Jurnal Akta Notaris 2025 Program Studi Kenotariatan Program Magister

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kedudukan akta notaris sebagai instrumen hukum yang memiliki kekuatan pembuktian otentik, namun efektivitasnya dalam sengketa merek masih diperdebatkan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini meliputi: (1) bagaimana kedudukan hukum akta notaris dalam perkara sengketa hak atas merek POLO di Indonesia? (2) apa implikasi yuridis dari penggunaan akta notaris terhadap perlindungan hukum pemilik merek dalam sengketa tersebut? Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, didukung data primer melalui wawancara dengan praktisi. Bahan hukum primer berupa UU Jabatan Notaris, UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, serta Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 614 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2023 dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akta notaris memiliki kedudukan kuat sebagai alat bukti otentik dalam perjanjian lisensi maupun pengalihan merek. Namun, dalam kasus POLO, Mahkamah Agung lebih mengutamakan prinsip penggunaan pertama (first use) dibanding sekadar keberadaan akta notaris, sehingga akta tersebut tidak menjadi penentu utama. Kesimpulannya, meskipun akta notaris memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan preventif, efektivitasnya tetap bergantung pada kesesuaian dengan fakta penggunaan merek. Saran penelitian adalah perlunya penguatan regulasi mengenai keharusan pencatatan akta pengalihan atau lisensi merek di DJKI, serta peningkatan peran notaris dalam memastikan substansi akta sesuai fakta hukum agar dapat mendukung perlindungan hukum yang lebih optimal.

Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Pohuwato Regency using the SERVQUAL model, which comprises five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This research was conducted in response to persistent public complaints regarding slow service processes, long queues, limited facilities and infrastructure, network disruptions, as well as insufficient information and uncertainty concerning service completion time. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews with Disdukcapil employees and community members, and documentation. The findings indicate that the quality of public services has not yet been optimal. The Tangibles dimension remains weak due to inadequate service facilities. Reliability has not been fully achieved as a result of delays in document issuance and system disruptions. Responsiveness among service officers is inconsistent in addressing public complaints. In terms of Assurance, officers demonstrate adequate professionalism; however, transparency in procedures and service timelines remains inconsistent. Meanwhile, in the Empathy dimension, attention to the community particularly vulnerable groups still needs improvement. Overall, the public services provided by Disdukcapil Pohuwato have not fully met community expectations and require improvements in facilities, staff competence, and the effectiveness of service systems.

The field practice program, also known as Innovation Development, is a community service activity conducted by students of STIE Madani Balikpapan aimed at assisting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving their business performance and sustainability in the city of Balikpapan. In this program, Group 6 focuses on the MSME “Mamidah’s Homemade,” located in RT 34, Mekar Sari Subdistrict, Central Balikpapan District, which operates in the home-based food production sector. This activity is designed to provide practical assistance and applied knowledge to address several existing business challenges faced by the MSME. The main objectives of this Innovation Development activity are: (1) to assist in creating a systematic, structured, and consistent financial recording system as a basis for operational planning, evaluation, and decision-making; (2) to support the development of a comprehensive and well-organized business portfolio to strengthen business identity and credibility; and (3) to help business owners enhance their digital branding capabilities through the effective use of online platforms and social media to expand market reach and competitiveness.

