The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

Sektor pertanian, terutama produksi tanaman pangan merupakan pilar perekonomian di Indonesia dengan sentra produksi berada di Nusa Tenggara. Salah satu penyebab penurunan produksi tanaman pangan adalah kekeringan yang disebabkan oleh perubahan iklim. Kekeringan dapat dihitung dengan Standardized Precipitation Index yang merupakan indeks untuk mengukur tingkat keparahan kekeringan suatu wilayah. Tingkat keparahan kekeringan suatu wilayah dapat mencapai nilai tertinggi yang dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan periode kejadian kekeringan yang terjadi secara berulang. Selanjutnya hasil estimasi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai Return Period yang merupakan rata-rata waktu kekeringan yang terjadi dengan menentukan keparahan kekeringan maksimum. Untuk mengantisipasi kekeringan yang terjadi secara berulang, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi karakteristik kekeringan dari Return Period berdasarkan profil geografis Nusa Tenggara. Data yang digunakan adalah data observasi curah hujan bulanan selama periode tahun 1985 sampai 2014 yang menggambarkan kejadian kekeringan yang telah terjadi untuk masa sekarang dan data skenario curah hujan bulanan selama periode tahun 2016 sampai 2100 berdasarkan Representative Concentration Pathways yang menggambarkan iklim di masa akan datang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Return Period secara geografis memberikan gambaran untuk berbagai wilayah. Pada wilayah karakteristik iklim lebih basah terlihat adanya pengurangan curah hujan, sedangkan wilayah karakteristik iklim lebih kering tidak mengalami pengurangan curah hujan yang signifikan. Secara umum dapat diketahui bahwa beberapa tahun ke depan prediksi kekeringan Pulau Nusa Tenggara menunjukkan tingkat keparahan kekeringan yang tidak terlalu parah dengan periode berulang yang lebih sering terjadi.

Pempek merupakan salah satu makanan khas di Kota Pelembang Sumatera Selatan. Pempek di suguhkan beserta dengan pelengkap yaitu cuko. Pempek terbuat dari tepung, ikan, serta bahan pelengkap lainnya, sementara cuko terbuat dari gula, air, bawang putih, asam serta cabai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan pendampingan pada pelaku usaha pempek BRN di kelurahan Lorok Pakjo Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang, sehingga produk yang dibuat dapat bertahan lebih lama dan tidak merugikan pelaku usaha. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research. This research framework departs from the conception of the law on consumer protection which contains legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law No. 8 on consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research on five resource persons. The data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, the criteria for food label violations according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection are label falsification, false information, expiration, incomplete labels, inappropriate quality, unsubstantial health claims, illegal labels, lack of compliance with regulations, and health hazards. Legal protection for consumers in food labeling violations according to Law No. 8/1999 on consumer protection, which aims to protect the rights and interests of consumers and encourage healthy and fair business practices. Violation of this law can result in legal action and sanctions against business actors who violate consumer rights. If you have a problem or dispute as a consumer, you can utilize the mechanisms provided in this Act to protect consumer rights.

The purpose of this research is to find out what records are carried out by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in preparing their financial reports and to find out the preparation of financial reports using SAK EMKM for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research are that MSMEs at Putri Solo Restaurant do not keep records or bookkeeping regarding the entry and exit of financial reports and MSMEs at Putri Solo Restaurant do not record their financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities (SAK EMKM). They only rely on memory to measure the amount of expenditure on production activities and these MSMEs also believe that their business does not need to record financial reports according to applicable standards.

This study aims to determine the implementation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City and its obstacles. Research background, that the development of food security and sovereignty needs to be carried out through the provision and establishment of sustainable food agricultural land. But in urban areas, efforts to maintain the existence of agricultural land are quite complicated problems. The high demand for land due to the development of housing, trade, services, industry and others causes a large proportion of the agricultural area to continue to decline every year. The promulgation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land is expected to reduce the high rate of conversion of rice fields and maintain their ecological functions. This type of research is an empirical legal research. The nature of the research is descriptive because it wants to describe the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City. The results of the study, that the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Land Sustainable food agriculture in the City of Surakarta was only at the stage of inventorying paddy fields and had not yet arrived at the formation of a Regional Regulation. The reason is that paddy fields in the city of Surakarta are not productive because there is no technical irrigation network available, the majority of the livelihoods of the people of Surakarta are not as farmers, and the high demands of settlement needs as a consequence of the development of urban areas. This is in accordance with the results of identification by the Department of Agriculture, BPN and BAPPEDA that out of 111 hectares of agricultural land listed in the Regional Spatial Planning of Surakarta City No. 1 of 2012, the total area of agricultural land is less than 111 hectares and only 80-90 hectares of land. agriculture that is not cultivated and partly in the form of paddy fields surrounded by housing. The absence of a regional regulation that stipulates the protection of sustainable agricultural land causes in practice there is no clarity regarding protected land, sanctions for violations or incentives that will be accepted by the community if they do not carry out or protect the agricultural land they own.

