Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) diperkenalkan pada 6 Januari 2025 melalui Peraturan Presiden No. 83 Tahun 2024, menjadi salah satu inisiatif sosial terbesar di Indonesia dengan dana sebesar Rp71 triliun dan memperkirakan 82,9 juta penerima manfaat. Pengelolaannya ditangani oleh Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) melalui SPPG. Studi ini menganalisis pemanfaatan TikTok sebagai alat transparansi dalam manajemen SOP MBG untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas publik dalam konteks hubungan keuangan antara pusat dan daerah melalui DAK Nonfisik. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melibatkan analisis dokumen dan konten publik di TikTok. Sumber data terdiri dari dokumen resmi BGN, Juknis No. 401.1 Tahun 2026, laporan dari ICW dan CISDI, akun TikTok SPPG, serta penelitian akademik. Validitas ditentukan melalui triangulasi serta analisis perbandingan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok SPPG berperan dalam tiga dimensi transparansi: verifikasi di tingkat pusat, pengawasan lokal, dan akuntabilitas publik di tingkat nasional. Namun, ada empat tantangan utama, yaitu kurangnya konsistensi konten di berbagai akun SPPG, ketimpangan digital di daerah 3T, ketiadaan mekanisme tindak lanjut resmi, dan potensi kriminalisasi partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model optimalisasi yang mencakup standardisasi konten, perlindungan partisipasi masyarakat, serta integrasi dengan sistem pengawasan resmi untuk memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas MBG dengan pendekatan digital.

Colorectal cancer and paralytic ileus are significant health concerns worldwide, including in Indonesia, where their prevalence and mortality rates have shown concerning trends. This study aims to compare the prevalence and mortality of paralytic ileus and colorectal cancer in Indonesia using data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) for the years 2019, 2021, and 2023. A secondary data analysis was conducted using GBD 2023 data, focusing on prevalence, incidence, and mortality rates for both conditions across 34 provinces in Indonesia. The study employed a time-trend analysis to observe the changes in disease burden over the specified years, along with examining the differences in disease characteristics based on sex, age groups, and regions. Results indicated that colorectal cancer has a higher burden of disease, with significantly higher prevalence and mortality rates compared to paralytic ileus. This highlights the urgent need for enhanced prevention, early detection, and management strategies for colorectal cancer in Indonesia. The findings emphasize the importance of integrated healthcare policies to address both conditions effectively, focusing on regions with the highest disease burden. Further research is recommended to explore the underlying risk factors and to evaluate the effectiveness of current healthcare interventions.

The rapid growth of Solar Power Plant (PLTS) installations in Indonesia faces efficiency challenges due to the continuously changing position of the sun. Fixed panel systems cannot absorb solar radiation optimally throughout the day. This study aims to evaluate and compare the efficiency of various solar tracking system methods developed over the last five years using a simple literature review approach. The research method was conducted by collecting, screening, and synthesizing secondary data from five reputable scientific journals using a synthesis matrix. The review results indicate that single-axis tracking systems increase power efficiency by 15% to 24.5%. Meanwhile, dual-axis systems achieve higher efficiency, ranging from 30% to 35%, by tracking both horizontal and vertical solar movements. In terms of control systems, astronomical algorithms are found to be more reliable in cloudy weather conditions than pure light sensors. However, the internal power consumption of the actuator motors remains a critical factor that can reduce the system's net energy gain. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of shifting future research focus toward energy-saving algorithm optimization to maximize net power yield in dynamic solar panel implementations.

Sosis merupakan produk olahan populer di berbagai kalangan masyarakat yang sebagian besar menggunakan bahan baku daging sapi dan ayam yang harganya relatif mahal, hal tersebut  mendorong perlunya diversifikasi menggunakan sumber protein lain, seperti ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan pure kedelai terhadap karakteristik fisikokimia dan sensori sosis ikan lumi-lumi (Harpodon nehereus). Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal dengan enam taraf perlakuan perbandingan ikan lumi-lumi dan pure kedelai, yaitu K0 (300g:0g), K1 (250g:50g), K2 (200g:100g), K3 (150g:150g), K4 (100g:200g), dan K5 (50g:250g). Parameter yang diuji meliputi kadar air, abu, lemak, protein, karbohidrat, tekstur (penetrometer), dan uji organoleptik (hedonik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pure kedelai berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter. Seiring meningkatnya proporsi pure kedelai, kadar air menurun (72,60% hingga 66,66%), kadar lemak menurun (5,14% hingga 0,37%), dan kadar protein menurun (7,17% hingga 4,37%). Sebaliknya, kadar abu meningkat (1,27% hingga 1,86%), kadar karbohidrat meningkat (13,80% hingga 26,72%), dan nilai tekstur meningkat (17,39 N/s hingga 18,48 N/s) yang mengindikasikan sosis semakin kenyal. Berdasarkan uji sensori, perlakuan K3 (150g ikan : 150g kedelai) merupakan formulasi terbaik yang paling disukai panelis dengan skor tertinggi pada atribut warna (3,60), aroma (3,48), tekstur (3,44), rasa (3,28), dan penerimaan keseluruhan (3,62). Secara umum penambahan pure kedelai efektif meningkatkan karakteristik fisikokimia dan penerimaan sensori sosis ikan lumi-lumi.

