This study aims to analyze the role of social media and explore how it influences the views and understanding of religious knowledge among Muslim youth. Using a qualitative approach, the study provides a detailed exploration of adolescents' perceptions of religious content accessed through social media and its impact on their understanding of Islam. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding among youth. The majority of participants access religious content through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with most feeling that this content helps them gain a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. This positive influence includes increased motivation to engage in worship and improve daily behavior in accordance with religious principles. However, participants also noted challenges related to the quality of information, which is often inaccurate or superficial. Nonetheless, social media fosters a strong sense of community through interactions in discussion groups and collaboration in religious learning. The study concludes that while social media has great potential to enrich religious knowledge among youth, it is important for adolescents to select credible sources, and for parents and educators to provide guidance on the wise use of social media.

Inheritance distribution in Islam is one of the legal aspects regulated in detail in the Qur'an, hadith, and fiqh. Islamic inheritance law aims to provide justice and order in the distribution of a person's inheritance after death. This discussion is not only limited to the rights and obligations of heirs, but also includes dispute resolution mechanisms in various social and cultural contexts. In practice, inheritance problems from Muslims also intersect with non-Muslims, which can give rise to different perceptions among heirs or children of heirs who are not included in the heir group but receive a mandatory will in accordance with the provisions of positive law in relation to the distribution of inheritance of Muslims. In this study, the problem raised is how is the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents, a case study of the Tigaraksa Religious Court decision Number: 1657/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Tgrs dated November 25, 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of inheritance to non-Muslim children who receive mandatory testamentary rights over the inheritance of their Muslim parents. The results of the study showed that even though they do not have the status of heirs, non-Muslim children of the testator receive a mandatory testamentary share from the inheritance of their deceased parents (Heir) which does not exceed the share of the smallest heir or is equal to the share of the inheritance of a daughter. The inheritance is reduced by the testator's debt and is then divided into two parts, part of which is the joint property of the Heir and his wife, then the inheritance rights and mandatory testamentary rights are divided.

This research was motivated by the frequent cases of repeated truancy in SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi which became the driving force of this research. sTherefore, research on truant behavior in students needs to be done to determine the types of truant behavior, factors that encourage students to do truant behavior, how parents can influence truant behavior, the impact of truant behavior, and how students' perceptions of truant behavior and how Guidance And Counseling teachers handle it. Participants in this study were grade VIII teenagers who often skipped school. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings of this study show that there are two types of truant behavior carried out by students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, namely truant entirely and only during designated class hours. Factors that encourage students to behave truant include factors from themselves, family factors and environmental factors. Parental participation in truant behavior largely refers to the fact that based on parenting, parents are not directly involved in their child's truant behavior. The impact of truant behavior can be psychological, academic, or non-academic. Guidance and counseling teachers respond to this impact by providing information services, contacting parents, working with principals and homeroom teachers, and calling students who exhibit truant behavior for guidance on both the student and parent side

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations. The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Keywords: forms of parental involvement; early childhood education.
