moderator yang menciptakan variasi pola adopsi di berbagai segmen masyarakat.

Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan e-learning dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara terhadap satu guru dan kuesioner terbuka kepada sepuluh siswa kelas XI, penelitian ini menelusuri bagaimana pembelajaran digital memengaruhi pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa umumnya memiliki persepsi positif terhadap e-learning karena fleksibilitas dan kemudahan akses, meskipun keterbatasan interaksi langsung menjadi kendala. Hambatan lainnya termasuk koneksi internet yang tidak stabil dan motivasi belajar yang menurun. Namun, strategi pembelajaran kontekstual seperti penugasan presentasi budaya lokal terbukti mampu memperkuat nilai kewarganegaraan dan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan konten digital yang berpusat pada siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn. E-learning, bila dirancang dengan baik, dapat berperan besar dalam pembentukan karakter dan kewarganegaraan digital.

The study try to explain the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and social influence on consumer interest in adopting the QRIS as a digital payment method in Bandar Lampung. The rapid growth of digital transactions and the shift toward non-cash payments highlight the importance of understanding the factors that encourage consumer adoption of QRIS. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting primary data from 222 respondents through structured questionnaires distributed in various retail and public settings. The data were measured with Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression to measure the strength and significance of the variable’s relationships. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly influence consumer interest, with social influence showing the strongest effect, followed by perceived security and perceived ease of use. The results suggest that social norms, trust in transaction security, and ease of interaction with the system are critical in motivating consumers to adopt QRIS. These insights provide practical implications for service providers, policymakers, and merchants to enhance digital payment adoption by focusing on user-friendly designs, robust security measures, and strategies that leverage social influence to encourage broader usage.

Current technological developments encourage companies to also use technology so that their employees can work more efficiently. That is why the Zahir Accounting application is used to help PT Nikko Utama in preparing financial reports. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction in using the Zahir Accounting application. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method to measure the satisfaction of Zahir Accounting application users. By distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, in this study based on 4 (four) independent variables (Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, and Actual Usage) it can be explained that user satisfaction in using the Zahir Accounting application is 84.1%, so it can be said that users feel satisfied and find it easy to use the Zahir Accounting application.

Current digital wallet applications offer easy-to-use features, security levels, and trust by their users. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived trust on interest in using the OVO e-wallet application. The population in this study were people who were interested in using the OVO e-wallet application and had never used the OVO e-wallet application before in the Bekasi area. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was primary data where data collection was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form to the public. The test tool used was SPSS with analysis stages, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, dominant factor, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, security, and trust have a partial effect on interest in use. Perception of ease of use, security, and trust have a simultaneous effect on interest in use of the OVO e-wallet application.

Digital transformation in the payment system in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially with the presence of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which facilitates digital transactions in various sectors. One of the most popular digital wallet platforms and widely used by students is GoPay. This study aims to analyze the influence of the perception of benefits and ease of use of QRIS on GoPay usage decisions, with user satisfaction as an intervening or mediation variable. The research was conducted on students from private universities in Malang City using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 73 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square, method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework as a theoretical foundation. The results of the analysis show that the ease of use of QRIS significantly affects students' decisions to use GoPay. This is indicated by a t-statistical value that exceeds the significance threshold of 1.96. However, the perception of benefits has not been shown to have a significant influence on usage decisions. In addition, the results of the mediation test showed that user satisfaction played a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between ease of use and GoPay usage decisions. In contrast, user satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between benefit perception and usage decisions. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing a simple and intuitive user interface and user experience. Digital payment app developers are advised to focus on improving the usability aspect in order to encourage loyalty and repeat decisions from young users. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on the adoption of digital technology and the behavior of younger generation users in the era of digital transformation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keamanan, dan kualitas pelayanan samsat online terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di UPPD Kota Semarang III. Metodologi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna layanan samsat online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan samsat online juga berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi pengembangan sistem pelayanan pajak yang lebih baik melalui platform digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan bagi kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan pajak masyarakat.

