Pengelolaan arsip dokumen klaim merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung akuntabilitas administrasi perusahaan penjaminan kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dokumen klaim berdasarkan prinsip good governance dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas administrasi PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jawa Timur (Perseroda). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, dan pencatatan lapangan reflektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dokumen klaim belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip good governance, khususnya pada aspek transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang tercermin dari sistem penemuan kembali arsip yang masih dilakukan secara manual serta rendahnya pemanfaatan Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) dalam praktik kerja sehari-hari. Optimalisasi EDMS disertai penguatan SOP dan peningkatan kapasitas pegawai menjadi solusi strategis yang direkomendasikan.

Penilaian kinerja merupakan elemen krusial dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk memastikan efektivitas organisasi dan pengembangan karyawan. Namun, banyak sistem penilaian tradisional masih bergulat dengan masalah subjektivitas, kurangnya transparansi, dan minimnya fokus pada pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sistem penilaian kinerja yang berlaku di Politeknik XXX dan mengusulkan kerangka model yang mengintegrasikan 360-Degree Feedback dan Critical Incident Technique (CIT) untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut. Menggunakan analisis survei deskriptif dan analisis kesenjangan (gap analysis) pada data Politeknik XXX , ditemukan bahwa sistem saat ini bersifat top-down, minim umpan balik multi-sumber (rekan sejawat dan mahasiswa 0%), lemah dalam pencatatan kejadian kritis (18.5% untuk prestasi, 29.6% untuk pelanggaran), serta memiliki skor komunikasi hasil penilaian (2.07/5.00), kepuasan, dan keadilan yang moderat (2.96/5.00). Kesenjangan signifikan teridentifikasi pada aspek transparansi (gap 2.29), orientasi perbaikan (gap 2.08), dan rekam kejadian kritis/CIT (gap 2.07). Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan urgensi transformasi menuju sistem manajemen kinerja modern yang mengedepankan objektivitas, transparansi, dan pengembangan profesional berbasis data. Integrasi 360-Degree Feedback dan CIT diyakini mampu menyediakan perspektif holistik dan bukti perilaku faktual yang diperlukan untuk penilaian yang lebih adil dan formatif.

This research was conducted to examine the implementation of the Accurate system in recording cement purchase transactions at PT. XYZ and to evaluate its effectiveness in supporting the company's operational activities. A qualitative approach was employed, emphasizing the analysis of descriptive data in the form of words and documents. The study was carried out using a case study method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being investigated. During the internship period, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. Research shows that the Accurate system helps companies record purchases in a more organised, faster and more accurate way than the manual method using Microsoft Excel. The Accurate system can automatically record purchase invoices, business debts, suppliers and the inventory of goods. This makes the accounting department more efficient. Accurate helps to reduce the risk of recording errors and makes it easier to find transaction data. However, when it is being used, there are still several problems, such as delays in entering transaction data, mistakes when entering names or account numbers, and being unable to change invoices after a certain amount of time. To get around these problems, the company checks the transaction data again and makes sure that the recording process is more consistent. Research results show that the Accurate system is effective in PT. XYZ can help make sure that the process of recording cement purchases is effective and efficient. It can also help make sure that financial information is more accurate and joined up.

