Circulating drugs without a distribution permit is a criminal act, where the drugs being distributed are not necessarily relevant to their composition and manufacture. This means that the safety, efficacy and benefits of drugs being traded are not guaranteed. Then the perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit will be punished and subject to criminal penalties. In this case Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning Health regulates criminal provisions for perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit with a prison sentence of 12 years and a fine of five billion rupiah, but the criminal sanctions imposed by the judge in decision case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/ are reduced. Mtr does not provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators. The problems in this research are: first, what is the responsibility for perpetrators of criminal acts of distributing drugs without a distribution permit? Second, what are the judge's considerations in handing down a decision regarding the distribution of drugs without a distribution permit in case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/Mtr?The results of this research are to show that the form of responsibility of the defendant is in accordance with the elements of responsibility, because the actions carried out by the defendant contained an element of intentional error and the judge sentenced the defendant to 10 months' imprisonment, which according to the author was not appropriate because the sentence This will not have a deterrent effect on the perpetrator.

Dengue fever is an infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus which is transmitted through mosquito bites. This disease causes symptoms of high fever, headache, and bone and muscle pain. If not treated properly, dengue fever is life threatening. The main symptom of dengue fever is a sudden increase in body temperature. Fever in dengue hemorrhagic fever generally lasts for 3 days. Fever can reach temperatures of 39-40°C and is difficult to reduce even if the patient has taken fever-reducing medication.Medicinal plants contain active compounds which can act as anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-plasmedial, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-cancer, immunomodulator (improving the body's immune system) and so on. Several types of medicinal plants that have activity as immunomodulators include: echinacea, noni, ginger, meniran, and bitter (Wuryaningsih & Suranto, 2012).    Currently, there are a lot of foods and drinks offered as supplement products that can improve body health, one of which is herbal drinks, which are drinks containing compounds that can have a positive effect on body health. One example of herbal drinks that can be found is herbal drinks from ginger, turmeric, etc. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to educate the public about types of medicinal plants, their properties, and how to process them appropriately based on an evidence-based scientific approach by adapting methods to these conditions.

Cancer therapy has long faced the challenge of balancing treatment effectiveness with minimizing damage to healthy tissues. Conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, although widely used, often lead to significant side effects due to their non-specific nature. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of microscopic robots in delivering drugs precisely to cancer cells, thereby reducing collateral damage. The research employed simulations and in vitro preclinical tests using cancer cell cultures to evaluate both targeting accuracy and safety. Findings indicate that microscopic robots achieved 93% effectiveness in targeting cancer cells while limiting damage to healthy cells to only 10%. Compared to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems, microscopic robots demonstrated superior precision and efficiency. These results suggest that microscopic robots hold great potential as a breakthrough technology in precision cancer therapy, offering new possibilities for safer and more effective treatments. However, further research is required to address long-term biocompatibility, control mechanisms within the human body, and clinical validation. This study highlights the transformative potential of integrating microscopic robots into future cancer treatment strategies, contributing to the advancement of personalized medicine.
