Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

This research aims to explore strategies for maximizing human capital in the context of advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the workforce. Preliminary findings suggest a nuanced interplay between AI technologies and human capabilities, highlighting the need for upskilling, retraining, and fostering adaptability among employees. The study contributes to the discourse on optimizing human resources amidst rapid technological advancements, offering insights for organizational strategies to harness the synergy between human expertise and AI innovations in the future workforce.

The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing in-depth interviews with HR professionals, AI specialists, and organizational leaders. Sampling techniques include purposive and snowball sampling to ensure diverse perspectives are captured. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings indicate that organizations are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline HR processes, enhance talent acquisition, and improve employee engagement. Furthermore, the research reveals the significance of ethical considerations and human oversight in AI-driven HR practices. This study contributes to the growing discourse on AI integration in HR and provides insights for organizations aiming to navigate the AI-driven landscape while fostering excellence in HR practices.

The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.    

Community Service is an obligation for lecturers to carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education. The activity was carried out on June 18, 2022 in Jelamung RT 05 RW 02, Kemujan Karimujawa which was attended by 12 participants. The purpose of this service is to know how to maintain fishing boat outboard engines in general, which is used to change the engine oil, cleaning the air filter and fuel filter, testing the injectors and adjusting the valves, in addition it is to know the reason why the engine cannot start. Therefore, someone should check the fuel flow, opening the fuel filter and cleaning it. The implementation of this program is for fishermen’s beneficial, hance they can maintain and overcome engine damage for the sake of progress and increase the income.

Inflation is closely related to unemployment and the economic performance of a country. The relationship between the inflation rate and unemployment affects decisions to be taken in financial policy. The purpose of this article is to analyze government policies in Batam City regarding the threat of unemployment in inflation in 2018-2020. The method we use is library research. From the results of our analysis, we find that the highest unemployment rate is in 2020 at 11.79% . And the movement of inflation has increased and decreased. We also analyze the policies that can be taken by the Batam city government in overcoming this problem.  

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a reproductive system disorder in women that can be caused by viruses or bacteria. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an inflammatory process of the female genital organs in the pelvic cavity, namely the genital tract consisting of the uterus, fallopian tubes and surrounding areas including the peritoneum. It is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeeae or Chlamidia trachomatis and may be the organism involved in bacterial vaginosis. Objective: This study aims to describe the risk factors for pelvic inflammatory disease experienced by women of childbearing age. Research methods; This study uses an analytical survey. The population in this study were all cases of GSR who were treated in hospitals. Andi Makkasau, Parepare City with a total of 247 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study is secondary data, namely if the desired data collection is obtained from other people or other places and is not carried out by the researcher himself where in this study the researcher records the register number of patients with pelvic inflammation (PRP) obtained from the register book at the GSR treatment room or medical record. Then take the patient's status on the medical record at Andi Makkasau Hospital. After that, take the data and select the complete data based on the specified criteria. The data were analyzed using chi-square. namely if the desired data collection is obtained from other people or other places and is not carried out by the himself where in this study the researcher records the register number of patients with pelvic inflammation (PRP) obtained from the register book at GSR treatment room or medical records. Pemanfaatan media pemberlajaran memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kemauan para siswa dan siswi dalam belajar. Powtoon merupakan aplikasi web yang bisa dibuka siapa saja, aplikasi ini bisa digunakan untuk membuat media pembelajaran dikarenakan didalamnya banyak fitur-fitur yang yang membantu dalam membuat media pembelajaran seperti fitur animasi dan lainnya yang bisa di gunakan dengan mudah. Pemasalahan yang muncul adalah apakah media pembelajaran berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Informatika kelas VII pada SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dan berdasarkan penetitian dengan cara menyebar angket penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan powtoon dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.  