Although MSMEs are crucial to the economy, the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises is often hampered by suboptimal financial governance. Low utilization of financial information, lack of separation between personal and business finances, and unstructured cash flow management are challenges that can affect long-term business sustainability. This quantitative study aims to evaluate the impact of financial record keeping, capital planning, and cash cycle management on the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises in Mekargalih Village, Garut Regency. Using a survey method and saturated sampling technique, data from 70 business owners were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that financial record keeping does not have a significant impact on business sustainability, indicating that recording activities are still administrative in nature and have not been optimally utilized as a basis for business decision-making. Conversely, capital planning and cash cycle management have been shown to have a positive and significant impact on business sustainability. Business owners who are able to plan capital needs and maintain smooth cash flow tend to be more able to maintain the stability of their business operations. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 45.2% to business sustainability. Latar Belakang: Kehilangan seluruh gigi (complete edentulism) dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, estetika, serta menurunkan kualitas hidup dan kepercayaan diri pasien. Gigi tiruan lengkap (GTL) berbahan resin akrilik masih menjadi pilihan rehabilitasi yang banyak digunakan karena memiliki sifat estetik yang baik, mudah dimanipulasi, dan relatif ekonomis. Laporan Kasus: Seorang pasien perempuan berusia 42 tahun datang ke Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Soelastri Surakarta dengan keluhan kehilangan seluruh gigi pada rahang atas dan rahang bawah sejak tiga tahun yang lalu. Pasien mengalami kesulitan mengunyah, berbicara, dan merasa kurang percaya diri terhadap penampilannya. Pemeriksaan klinis menunjukkan kondisi edentulous lengkap pada kedua rahang disertai penurunan dimensi vertikal wajah. Rencana perawatan berupa pembuatan gigi tiruan lengkap berbahan resin akrilik heat-cured. Tahapan perawatan meliputi pencetakan anatomis dan fisiologis, pembuatan sendok cetak individual, pencatatan hubungan rahang, penyusunan gigi tiruan, try-in, insersi, serta evaluasi pasca pemasangan. Hasil: Setelah pemasangan gigi tiruan lengkap, diperoleh retensi dan stabilisasi yang baik, oklusi yang harmonis, serta perbaikan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, dan estetika. Pada evaluasi satu minggu pasca-insersi, pasien tidak mengeluhkan rasa sakit maupun ketidaknyamanan, kondisi jaringan pendukung dalam keadaan sehat, dan pasien menyatakan puas terhadap hasil perawatan. Kesimpulan: Rehabilitasi pasien edentulous lengkap menggunakan gigi tiruan lengkap resin akrilik memberikan hasil klinis yang baik dalam mengembalikan fungsi pengunyahan, bicara, dan estetika. Keberhasilan perawatan dipengaruhi oleh ketepatan prosedur klinis, kualitas pembuatan gigi tiruan, serta kerja sama yang baik antara dokter gigi dan pasien.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang yang berjumlah 68 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selain itu, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang. Kondisi kerja yang tertib, nyaman, aman, serta didukung hubungan kerja yang harmonis mampu meningkatkan motivasi, loyalitas, dan rasa puas pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan publik.

Vegetable stall businesses represent a common form of micro-enterprise that meets consumers' daily needs, including in the Depok District. However, most business owners have yet to adopt proper and adequate financial record-keeping practices, relying instead on manual methods. This makes it difficult to control and evaluate business financial management. This community engagement initiative aimed to provide guidance on digitizing accounting records for vegetable stall MSMEs using the BukuWarung application and to enhance the digital financial literacy of business owners regarding digital financial management. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, involving observation, interviews, documentation, and direct assistance provided to vegetable stall owners in the Depok District. Observations revealed that business owners gained a better understanding of and improved skills in using the BukuWarung application, becoming capable of independently recording income, expenses, and business receivables and payables. The initiative demonstrated that implementing a guidance program for digitizing accounting records via the BukuWarung application significantly contributed to improving the financial management capabilities of vegetable-trading MSMEs. These findings suggest the potential for applying similar guidance models to MSMEs in other regions to foster broader digital financial literacy.

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital. Namun, masih terdapat pelaku UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara terstruktur. Permasalahan tersebut ditemukan pada UMKM Ubi Cilembu Madu Oven Lumintu dan Warung Madura Sembako Amanda di wilayah Condongcatur yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam kegiatan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi BukuWarung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 April 2026, 5 Mei 2026, dan 20 Mei 2026. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM mulai memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan usaha secara teratur serta mampu mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran usaha menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi BukuWarung. Penggunaan Microsoft Excel membantu UMKM Ubi Cilembu dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana secara lebih rapi, sedangkan aplikasi BukuWarung membantu Warung Madura dalam mengelola transaksi usaha dan pencatatan hutang pelanggan secara lebih praktis. Kegiatan ini membantu pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha secara lebih teratur dan mudah dipahami.

Penelitian ini menganalisis praktik akuntansi keberlanjutan pada Arif Barbershop, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Jombang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana barbershop menerapkan prinsip Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) dalam operasional sehari-hari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Arif Barbershop telah menerapkan praktik lingkungan dasar seperti pengelolaan limbah rambut melalui kantong plastik ke tempat pembuangan sampah, serta efisiensi energi dengan mematikan peralatan listrik setelah jam operasional. Dari aspek sosial, barbershop menjaga kepuasan pelanggan melalui konsistensi kualitas layanan dan sistem bagi hasil (60:40) kepada karyawan. Praktik tata kelola, meskipun bersifat informal, mencakup pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan buku biasa. Namun demikian, barbershop belum memiliki izin usaha formal dan belum menerapkan kerangka akuntansi keberlanjutan yang terstandar. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa UMKM dapat mempraktikkan akuntansi keberlanjutan secara intuitif, dan menyarankan perlunya program pelatihan serta alat pelaporan yang disederhanakan.

