The implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Website at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jambi City is part of the digital transformation of public services. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the PTSP Website using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and the DeLone & McLean model. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 respondents who are users of the PTSP Website. The EUCS variables consist of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, while the DeLone & McLean model includes system quality, information quality, and service quality. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction with the PTSP Website. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation reference for improving the quality of digital public services.

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational support, work environment, and communication on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP) of Muaro Jambi Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative analysis with a population and sample consisting of all 44 employees, determined through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and the analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that (1) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational support, work environment, and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The recommendations/suggestions from this research are expected to improve employee performance by enhancing organizational support through fair task distribution, reward programs, and development opportunities; creating a comfortable and well- equipped work environment that encourages productivity; and strengthening effective communication between superiors and subordinates as well as among employees through regular meetings and discussion forums.

Website Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) merupakan wujud digitalisasi layanan publik yang membutuhkan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI menggunakan framework COBIT 5 serta menilai keamanan dan performa sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan audit pada 13 proses dari lima domain COBIT 5. Pengujian keamanan dilakukan menggunakan Nessus Scanner, sedangkan Apache JMeter digunakan untuk mengukur performa sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kematangan sebesar 3,6 dengan selisih (gap) 1,4 dari target level 5 (Optimized). Domain MEA02 memiliki gap tertinggi sebesar 2,1, menunjukkan kurangnya pengawasan internal. Pemindaian keamanan tidak menemukan celah dengan risiko tinggi, namun semua temuan berada pada kategori Informational. Dari sisi performa, halaman Home memiliki waktu respons tertinggi sebesar 22.683 ms dan throughput hanya 2,1 permintaan/detik, jauh di bawah standar pembanding. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem telah berjalan cukup baik, masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam aspek pengawasan, keamanan, dan performa agar layanan PTSP dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan stabil.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment on job performance at PTSP in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Semarang Regency. Job satisfaction reflects employees' positive feelings towards their work, while affective organizational commitment reflects employees' emotional attachment to the organization. Both of these factors are believed to play an important role in improving job performance, especially in the public service sector. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 PTSP employees as respondents. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the better the job performance. In addition, affective organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on job performance, indicating that employees with high emotional commitment to the organization tend to be more productive and dedicated. These findings confirm that increasing job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment can be an effective strategy in improving job performance in the public service sector. Therefore, organizations are advised to create a work environment that supports and strengthens employees' emotional ties to the organization.