Radiological examination is a diagnostic supporting procedure aimed at visualizing the internal structures of the human body to assist in establishing a diagnosis. One of the examinations performed is the Acromioclavicular Joint examination, which is used to identify abnormalities of the acromioclavicular joint. This study aims to compare the imaging results of the Acromioclavicular Joint using the anteroposterior (AP) projection with a 3 kg weight and the AP projection without a weight. The study was conducted at the Radiology Laboratory of STIKES Boneo Nusantara, Diploma III Radiology Study Program, using a conventional radiography unit and a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the examination using a 3 kg weight produced clearer Acromioclavicular Joint images than the examination performed without a weight. The difference was reflected in the improved visualization of the anatomical structures, thereby facilitating a more accurate assessment of the joint. This study concludes that the use of a 3 kg weight in the AP projection provides superior imaging results by enhancing the visualization of the anatomy of the shoulder joint, thereby potentially improving the accuracy of the radiological evaluation of the Acromioclavicular Joint.

This study aims to analyze and compare the cabin noise levels of the Mitsubishi Destinator Ultimate variant (sunroof) and Exceed variant (non-sunroof) under various driving speed conditions. Measurements were conducted using a Sound Level Meter inside the cabin at idle, 10, 30, 50, 70, 90, and 100 km/h. Results indicate that the Ultimate (sunroof) variant consistently produces higher noise levels than the Exceed (non-sunroof) variant across all speed variations. The largest noise difference was recorded at 100 km/h at 6.50 dB, while the smallest occurred at idle at 0.05 dB. Noise levels in both variants increased significantly with increasing speed, with the sunroof variant reaching 70.00 dB and the non-sunroof variant reaching 63.50 dB at 100 km/h. This difference is attributed to gaps and seals in the sunroof panel, which allow greater noise penetration from the external environment.

Asam urat merupakan penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar asam urat dalam darah, yaitu >7,0 mg/dL pada laki-laki dan >6,0 mg/dL pada perempuan. Kondisi ini sering dialami lansia akibat penumpukan kristal urat yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri dan gangguan mobilitas. Salah satu upaya nonfarmakologis yang dapat dilakukan adalah senam ergonomik berbasis budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas inovasi senam ergonomik berbasis budaya terhadap kadar asam urat pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan two-group pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel berjumlah 20 responden yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (10 responden) dan kelompok kontrol (10 responden). Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perubahan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada masing-masing kelompok serta uji Mann–Whitney untuk membandingkan hasil antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kadar asam urat yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p=0,046; p<0,05), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami perubahan bermakna (p=0,317; p>0,05). Perbandingan kadar asam urat pascaintervensi antara kedua kelompok juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p=0,001; p<0,05). Dengan demikian, inovasi senam ergonomik berbasis budaya yang dilakukan sebanyak empat kali selama dua minggu terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan kadar asam urat pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pakis, Kabupaten Malang.

This research is motivated by the development of injection motorcycle engine management system technology that demands increased performance through optimization of the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). This study aims to analyze the performance comparison of the Yamaha MX King 180 cc using a standard ECU and a racing ECU on engine power and torque. The method used is an experiment with engine dynotest testing in the range of 6000-10000 RPM. The research sample is a 2015 Yamaha MX King unit that has been modified to 180 cc. Data were collected through direct measurements of power (HP) and torque (Nm), then analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and graphs. The results show that the racing ECU is able to produce a higher maximum power of 24.9 HP at 10000 RPM compared to the standard ECU of 22.2 HP at the same engine speed. In terms of torque, both types of ECU reach peak values ​​at 8000 RPM with a relatively small difference (18.18 Nm on the standard ECU and 18.15 Nm on the racing ECU). However, at low to mid-range revs, the racing ECU tends to produce slightly more torque, although at very high revs, it experiences a greater decrease compared to the standard ECU. The racing ECU excels at increasing high-rev power, while the standard ECU exhibits more consistent torque stability. Therefore, the choice of ECU type must be tailored to the performance requirements and the characteristics of the vehicle's use.