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi SAK EMKM pada usaha pengolahan hasil laut Bu Risma di Kenjeran, Surabaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi selama tiga bulan, penelitian mengamati transformasi pencatatan keuangan dari sistem manual menjadi terstandarisasi. Sebelum implementasi, usaha tidak memisahkan modal usaha dan kebutuhan pribadi. Implementasi yang dimulai Maret 2025 menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan SDM akuntansi, teknologi pendukung, dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku akibat ketergantungan pada musim penangkapan ikan. Meskipun demikian, implementasi SAK EMKM berhasil meningkatkan transparansi keuangan, mempermudah perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan pihak eksternal. Usaha berhasil menyusun laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan catatan atas laporan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM. Penelitian merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan, adopsi teknologi sederhana, dan program pendampingan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi SAK EMKM pada UMKM pengolahan hasil laut.

This research was conducted with the aim of developing an automation system for recording warehouse inventory based on Google Sheets to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the stocktaking process at the Cresta Management warehouse. This research was based on problems in the semi-manual process that used logbooks and separate files for each group of goods, which caused problems such as data duplication, limited data access, lack of data transparency, and lengthy recapitulation process. This research used the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Data were collected through observastion, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of this development is a system consisting of a login page, goods transcation recording, warehouse dashboard, stock reports, stock cards, and PDF report exports. This study also produced evaluation scores regarding the system’s feasibilty: 93,3% from the first media expert, 80% from the second media expert, 73,3% from the material expert, and 91,75% from users through User Acceptance Testing. These evaluation results indicate that the system is feasible for use and implementation in supporting warehouse operations, as it provides real time data updates, improves the efficiency of goods reporting, and enhances warehouse transactions.

This internship report aims to analyze the process of recording and reporting daily teller transactions at the Savings and Loan Cooperative (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam/KSP) Kopdit Tuke Jung. The study focuses on the role of tellers in recording daily financial transactions and preparing transaction reports as the basis for the presentation of cooperative financial statements. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation conducted during the internship period. The results of the analysis indicate that daily transaction recording at KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung has been carried out in a computerized manner using the Sikopdit application. Tellers record transactions based on transaction evidence, recap daily transactions, and prepare reports that are then submitted to the bookkeeping department and management. This process is in accordance with the accounting cycle theory, although there are still obstacles such as the potential for data input errors and system disruptions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve teller accuracy and optimize the accounting information system so that the process of recording and reporting daily transactions can run more effectively and accurately.

Transformasi digital dalam sistem pembayaran telah mengubah lanskap pengelolaan keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan pembayaran digital terhadap praktik pengelolaan arus kas dan transparansi keuangan UMKM. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus multipel diterapkan, melibatkan 14 pemilik/manajer UMKM di Kota Semarang yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi non-partisipan, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kerangka Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembayaran digital mentransformasi pengelolaan arus kas melalui percepatan settlement (85,7%), otomatisasi pencatatan (92,8%), dan peningkatan efisiensi biaya (78,6%). Transparansi keuangan meningkat melalui ketersediaan audit trail digital (100%), pemisahan keuangan pribadi-usaha (71,4%), dan akurasi pencatatan (85,7%). Permintaan pelanggan dan kemudahan penggunaan menjadi pendorong utama, sementara gangguan konektivitas dan keterbatasan literasi digital menjadi penghambat. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur adopsi fintech dengan perspektif kualitatif mengenai dampak pasca-adopsi pembayaran digital terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM.

The use of population data plays a crucial role in improving the quality of public services and supporting data-driven policymaking. The Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil), as the agency responsible for population administration, is responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and integrated population data. This study aims to analyze collaborative patterns of population data utilization and public service innovation at the Serang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and literature studies from various relevant academic sources. The results show that collaborative patterns of population data utilization are carried out through the integration of population information systems, data exchange between government agencies, and the development of information technology-based services. Public service innovations carried out include the digitization of population administration services, the use of online service information systems, and improving the quality of digital technology-based services. This collaborative data utilization can increase the effectiveness of public services and accelerate the population administration process for the community. Therefore, strengthening inter-agency coordination, improving the quality of human resources, and developing information technology infrastructure are important factors in supporting the successful utilization of population data and public service innovation.

