First year university students would experience a transition period from high school to college. This transition period was a challenge experienced by new students. Several aspects that were influential in overcoming these challenges include achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy. The aim of this research was to determine the description of achievement motivation, self-efficacy and adaptability in First Semester Students of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu. This research was a descriptive observational study, with the research subjects was 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu, totaling 94 students. Data collection techniques in the research used the Achievement Motivation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Adaptation Ability Scale. The research results showed that the level of achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy of 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu is quite adequate.

This research aims to provide a solution to the importance of literacy in the digital era, to explain the importance of literacy in the digital era in dealing with hoaxes or false information on social media as well as strategies for increasing literacy in the digital era. Hoaxes can have a very detrimental impact, both on individuals and society as a whole. With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

This research aims to explain the importance of literacy as a form of character education in overcoming moral degradation in elementary schools. Moral degradation, a decline in attitudes and behavior in elementary school students, is caused by a lack of instilling a spirit of character in students. There are many cases and problems regarding morals in the surrounding environment. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are based on library sources such as journals, articles and books. Then, the results obtained show that literacy activities in elementary schools as a form of character education according to various literature sources can be very useful, especially for overcoming moral degradation in elementary schools. Apart from that, as an Indonesian citizen, you need to have good attitudes and behavior as a form of love for your nation and state

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

The Facebook group "Complaints about Missing Campus" is an online forum that allows students to share experiences, concerns and stories about their university life. The aim of this research is to analyze the social interactions that occur within this group, as well as to understand how this group plays a role in meeting the social needs of its members. This study uses content analysis methods and online observation to collect data from posts, comments and interactions between members in the "Complaints about Ngampus" group. The results of the analysis show that this group is a significant platform for members to share their feelings, experiences and suggestions regarding study issues, campus life and other social aspects. Social interactions within this group reflect multiple types of social support, including emotional, informational, and evaluative support. Members share their stories, offer advice, and provide moral support to each other. These groups also facilitate the formation of social bonds and friendships among their members. The Facebook group "Complaints about Dismissals" can serve as a safe place to express discomfort, pursue solutions together, and build a supportive social network among college students. Social interaction in this group plays an important role in overcoming the challenges of college and campus life, and helps improve the social and emotional well-being of its members.

The minimum wage is very effective as a tool to reduce income inequality. Apart from limiting the minimum wage in general, this policy also has an effect on increasing income and plays an important role in overcoming income gaps. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of minimum wages and micro expenditure on regional income in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data for 1 period, namely 2022, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The variables used are Regional Income (Y), Minimum Wage (X1), Micro Expenditures (X2). The classic assumption test uses the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The estimation results show that the provincial Minimum wages affect poverty in Indonesia, education affects poverty in Indonesia, and health affects poverty in Indonesia. Local minimum wages, education, and health influence poverty in Indonesia.

In Tanjungpinang City, there are several piles of waste from household production located on the roadside. Not only waste from household production, but also waste that is left over from building materials. The accumulation of garbage on the roadside of Tanjungpinang City is increasingly unstoppable and new spots are always appearing wildly (Hanani, 2021). Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of the Tanjungpinang City Environment Agency in overcoming littering and its management. The method used to obtain data is the literature study method. The results showed that to deal with this waste problem, the Tanjungpinang City Government (Pemko) through the Environmental Agency distributed garbage cans and uniforms to the Waste Bank and Climate Village Programme (Proklim) from four sub-districts throughout Tanjungpinang City.

MSMEs Ning Saudah is an instant herbal medicine product business located on Jalan Penjaringan Sari, Rungkut District, Surabaya. The owner of the business is named Nur Saudah. This research explores the role of product and packaging innovation in improving branding in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the instant herbal beverage sector, with a focus on the case study of MSME "Ning Saudah". Instant herbal drinks have great potential in the modern consumer market who is increasingly concerned about a healthy lifestyle. The challenges faced by MSMEs involve price competition, changes in consumer trends, and ambitions to expand market share. This research aims to analyze the influence of product and packaging innovation on increasing the branding of "Ning Saudah" MSMEs. The implementation method involves a two-month Merdeka Entrepreneurship (WMK) internship, with steps such as product analysis, research and development, production, packaging innovation, testing, marketing and evaluation. The research results show that through product and packaging innovation, "Ning Saudah" MSMEs succeeded in strengthening the attractiveness of the product and creating a strong brand image. A well-planned marketing and branding strategy also contributes to increasing product visibility. This internship program not only provides benefits for MSMEs in overcoming challenges, but also provides valuable experience for students.

The aim of this research is to overcome the boredom of residents in the Class 1 Detention Center in Surabaya. This research analyzes group counseling that uses art therapy. This research was conducted at the Class 1 Detention Center in Surabaya and used descriptive qualitative research methods. Observations and interviews were used to obtain research data using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive comparative. The subjects in this research were residents of the Surabaya Class 1 Detention Center. The research results showed that group counseling with art therapy was effective in overcoming the boredom of Class 1 Detention Center residents in Surabaya. This service is carried out in four stages, namely initiation, transition, activity and termination. The effectiveness of the service is demonstrated by the enthusiasm of the inmates in participating in the service and making the best use of art in art therapy.  