However, many MSMEs still face problems in financial recording and managing production costs. Rempeyek Bu Ning MSME experienced this problem because unstructured financial records made it difficult for business owners to monitor cash flow, calculate profits, and determine selling prices in line with production costs. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the financial management capabilities of MSMEs by helping them record their finances correctly and calculate production costs. Website Accessible Jambi City Population and Civil Registry Service https://disdukcapil.jambikota.go.id. The problem with the Jambi City Population and Civil Registry Service website is that not all information is available, especially on the Profile menu there is a Media Information sub-menu, Data menu and Facilities and Infrastructure menu. On the Information Media sub-menu, there is a Demographic Data sub-menu, where the contents of the sub-menu are still empty, preventing users from obtaining information. On the Public Facilities and Infrastructure menu from the sub menu, the data cannot be accessed so that it makes users unable to get information. And in the appearance of the Jambi City Population and Civil Registry Service, when accessed via Google Chrome, the appearance is disorganized, so users have to open the website using a laptop/PC to get a website display that is orderly and easy for users to understand. Quality measurement is carried out based on user satisfaction point of view in order to improve the quality of service to the community and make optimal use of the website. In analyzing user satisfactionwebsite DUKCAPIL Jambi using the webqual 4.0 method, there are 4 variables, namely usability (usability), information quality (information quality), interaction quality (interaction quality), and user satisfaction (user satisfaction) and using the software (software) SPSS. Of the 3 hypotheses proposed, all hypotheses were accepted in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem telemetri guna memantau kinerja panel surya pada beberapa lokasi dengan menggunakan komunikasi jarak jauh dan platform Internet of Things (IoT). Metode pemantauan konvensional memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan data secara real-time pada area yang luas, sehingga evaluasi kinerja jarak jauh menjadi kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pemantauan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor INA219 untuk mengukur tegangan dan arus, modul GPS Neo-M8 untuk identifikasi lokasi, modul Real-Time Clock (RTC) DS3231 untuk pencatatan waktu, serta modul LoRa RA-02 sebagai media komunikasi nirkabel. Setiap node pengirim dilengkapi dengan modul MicroSD untuk menyimpan data pengukuran secara lokal. Data hasil pengukuran dikirimkan melalui LoRa ke unit penerima dan ditampilkan secara real-time pada platform Thinger.io. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan bahwa sensor INA219 memiliki rata-rata galat pengukuran arus sebesar 0,71% dan galat pengukuran tegangan sebesar 0,1%. Pengujian GPS menunjukkan koordinat lokasi yang stabil dengan tingkat akurasi sekitar ±3 hingga ±8 meter. Seluruh data pengukuran berhasil dikirim, disimpan, dan ditampilkan tanpa kehilangan data yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menyediakan pemantauan parameter panel surya secara jarak jauh yang andal dan efisien dalam kondisi lapangan.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economic development. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing financial records and adapting to digital marketing, including the Cilor Maklor MSME in Argomulyo Village. The Cilor Maklor MSME in this location is one of the micro-enterprises that requires capacity building in both aspects. The main objective of this community service is to assist the Cilor Maklor MSME in understanding and implementing simple financial record-keeping methods and in improving its marketing capabilities through digital marketing, so that the MSME can adapt to current developments and expand its market reach. The method used in this activity includes three stages, namely: 1) MSME Survey, 2) Training and Mentoring, and 3) Evaluation. The results of the community service show an increase in MSMEs' knowledge, understanding, and skills in recording simple financial reports and in marketing products through digital platforms. In addition, this community service activity also has a positive impact on business capacity development and the sustainability of MSMEs.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Quality of Public Services in Making Birth Certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. Viewed from the aspects: (1) Tangible (Physical Evidence), (2) Reliability (Reliability), (3) Responsiveness (Responsiveness), (4) Assurance (Guarantee), (5) Empathy (Empathy). This research method uses a Qualitative Approach with a Descriptive type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in general the quality of public services in making birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City has been running well, although there are still some obstacles. In the Tangible dimension, the infrastructure is adequate but still needs to be updated on technological devices. In the Reliability dimension, the service has followed the established procedures and completion times, although sometimes hampered by system disruptions. The Responsiveness dimension shows that employees are quite responsive in responding to community needs, but need to increase effectiveness when queues are high. In the Assurance dimension, employees are competent and maintain data security, supported by technical training in population administration management. Meanwhile, in the Empathy dimension, employees are friendly and caring, although individual attention to the public is reduced during peak hours.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis web untuk Gerai Oleh-Oleh Bali yang selama ini masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dengan buku besar dan perhitungan menggunakan kalkulator. Sistem manual tersebut menyebabkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, serta kesulitan dalam pengarsipan data penjualan, pembelian, pemesanan, dan pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall dengan pendekatan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik gerai, perancangan sistem (Use Case Diagram dan Class Diagram), implementasi, pengujian unit, pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing, serta tahap pemeliharaan (maintenance). Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur login, dashboard, pengelolaan data master (supplier dan barang), transaksi penjualan dengan dukungan scan barcode, transaksi pembelian, laporan penjualan dan pembelian, serta pengelolaan user. Hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan seluruh test case berstatus Valid dan sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan. Pada tahap maintenance dilakukan contoh corrective maintenance dengan perbaikan bug pada query laporan penjualan harian.Sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dihasilkan mampu mempercepat proses transaksi, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan pembuatan laporan secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan solusi efektif bagi Gerai Oleh-Oleh Bali dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan interaksi dengan pelanggan.

