Madrasah Ta'hiliyah Ibrahimy, part of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School, is a semi-formal educational institution founded in 1986 by KH. Saifuddin Maksum. This institution focuses on student education and is under the coordination of the Ibrahimy Islamic Institute (IAII). One of the main problems faced by Madrasah Ta'hiliyah is the inaccuracy in the teacher and staff payroll system, which is caused by the lack of a standardized and transparent system. Errors in calculating salaries and determining reward criteria often result in injustice, where teachers with higher experience and qualifications receive disproportionate salaries, thus reducing motivation and affecting the quality of teaching. The system method uses the waterfall model and system modeling uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. And the results of this study are in the form of an e-barokah application design.

Salary reform as a structural improvement in a company’s compensation system is a widely applied strategy to enhance employee motivation and performance. Compensation policies that are responsive to employee needs are expected to create a work environment that supports productivity, where intrinsic motivation can be strengthened through fair and proportional rewards. This study aims to explore the extent of the influence of salary reform on improving employee motivation and performance within organizations by using a literature review method. Based on analyses of previous studies, it was found that salary reform not only plays a significant role in fostering employees' intrinsic motivation but also impacts the overall productivity of the organization. Reforms that include salary structure adjustments, performance-based incentives, and increased transparency in compensation management have proven effective in reducing disparities, enhancing loyalty, and improving workplace climate. These findings strongly imply that management should continuously develop adaptive compensation policies focused on employee needs and well-being, with the aim of optimally contributing to achieving the company’s strategic goals and enhancing organizational competitiveness.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aimed to examine the effect of internal control compliance on employee ethical behavior within the payroll system at KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung. The research utilized an associative approach with a causal relationship and employed a quantitative method. The population and sample consisted of all employees at KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung, totaling 62 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings revealed that partially: (1) Control environment did not have a significant effect on employee ethical behavior within the payroll system, (2) Risk assessment did not significantly impact employee ethical behavior within the payroll system, (3) Control activities had a significant effect on employee ethical behavior within the payroll system, (4) Information and communication did not significantly affect employee ethical behavior within the payroll system, and (5) Monitoring had a significant effect on employee ethical behavior within the payroll system. Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively influenced the dependent variable.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

An employee payroll information system is an important component in an organization for managing employee salary data and payments effectively and efficiently. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of employee payroll information system project management. The research method used is the waterfall method, which includes planning stages, needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as testing and evaluation. This system is designed to automate the payroll process, from calculating salaries, withholding taxes, to creating financial reports. With this information system, it is hoped that it can reduce human error in the payroll process and increase employee satisfaction through transparency and accuracy of salary data. Where the implementation results show a significant increase in the speed and accuracy of payroll. Key factors for the success of this project include active involvement of stakeholders, use of appropriate technology, and effective risk management.

 PT Hong Xin Printing Equipment is encountering obstacles in improving operational efficiency and managing human resources in the digital age. Despite the use of a fingerprint attendance system, there are concerns about errors and reduced efficiency due to manual data processing. Additional challenges arise when recording attendance for employees on business trips and manually calculating leave. To tackle these issues, the company is planning to create a web-based payroll system that will automate payroll, attendance, and leave management. The implementation of this system is anticipated to enhance efficiency and accuracy, thereby allowing the company to maintain its competitiveness in the market.

The university's payroll process includes information about various employees, including lecturers and administrative employees with varying details such as personal data, position and salary information. This research is focused on rebuilding the payroll application due to several shortcomings or challenges associated with the existing application. This research presents a detailed investigation into the design, implementation, and evaluation of a payroll application tailored for the university environment. This research covers main aspects such as use case analysis, relational database schema, application display and testing. Use case analysis begins with identifying and understanding the various scenarios and requirements specific to a university payroll system. Through thorough exploration of user roles, system functionality. Relational database schemas are designed to efficiently store and manage complex payroll data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Compatibility testing plays an important role in ensuring the integration of payroll applications with existing systems. This research performs black-box testing to test application functionality and application compatibility testing with various hardware configurations, operating systems, and web browsers to ensure optimal performance and accessibility. The results of this research contribute to the advancement of payroll management and provide guidance for the development of deep payroll applications in universities.