This study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of patient data recording at Elopada Community Health Center. The research adopts a system development approach using the waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The developed system was evaluated using Black Box Testing to verify the conformity between input and output without considering internal program structures. The results indicate that the EMR system enhances data processing speed, improves recording accuracy, and facilitates access to patient information. These findings are consistent with prior studies showing that EMR implementation improves the quality and efficiency of clinical documentation . Therefore, the proposed system is considered feasible to support the advancement of digital healthcare services.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Sumba Regency following the implementation of digitalization through the use of electronic signatures. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to identify gaps between the level of importance and service performance. The results indicate that, overall, service quality can be categorized as fairly good, as reflected by performance levels that are relatively close to public expectations. However, several service attributes remain in the priority quadrant, particularly in terms of system usability, service stability, and accessibility. Meanwhile, attributes such as service speed, data security, and staff responsiveness demonstrate satisfactory performance and should be maintained. These findings suggest that the implementation of electronic signatures has improved service efficiency and effectiveness, although further improvements are still required, particularly in technical aspects and system usability. Therefore, continuous improvement efforts are necessary to enhance public service quality, making it more responsive and oriented toward user satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze public service innovation through the Sobat Dukcapil Website Program at the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Office in improving the quality of population administration services. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The analysis was conducted using Everett M. Rogers' Diffusion of Innovations theory, which includes five characteristics of innovation, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results show that the Sobat Dukcapil Website has relative advantages in terms of time efficiency, reduced queues, and easy access to online services. This innovation is also considered appropriate for the needs of urban communities and the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) policy. However, there are still obstacles in terms of complexity, particularly related to the digital literacy of the community and technical system disruptions.

This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in preparing financial statements based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) through the digitalization of financial recording in UMKM Pasadana. The main problems faced by the partners include low accounting literacy, unstructured and simple financial recording practices, and the limited utilization of digital technology in financial management. The implementation method adopts a participatory approach consisting of several stages, namely socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training focuses on understanding the basic concepts of SAK EMKM and the practical use of simple and applicable digital financial recording applications. Mentoring is conducted directly to ensure that MSME actors are able to implement financial recording independently and sustainably. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in conducting systematic financial recording in accordance with SAK EMKM principles. In addition, MSME actors begin to adopt digital technology in recording transactions, which improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of financial statements. This activity also encourages a shift in mindset, where financial recording is no longer viewed as merely administrative, but as a basis for business decision-making. Thus, this community service activity provides a practical contribution to improving the quality of MSME financial management through the integration of accounting literacy and sustainable digital technology utilization.

Innovative service programs are still unable to ensure that all administrative rights related to civil registration are properly fulfilled, especially for vulnerable groups such as people with mental disorders and persons with disabilities. This study aims to examine the role of the Sidoarjo District Population and Civil Registration Office in fulfilling the administrative rights of the community, identify factors that facilitate and hinder this process, and evaluate how inclusive public service policies are implemented. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand how inclusive public services are implemented. The study shows that there are obstacles in procedures and administration, particularly in the initial online application process, and that there are no clear SOP documents regulating services for persons with disabilities. In addition, the manner of imposing official sanctions in the implementation of the Peduli Dilan Program is not yet clear. Nevertheless, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency has made efforts to provide inclusive services and focus on fulfilling rights. This study shows that the role of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency is already functioning, but it still needs to be strengthened in terms of resources, data collection systems, and service coverage expansion so that the administrative rights of vulnerable groups can be fulfilled more evenly and sustainably.

The rapid advancement of digital technology demands a transformation in public communication to effectively engage Generation Z as digital natives. Through the Instagram account @swargaloka.sby, the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Department aims to drive e-KTP (electronic ID card) registration. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines digital communication strategies based on the framework of Chaniago and Majid (2024), which encompasses five key aspects: creativity, visual quality, audience alignment, posting consistency, and responsiveness. The analysis reveals that while appealing visuals and communicative language have successfully built audience engagement, actual participation in e-KTP registration remains suboptimal. This is attributed to a relevance gap between population administration issues and the daily lives of young people. The effectiveness of digital communication in driving tangible action depends on the account managers' ability to deliver more persuasive and personally relevant messaging to ensure a sustainable increase in administrative awareness in the digital era.