Perkembangan sistem informasi seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang signifikan, berperan dalam penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan pendistribusian informasi. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam pengelolaan data instalasi kabel serat optik. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Bangkalan, sebagai instansi pemerintah, menghadapi tantangan dalam pencatatan data serat optik yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional menggunakan perangkat lunak Excel. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti merancang dan mengembangkan "Sistem Informasi Instalasi Kabel Serat Optik di Kabupaten Bangkalan." Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan data, menyederhanakan proses pencatatan, dan mempercepat akses informasi kepada pihak terkait. Hasil pengelolaan data dalam sistem informasi ini mencakup empat proses utama: pengelolaan data titik instalasi, pengelolaan data lokasi, pengelolaan data pengguna, dan pengelolaan data kecepatan internet. Penerapan metode waterfall dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan data. Perancangan sistem informasi ini terdiri dari lima (5) perancangan utama yaitu: 1) Menampilkan halaman pengunjung ketika aplikasi diakses, 2) Menerima dan mengolah data berdasarkan tindakan CRUD (create, read, update, delete), 3) Melakukan verifikasi data login dan menampilkan pesan error apabila data login salah, 4) Menyediakan fitur pencarian data, dan 5) Menghasilkan laporan data instalasi.

PAMTIRTA Tempino is an institution that provides clean water services in the Tempino area. The process of recording water use and monitoring water turbidity is still done manually, making it prone to recording errors and making it difficult to monitor the water quality distributed to the community. This study aims to design a website-based water turbidity recording and monitoring system by focusing on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) aspects using the Design Thinking method. The research follows five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews with PAMTIRTA officers. The results include a design with key features such as digital water meter recording, turbidity monitoring dashboards, and complaint services. The prototype was tested using Maze and the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving a score of 80.1 and falling into the "Good" category (grade B). These results demonstrate that the UI/UX design effectively provides an easy-to-understand, operationally suitable, and efficient solution for PAMTIRTA Tempino's water recording and turbidity monitoring needs. This design offers a ready-to-implement solution to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of clean water services in the Tempino area.

The mentoring program was implemented to address issues related to the low practice of financial recordkeeping and the suboptimal utilization of digital marketing among Aisyah Laundry MSMEs in Dusun Gatak. The objective of this activity was to implement a simple financial recording system, build a basic understanding of the separation between personal and business finances, and introduce digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing business management effectiveness. The methods employed included a participatory approach through initial condition observation, socialization of the benefits of recordkeeping, training in the use of simple bookkeeping formats, digital content training, and outcome evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the regularity of daily transaction recording, administrative skills, and the establishment of a more systematic financial management pattern. In the marketing aspect, activation of the business’s Instagram account contributed to expanded service information outreach, increased customer interest, and a shift in the business owner's perspective regarding the importance of digital media. These findings affirm that hands-on mentoring is effective in improving financial and digital literacy among MSMEs and in encouraging sustainable changes in business behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan transaksi pada Toko Bangunan Subur Kaliwungu yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan yang tidak efisien, kesulitan pencarian data, serta kurangnya ketepatan dalam laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Prototype. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode akuntansi berbasis Akrual (Accrual Basis) agar laporan keuangan dapat disusun lebih akurat dan real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, mengelola data barang dan pelanggan, serta menyajikan laporan penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara digital. Fitur tambahan seperti histori transaksi, informasi stok barang, serta perhitungan laba rugi juga membantu pemilik toko dalam pengambilan keputusan. Implementasi sistem memberikan dampak positif, di antaranya peningkatan efisiensi, keakuratan data, dan kemudahan monitoring aktivitas penjualan.

The Innovation Development Program conducted by Group 2 in Gunung Sari Ulu Village consisted of a structured series of mentoring activities designed to strengthen the financial literacy and marketing capabilities of local UMKM. The program focused on guiding participants in recording simple cash flow using the Monly AI application, which helped them understand how Artificial Intelligence can support more accurate and organized financial management. In addition, participants were taught how to properly separate incoming and outgoing transaction notes so that their business finances could be monitored more clearly and systematically. The program also introduced strategies for promoting products through digital marketing, enabling UMKM to expand their market reach by utilizing online platforms and creating more appealing promotional content. Overall, this activity aimed to broaden the participants’ knowledge of AI-based financial recording while also equipping them with practical marketing skills needed to increase visibility and attract consumer purchasing power. By integrating technology with improved marketing practices, the program sought to empower UMKM to operate more efficiently, enhance their competitiveness, and strengthen the sustainability of their business activities within the local community.