. Kurangnya minat baca siswa terhadap buku paket sehingga membuat siswa malas mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menggambarkan pengaruh penggunaan handphone terhadap hasil pekerjaan rumah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif eksperiment, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 pasaman barat yang berjulah 31 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN 2 pasaman Barat. Data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh melalui dokumentasi yaitu nilai pekerjaan rumah sswa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menngunakan teknik uji-t. penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 12 september sampai 17 Desember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh penggunaan handphone terhadap hasil pekerjaan rumah siswa kelas VIII.1 MTsN 2 pasaman Barat setelah di terapkannya penggunaan handphone sebagai sumber belajar untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah nilai siswa dikatakan baik secara signifikan dan bisa dilihat dari hasil nilai pekerjaan rumah dengan menggunakan uji-t Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi para guru dan, terlebih khusus, para orang tua dalam mendorong anak-anaknya untuk tekun belajar dan mengontrol anak-anaknya dalam menggunakan HP

Tujuan yang diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam. Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikannya tindakan melalui model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.3 yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki 19 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran menggunakan kelompok belajar di MTsN 7 Agam, hal ini terbukti dari tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa maka siklus 1 (71%) < Siklus 2 (84%), maka peningkatan ini terlihat bahwa peningkatan dari siklus pertama sebesar 13%.

Ikan cupang merupakan salah satu komoditas ikan hias air tawar yang banyak diminati baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional (ekspor). Waktu yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tanggal 13 Oktober 2022 Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Medan Johar. Pemijahan ikan cupang diawali dengan perawatan ikan cupang jantan yaitu mengeluarkan busa dari mulutnya kemudian diletakkan di permukaan sebagai sarang untuk bertelur. Setelah itu sang jantan akan mencari betina yang siap dijadikan indukan. mitra. Setelah ikan jantan mendapatkan pasangan yang cocok, ikan betina akan melepaskan sel telur yang diikuti dengan keluarnya sel sperma oleh ikan jantan. Telur yang telah dibuahi akan dibawa oleh pejantan ke buih yang ada di permukaan. Pada masa hingga menetas, ikan jantan akan menjaga telur-telur tersebut hingga benar-benar menetas. Bahkan hingga anakan cupang mandiri. Jika ada buih yang pecah maka mereka akan segera membuat buih yang sama agar telur benar-benar bisa menetas. Daun ketapang mengandung senyawa aktif berupa antosianin dan tanin, namun pigmen tanin lebih dominan yang berpotensi menjadi sumber zat warna. Kandungan tanin pada ketapang dapat menghasilkan warna coklat, sedangkan antosianin menghasilkan warna merah. Penggunaan daun ketapang dapat menurunkan pH air sekitar 5 pH dan membuat air menjadi lebih gelap dan kondisi ini dapat membantu reproduksi ikan.    

Family support is assistance that can be given to other families in the form of goods, services, information, and advice which makes the recipient of support feel loved and appreciated. In this case, family support will bring a sense of joy, security, satisfaction, and comfort that makes pregnant women feel emotionally supported which will affect their mental well-being. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of  the Simeulue Tengah Health Center UPTD, Simeulue Regency. Method: This research method is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 36 respondents using the total sampling technique. The study began on December 16-20, 2022. Results: Family support is in the sufficient category with 16 respondents (44.4%) and the level of anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester is in the moderate and severe categories, each with 12 respondents (33.3%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between family support and anxiety levels in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester at the UPTD Simeulue Tengah Health Center, Simeulue Regency with a p-value = 0.043. Suggestion: It is hoped that medical personnel at the Health Center can provide counseling to families who have pregnant women.