Current economic developments have been encouragingcompany growth to enlarge and expand spacescope of business. Likewise, current information systems havemakes it easier for companies to deal with problems that may occur in the payroll process. Objective This research is to find out how the system is implemented payroll accounting at the Medan Haji General Hospital and for find out whether the payroll accounting system is implemented by Companies can help management in decision making towards salary. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses primary data such as results of interviews with the company and secondary parties such as structureorganization. Data collection techniques were carried out using techniques observation, interviews, and literature, data analysis methods used is a descriptive method. This research was conducted in Medan Haji General Hospital which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital – Estate terrain and research time starts in January 2024 until the completion of this thesis. The results of this research show that the accounting system implemented by the Hajj General Hospital to handle payroll has been quite adequate in helping company management in making decisions regarding salaries, p This is good because the company employs employees from a wide range levels and in very large numbers and provide rewards for their services in the form of salaries, so the company must have effective accounting system.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Executive Information Systems (ISE) have become an integral part of modern corporate management, providing executives with relevant and immediate information to support decision making. This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana sistem informasi akuntansi digunakan untuk menangani penggajian dan penggajian karyawan selama mereka bekerja di rumah sakit. Penelitian sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan menggunakan kombinasi kerja lapangan, yang mencakup melakukan wawancara, mengamati subjek, dan mendokumentasikan temuan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Kedepannya akan diusulkan suatu sistem informasi akuntansi yang akan memudahkan proses penggajian dan pengupahan dengan penggajian dan kompensasi yang efektif dan efisien.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk Meningkatkan Sistem Dan Prosedur Akuntansi Penggajian Pada PT. Sispum Sarana Graha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh data keuangan yang berkaitan dengan sistem dan prosedur penggajian pada PT. Sispum Sarana Graha. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  laporan keuangan tahun 2018,2019, dan 2020 pada PT. Sispum Sarana Graha. Metode analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan metode analisis. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sistem dan prosedur akuntansi penggajian pada PT. Sispum Sarana Graha cukup baik, hanya saja terdapat perangkapan fungsi personalia, dimana fungsi personalia ini tidak terpisah dengan bagian pencatatan waktu. Hal tersebut kemungkinan besar menyebabkan terjadinya kekeliruan dan ketidakberesan dalam sistem dan prosedur akuntansi penggajian. Adanya kekeliruan dan ketidakberesan menunjukkan lemahnya pengendalian intern, sehingga diperlukan penerapan pengendalian intern yang baik, terutama dalam hal tugas dan wewenang dari fungsi akuntansi penggajian tersebut. Pengendalian intern yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan sistem dan prosedur akuntansi penggajian dalam perusahaan.

Effectiveness is a measurement in the sense of achieving predetermined goals. Management Control System is a collection of elements that are interconnected and interact in one unit to carry out a process of achieving a main goal. Salary is part of the largest compensation provided by the agency as remuneration for its workforce. The East Medan Sub-District Office located in the Medan area, North Sumatra is one of the government agencies that functions as a community service. The research that the author conducted aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Management Control System for Employee and Non-Employee Payrolls at the East Medan Sub-District Office. This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive and tend to use analysis. The data collection stage is carried out through interviews, literature studies, and there is also an addition from searching on the website. The types of data used in this study are Primary and Secondary Data. In this study, the authors analyze the existing data using a Data Processing Application (Software NVivo 11 Plus), which can be proven by a Model (Brainware Analysis). Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the cause of the delay in the effectiveness of the management control system on the payroll of employees and non-employees at the East Medan Sub-district Office, namely due to lack of supervision, as well as the unequal time of payroll. Meanwhile, the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the management control system on employee payroll are the Delay in Reporting Periodic Salary Increases/ Promotions, and the efforts made in the various problems faced, namely reporting employee salaries or ASN (State Civil Apparatus), and updating employment data, so that they become better and more effective.

Sistem penggajian merupakan faktor yang penting dalam mencapai  tujuan suatu perusahaan, dimana sistem penggajian terdiri dari suatu  kerangka kerja yang saling berhubungan dalam suatu perusahaan yang  berfungsi menginformasikan data biaya tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan pada perusahaan dan mengatur proses pembayaran atas jasa yang dilakukan oleh karyawan. Pembayaran gaji dan upah yang adil sesuai dengan kinerja dan prestasinya, maka akan berperngaruh positif terhadap bertambahnya nilai dan produktivitas perusahaan. Selain itu sistem akuntansi penggajian yang baik diharapkan mampu mengefektifkan dan mengefesiensikan dalam proses pelaksanaan penggajian, sehingga kendala ataupun permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi dapat dihindari.

Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian pada cv anugrahprint kajian kuantitatif, menggunakan teori secara deduktif dan menempatkannya pada awal perencanaan suatu kajian. Di sisi lain, studi kuantitatif sering menggunakan ukuran standar. Penelitian kuantitatif sering menggunakan eksperimen untuk mengumpulkan data, dan jenis eksperimen, dalam studi kuantitatif, seseorang menggunakan teori secara deduktif dan menempatkannya di awal proposal penelitian. Sementara penelitian kuantitatif dapat memberi tahu Anda kapan, di mana, dan seberapa sering sesuatu terjadi, penelitian kualitatif melihat "mengapa" dan "bagaimana". Sistem informasi manajemen merupakan hal yang sangat penting, karena pada era sekarang ini segala sesuatu harus dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang mendukung kegiatan akuntansi adalah sistem informasi akuntansi. Tujuan yang ingin diperoleh dalam penelitian mini ini adalah penerapan teori sistem informasi akuntansi dapat diimplementasikan pada cv anugrahprint dan dapat merubah operasional penggajian pada cv tersebut menjadi lebih baik dan efisien. Selain itu, akhirnya hasil penelitian mini ini untuk mengetahui operasi pembayaran di cv anugraprint kemudian dipadukan dengan teori sistem informasi akuntansi. Saat ini dibutuhkan kerjasama dalam suatu teori ilmu karena dapat memajukan suatu perusahaan menjadi lebih efektif. Pada dasarnya sistem informasi akuntansi adalah suatu sistem yang bertugas menangani formulir, laporan dan pencatatan, serta menyusun, menganalisis, mengklasifikasikan, dan kemudian mengolahnya menjadi informasi. Sia biasanya digunakan oleh manajemen untuk mengelola suatu organisasi atau perusahaan, serta melakukan pengembangan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah penerapan teori ini sangat bermanfaat untuk operasional gaji di cv anugrahprint agar lebih tertata dan tidak tersesat dalam menjalankannya.
