Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

The focus of this research is, 1) how business management at CV Antique Production to improve consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Perspective of Islam. 2) What are the constraints on printing business management at CV Antique Production in improving consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Emergency Perspective. 3) What are the solutions of the constraints on printing business management on CV antique production in improving consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Emergency Perspective. This research uses descriptive approach with the type of qualitative research. The data source obtained is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concludes. This research is the management of printing business done by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction in the Islamic economic perspective is to implement management functions or management in Islam well. The management function consists of: the implementation (planning), organizing), implementation (actuating), and control (controlling). Constraint business management facing by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction include internal constraints that is lack of employees when many demand and delay of product raw material supplies, and external constraints are of unclear consumers with product details of the product and competitor or competitors. Solutions to overcome constraints on printing business management by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction includes the solution of internal constraints that adds employees with freelance systems, adding more than one supplyer and check periodically inventory of product raw materials while solutions for external constraints are providing conservation sessions of the booking and consuming businesses by opening product gallery and developing its employee skills.

Production quality in the printing industry is highly influenced by process consistency and the implementation of clear operational standards. A common issue faced by small and medium-scale printing industries, including those in Gedangan, Sidoarjo, is the absence of systematically developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which leads to inconsistent production results and low operational efficiency. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide assistance in the development and implementation of SOPs to improve production quality. The method employed is a participatory approach involving problem identification, SOP development, socialization and training, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate a 25% increase in workers' understanding based on pre-test and post-test results. Additionally, there was a reduction in production errors and improvements in the consistency of print quality and work efficiency. Therefore, the implementation of SOPs has proven effective in enhancing production quality and operational performance in the printing industry sustainably.

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh partisipasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmen kerja membangun perusahaan percetakan dan penerbitan kota semarang, provinsi jawa tengah, Indonesia. Berdasarkan tujuan utama penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan deskriptif korelatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan penerbitan di kota semarang yang mempunyai kantor cabang sebagai distributor di bagian penjualan. Jumlah pegawai di kantor pusat dan cabang sebanyak 1.260 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, dengan teknik probabilitas sampling. Model kerangka teori yang dibuat menunjukkan adanya variabel intervening yang berfungsi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan menggunakan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, komitmen organisasi dan individu mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. The main purpose of this research is to study the impact of participation on decision-making towards organizational performance mediated by workplace commitment to construct a printing and publishing company in Semarang City, province of central Java, Indonesia. Based on the main purpose this research is an applied research descriptive correlative based on data collected which had been done in 2021. The research population consists of employees who work in publishing companies in the city of Semarang which have branch offices as distributors in sales. The number of employees at the head office and branches is 1,260 people. The number of samples taken was as many as 200 people, with a probability sampling technique. The theoretical frame model that has been made shows the existence of intervening variables, those to test the hypothesis which is already proposed. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The result of hypothesis examination shows that participation in decision-making, and organizational and individual commitment have a significant positive influence on organizational performance.

The research aims to analyze the impact of implementing Islamic Business Ethics on enchancing employee perfomance at CV. Citra Medan Printing. The researcj methodology employed is descriptive qualitative research. Data ware gathered through the researcher’s field observations during an internship at the company and through interviews with the owner of CV. Citra Medan. The result of this studi demonstrate that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics at CV. Citra Medan Printing has a positive impact on employee perfomance. Employees engaged in business practices aligned with islamic values tend to be more motivated, exhibit higher commitment levels and show improvements is productivity. This study provides recommendations for similar companies to consider implementing Islamic Business Ethics aas a strategy to boost employee perfomance and fortify the company’s image. Furthermore, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how Islamic Business Ethics can be applied in the context of modern business.

This study aims to examine work discipline, work environment, influence on employee performance, and to test work discipline, work environment, influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees at CV. Fajar Mojokerto Printing. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and obtained a sample of 100 employees. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a testing tool. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, job satisfaction positive effect on employee performance.

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

Dunia yang terglobalisasi dan terindustrialisasi adalah gambarn persaingan yang semakin ketat. Beberapa perusahaan berusaha memasok barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Ketika sebuah perusahaan mengabaikan kinerja  laporan keuangan dari pengelolaan limbah yang dihasilkan, produk tersebut menghasilkan limbah yang dapat berbahaya bagi lingkungan, seperti limbah kertas, tinta sablon, dan gliserin, DLL. Akuntansi lingkungan, juga disebut sebagai "akuntansi hijau," adalah proses mengidentifikasi, mengenali, mengukur, menyajikan, dan mengungkapkan semua pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dimana pada artikel ini adalah CV. Anugerah Print untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan di sekitar perusahaan dengan cara mencegah, meminimalkan, atau bahkan tidak menghasilkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak green accounting terhadap kinerja laporan keuangan. Peneliti meneliti CV PRINT ANUGRAH menggunakan akuntansi lingkungan (green accounting) untuk memahami bagaimana perusahaan mengelola limbah percetakan mereka dengan menggunakan akuntansi lingkungan. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pendokumentasian dan mewawancarai pemilik usaha. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan, CV PRINT ANUGRAH sudah atau telah melakukan sistem akuntansi lingkungan yang dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan pendistribusian biaya dalam pengelolaan limbah yaitu identifikasi, pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian, dan pengungkapan. Perlu adanya saran untuk setiap permasalahan yang mungkin berkembang kedepannya di CV PRINT ANUGRAH karena tahapan yang disajikan dan diungkapkan belum sesuai dengan SAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) yang sesuai.

Percetakan Daduh adalah sebuah usaha percetakan yang memproduksi stempel, undangan, kartu nama, buku yasin, dan lainnya. Penggunaan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan pada salah satu faktor penentu pendapatan usaha yaitu harga jual, mengharuskan perusahaan percetakan untuk beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Akan tetapi, saat ini mekanisme perhitungan harga pada Percetakan Daduh masih dilakukan secara manual dan tanpa memperhitungkan ketiga komponen biaya produksi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan proses penentuan harga menghasilkan jumlah yang tidak tepat. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, pemilik usaha membutuhkan sebuah program yang mempermudah perhitungan harga pokok produksi. User Interface sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan React JS sebagai framework JavaScript dan Firebase sebagai platform penyimpanan database. Pada sistem berbasis web ini, harga pokok produksi dihitung menggunakan metode harga pokok pesanan. Dengan menggunakan metode harga pokok pesanan, biaya produksi dihitung atas dasar jumlah pesanan. Sistem ini terdiri dari data biaya sebagai masukan dan harga pokok produksi sebagai keluaran. Data biaya yang diinputkan meliputi informasi yang berkaitan dengan komponen harga pokok produksi,  yaitu biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Aplikasi ini mampu membantu percetakan Daduh dalam menetapkan harga pokok produksi dengan cepat dan efisien.

Pengaruh derasnya informasi multimedia sangat dirasakan oleh semua perusahaan, baik yang bergerak dibidang layanan jasa maupun produksi barang. CV. Mukti Manunggal, yang berlokasi di Jl. Singotoro 6A Kec. Candisari Semarang yang bergerak dibidang percetakan, merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang merasakan dampak dari derasnya informasi multimedia. CV. Mukti Manunggal harus bisa memanfaatkan informasi multimedia dengan baik sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan agar mampu bersaing  untuk merebut kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen.