Berikut suatu data dari kementerian koperasi maupun UMKM pada tahun 2014, terdapat sebanyak 57,8 jt pelaku UMKM di indonesia pada tahun 2017. Diperkirakan beberapa tahun kedepan jumlah pelaku UMKM akan terus bertambah dan UMKM memiliki peran serta strategis dalam perkembangan ekonomi nasional. UMKM juga berperan sebagai  distribusi hasil dan sejauh ini telah berkontribusi sekitar 57,60% produk domestic bruto (PDB) serta memiliki tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 97% dari seluruh tenaga kerja nasional ( profil bisnis UMKM oleh LPPI dan BI, 2015). Dari data yang tercantum pad badan puasat statistic menunjukkan bahwa setelah krisis ekonomi tahun 1997-1998 jumlah UMKM tidak berkurang, UMKM bertambah, bahkan menyerap 85jt hingga 107jt pekerja hingga tahun2012. Dari jumlah tersebut UMKM menduduki jumlah sebanyak 99,99%, selebihnya sekitar 0,01% atau 4.968 unit ialah pengusaha besar. Contohnya dari kebijakan UMKM dipemerintah kabupaten blora terkait dengan peran UMKM terhadap pembangunan, secara khususnya dikabupaten blora sendiri. Banyak Langkah dan proses yang harus dilewati agar mencapai tujuan tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan keseriusan antara pihak terkait maupun Kerjasama antar daerah. Bentuk nyata populisme ekonomi merupakan dalam suatu bentuk dukungan kepada UMKM, sehingga produksi UMKM tidak hanya dipasarkan dipasar local namun merambah kepasar yang lebih luas. Selain itu jika terdukung menggunakan informasi teknologi, pemasaran produk tidak lagi terhambat oleh waktu maupun tempat. Kata Kunci : , , 

Individu yang menderita penyakit TB Paru sering merasa tidak berdaya, menolak, merasa bersalah, merasa rendah diri, dan menarik diri dari orang lain karena khawatir penyakit yang diderita menular kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah sakit Tentara Tingkat IV Pematang Siantar pada bulan bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan desember 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain studi korelasional yang mengkaji hubungan antara variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang, teknik sampel yang digunakan accidental sampling. Skala ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan cara ukur skala rasio. Tehnik pengolahan data dilakukan secara editing, coding, tabulating dengan tehnik analisa data kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan keluarga dan harga diri. Mayoritas responden yang berada pada kategori dukungan keluarga yang kurang sebanyak 6 orang (40 %), dan minoritas kategori dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 4 orang (26,67 %). Mayoritas responden yang memiliki harga diri terganggu 9 orang (60 %), dan minoritas responden memiliki harga diri tidak terganggu 6 orang (40 %). Dukungan keluarga berhubungan secara positif dengan hubungan yang sedang terhadap harga diri pasien TB Paru r hitung 0,5 dengan nilai r tabel 0,027 dengan α = 0,05 maka r hitung 0,5 > r tabel 0,027 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa dapat diterima, artinya ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan harga diri pasien TB Paru yang dirawat Di Rumah Sakit Tentara Tingkat IV Pematang Siantar. Diharapkan kepada perawat agar melibatkan keluarga pasien aktif dalam memberikan saran dan semangat seperti memberikan reward kepada pasien TB Paru untuk mempercepat penyembuhannya, karena yang paling berperan dalam proses kesembuhannya dan harga diri pasien tidak terganggu adalah keluarga.

In 2022 to 2024 experienced an increase and decrease in Actual Performance Production. Production Performance data at PT Ungaran Sari Garment for the last 3 years has experienced, indicates that there is a decrease in employee performance at PT Ungaran Sari Garment.

Findings reveal that these technologies enhance accessibility for students with disabilities, provide personalized learning experiences, and bridge educational gaps in underprivileged regions. The study highlights the importance of policy support and infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of technological integration in education. The implications suggest that adopting emerging technologies can create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment, ensuring education for all.

The increasing use of social media among students has raised concerns regarding its impact on academic performance and digital well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media usage, student learning outcomes, and overall well-being in a digital environment. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with high school and university students. The findings indicate that while social media can serve as a valuable tool for academic collaboration and resource-sharing, excessive and unregulated usage often leads to distractions, reduced academic performance, and negative effects on mental health. The study highlights the need for balanced social media engagement and the implementation of digital literacy programs to promote responsible usage. These insights contribute to the ongoing discussion on digital well-being and offer practical recommendations for students, educators, and policymakers.

This study explores the transformative potential of AI in enhancing personalized learning, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems. The research aims to identify the key barriers to AI adoption in educational settings, including ethical concerns, data privacy, and technological infrastructure. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews and expert interviews. The findings indicate that while AI can significantly improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires strategic planning, teacher training, and regulatory frameworks. This study highlights the importance of balancing AI-driven innovation with ethical considerations to maximize its benefits in education.
