Customer satisfaction is a central issue in marketing management, as it plays a crucial role in determining customer loyalty amid increasingly intense business competition. A comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing customer satisfaction is essential not only for academics in strengthening marketing theory but also for practitioners in designing effective service and product strategies. This article aims to address two research questions: (1) what are the dominant factors influencing customer satisfaction, and (2) how does customer satisfaction relate to customer loyalty? The study employed a qualitative literature review method. The data consisted of scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, accessed through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) using the keyword “customer satisfaction.” From an initial selection of 30 articles, 27 were identified as relevant, and 5 core articles were further analyzed. The findings reveal three main themes: product and service quality as the dominant determinants of customer satisfaction; price, brand image, and promotion as supporting factors; and customer trust as an important mediating variable in building loyalty. This study concludes that customer satisfaction serves as a strategic link between service quality and customer loyalty. Future research is encouraged to explore the roles of digitalization, customer experience, and sustainability in shaping long-term customer satisfaction.

The rapid advancement of smartphone technology has shaped consumer buying behavior, especially among students who depend on these devices for learning and social interaction. This research examines how product features and price perceptions influence students’ decisions to purchase Oppo smartphones in Malang City. Using a quantitative research design, data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 428 respondents and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that both product features and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, with product features demonstrating a more dominant role. The proposed model accounts for 66.2% of the variance in purchase decisions, suggesting that these two factors play a substantial part in shaping consumer choices. The results highlight the need for manufacturers like Oppo to focus on continuous feature improvements and maintain competitive pricing to strengthen market appeal. It is also suggested that future studies integrate additional variables such as brand image, marketing promotions, or user experience to offer a broader and more in-depth explanation of the determinants influencing smartphone purchase behavior.

A sample of 243 respondents was determined using Slovin's formula and simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software. Based on regression analysis, the following regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.172 + 0.401X1 + 0.367X2 + 0.284X3 + e. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Facilities (X3) have a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The t-values for each variable are 8.504 for Service Quality, 8.725 for Price Perception, and 6.939 for Facilities, with a t-table value of 1.969. Simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly influence Customer Satisfaction with an F-value of 136.457, which is higher than the F-table value of 2.65. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.631 indicates that 63.1% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction is explained by these three variables, while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of price perception, location, and market atmosphere on consumer purchase intention at Segiri Market in Samarinda City, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of declining consumer interest in shopping at traditional markets, which has affected traders' income, even though Segiri Market is the main market with a strategic location in the city center. This phenomenon highlights the challenges traditional markets face in maintaining their appeal amid competition from modern markets and shopping malls. Therefore, it is important to explore factors that may influence consumer purchase intention at traditional markets. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are visitors of Segiri Market. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The results showed that, partially, the location variable had a significant effect on purchase intention, meaning that a strategic location could enhance the market's appeal to consumers. However, price perception and market atmosphere variables did not show a significant effect on purchase intention on their own. Nevertheless, simultaneously, all three variables (price perception, location, and market atmosphere) had a significant impact on consumer purchase intention. These findings have important implications for market managers and local governments to pay more attention to strategic locations and create a comfortable and attractive market atmosphere. This could increase the appeal of traditional markets, attract more visitors, and ultimately help boost traders' income and support the sustainability of traditional markets as part of the local cultural and economic identity.

This research aims to identify factors that influence tourists' interest in revisiting the Aslan Hill natural tourist attraction. The methodology used is to use a quantitative approach with data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to the sample (research respondents) totaling 96 people. Through quantitative analysis with the help of Smart PLS software. 4, this study found that although the three independent variables (tourism facilities, price perception, and destination image) had a positive relationship with revisit intention, only price perception and destination image had a statistically significant influence. Apart from that, this research also confirms that the mediating variable is visitor satisfaction in the relationship between price perception and destination image and interest in visiting again, where satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of tourist facilities on interest in visiting again, while satisfaction can mediate the relationship between price perception and destination image on interest in visiting. return to the Aslan Hill Nature tourist attraction. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for natural tourism destination managers to not only focus on developing physical facilities, but also on efforts to build positive perceptions about the value offered and maintain consistent service quality to achieve visitor satisfaction.
