Indonesia is a country with a diverse society, namely having various ethnic groups, languages, customs, customs, beliefs and social layers. With this diversity, Indonesia is rich in culture, but currently culture in Indonesia is starting to fade due to the lack of insight and understanding of the people around the culture. Lack of cultural literacy and citizenship is one of the reasons why national culture is gradually disappearing in social life. Thus, through cultural and civic literacy, people are expected to have knowledge about history, contributions and perspectives about culture as well as be able to apply it and understand and have a positive attitude towards Indonesian culture as a national identity amidst the diversity of Indonesian society.

Karo Batak customary inheritance law is based on a patrilineal system which determines that the main heir is the eldest son. However, it should be noted that women also have the right to inheritance in some cases, especially if there are no sons in the family. In general, inherited assets are divided equally between the children and surviving spouse of the deceased, but certain properties such as land or inherited property in particular are more likely to be passed patrilineally to the eldest male child to maintain the continuity of the bloodline. This system also recognizes the important role of ancestors in determining inheritance distribution and has strong customary mechanisms to resolve conflicts that may arise regarding inheritance distribution. Even though it is still recognized and implemented, Karo Batak customary inheritance law has faced several challenges and adaptations with the advent of the modern era. Changing living patterns, urbanization, greater education, and the influence of national laws often influence the way heritage is managed and shared. In many cases, inheritance arrangements may combine elements of customary law with national law to adapt to social changes and the practical needs of modern families. This could have the impact of a more equal distribution between children, without necessarily taking into account gender or birth order, as well as paying more attention to the economic and social needs of family members. Despite this, customary inheritance law practices are still respected and maintained in many Karo Batak communities, often as part of their cultural identity and traditions.

Indonesia continues to move forward in responding to the demands of the times, especially in terms of administrative modernization. One important step in this effort is updating and integrating population data with the national taxation system. In this context, Tanjung Seneng Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung, started an important initiative aimed at assisting residents in the RT/RW environment. 06/00 in the process of modernizing their Population Identification Number (NIK) into a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Modernizing NIK to NPWP is not just an administrative step, but an effort to increase tax awareness, administrative efficiency, and community involvement in national development. By involving the local community, it is hoped that this socialization will not only be a process but also an opportunity to empower residents to understand their role in economic development and shared prosperity. Several problems that arise, namely: The level of public understanding regarding NIK modernization, Citizens’ understanding regarding NPWP and its relationship to NIK, and The impact of NIK modernization on administrative processes. By providing socialization on the modernization of NIK into NPWP for RT/RW residents: 06/00 residents will not need to carry NPWP cards and will only need to bring KTPs, making tax administration easier by using a single identity, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

In facing the complexity of globalization, Indonesia as a country rich in cultural diversity and traditions faces challenges in maintaining its national identity. Cultural diplomacy is identified as a crucial instrument in enhancing national resilience through mutual understanding, respect for diversity, and strengthening national identity. This article discusses the diplomatic role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in managing cultural differences and describes how cultural diplomacy is a vital element in national defense, in accordance with Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning national defense. The case study of cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea through the Hallyu phenomenon illustrates the impact of cultural diplomacy on the economy, politics and society. This research uses normative juridical research methods or also called library research. The data collection is done secondarily, involving primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, such as laws, books, journals, and related articles. The results show that in the midst of global cultural changes, cultural diplomacy is also faced with challenges, including multidimensional threats involving physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, the integration of cultural diplomacy in national security policy is essential to maintain cultural diversity and national identity.

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. Meanwhile, standard logo graphic manuals are a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Benefits include providing an impression of professionalism, increasing trust, and creating a strong, consistent identity. In the era of globalization, the issue of national identity has become very important. The rapid pace of globalization has led to the erosion of national values, especially among the younger generation who are more interested in foreign cultures than their own national culture. This can be seen from the increased interest of children in imported products compared to domestic products. This research uses a qualitative method to describe and find meaning behind this phenomenon, by producing descriptive data in the form of words, both written and spoken (Ratna, 2010: 94). It is hoped that by instilling nationalistic values, the younger generation will be motivated to defend national unity. These nationalistic values can be taught through various methods, including through the learning process in schools and universities. In the learning process, these nationalistic values can be integrated. The analysis of the implementation of the Student Profile Strengthening Project of Pancasila in the development of student nationalism at SMAN 1 Pamarayan involves activities of the Student Profile Strengthening Project of Pancasila which has the themes of "bhineka tunggal ika" and "bela negara" (unity in diversity and defending the nation).

