 Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a company that operates as a housing developer. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri (which is shortened to PT. TCM) moves side by side with PT. Rico Cipta Mandiri is located at Ruko Tangerang City Business Park, D/8, Jl. Raya Jendral Sudirman, Banten. Director of PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Mr. Hamsir Siregar, S.H., M.H. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri has been established for 10 years with a Deed of Company Establishment from the Tangerang Regency Notary, Mr. Deni Nugraha, S.E., S.H., M.Kn. dated 25-09-2013 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in his Decree dated 27-09-2013 Number: AHU-50281.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2013. So far, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is expanding its wings in the field of selling subsidized houses. The name of the housing developed by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Granada Rajeg City which is located in Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Houses that sells by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a subsidized house by the government with a price of Rp. 168,000,000,- and the houses’ building area of ​​30 M2 and a land area of ​​60 M2. Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Houses marketing is carried out by deploying several marketing agents. Other than that, to carry out sales and purchases that have been agreed with consumers, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri entered into a credit agreement at Bank BTN Syariah. During 2023, house sales have reached 74 houses.

This research was conducted on consumer who work at PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, product quality affects the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499 which means that product quality and distribution channels can explain the sales target of 49.9% and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by variables not examined such as: sales location, price perception, market segmentation, etc

The state's contribution from taxes amounts to 85%, indicating the dominant role of taxes in significantly contributing to the state's finances. This research aims to examine the influence of the self-assessment system and tax audits on the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue. The self-assessment system emphasizes the active role of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations; however, the potential for taxpayer non-compliance may negatively impact tax revenue. Therefore, tax audits are essential to balance the implementation of the self-assessment system and ensure that the filing of Tax Returns (SPT) aligns with the conditions of the taxable objects. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and testing classical assumptions such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation, normality, and heteroskedasticity. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 22. A sample of 36 respondents was selected based on specific criteria, and secondary data were obtained from the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office in the form of documents. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, the self-assessment system and tax audits do not significantly influence VAT revenue in the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office during the period of 2020-2022. The implication is that while the active role of taxpayers and tax audits has potential impacts, their simultaneous implementation does not significantly contribute to the increased Value Added Tax revenue in the region.

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

A wedding is a very important moment for everyone and requires meticulous preparation, sometimes taking months to years, but the lack of time and support from friends and family is often not enough to fulfill all the needs for planning a wedding. In this case, wedding organizers (WOs) are here to solve this problem. This study aims to examine the growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews.Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. In addition, the net profit generated shows good financial management. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of business networks, marketing strategies, service production processes, and financial management in running a wedding organizer service business.

This research was conducted to analyze the mechanism for distributing commissions for sales of consignment goods to snack business actors in Sidodadi Village, Sekampung, East Lampung. Research was conducted on two cassava cracker making home industries, namely the Pelangi Cassava Cracker Home Industry and the Satria Cassava Cracker Home Industry which implemented a consignment sales system. Data was obtained through interviews with business owners. The research results show that there are differences in basic prices and commissions between the two home industries which are influenced by several factors. The recording system for consignment sales has not been fully implemented. It was concluded that the commission distribution mechanism had been carried out based on an agreement, but consignment accounting records had not been implemented completely.

This study aims to analyze the level of cake sales with a consignment sales mechanism at Al-Khidmah Nurzaman Store in Cendrawasih Market Metro Lampung. The research used a field study method with interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the level of cake sales with the consignment system was higher than regular sales. The consignment sales rate grew 56% while regular sales were only 44%. The commission sharing system between cake owners (pengamanat) and shop owners (commissioners) is adjusted based on the agreement, which is 10-20% of the selling price per product. The consignment system is effective for both parties because the commissioner does not need additional capital and the pengamanat can expand marketing, although the pengamanat must apply specific criteria to avoid losses due to damage or unsold products.