The experience of the Covid-19 incident has encouraged us to carry out food security activities. To increase the food security of the villagers assisted by the PPM AAL Community Service Team at Rumdis Pesapen Surabaya, this was done by developing plantations and hydroponics with the NTF system. The development of this plantation was carried out from the start, namely the plantation from abandoned land to becoming a garden. At the same time, the hydroponic one went from non-existent to existing until harvest. Implementation of Food Security by: 1) Socialization and training, 2) Formation of farmer groups, and 3) Monitoring and assistance in the Assisted Villages. Plantation and hydroponic systems are very potential and useful solutions for increasing income, and food availability, opening up new business opportunities, and can preserve the environment, and being part of efforts to realize sustainable agriculture and improve community welfare

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh persepsi harga, promosi dan keputusan pembelian pada produk makanan khas Sumatera Barat yaitu Keripik Balado Shirley. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merangsang pengaruh persepsi harga dan efek promosi terhadap penjualan keripik balado. pengambilan sampel, digunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan mengambil 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah item pertanyaan yang ada. Dalam hal ini penelitian mempunyai 18 item pertanyaan, sehingga sampel minimal sebanyak 90 responden dan sampel maksimal sebanyak 180 responden. Oleh karena itu, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Persepsi Harga menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa harga produk yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen sehingga harga yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif promosi menunjukkan bahwa konsumen suka diberikan hadiah ketika membeli produk. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Keputusan Pembelian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen puas membeli produk Balado Shirley Chips

Elderly people are those who have reached the age of 60 years or more who need activities to avoid experiencing dementia, the elderly have socio-psychological problems related to stress, loneliness and mental problems. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, provided an activity to make the elderly productive through skills activities at the Widhi Asih Nursing Home, Surakarta. The methods applied in this activity include: (1) providing information related to the skills activities carried out (2) preparing the main materials and skills framework, (3) making craft skills from plastic spoons, used cardboard and flannel, (4) process final completion of skills and monitoring with the elderly. The result of the service is that seniors are able to participate in craft skills activities from start to finish with enthusiasm. Skills activities can fill the elderly's free time thereby suppressing dementia. Activities can be developed with creativity, new skills according to the abilities and desires of the elderly. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out through monitoring pattern.

The result obtained by the service partner is to be able to harvest catfish and kangkong after two to three months of treatment.

A manufacturer of various types of food and beverages in Jakarta, Indonesia named PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This company was founded as PT. Panganjaya Intikusuma on August 14, 1990, and changed its name to Indofood Sukses Makmur on February 5, 1994. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio has an effect on Profit Growth either partially or simultaneously at PT. Indofood Success Prosperous. The population and sample of this research are PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur period 2016-2022. The method used in this research is statistical quantitative and the technique used is purposive sampling. The variables used in this study are the current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and profit growth (Y). The results of the study show that the current ratio variable has a negative effect on profit growth and the debt to asset ratio variable has no effect on profit growth.

The effectiveness of the food granary program implemented by the Food Security Office of the city of Pekanbaru in implementing the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 17/Permetan/Hk.140/4/2015 is seen from indicators of program target accuracy, program socialization, achievement of program objectives and program monitoring. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the effectiveness of the food granary program in an effort to realize food security in the city of Pekanbaru using Budiani's theory, as well as analyze what are the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the food granary program in an effort to realize food security in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach that describes the effectiveness of the food granary program in an effort to realize food security in the city of Pekanbaru. In addition, to analyze the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the food granary program in efforts to realize food security in the city of Pekanbaru. The results of this study show that in the implementation of the food granary program, the food granary program plan that has been determined is not effective to be implemented. Inhibiting factors for the ineffectiveness of the program are the conversion of food barns that are used as residences by farmers making the crops produced by farmer groups directly sold to agents, maintenance of livestock that is not running well due to environmental factors, the existence of a land distribution system to farmer groups and the Agency.    

 Rioribati village, Bumdes has been formed but there are problems to run Bumdes in the village, the role of bumdes is very important to provide food security to the village, Rioribati village is known as a non-coastal village.The methods used in this devotion are; Lectures, Practices and Mentoring Participants.Results of Service; Various problems faced by the Rioribati village government, regarding the management of village fund finances for the progress of the village with food, this was also conveyed by the village government who was present at the activity; Rioribati village is a village whose residents work in the agricultural sector; namely plantations, plantation products in Rioribati village have not been utilized properly, many plantation agricultural products have not generated village income and the management of these plantation products produces a product to be sold in the market to generate added value among the Rioribati community  

Socialization of stunting alleviation by using hydroponic is an effort to develop community awareness of stunting and reduce stunting levels by increasing knowledge and skills. Alleviating stunting is an effort to decrease growth disorders in children due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections,  that characterized by below standard height by using a hydroponic wick system. Wick hydroponics (Wick) is a hydroponic method that uses a wick as a link between nutrients and the root part of the planting medium. The socialization was held in Sibuak , Tapung , Kampar, Riau. It was started with an explanation about stunting and the hydroponic wick system and demonstration with Pak Choy mustard , started with seeding , installing, and transplanting the hydroponic wick system  and  discussion. Through this activity the Sibuak villagers  know about the importance of how to handle stunting and knows about hydroponic wick systems, and take care of hydroponic plants.    