This study analyzes the minimum age of marriage in Islamic jurisprudence and compares it with the positive law regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia. Using a normative legal method with comparative and conceptual approaches, the study draws on primary sources, including the Qur'an, hadith, Law Number 16 of 2019 on Marriage in Indonesia, and the Islamic Family Law (Federal Territories) Act 1984 in Malaysia. The analysis focuses on how Islamic legal principles concerning marriage eligibility are interpreted and incorporated into contemporary legal frameworks in both countries. The findings reveal that Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) associates marital readiness with the concept of baligh (puberty) without prescribing a specific numerical age, whereas state law establishes fixed minimum age requirements to safeguard the rights and welfare of women and children. Indonesia sets the minimum marriage age at 19 years for both males and females, while Malaysia prescribes 18 years for males and 16 years for females, with judicial dispensation available in both jurisdictions under certain circumstances. These legal arrangements demonstrate each country's effort to harmonize classical Islamic jurisprudence with contemporary social protection objectives through institutional ijtihad, reflecting a balance between religious principles, legal certainty, and public welfare in regulating marriage.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia due to impaired insulin secretion, insulin resistance, or a combination of both. HbA1c levels are used as an indicator of long-term glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Insulin therapy is one of the treatment options given to help achieve glycemic control targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in HbA1c levels of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with insulin and non-insulin therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. This research method used a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects in this study were 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who had used insulin and non-insulin therapy for less than 1 year, using Purposive Sampling techniques and data analysis using SPSS with Chi-Square and Mann-Whitney tests. This study has obtained ethical approval from PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. This study shows that the characteristics of gender and age of type 2 DM patients with insulin and non-insulin therapy are dominated by women at 60.0% and 43.3%, while elderly patients at 60.0% and 53.3%. Of the 50 patients using insulin, 45 patients (90.0%) had controlled HbA1c and 5 patients (10.0%) were uncontrolled. Meanwhile, all non-insulin patients, 30 patients (100%), had uncontrolled HbA1c. Based on this study, there is a significant difference in HbA1c levels between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with insulin and non-insulin therapy with a p-value <0.001. Patients using insulin therapy tend to have better glycemic control than patients not using insulin therapy.

Kegiatan pertambangan memiliki resiko merubah fungsi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan perbandingan terhadap penggunaan citra Google Satellite Imagery dan ESRI World Imagery dalam interpretasi sebaran lahan tambang. Interpretasi menggunakan pendekatan spasial yang diolah menggunakan ArcGIS 10.8. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan luasan tambang yang teridentifikasi berdasarkan sumber citra satelit yang digunakan. Google Satellite Imagery mampu mendeteksi luasan pertambangan yang lebih besar, yaitu 12.022,02 Ha, dibandingkan ESRI World Imagery yang menghasilkan 11.485,41 Ha, sedangkan data acuan dari KLHK tahun 2023 mencatat luas tambang sebesar 10.798,46 Ha. Perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh resolusi spasial, kejelasan tekstur permukaan, serta pembaruan data pada masing-masing citra. Persentase perubahan luas lahan pertambangan yang dihitung dari perbandingan Google Satellite Imagery dengan data KLHK mencapai 11,33%, sementara perbandingan dengan ESRI World Imagery hanya sebesar 6,37%. Hasil ini menunjukan Google Satellite Imagery lebih sensitif dalam mengidentifikasi ekspansi tambang, meskipun berpotensi menghasilkan overestimation, sedangkan ESRI World Imagery cenderung lebih konservatif dalam estimasi luas. Untuk memastikan konsistensi dan akurasi pemantauan perubahan lahan tambang, diperlukan pemilihan sumber citra yang tepat, penggunaan metode interpretasi yang konsisten, serta validasi silang dengan data resmi maupun observasi lapangan.

