The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

This study was an attempt to explore the nexus between career development and employee job performance in UNTAG Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The study was necessitated following the need to institute career development programs in organizations for employees to acquire additional knowledge for improved job performance. This study was a survey-type of research that employed a correlational design in an attempt to ascertain the magnitude of the relationship between the studied variables. Structured questionnaires were administered to a sample size of 250 drawn from the population of the study. The Likert 5- point scale was used in quantifying responses while simple regression was employed in determining the degree of the relationship between career development and employee job performance. The result shows a strong relationship between career mentoring and the quality of employee job performance in the organization and concludes that organizations that wish to improve on employee job performance must institute and entrench career mentoring necessary for skill acquisition. The study recommends that organizations should encourage career counseling activities as a leeway to providing a sustainable framework upon which employees acquire the needed operational skills that will enhance their job performance in a typical organization.

Elderly background is defined as someone who is already 60 years old and above. Posyandu Lansia is an activity in community health services and family health services in a certain community-driven area where they can get health services. This study aims to determine the implementation of posyandu for the elderly  during the Covid-19 period  at the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. Method: this research method  is  qualitative.  Data collection  was carried out by in-depth interviews of  12 informants,  selection of informants by purposive sampling.  Result: The posyandu for the elderly in the work area of  the putri ayu  health center is not constrained by facilities and infrastructure. The Health Office provides an support in the form of facilities and infrastructure.   Operational costs  have been assigned to the  elderly Posyandu so that it  can run  well.  When Covid 19 occurred, all posyandu activities  of  the elderly stopped.  Conclusion:  Elderly people cannot be done during the Covid-19 pandemic due to the outbreak  and  the government's policy   of limiting activities during the Covid-19 period.

Football School (SSB) is a supporting facility for children who have potential in the field of soccer in order to improve their skills. Football is a large ball game played in teams with a team of 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. In this game, teamwork is an important value that must be possessed to achieve competitive victory. However, along with problems in the form of discrepancies in operational standardization in soccer schools, causing negative public perceptions of the existence of this school. Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

This research focuses on the effect of digital literacy on students morality. Digital literacy is the ability to use and utilise various digital devices to be more empowered, ethical and democratic in the digital era. This research aims to determine how operational skills are, search the internet, evaluate the content, communicate and is there any effect of digital literacy on students morality. This research used a quantitative approach with basic and supporting techniques in collecting data in the field. The data collected were analyzed used SPSS 26th version. The results of the research note that digital literacy effects the morality of students, but digital literacy is not fully owned by students. This can be seen though the indicators of  operational skill, internet searching,  content evaluation and communication that the researcher proposes to the respondents.

The main thing of the operational activities of a business company is to make a profit. In fact, maximizing profit is the main goal of all business decisions and activities. The company will go bankrupt if it does not make a profit. This study discusses the Factors Affecting Income Smoothing in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange 2016-2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, cash holding, and auditor reputation on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study can be said that company size, profitability, and cash storage have no significant effect on earnings performance. Meanwhile, financial leverage and auditor reputation have a negative and significant effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab overlimit kas besar, penyebab overlimit kas besar adanya penyetoran dari cabang ke CCO (Cash and Clearing Operational) atau cabang pusatYang mengakibatkan penambahan limit kas besar di CCO. Kas besar atau cash on bank adalah jenis kas dan dana yang disiapkan untuk kontes non rutin atau kegiatan yang membutuhkan jumlah nominal yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Area Manado, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara yaitu observasi, kemudian pengumpulan data dan selanjutnya yaitu melakukan wawancara, wawancara yang dilakukan yaitu peneliti menanyakan beberapa pertanyaan kepada narasumber. Terakhir pengumpulan data dokumentasi, data dan dokumentasi dibutuhkan sebagai bukti hasil dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya overlimit kas disebabkan oleh banyaknya cabang yang menyetorkan uang ke cabang pusat dan bagaimana cara pegawai CCO mengatasi overlimit kas tersebut.

Radiation protection is a branch of science and engineering that discusses environmental health which is related to providing protection to a person or group of people from the possible negative consequences of ionizing radiation. This research aims to determine the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. This study uses research methods, namely conducting observations and interviews at the hospital. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of radiation protection in the Radiology Installation room at Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi province was not in accordance with Bapeten's operational standards so its implementation was not optimal.

