Podcasts as digital communication media have continued to grow and have become an important platform for delivering ideas, opinions, and public education. This study aims to analyze locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the YouTube content Podcast Warung Kopi (PWK) entitled “Mental Dr. Tirta Turun, Gara-Gara Video Marah-Marah Dilihat dan Ditiru Sama Anaknya.” This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using listening and note-taking techniques to examine the utterances produced by the host and the guest speaker. The data consist of transcribed conversations that are classified based on Austin’s speech act theory. The findings reveal 17 speech act data, consisting of 4 locutionary acts, 9 illocutionary acts including assertive, directive, expressive, and commissive types, and 4 perlocutionary acts. These results indicate that podcasts function not only as entertainment and information media but also as effective tools in influencing listeners’ attitudes, raising awareness, and shaping behavioral responses, particularly in relation to health and social issues.

The welfare of the community in the economic sector is one of the benchmarks for the welfare of the community, there are many people who experience poverty which is motivated by economic factors, the national amil zakat agency offers the jatim Makmur program. a program that really needs manpower considering that there are several workshop equipment that must be distributed to mustahik to do business. The method of assistance in the activities carried out by the national amil zakat agency of East Java province is an annual program activity, namely the Makmur program, which is carried out from July 14-16. One of the programs of the national amil zakat agency of East Java province, namely the Makmur program, is a program that moves in the economic field, which has two objectives, namely the development and empowerment of the economy in the community, the Makmur program distributes work equipment assistance z auto, some of the work equipment assistance distributed is among others such as Grobak workshops, workshop tools, other than that the amil zakat agency not only provides assistance in the form of z auto repair shop equipment but along with the basic materials needed by the workshopsuchas stock oil, andso on, the distribution of work equipment assistance Z auto Makmur jatim program has a positive value for the community, namely providing benefits regarding the empowerment and development of mustahik so that z auto repair shop business actors are able to become muzakki and donate a little of their wealth to people in need, assistance in the distribution of the jatim Makmur program is in accordance with the category of 8 asnaf at least with the category of poor or underprivileged people.

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Aisyiyah Kindergarten teachers in developing their potential and professional competence related to the implementation of inclusive education. Inclusive education requires teachers to have a sufficient understanding of the characteristics of children with special needs (ABK) and the ability to manage diverse students in the classroom. This activity was implemented in the form of systematically designed and applicable workshops and seminars. The training materials covered four main components: recognizing the characteristics of children with special needs, the concepts and principles of inclusive education, curriculum accommodations and assessments in inclusive classrooms, and techniques for identifying and evaluating learning for children with special needs. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in managing inclusive classrooms, particularly in developing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) tailored to the needs of the children. Teachers also became more confident in implementing adaptive and responsive learning strategies to the diversity of students. However, the sustainability of the program still faces several challenges, including limited supporting resources and minimal parental involvement and support. Therefore, ongoing synergy between schools, parents, and other stakeholders is needed to support the optimal implementation of inclusive education.

Advances in information technology increasingly require communities to adapt to digital communication tools, particularly email, which functions as a key digital identity for account registration, information exchange, and online transactions. Despite its importance, digital literacy remains limited among the general public, especially rural housewives, many of whom lack awareness of the need for email accounts, have limited operational skills, and are vulnerable to cyber risks such as phishing and data theft. To address this issue, a workshop entitled “Fundamentals of Using Gmail and Account Security” was conducted for the PKK women’s group in Jompo Kulon Village to improve basic digital skills and promote safe online practices. The program aimed to introduce the functions and benefits of email, assist participants in independently creating Gmail accounts, provide knowledge on securing accounts through two-factor authentication, and train participants to send and receive emails. The workshop was delivered through an interactive face-to-face approach combining short presentations and hands-on practice using participants’ mobile devices. Initial sessions explained email as a digital identity, followed by guided account creation and security setup. The final session focused on practicing email communication to reinforce understanding. The results showed high participant engagement, with most participants successfully creating Gmail accounts, understanding essential digital security concepts, and demonstrating basic email usage skills. Overall, the activity increased awareness of personal data protection and is expected to serve as an initial step in strengthening digital literacy among women, enabling them to better adapt to ongoing technological developments.

Research. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, STKIP PGRI Papua. The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of Using Kahoot as an Interactive Learning Media to Increase the Learning Interest of Sixth-Grade Students in Civic Education at SD YPK Bethania Mariadei. This type of research is Experimental research. The population in this study consists of students at SD Bethania Mariadei, while the research sample is 21 students in the sixth grade. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics techniques. Based on the hypothesis testing results, the calculated t-value is 2.926 with a significance of 0.009. The significance value shows 0.009 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which leads to the conclusion that there is a significant and positive effect of using Kahoot media as an interactive learning tool to increase the learning interest of sixth-grade students in Civics subjects at SD YPK Bethania Mariadei. The Kahoot Interactive Learning Media can be applied for Civics learning in elementary schools. Keywords: Kahoot, Learning Media, Learning Interest, Civics.