Persepsi individu terhadap desain arsitektur dapat diukur dengan perangkat Electroencephalography (EEG) yang menangkap aktivitas kelistrikan otak termasuk emosional terkait suatu desain arsitektur. Emotiv EPOC merupakan perangkat lunak berbasis sistem EEG yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan pertimbangan kemudahan penggunaan namun tetap memiliki kemampuan menerjemahkan aktivitas otak secara aktual. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam Emotiv EPOC untuk mempelajari otak adalah Brain Computer Interfaces (BCI). Dalam dunia medis EEG lazim digunakan dibandingkan Emotiv, sehingga perlu diketahui terkait kevalidan keduanya. Kedua perangkat ini memiliki fungsi sama, namun belum ada penjabaran secara statistik terkait sensitivitas dan spesifisitas keduanya. Sehingga uji diagnostik diperlukan sebagai alat untuk memberikan bukti statistik terkait penggunaan EEG dan Emotiv sebagai perangkat penilaian fungsi otak. Penulisan ini merupakan review penelitian dengan menggunakan beberapa sumber uji diagnostik, EEG, dan Emotiv. Hasil yang muncul adalah penjelasan secara teoritis yang berurutan dan jelas terkait metode kuantitatif uji diagnostik pada EEG dan Emotiv dalam penilaian persepsi terhadap desain.

This study aims to test the influence of Perceived Ease and Perceived Security on the Decision of OVO E-Wallet Users. The data collection method uses a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online. The population used is Active Students of Jakarta State University (D3, D4, S1) with the criteria of Domiciled in Jabodetabek; aged 18 years and over; and have used the OVO E-wallet service as a payment transaction method in the last 2 weeks. This study involved 100 respondents, and the data was analyzed using SPSS Version 29 to manage data and analyze the results of the study using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study indicate that 1) perceived ease has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 2) perceived security has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 3) perceived ease and perceived security simultaneously influence user decisions.

The development of technology has brought many changes, especially in the field of digital technology. One of the innovations of this development is Financial Technology or fintech. Fintech introduced electronic wallets or e-wallets, for example Flip. By using trust as an intervening variable, this study attempts to investigate the influence of perceptions of ease, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas. This study provides respondents with an online questionnaire to generate primary data for further analysis. Respondents were selected from a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 175 respondents with 35 statements. The research findings show that perceptions of ease, benefits, and security influence the interest of Kota Bekas residents in using Flip e-wallets. In addition, the level of trust in Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas is also influenced by these three factors. Trust acts as an intervening variable to moderate the impact of views of ease of use, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets, where the findings prove that trust influences people's desire to use Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekasi.

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Go-Pay among Indonesian Business Polytechnic students. The research was carried out quantitatively by collecting primary and secondary data from distributing questionnaires and observations. The population is all students of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic who use Go-Pay and the sample used was 100 students. Data was collected and tested for validity, reliability, normality and other tests, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test and F test. The research results showed that both simultaneously and partially the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience had a significant positive influence on the use of the Go-swallow e-wallet. Pay. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables on interest in using Go-Pay is 60.8%. This study can be developed by expanding the research object and researching the use of other developing financial technologies.

There are various e-commerce sites, one of which is Shopee, which utilizes financial technology or what is known as financial technology (Fintech) in the form of Shopeepay. Many factors can influence interest in using fintech including perceived ease, trust, effectiveness and features of use. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and usage features on interest in using Shopeepay fintech. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the population in this study are regular UPGRIS management students class of 2018 and class of 2019 who are willing to fill out a research questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that perceived convenience has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.001, trust has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.048, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.000, features of use have a positive and significant influence on interest in using fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.043. This means that the influence of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and features of use has an effect on interest in using Shopeepay fintech.

Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi dan penggunaan perbankan elektronik di Batam, Indonesia, mengingat lonjakan global dan regional dalam e-banking. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kenyamanan, aksesibilitas, penghematan biaya, dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi adopsi dan penggunaan berkelanjutan dari layanan ini, memberikan wawasan untuk membantu lembaga keuangan dan pembuat kebijakan merumuskan strategi yang lebih mempromosikan adopsi e-banking. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, menampilkan enam variabel: kegunaan yang dirasakan, norma subjektif, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, niat untuk menggunakan, teknologi yang dirasakan, dan risiko yang dirasakan. Data, yang dikumpulkan dari 400 peserta melalui survei, menunjukkan bahwa variabel spesifik tidak terpengaruh oleh semua kecuali tiga persepsi kegunaan, teknologi, dan bahaya. Anehnya, ketika datang ke e-banking, norma subjektif memiliki dampak yang jauh lebih kuat pada konsumen daripada kenyamanan penggunaan pada keinginan mereka untuk menggunakan. Untuk penelitian ke depan, pandangan demografis yang lebih jelas dapat diperoleh dengan mempertimbangkan target responden dan memperluas cakupan di luar Kota Batam.

The background of this research is that many users of the KAI Access mobile application complain about the difficulty of using some of the features provided, such as difficulty logging into the KAI Access mobile application, frequent loading when making payments, server down and lack of agility in making repairs, few payment options.the user interface which is considered difficult to understand to the error notification where it is not clear where the error is. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, publication, convenience of access and trust partially on purchase intention. The population in this study were users of the KAI Access mobile application and the sample for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling that is purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of research by testing the hypothesis t-test showed that perceived ease of use, publication, ease of access and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is:Y= -1.735 + 0.291.X1 + 0.256.X2 + 0.247.X3 + 0.335.X4 + μ The results of the equation show that the Perceived Convenience variable (X1) has (t count 3.442 > t table 1.984), the Publication variable (X2) has (t count 2.398 > t table 1.984), the Ease of Access variable (X3) has (t count 2.892 > t table 1.985) and the variable Trust (X4) has (t count 4.802 > t table 1.984). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.619. This means that 61.9% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Purchase Intention, is explained by the independent variables, namely Perceived Convenience, Publication, Convenience of Access and Trust. The remaining 100% - 61.9% = 38.1%, other variables not proposed in this study.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, (2) the effect of usability on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online stores, (3) the effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online stores at Lazada.com, (4) the influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, and (5) the influence of ease of use, usability, risk perception and convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online store. The population in this study are internet users in Tangerang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 200 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping, (2) there is a positive effect of usefulness on consumer attitudes in online shopping (3) there is a positive effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping (4) there is a positive influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of perceived usefulness on purchasing decisions (study of management students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka). (2) The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Management Students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study uses observation and questionnaires. The population of this study is management students class 2018-2022. Meanwhile The sample of this research is 84 respondents by determining the sample using probability sampling technique.The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that the Perceived Usefulness variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions as indicated by the P-Values ​​of 0.049. As well as the Perceived Ease of Use variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions this is indicated by the value P-Values ​​of 0.000.

Research was conducted to analyze factors that affect interest in using Mobile Banking. Research conducted on the use of Wow Aps in central Java using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory developed by Fred Davis in 1989 which was later updated by Davis and Venkatesh in 1996. It was a theory that was often used by researchers regarding public confidence in new technology and acceptance of technology. Sampling method used convenience sampling method. The data collection technique used by researchers was questionnaire deployments aimed at users of the Wow Aps Mobile Banking application located in central Java as respondents. Relationships and/or influences between variables were described using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the perceived usefullness, the Perceived Ease of Use, the Feature Availability has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use .

        Munculnya berbagai layanan e-money membuat masyarakat mempertimbangkan berbagai hal dalam memilih suatu layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kredibilitas dan persepsi resiko terhadap minat penggunaan e-money syariah di kalangan mahasiswa di Solo. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Solo dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda,  koefisien determinasi dan uji t sebagai uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kredibilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa. Sebaliknya persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi resiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa.