Kompleksitas subsistem elektromekanis pada sistem Radiografi Digital (DR) menuntut pendekatan diagnostik yang terstruktur untuk mencegah waktu henti yang lama dan menghindari pembongkaran yang tidak perlu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan prinsip Deteksi dan Isolasi Kerusakan (FDI), dengan menggunakan metode isolasi blok, guna mendiagnosis dan mengatasi gangguan pada sistem pengunci magnetik meja pasien pada unit Philips SRO 33100. Pendekatan FDI diterapkan dengan memisahkan blok kontrol listrik dari blok aktuator mekanis secara sistematis, serta melakukan analisis perbandingan terhadap dua aktuator yang identik. Pengukuran listrik menunjukkan bahwa kedua unit kunci magnetik kiri dan kanan menerima tegangan masukan normal sebesar 23,48 V. Perhitungan koreksi relatif menghasilkan nilai 2,5%, yang masih berada dalam batas toleransi aman sebesar 10%, sehingga mengonfirmasi integritas blok kontrol listrik. Namun, analisis perbandingan mengungkapkan ketidakhadiran respons mekanis yang lengkap pada unit kiri, memungkinkan kesalahan diisolasi secara tepat ke kegagalan aktuator internal tanpa membongkar sirkuit kontrol yang utuh. Berdasarkan diagnosis definitif ini, tindakan korektif diambil melalui penggantian komponen dan kalibrasi penyesuaian celah. Uji fungsional pasca-perbaikan mencatat tegangan operasional stabil sebesar 23,45 V dan menunjukkan respons mekanis yang sepenuhnya sinkron, memulihkan gerakan mengambang empat arah. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kerangka kerja isolasi blok berbasis FDI yang diusulkan menyediakan strategi yang efektif dan berbasis bukti untuk mengidentifikasi kegagalan elektromekanis, sehingga meminimalkan kebutuhan akan prosedur pemecahan masalah yang invasif. Akibatnya, pendekatan ini merupakan metode diagnostik yang sangat efektif yang menghilangkan kebutuhan akan pembongkaran yang luas, menawarkan kerangka kerja yang andal yang dapat diterapkan secara luas untuk pemecahan masalah peralatan medis lainnya.

Pernikahan dini masih menjadi tantangan hak asasi manusia dan hukum yang serius di Indonesia, dengan perempuan dan anak sebagai kelompok yang paling rentan terdampak. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak hukum dan psikologis pernikahan dini pada perempuan dan anak dalam kerangka hukum Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif normatif-empiris, data dikumpulkan melalui analisis sistematis terhadap sumber hukum primer, termasuk UU No. 16 Tahun 2019 tentang perubahan UU Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1974, UU Perlindungan Anak No. 23 Tahun 2002, dan berbagai putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi, serta sumber sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, laporan pemerintah, dan studi kasus periode 2015–2024. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi dan perbandingan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pernikahan dini secara sistematis melanggar hak konstitusional anak atas pendidikan, kesehatan, dan perlindungan dari eksploitasi. Secara psikologis, perempuan yang menikah sebelum usia 18 tahun jauh lebih rentan terhadap gangguan stres pascatrauma, depresi, dan hambatan perkembangan identitas diri. Secara hukum, meskipun batas usia perkawinan minimum telah direvisi menjadi 19 tahun untuk kedua pihak, kesenjangan implementasi masih terjadi akibat tingginya angka permohonan dispensasi nikah dan lemahnya mekanisme penegakan hukum. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa reformasi hukum saja tidak memadai; perlu disertai dengan intervensi kebijakan multisektoral, pelatihan hakim tentang hak anak, serta program pencegahan berbasis komunitas.

Using a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines various relevant literature regarding the dynamics of Islamic education in Southeast Asia. The results show that the three countries share fundamental similarities in educational forms, such as pesantren or pondok, which focus on Islamic sciences and moral cultivation. However, significant differences exist in management patterns and the level of integration with government policies. Indonesia maintains a variety of salaf and modern pesantren, Malaysia exhibits a more structured system integrated with the state, while Thailand specifically in the Patani region tends to be adaptive in response to its Muslim minority status. This comparison concludes that the development of traditional Islamic education systems in each country is heavily influenced by the respective social and political contexts.