Work volume calculations are essential for project cost estimation. Many projects, such as the Laboratory Building of the Faculty Engineering at Tanjungpura University, calculate work volumes conventionally. Conventional calculation considered less efficient and prone to errors. Building Information Modeling (BIM) provides a solution that produces more accurate and efficient calculations than conventional methods. This research aims to compare structural work volume results produced by BIM using Autodesk Revit against conventional methods and project’s BOQ. This research also describes the benefits and challenges of BIM implementation based on the researcher’s experience applying BIM with Autodesk Revit in work volume calculation. The comparison between BIM and conventional method shows a maximum difference of 2% across all work items. Meanwhile, the comparison between BIM and the BOQ shows significant differences: 81% in column formwork area, 24% in grade beam/beam concrete volume, 25% in column reinforcement weight, 25% in steel beam weight, and 10% in the steel plate weight. This research proves that BIM implementation produces more accurate and efficient calculations and serves as an effective BOQ cross-check tool. Based on the researcher’s experience in implementing BIM with Autodesk Revit, challenges found in procurement aspects, modeling aspects, and model dependency on reference drawings.

This quasi-experimental study examines the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted learning in enhancing critical thinking skills among undergraduate history students. The study involved 60 students divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received AI-supported instruction integrating adaptive learning modules, scaffolded source-analysis prompts, and guided argumentative discussions facilitated by conversational AI tools, while the control group followed conventional lecture-based instruction. Data were collected using a validated critical thinking test, classroom observation protocols, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using paired and independent sample t-tests, while qualitative data were examined through Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model. Results indicate statistically significant improvements in critical thinking scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. Thematic findings reveal enhanced sourcing, contextualization, corroboration, and evidence-based argumentation skills. However, minor risks of over-reliance on AI highlight the need for instructional scaffolding and ethical guidance. The findings suggest that AI can function as a cognitive scaffold that strengthens historical thinking and metacognitive awareness when implemented within a structured pedagogical framework.

Vocational education in Vocational High Schools (SMK) requires innovative, interactive, and industry-relevant learning media to support students’ independent and competency-based learning. However, learning activities in the subject Communication in the Workplace for Grade XI MPLB at SMKN 62 Jakarta are still dominated by lecture-based methods with limited instructional media, resulting in low levels of student independence and understanding. This study aimed to develop and examine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of an interactive e-book based on Canva for Oral Communication materials in Indonesian Language. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects included 36 students in the needs analysis stage, 5 students in the small-scale trial, and 31 students in the large-scale trial. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, learning outcome tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The validation results indicated that the Canva-based interactive e-book was categorized as very feasible, with validation percentages of 100% from the material expert, 88.24% from the media expert, and 95% from the language expert. The small-scale trial showed a practicality percentage of 82.2%, while the large-scale trial reached 88.39%, both classified as very practical. In addition, the pre-test and post-test results in the large-scale trial demonstrated an increase in students’ average scores and a higher number of students achieving the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Therefore, the Canva-based interactive e-book is feasible, practical, and effective as a learning medium to enhance students’ understanding, motivation, and independent learning in Oral Communication for vocational high school students.

The practice of fishing using bombs (blast fishing) presents a serious threat to marine ecosystems and the sustainability of coastal communities' livelihoods. Law enforcement against these violations faces complex challenges, especially in large areas of water with limited fleet and patrol personnel. Perpetrators who move quickly and change locations, coupled with the lack of reports from the public due to fear or social ties, further complicate enforcement efforts. In addition, access to hidden locations and coordination between law enforcement agencies that are not optimal are also the main obstacles. Global studies confirm that the lack of effective law enforcement and adequate governance is a significant driver of these destructive practices, even beyond socio-economic factors. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed that includes strengthening integrated marine patrols on a regular basis, imposing strict sanctions, increasing socialization of the dangers of fish bombs, and the active involvement of coastal communities as supervisors. A synergistic approach between law enforcement officials and local communities, combining prevention and joint management measures, is key to achieving effective marine conservation and sustainable management of fishery resources.