The research question concerns the cash flow ratio as a measure of the company's financial success at PT. Astra Indonesia Tbk during 2018 - 2021. This research aims to examine PT. Astra International Tbk's cash flow ratio as a measure of the company's financial performance for the period 2018-2021. The research methodology employed in this method is descriptive quantitative research, or research techniques that describe data as numerical values. This research provided use of secondary data, mainly information gathered from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange's records or archives. In 2018-2021, a ratio of operating cash flow to current obligations less than one indicates that the situation is not favorable. In 2018-2019, a ratio of operating cash flow to interest payments that is more than 1 is favorable. In 2018-2020, a ratio of operational cash flow to capital expenditure below one indicates that the situation is not good. In 2018-2021, if the ratio of operating cash flow to total debt is less than 1, the situation is not good. In the period between 2018 and 2021, the ratio of operating cash flow to net profit is good since it can exceed 1. The conclusion that can be drawn from the findings of this research is that the results of the five cash flow ratios listed above must still be examined, as values that are above the standard ratio are only 2 ratios and those that are below the standard ratio are 3 ratios. It indicates that PT. Astra International Tbk's financial performance is categorized as poor because it is unable to effectively manage its cash flow, resulting in an insufficient turnover between cash in and cash out so that in the long term PT. Astra will experience losses.  

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

The writer want to know   influence of consument on education,  level of service and policy as a leader on occupancy of Hotel X in front office Dept. front office one of central Dept in hotel as Relationship  between guest and others Dept. Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff  must have an experience and  out standing skill because customer need good service expectation  is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational  well. It showed  by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude  that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy  Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of  good service to the guest.  

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.

Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of operational costs and operational costs on sales volume. The research method used is quantitative research. The data used is in the form of secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT. XYZ on type C motorcycle products in 2016-2020. Based on multiple linear regression analysis tests, the results of (1) operational costs did not have a significant effect on sales volume, (2) promotional costs did not have a significant effect on sales volume, and (3) operational costs and promotional costs did not have a significant effect on sales volume.

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, firm size, and operational risk on the company's financial performance. The population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Sampling used the purposive sampling method so as to produce 123 manufacturing companies that matched the criteria. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that liquidity has no effect on the company's performance, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on the company's performance, the size of the company has a positive and significant effect on the company's performance, the company's operational risk has a negative and insignificant effect on the company's performance

The approach uses a quantitative approach with . The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with the results of this study showing that the NPL of non-performing loans has an effect on the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. The ratio of loans to deposits (LDR) has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. Operational costs on operating income (BOPO) affect the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. The flow of containers through Tanjung Emas Port is increasing, this can be seen from the growth of loading and unloading containers from year to year. The condition of the flow of containers is inseparable from the improvement of services at the Container Terminal of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang through the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:   Y= -0,504 + 0,264.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,323.X3 + 0,249.X4 + µ   From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Cemindo Gemilang and the Power Plant rely heavily on electric motors, almost all of which operate using electric motors. The electric motor is a single-phase or three-phase type with a voltage of 11 KV, 6.6 KV or 400 volts. When all generating units operate, all electric motors that play an essential role will continue to be active so that damage is often caused by operation and service life therefore in the power plant department, and there is an electrical and mechanical maintenance division to maintain the continuity of the power plant operational system. This study's aim 1). Explain about electric motors, 2). Explain the definition of the water jet pump, 3). Explain how the water jet pump works 4). Explain the components used in electric motors and their repair and maintenance.

This study aims to analyse the significance factors of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process towards the operational performance of Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang. This study is performed to the company's staff members as the population of 70 respondents. The data collection involves observations, literary reviews, interviews, documentations, and questionaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used in this study is based on the result of research and multiple analysis using SPSS v.23 program. Based on the results of the research, the following equations are generated : Y = 2,752 + 0,268X1 + 0,342X2 + 0,184X3 + µ Based on the multiple linear regression equation, the study found out that the most dominant variable in the operational performance of the company is the Forwarding Responsibility variable with the regression coeficiency of 0,342. Furthermore, the determinated coeficiency (adjusted R square) showed a result of 0,707 or 70,7%. This means the operational performance of the company is governed by the variables of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process by 70,7% as well as other factors by 29,3%. Therefore, it is found that Air Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process played a positive and significance role for the operational of the Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang.