This study aims to analyze a comparison of coal stockpile volumes using the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) method versus the truck count method at PT. Mitra Barito. Data collection was conducted through aerial photography using a UAV at altitudes of 60 meters and 70 meters, as well as Ground Control Point (GCP) measurements using GPS. The aerial imagery data was processed using photogrammetry software to generate orthophotos and a Digital Elevation Model (DEM), followed by a geometric accuracy test based on the Geospatial Information Agency Regulation No. 6 of 2018, using the Circular Error 90% (CE90) and Linear Error 90% (LE90) parameters. The research results show that high-quality processing at an altitude of 60 meters yields a CE90 value of 2.1619 meters and an LE90 value of 4.3656 meters, thereby meeting the accuracy standards for RBI maps at a scale of 1:5,000, Class 3 for horizontal accuracy, and a scale of 1:10,000, Class 3 for vertical accuracy. Volume calculations of the stockpile using UAVs yielded a result of 22,750.900 m³, while the truck count method produced a volume of 23,503.300 m³. The volume difference between the two methods was 753.400 m³, with a deviation percentage of 3.2%. Based on the research results, the UAV method is considered capable of providing relatively accurate calculations of coal stockpile volume.

This study is motivated by the importance of effective credit management in ensuring the sustainability of savings and loan cooperatives, particularly in reducing non-performing loans. Differences in credit management practices across cooperatives represent a relevant issue, especially in balancing formal system-based approaches and trust-based social mechanisms. This study aims to analyze and compare credit management practices in preventing loan defaults at Koperasi Murah Hati and Koperasi Patuh Karya in East Lombok Regency. A qualitative approach with a comparative design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving cooperative management and borrowing members, and analyzed using data reduction, comparative tabulation, and descriptive-analytical interpretation. The findings reveal that Koperasi Murah Hati applies a trust-based approach characterized by simplified procedures without collateral and field verification, while Koperasi Patuh Karya implements a more formal system through administrative verification, feasibility assessment, and collateral requirements. However, Koperasi Murah Hati shows a lower non-performing loan rate (3.7%) compared to Koperasi Patuh Karya (10.5%). These findings indicate that effective credit management is influenced not only by formal systems but also by social factors such as trust and communication.

High-quality forage selection is a central factor in improving Bali cattle performance, particularly in smallholder systems that rely heavily on local feed resources. This study evaluated the effects of odot grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) and pakchong grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Thailand) on feed intake, average daily gain, and feed conversion ratio of male Bali cattle. The experiment was conducted for 30 days from February to March 2026 at CV. RnB Farm, Gorontalo Regency. Nine male Bali cattle with relatively homogeneous initial body weights of 150–200 kg was assigned to a completely randomized design with three treatments and three replications. The treatments were P0, field grass as the control; P1, 100% odot grass plus concentrate; and P2, 100% pakchong grass plus concentrate. Dry matter intake did not differ significantly among treatments, with values of 6.47 ± 0.19, 6.52 ± 0.19, and 6.55 ± 0.16 kg/head/day for P0, P1, and P2, respectively. In contrast, average daily gain differed significantly, with the highest value observed in P2 at 0.56 ± 0.08 kg/head/day, followed by P1 at 0.52 ± 0.09 kg/head/day and P0 at 0.45 ± 0.06 kg/head/day. Feed conversion ratio also differed significantly, with the most efficient value recorded in P2 at 11.98 ± 2.10. These findings indicate that pakchong grass combined with concentrate provides the best feed efficiency and growth performance, while odot grass remains a promising alternative forage for improving Bali cattle productivity.

Pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana membawa perubahan penting dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia, khususnya pada mekanisme pembuktian dan kewenangan penyidikan. Perubahan tersebut juga berdampak terhadap profesi yang berkaitan erat dengan dokumen hukum, termasuk notaris sebagai pejabat umum yang berwenang membuat akta otentik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implikasi pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 terhadap tanggung jawab pidana notaris dalam pembuatan akta otentik. Permasalahan yang dikaji meliputi bagaimana KUHAP Baru memengaruhi kedudukan notaris dalam proses pidana serta bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana notaris diterapkan terhadap akta otentik yang bermasalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan perbandingan. Bahan hukum terdiri atas bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui penafsiran hukum dan penalaran sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 tidak membentuk delik baru bagi notaris, melainkan memperluas instrumen acara pidana melalui pengakuan informasi elektronik, dokumen elektronik, perluasan definisi saksi, dan mekanisme penyitaan modern. Akibatnya, notaris berpotensi lebih sering terlibat dalam proses penyidikan dan pembuktian pidana. Namun demikian, tanggung jawab pidana notaris tetap didasarkan pada terpenuhinya unsur tindak pidana dan kesalahan pribadi, bukan semata-mata karena akta otentik yang dibuat menjadi sengketa. Penelitian ini menawarkan model pengaturan yang seimbang antara akuntabilitas pidana, kepastian hukum, kerahasiaan jabatan, dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga kenotariatan.