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of policies prohibiting illegal fishing practices involving the use of explosives, poisons, and electric shock devices in Sanga-Sanga District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Although regulations and extension activities related to the prohibition have been established, illegal fishing practices continue to occur as of 2025. The findings reveal that some fishermen still use poison and electric shock due to economic reasons and the perception that these methods yield greater catches. However, such actions cause losses to other fishermen by reducing the quality of the catch and damaging the aquatic ecosystem. The community is aware of these violations but is reluctant to report them due to fear of threats from the perpetrators. Efforts by fisheries extension officers to establish community-based surveillance groups (Pokmaswas) have not been optimal due to low public participation. Collaboration between provincial fisheries supervisors and the local marine police (Polairud) has resulted in joint patrols that successfully apprehended two perpetrators of illegal fishing, yet law enforcement has not produced a deterrent effect. Moreover, the program to replace destructive fishing gear with environmentally friendly alternatives for fishermen willing to transition has not been realized due to budget constraints. Based on these findings, it is necessary to strengthen integrated surveillance, provide legal protection for whistleblowers, accelerate the implementation of sustainable fishing gear programs, and enhance public awareness of legal and ecological issues.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed financial transactions in Indonesia, particularly through the growing use of e-wallets as practical and efficient payment tools. In a country with a Muslim-majority population, ensuring that e-wallet services comply with Islamic principles—free from riba, gharar, and maysir—is essential. This study aims to analyze Indonesia’s legal politics in regulating the use of e-wallets within the Islamic financial system and to assess their alignment with sharia principles. This research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining laws, regulations, and fatwas related to sharia-based fintech. The findings indicate that the Indonesian regulatory framework—through the OJK, Bank Indonesia, and DSN-MUI—has attempted to harmonize policies to support sharia-compliant digital financial services. However, several challenges remain, including limited e-wallet platforms with sharia certification, low digital sharia literacy among users, and the absence of detailed technical regulations specific to sharia e-wallet operations. This study recommends strengthening regulatory guidelines, increasing public literacy, and enhancing collaboration between regulators and the fintech industry to promote the development of sharia-compliant e-wallets that are secure, innovative, and aligned with Islamic financial principles.

This study examines how children and their relationship with nature are represented through the character of Antonio in the film Encanto (2021). Antonio is portrayed as a child who can communicate with animals, reflecting innocence, empathy, and a spiritual closeness to nature. This study aims to describe how children's relationship with nature is depicted in the film and to interpret the symbolic meaning behind these interactions. The method used in this study is a descriptive, qualitative approach that draws on theories of child development, symbolism, and children's imagination. The results of this study show that among children, Antonio reflects a harmonious, loving, and open attitude towards other life forms. Animals in the film serve as moral and emotional symbols that reflect the nature of children: the jaguar symbolizes courage, the toucan symbolizes honesty and cheerfulness. In contrast, the capybara symbolizes peace of mind. This study shows that children's films can be a tool for building ecological awareness and social empathy through imagination. The implications of this study underscore the importance of strengthening empathy and environmental balance in children's education through literature and film.

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and tools like Canva has revolutionized English Language Teaching (ELT) in Indonesia, shifting from traditional methods to interactive, student-centered approaches. This study aims to explore the benefits and challenges of incorporating these technologies into ELT practices. Employing a qualitative literature review methodology, the research analyzed over 20 empirical studies from 2020 to 2023 on Canva and ICT in Indonesian ELT, supplemented by global Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) frameworks. Key findings reveal that ICT and Canva enhance student motivation, creativity, and communicative skills through multimodal and constructivist learning, while fostering authentic language exposure and collaboration. However, challenges include inadequate infrastructure, limited teacher training, digital inequities between urban and rural areas, ethical issues such as copyright infringement, and increased teacher workload. The implications underscore the need for systematic professional development, institutional support, curriculum alignment, and policies promoting equitable access to ensure transformative and sustainable technology integration in Indonesian ELT.

The objective of this study is to investigate several facets of the role that educators play in the verbal abuse and bullying prevention of students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja in Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The qualitative descriptive method is being used in this study. The researchers conduct observations and interviews as part of their data collection methods. There were seven informants in total for this investigation. This study is being conducted at Tanjung Raja sub-district, Jalan Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II, in the Ogan Ilir Regency. The study's findings indicate that educators have a positive impact in educating students about bullying and how to protect themselves from various risks. In addition to this, the role of the teacher and the curriculum in the school is crucial in providing a safe and nurturing environment for the development of the students. It is anticipated that the research findings will be able to make a contribution to more effective education reform in SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja and other schools.