This study aims to synergize the importance of simple accounting records for MSMEs with Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 282. Where many MSMEs do not implement accounting records even though they are simple. If MSMEs implement this, it can help business sustainability. Allah SWT has commanded business people to record transactions in Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 282. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that Surah Al-Baqarah verse 282 provides practical and moral guidance that is very relevant to the needs of accounting records in MSMEs. The principles of honesty, accuracy, and justice in this verse are in line with accounting practices that aim to create effective, professional, and sustainable financial management. By implementing these values, MSMEs can face modern business challenges with a strong foundation and oriented towards business sustainability and social harmony. In addition, the application of Qur’anic values can enhance business partners’ trust and improve transparency in transactional relationships. This study recommends that MSMEs strengthen Islamic value-based accounting education to create more trustworthy and competitive financial governance.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika integrasi strategis antara pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dalam konteks transformasi digital. Melalui pendekatan library research dengan orientasi eksploratori-deskriptif, studi ini menganalisis secara komprehensif berbagai sumber primer terkini yang membahas fenomena adopsi teknologi digital dan implementasi manajemen keuangan pada UMKM Indonesia periode 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa meskipun terdapat kesadaran substansial terhadap urgensi transformasi digital di kalangan pelaku UMKM, variasi signifikan teridentifikasi dalam tingkat adopsi dan optimalisasi teknologi digital—dengan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook menjadi instrumen dominan dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam dimensi manajemen keuangan, literasi finansial dan implementasi sistem pencatatan terdigitalisasi terungkap sebagai determinan fundamental bagi keberlanjutan operasional. Interelasi antara pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan termanifestasi dalam adopsi sistem pembayaran digital, pengelolaan konten strategis berbasis efisiensi finansial, dan standardisasi proses bisnis terintegrasi. Model pengembangan kapasitas yang direkomendasikan mencakup pelatihan komprehensif, pendampingan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi ekosistemik, standardisasi proses, dan integrasi strategi mitigasi risiko. Implikasi strategis dari integrasi ini meliputi optimalisasi alokasi sumber daya, penguatan kapasitas pengambilan keputusan berbasis data integratif, konstruksi model bisnis responsif, peningkatan keberlanjutan finansial, dan akselerasi skalabilitas bisnis. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual tentang transformasi digital UMKM dalam konteks negara berkembang dan menyediakan landasan empiris bagi formulasi kebijakan dan strategi bisnis yang memperkuat daya saing UMKM Indonesia di era digital.

This community service activity was motivated by the still low ability of business owners to maintain financial records and digital promotions. Pak Joko Chicken Slaughterhouse is one of the MSMEs experiencing challenges in financial management due to its manual system and lack of use of digital media for business promotion. The objective of this activity was to improve managerial capacity through Microsoft Excel-based digital bookkeeping training and online marketing training with Google Maps and Instagram. The method used was a participatory approach through three stages of activities: field surveys, training, and evaluation of results. The results of the activity showed an increase in partners' understanding and skills in maintaining more structured and accurate financial records using Excel. Partners also succeeded in creating business profiles on Google Maps and business Instagram accounts used to promote products digitally. The tangible impact of this activity is increased awareness of the importance of financial records and digital promotions, as well as increased business competitiveness. In conclusion, digital bookkeeping and digital marketing training has proven effective in driving the transformation of traditional businesses to modern, technology-based management.

This research analyses the challenges to service innovation in civil registration, specifically the issuance of birth certificates at the Sidoarjo Regency Department of Population and Civil Registration, within the context of governmental digital transformation. Employing a qualitative approach via in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, the study identifies various obstacles encountered in the process of public service digitisation. The findings indicate that the principal challenges include: (1) resistance to change from both civil servants and the public regarding the digital system; (2) limitations in information technology infrastructure and internet connectivity in rural areas; (3) the digital literacy gap between urban and rural community groups; (4) the complexity of coordination among government agencies within the integrated system; and (5) budgetary constraints for continuous system maintenance and development. The study also found that despite various innovations such as online services, mobile apps, and digital queuing systems, their implementation still faces significant technical and non-technical impediments. These findings contribute to the literature on public sector innovation by revealing the dynamics of e-government implementation at the regency/city level, and offer strategic recommendations for policymakers on optimising the digital transformation of civil registration services. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis, which integrates technological, organisational, and social perspectives within the context of local government in Indonesia post-COVID-19 pandemic.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Accurate accounting system in the cash transaction recording process at PT XYZ, a cement distributor company focused in eastern Indonesia, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara. Along with business growth, the company transitioned from manual recording using Microsoft Excel to a computerized system to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis focuses on comparing processes before and after the use of Accurate, its contribution to efficiency, and the challenges faced during implementation. The research results show that the Accurate system significantly improves efficiency by automating journal processes, minimizing human error, and presenting financial data in real-time and structured formats. However, challenges related to discipline in timely transaction input were found, causing discrepancies between system balances and bank statements. The solution to these challenges is to improve the finance team's discipline in performing daily data input.
