This community service program aimed to promote a community-based environmental care movement through the planting of productive trees in Meunasah Panggoi Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City. The program was implemented over four weeks using a Community-Based Participatory (CBP) approach, actively involving local residents in the planning, observation, seedling procurement, tree planting, and initial maintenance stages. The observation results indicated that vegetation cover in the village was still limited, highlighting the need for sustainable greening efforts. A total of 25 productive trees, including mango, longan, coconut, guava, and avocado, were successfully planted at several strategic locations. The activity involved village officials, youth groups, and community members, thereby strengthening public participation in environmental conservation. The program not only increased vegetation cover but also reinforced the spirit of mutual cooperation, enhanced collective awareness of environmental preservation, and encouraged the productive use of available land. The productive trees are expected to provide long-term ecological, social, and economic benefits by improving environmental quality and generating harvests that can be utilized by the community. Therefore, community-based greening represents an effective strategy for supporting sustainable environmental development at the village level.

This study examines the performance of student administrative services in the Society 5.0 era at the Bureau of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Planning of Gorontalo State University, focusing on scholarship services. It addresses the need for accessible, responsive, transparent, inclusive, and student-centered administrative services in higher education. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants included bureau leaders, scholarship and financial aid administrators, operational officers, and students receiving various scholarship schemes. Thematic analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while validity was ensured through source triangulation, method triangulation, and member checking. The findings show that accessibility has improved through service counters, websites, social media, WhatsApp, online forms, SIMPEL BAKP, and coordination with faculties and study programs. However, information remains fragmented, digital standard operating procedures are not uniform, and disability-inclusive access is limited. Responsiveness is supported by direct and digital communication, but it lacks a dedicated complaint system, automatic notifications, selection-status dashboards, and real-time disbursement tracking. Service quality is perceived as fairly good because students experience professional, friendly, and fair treatment. Nevertheless, service documentation, procedural standardization, staff training, and humanistic technology integration need strengthening. The study concludes that scholarship administration should be transformed into a centralized, inclusive, responsive, transparent, and student-centered digital-humanistic service model.

This study analyzes the adaptation of digital branding practices carried out by the Pimpinan Pusat ‘Aisyiyah Majelis Tabligh dan Ketarjihan (PPA MTK) through its Instagram account @ppa.majelistablighketarjihan. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using content analysis, documentation, and limited participatory observation. Data were collected from the Instagram accounts @aisyiyahpusat and @ppa.majelistablighketarjihan, organizational documents, workshop materials, and digital tabligh guidelines. The findings show that PPA MTK adapted several branding elements from the central organizational account, including visual identity, hashtags, audience greetings, and communication planning structures. However, the adaptation process did not emerge through formal organizational obligations but developed collaboratively through workshops and shared organizational identity. The study also found differences in communication orientation and content pillar structures between the two accounts. While @aisyiyahpusat emphasized broader institutional communication themes, @ppa.majelistablighketarjihan focused more on digital tabligh communication. These findings indicate that branding adaptation within faith-based women organizations may develop through organizational interaction and functional communication differentiation rather than rigid communication standardization.

This article analyzes the legal status of golf course development, specifically Gunung Geulis Country Club (GGCC) in the Puncak-Bogor Area within Indonesia's spatial planning policy and Green Open Space (RTH) protection framework, while evaluating its ecological impacts from an environmental justice perspective. Employing a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches, this research identifies two core issues. First, golf course development occupies a legal grey area: it is recognized as private RTH under Article 29(2) of Law No. 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning, yet substantively fails to fulfill the ecological functions mandated by law due to its exclusivity and inaccessibility to the public. Second, from an environmental justice perspective, GGCC's development generates layered distributive, procedural, and corrective injustices: surrounding communities bear the burden of groundwater contamination, reduced spring discharge, increased surface runoff, and flood risk, while economic and recreational benefits are concentrated among a small number of high-fee members. Weak AMDAL instruments, minimal public participation, and inconsistent spatial monitoring in the Puncak-Bogor protected area exacerbate these conditions. This article recommends policy reforms including stricter private RTH definitions, strengthened participatory AMDAL processes, and consistent application of the polluter-pays principle.