Communication plays a very important role in human life. Because wherever there are humans, that’s where communication occurs. So, it is important to have and increase knowledge about communication. Not only communication between individuals in daily life, but also between individuals in organization. It is very crucial to create good and targeted communication between individuals within it, to create harmony and to avoid misunderstanding. All people and organizations live in relation to their environment. To improve the quality of this relationship, good communication is needed. Improving the quality of this communication is the field of activity of public relations. Every organization from initial to final activities will go through various integrated activities so as to achieve the best results. The glue of all these activities is the field of Public Relations activities.  In the society, also in organizations, we need to know about Public Relations. Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This increase in capability correlates with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case Dharma Wanita members.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah salah satu sektor utama penunjang pembangunan ekonomi di Desa Giyanti. Pemasaran dan peningkatan mutu serta daya saing produk adalah satu bagian penting dalam pembangunan UMKM pada suatu daerah. Selain itu, juga diperlukan suatu manajemen pengelolaan yang baik agar suatu UMKM mampu berkembang dengan baik. Adopsi Platform Marketplace pada Sistem Distribusi Produk Pedesaan serta Peningkatan Kualitas Produk UMKM merupakan salah satu program pengabdian masyarakat yang bekerjasama dengan BUMDesa di Desa Giyanti, Kebumen. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan dapat membantu membangun dan mengembangkan UMKM Desa Giyanti untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas dalam usahanya sehingga produk UMKM nya mampu bersaing kedalam pasar yang lebih luas.

In an effort to bolster food safety awareness, the Community Service Team from the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology at Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang launched an initiative. Its goal was to educate students about the dangers associated with Food Additives, or Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP), per the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 33 of 2012. BTP encompasses substances not typically found in everyday food and may or may not provide nutritional value, intentionally added to various food products. The initiative's primary focus was on two hazardous additives: borax and formalin. Students were taught simple, effective methods for detecting these substances using natural ingredients like turmeric and papaya latex. This community outreach occurred in the village of Bone, Nekamese Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, and featured lectures, interactive sessions, and hands-on demonstrations. The results were promising, as participants gained a deeper understanding of the hazards associated with these additives and acquired skills to identify them. This initiative empowers a safer, more informed generation of consumers, championing food safety.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Destination Image On Interest To Return Based On Visit Experience (Survey of Pangandaran Beach Tourism Visitors). The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 165 respondents who were visitors to Pangandaran Beach Tourism. The technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that, there is a positive and significant influence of Destination Image on Interest in Returning to Pangandaran Beach Tourism. There is a positive and significant influence of Destination Image on Visit Experience in Pangandaran Beach Tourism. There is a positive and significant influence of Visit Experience on Interest in Returning to Pangandaran Beach Tourism, and There is a significant influence of Destination Image on Interest in Returning through Visit Experience on Pangandaran Beach Tourism.

Latar belakang: Keadaan gizi yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam upaya mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Namun, berbagai penyakit gangguan gizi dan gizi buruk akibat tidak baiknya mutu makanan maupun jumlah makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh masing-masing orang masih sering ditemukan diberbagai tempat di Indonesia. Rendahnya status gizi jelas berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Status gizi masyarakat dapat diketahui melalui penilaian konsumsi pangannya berdasarkan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.   Tujuan Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberi motivasi serta informasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya pemenuhan gizi pada balita dan memberi motivasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya kesadaran dalam memperhatikan asupan kebutuhan anak. Metode Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melibatkan masyarakat   sebagai   bentuk   pemberdayaan   seperti   penyuluhan tentang gizi balita, pengukuran BB dan TB balita dan pemberian makanan tambahan kepada balita. Populasi  pada  kegiatan  ini  adalah  orang tua yang memiliki anak balita  di  Desa Rumah Berastagi, Kecamatan Berastagi. Hasil: Dari hasil pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita yaitu dengan tindakan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan diperoleh bahwa pertumbuhan balita mayoritas dalam kategori bagus atau baik. Simpulan: Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita dapat terus dilakukan olah ibu yang memiliki anak balita melalui kegiatan posyandu.

Pertanian  merupakan  salah  satu  produk  yang  sangat  penting di         Negara Indonesia. Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peranan strategis dalam struktur pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Pembangunan pertanian tidak akan bergerak maju apabila tidak  didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana pertanian yang yang memadai. Salah satu  permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani adalah akses untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi. Dalam rangka mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional, salah satu faktor sarana produksi yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan produksi adalah pupuk.Pemerintah sangat berkepentingan untuk melakukan berbagai resolusi/ deregulasi kebijakan di bidang pupuk untuk menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi penyediaan pupuk di Indonesia, sehingga petani mudah mendapatkan pupuk sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Prosedur pengusulan untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi oleh petani melalui penyusunan elektronik rencana definitive kebutuhan kelompok (E- RDKK) masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami serta masih dilakukan secara manual baik oleh petani  maupun pengurus kelompok tani. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan prosedur penyusunan E-RDKK dan pelatihan penyusunan E-RDKK dengan menggunakan goole formulir.