The UNAMA Library employs information systems to enhance its academic services. Nevertheless, its administrative framework continues to encounter obstacles, such as inadequate service system support for users, constrained resources allocated for the management and upkeep of the system, an absence of standardized protocols for addressing technical challenges, and insufficient assessment system efficacy. If these issues remain unaddressed, the operational effectiveness of the library information system will be compromised, thereby thwarting the objective of delivering dependable information services. This investigation seeks to illuminate the maturity level of information system governance as delineated by COBIT 2019 within the Decision Support Systems (DSS) domain, specifically focusing on the DSS01 (Manage Operations) and DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents) processes. The findings suggest that the degree of information system governance capability the UNAMA Library is situated at the Established Process level (level 3), signifying that the process has undergone implementation; however, it has yet to be comprehensively documented and consistently evaluated. Moreover, a disparity persists between the existing state and the anticipated capability level of the organization, particularly concerning IT operations management, the standardization incident handling, and the documentation of operational procedures. An elucidation of the expected level is articulated, especially in terms of operational standards, incident documentation, and IT infrastructure oversight. Recommendations encompass the formulation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), the enhancement of documentation practices, and periodic assessments grounded in COBIT 2019. These findings are anticipated to assist libraries in augmenting the efficacy of information systems governance and the quality of IT services.

The rapid development of modern manufacturing technology has driven the emergence of human-robot collaboration (HRC) as part of the transformation toward a human-centric intelligent production system. In collaborative work environments, robots are not only required to work efficiently but also to interact safely and responsively with operators. However, most conventional industrial robot systems still use rigid motion controls and are unable to dynamically adapt to human activity around them.This research aims to develop a human-robot collaboration system by integrating computer vision technology to detect operator movement and applying adaptive control algorithms to the robot manipulator. The research methodology includes designing a collaborative workstation, implementing a computer vision-based motion detection system, developing an adaptive control algorithm, and evaluating system performance through various experimental scenarios. Evaluation parameters include task completion time, safe distance, and system response time.The results show that the developed system significantly improves the efficiency and safety of human-robot interaction compared to conventional systems, with shorter task times, optimal safe distances, and faster system response to operator movements.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into educational settings, particularly in formative assessments, offers significant benefits in terms of personalized learning, real time feedback, and increased efficiency. However, the successful implementation of AI driven formative assessments depends not only on technological capabilities but also on socio cultural and organizational factors that shape its adoption. This study explores the socio technical factors influencing the use of AI in formative assessments, emphasizing the importance of considering cultural diversity, institutional culture, and educators' beliefs. AI technologies, while powerful in automating grading and providing personalized assessments, often face limitations in addressing complex student responses that require human judgment. Furthermore, cultural factors, such as students' prior exposure to technology and different cultural attitudes towards AI, play a critical role in the acceptance and effectiveness of these tools. Organizational factors, including leadership support, digital literacy, and the readiness of institutions to adopt AI, are also key determinants in the successful implementation of AI systems in education. Teachers’ beliefs about assessment influence their acceptance and use of AI tools, highlighting the need for professional development and training to ensure that AI enhances pedagogical goals rather than replacing human expertise. The study concludes that the alignment of technology, culture, and assessment beliefs is essential for the effective use of AI driven formative assessments in educational settings. Recommendations for educational institutions include adopting a socio technical approach to AI integration, with a focus on providing resources, training, and fostering a culture of innovation. Future research directions should focus on expanding studies to diverse educational contexts, conducting longitudinal research on AI’s impact on learning outcomes, and exploring additional socio technical frameworks to guide AI adoption in education.

This study explores the integration of critical pedagogy with digital literacy, aiming to reconceptualize digital literacy beyond its traditional focus on technical proficiency and operational skills. Traditional digital literacy models emphasize the ability to navigate and use technology, primarily focusing on operational tasks such as managing digital devices, utilizing software, and performing specific functions. However, these models often overlook the broader implications of technology on society, including its role in shaping power dynamics and perpetuating social inequalities. By integrating critical pedagogy, this study argues that digital literacy should not only encompass technical skills but also encourage learners to critically assess the social, political, and cultural implications of digital tools. The critical digital literacy approach promotes social justice, equity, and empowerment by encouraging learners to question, reflect on, and challenge the ways in which technology influences their lives and society at large. Through critical engagement with digital tools, learners are empowered to challenge existing power structures, fostering social transformation. The study discusses how educators can integrate critical digital literacy into teaching practices, moving beyond traditional skill based models by encouraging critical thinking, ethical use of technology, and a deeper understanding of the role digital technologies play in shaping societal structures. Moreover, the study highlights the transformative potential of critical digital pedagogy, proposing it as a tool for educational equity and social change. By reconceptualizing digital literacy through a critical pedagogical lens, this study offers a framework that empowers students to become not just proficient digital users but active participants in societal transformation, contributing to a more inclusive and just digital future. Quality schools are the goal of every educational institution, therefore it is important to pay attention to various aspects which are believed to influence school quality. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of work commitment and teacher certification on school quality (State High School in Palembang City). The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained from the research process was then analyzed quantitatively through statistical computing (t test and F test). The results of the research conducted state that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on school quality; teacher certification has been proven to make a positive and significant contribution to school quality; In simultaneous testing it was found that work commitment and teacher certification affected the quality of State High Schools in Palembang City. The contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable is in the quite high category