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

This article discusses the perspective of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years that affects the psychological well-being of adolescents. Bullying is a significant social problem among teenagers and can have negative impacts on their psychological well-being. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of pastoral counseling in helping adolescents cope with the psychological effects resulting from bullying. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, depicting the characteristics of late adolescents aged 15-18 years who are vulnerable to bullying and its impact on their psychological well-being. The research findings indicate that pastoral counseling can provide emotional support, moral guidance, and reinforcement of religious values that assist adolescents in overcoming the pressures of bullying. The implications of this research are that the perspective of pastoral counseling is relevant and beneficial in aiding the protection and recovery of adolescents affected by bullying. It is hoped that this article will provide further understanding of the role of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years.

This PKM is carried out at the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department of DKI Jakarta Province. Jl. H. Naman No.1 RT.1/RW.3, Pd. Klp., District. Duren Sawit, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Currently, employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy are facing various cases of implementing conflicts in the industry that have come but have not been able to overcome them all because the leadership style, organizational commitment and employee performance have not been implemented correctly. Human resource management is a process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. To overcome a number of problems faced by this group, solutions with optimal HR management strategies are needed. The methods used in providing community service counseling and training are pretest, lecture, media outreach, and posttest. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this service activity provided positive results. Because this activity can help employees of the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department understand the need for HR management and leadership style, organizational commitment, employee performance in helping with implementation cases in overcoming conflicts in industry so that they have the quality and quality of being a mentor. So that you can implement and solve all the problems that exist in the industry.

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with nutritional needs.  The aim of this activity is to educate the people of Sungai Kayu Ara village regarding the importance of stunting. This socialization activity broadens the mothers' insight so that anticipatory preparations for stunting prevention can be carried out from the start. The implementation method in this research is an educational approach, direct interaction with the community, evaluation of knowledge before and after socialization, as well as concrete actions to improve children's nutrition.  All of these efforts aim to increase the community's understanding of stunting and provide concrete support to prevent it. The data sources used in this research are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The results of this research are that the majority of the people of Sungai Kayu Ara Village still have little understanding about stunting can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that was distributed by Kukerta Unri students. Of the 35 respondents who were distributed the questionnaire, only around 12 people understood about stunting. Therefore, socialization is needed regarding stunting, the effects it causes, how to prevent it, and efforts to overcome stunting from The most basic stage, as a form of individual preparation effort without relying on government programs, because overcoming stunting is an urgent problem that must be handled by various parties.

With a variety of activities that include Adhan, Recitation, Tahfidz competitions, as well as festive competitions on August 17, Pulau Jambu Village strengthens Indonesian unity and culture while overcoming the problem of stunting and improving people's welfare

The purpose of this community service is to increase public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and to create facilities for nature conservation, especially the cultivation of TOGA greenery. The form of community service activities is providing education, giving and planting TOGA, and monitoring TOGA maintenance. The resulting output is increasing public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and creating facilities for nature conservation, especially cultivating reforestation for special TOGA gardens (Kencur, turmeric, temulawak, and binahong) so that they can help realize preventive and promotional communities in overcoming disease problems that often arise during the transition season.

Decorative lampshades are a complement to room decoration that can beautify a room, be it the family room, living room, bedroom and lounge room or terrace. Newspaper waste has enormous potential if it can be recycled into an alternative raw material to replace natural raw materials. The process of recycling newspaper waste into recycled paper raw material is carried out by processing newspaper waste. The training and mentoring program for housewives and youth youth groups in Soginti Village, Paguat District has slowly shown encouraging results and could be an excellent solution in overcoming the crisis of piles of newspaper waste. Abstract Startups are designed to find the right business model to make the business survive. Startups have the possibility to succeed or fail. This is influenced by capabilities in digital transformation and business development in the technology sector. Indonesia has a low number and quality of digital talent and low entrepreneurship (3.1%). Pontianak has the least number of digital startups (0.74%). Every part in the digital ecosystem is very influential on the sustainability of digital startups. The digital ecosystem in Pontianak is the government, accelerators, universities, incubators, students/talent, communities, and digital startups. This research aims to help digital ecosystems overcome difficulties in collaborating for the development of digital startups in Pontianak. The research method is direct surveys and interviews with 6 local digital startups and startup stakeholders in Pontianak. Stakeholder analysis to determine respondents. The results of in-depth interviews were analyzed using design thinking and focus group discussion (FGD) methods. The results of the research are the main factor for overcoming difficulties in collaborative digital startup development in Pontianak: 1) digital ecosystem activation; and 2) digital-sociopreneurship development and competency improvement. The recommended startup development strategy aims to realize these two things.
