Tea plantations are an important sector in Indonesia's agricultural industry that contributes significantly to the country's economy. The success of tea cultivation is highly dependent on the quality of the seedlings, making data collection and management of tea seedlings a crucial element. However, the manual data collection process still used at PTPN4 faces various challenges such as recording errors, data loss, and information delays, which will have an impact on operational efficiency and decision making. This study analyzes the application of a web-based information system for data collection of tea seedlings in PTPN4 plantations, with a focus on the provision or stocking of seedlings. The results show that a web-based system using the waterfall method can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of data management, while facilitating integration between units in the organization.

During this time, the development of technology has progressed rapidly.  In this sense, many companies have followed this technological development and introduced it into the collection of inventory data of assets, goods, and their financial reports. To obtain accurate and precise data, an inventory data collection system is required. Manual accounting calculations mean that Depot Kayu Kusen Laris III often records inventory incorrectly, which affects the resulting financial reports. Therefore, this study aims to develop an inventory information system that will support accurate data collection at Kayu Kusen Laris III Depot. The conclusion of this study is that the inventory data information system is designed using Access and SQL database.

Data collection on marriages that have not been registered is a problem that is often faced in managing population data in many sub-districts. This article discusses the proposed solution through the development of the Kalimasada application to improve the quality of population data in Kedungdoro Village. The service method used involves the process of data collection, needs analysis, application development, and user training. The approach used is the use of mobile application-based information technology to facilitate the process of collecting data on unregistered marriages. The Kalimasada application is designed with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, allowing sub-district officials to quickly record data on unregistered marriages. In addition, this application is equipped with an automatic data validation feature to reduce input errors and increase data accuracy. During the service process, training was conducted for the community about the importance of reporting unregistered marriages to subdistrict officers via the Kalimasada application. The results of implementing the Kalimasada application show a significant increase in data collection on unregistered marriages in Kedungdoro Village. With this application, the data collection process becomes more efficient and accurate, producing more valid and reliable data. The representation process for mapping malnutrition rates in the Waingapu City District area does not yet use computer technology, so the process of monitoring malnutrition rates in each region is still not presented well. This certainly makes it difficult for cadres and the Health Service to monitor the rate of malnutrition in the Waingapu City District Area. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system that is able to provide data, both in the form of graphs and maps, for mapping malnutrition rates in the Waingapu City District area. The design and development of this information system was carried out using data collection methods and direct interviews with the Waingapu City Health Service, by looking for other references related to similar research. The aim of designing a web-based geographic information system for data collection on malnutrition sufferers is to help the community and the Health Service in monitoring and handling cases of malnutrition in the Waingapu City District area. This Geographic Information System will display malnutrition data based on sub-districts using color polygons as signs that provide information about safe conditions or conditions that require further treatment. The method used in creating a website is waterfall and goes through six stages, namely: the Reguirement Analysis (Analysis), Design (design), Development (coding), Testing (trial), and maintenance (maintenance) stages and system testing is carried out using black box.