 This study aims to analyze the determination of selling prices to increase sales at Sentra Tahu Berkah Jaya. Sentral Tahu Berkah Jaya is one of the businesses engaged in the production of tofu which has been established since 2003 located in Ganjar Agung, West Metro Metro City. The type of research used is case study research with observation and interview methods. The data processed is data in the form of basic price records such as raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. While the data analysis techniques used in the research are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) conclusion making. The results of the study show that the tofu production process has a major effect on determining the selling price.

This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. The research results show that the website, called my palm oil, can increase the effectiveness of palm oil sales, especially in marketing palm oil sprouts, fertilizers, pesticides and other superior products. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as limited features and lack of cooperation with expeditions and users cannot access the application freely like general buying and selling applications. Overall, My Sawit is a useful tool for those in the agricultural industry who are looking for an easy way to shop for palm oil seeds and other related products. The development of the My Sawit application is expected to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales of palm oil seeds and related products, as well as expanding PPKS market reach.

The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

This journal discusses the strategies applied to develop branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) UD ALINDRA by updating the design of catalogs, label stickers, and Instagram content. The aim of this research is to enhance the effectiveness of promotion, marketing, and product sales for these MSMEs. The method employed involves interviews with the owners of MSME UD Alindra to gain in-depth knowledge about consumer perceptions and the current branding strategies, analyzing existing challenges, and planning for production, promotion, and design updates. Through a creative approach in designing product catalogs, eye-catching label stickers, and Instagram content that aligns with trends and consumer needs, it is expected that this research will significantly contribute to increasing product sales margins, optimizing MSME owners' understanding of strong and effective branding strategies, and reinforcing their awareness of the positive impact gained from product branding, including enhancing consumer appeal and the product image for MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the implemented developments positively contribute to the promotion of products from MSME UD ALINDRA and offer valuable insights for MSME owners to improve and enhance their product branding strategies.

Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot is a business engaged in the sale of building material products, especially wood. Until now the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot only uses a manual sales and transaction system, which in this case requires a new breakthrough to keep up with technological developments that are developing in the current era because basically almost all ages demand something practical and easier. By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. Students at SMK EL-AMIN belong to the Generation Z, where many of them have already started their own businesses. However, some students running these businesses have not fully utilized social media, particularly Instagram, as a promotional tool. Therefore, a community service activity in the form of socialization was conducted for SMK EL-AMIN students in Cabangbungin sub-district, Bekasi regency, West Java. The aim of this socialization activity is to enhance the understanding and knowledge of SMK EL-AMIN students regarding the benefits of copywriting on Instagram in boosting business sales. The socialization activity was attended by 36 participants. The stages of the community service activity include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. After participating in the community service activity, the participants' awareness and knowledge of the benefits of copywriting in increasing business sales improved. Participants also gained insights into creative copywriting tips for business promotion. The socialization activity had a significant impact on increasing the awareness and knowledge of participants.

This research focuses on selling android-based coffee powder to disseminate semende specialty coffee. The purpose of this study is to design a sales application that has not been optimal so far and sales of cemente coffee powder have increased more than before. This is the background for this research. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, observation and literature study. So that data is obtained that there is no available access that makes it easy for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's to market this special cement coffee powder. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based application design for the sale of original cement coffee powder for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's s which is expected to help with the problems that occur. Using an Android-based sales information system can help UMKM owners and buyers sell and buy coffee powder quickly, for the system development method using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method.

This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting E-commerce untuk masa depan pada perusahaan industri di medan, mengingat perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis. E-commerce merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam bidang bisnis yang telah menjadi tren di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. E-commerce merupakan salah satu bentuk bisnis yang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari meningkatnya penggunaan internet dan smartphone oleh masyarakat. E-commerce memiliki peran penting untuk masa depan perusahaan industri di Medan, terutama dalam hal meningkatkan penjualan, efisiensi operasional, dan penetrasi pasar. Untuk itu penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang merupakan pelaku usaha industri di Medan kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-commerce memiliki peran penting untuk masa depan perusahaan industri di Medan. E-commerce dapat membantu perusahaan industri untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional, memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan, serta meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.