This research data is the basis and main capital for forming students' character and strengthening national identity, namely the cultivation of morals in education. The role of civic education teachers in instilling students' moral awareness is to provide learning motivation for students. The three moral components are knowledge, feelings and actions. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher concluded that the solution to the problems faced by teachers in fostering students' moral awareness is by teachers becoming good individuals so that students can emulate them.

This research aims to identify the values of mutual cooperation character found in the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animation as one of the media to be used in strengthening the national identity of elementary school students. The method used in this research is qualitative with content analysis method, and data collection techniques include literature study, documentation, and data analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that in the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animated film, there are 7 values of mutual cooperation character, which are helping each other, appreciating teamwork, solidarity, commitment to collective decisions, empathy, anti-violence, and a voluntary attitude. These values of mutual cooperation character appear in 11 episodes of the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animation, namely in the episodes of the father's lost wallet, the father's wallet is still lost, Jarwo's theft, Adit wins, the confusing umbrella motorcycle taxi, Adit's flu, Jarwo's sadness, getting caught up in the antenna service, kite competition making everyone fly, Jarwo's surprise, Adel's whereabouts, patrol duties like courage tests, and visiting siblings making everyone feel honored. Furthermore, the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animation can be used as a learning tool in strengthening the national identity because this animation contains scenes that are in line with the development of mutual cooperation character as a way to strengthen the national identity.

Law No. 24 of 2009 Concerning Flags, Languages, State Symbols and National Anthems, it has been generally defined that a flag is a strong symbol to identify and represent an identity of a nation or group. Flags are used in agencies, offices, schools, and so on. Seeing the importance of the flag as one of the symbols of the country and many agencies that already have flagpole facilities, one of which is an institution in the field of education. Based on the results of field observations made, there are major problems related to flags, where in one of the elementary schools in Bukit Rata Village, which is a part of Kute Panang District, Central Aceh District, there are still many or minimal facilities at the school, one of which is no pole facilities. flag. Based on the results of discussions with the principal and teachers, the authors took the initiative to make flagpoles. The method used is to go directly to the field or practice directly to the field to build and erect the flagpole. The purpose of this flagpole installation activity is expected to increase a sense of nationalism, love for the motherland, and become one of the flag ceremony facilities at SDN 13 Kute Panang school located in Bukit Rata Village. The activity of installing flagpoles at SDN 13 Kute Panang is a form of community and state service carried out by the author.

Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

The problem of drug misuse among teenagers considered a national issue and becomes the concern quite hard to deal with. Teenagers are at risk for drug usage as this period is a phase of transition between childhood and adulthood known as a searching or self-identity period. This study aims to know the underlying factors to prevent drug use among teenagers at MAN 6 Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar. This research method used analytical design with a cross sectional approach with population of 118 adolescents and total sample of 54 teenagers. The proportional random sampling was used for data collection technique. This research was conducted on March 10, 2023 with univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The findings indicated that out of 54 respondents, 29 people (53.7%) made fewer attempts to prevent drug use, 32 people (59.3%) had less awareness of the dangers of using drugs, 35 people (64.8%) had negative atititude towards drugs, and less involvement from peers as many as 34 people (63%). These findings indicates that there is a relation between knowledge (p=0.003), attitudes (p=0.007), and the role of peers (p=0.017) with drug prevention attempts. In conclusion, the prevention of drug use is affected by knowledge, attitude, information, and the involvement of peers. It expects the research area to provide health counseling regarding drugs and collaborate with cross-sectoral organizations - The Health Offices and Public Health Centers.

This paper was created with the aim of providing insight into strengthening national identity. National identity is an understanding of the identity of a nation and state, besides that the formation of national identity itself has become a provision that has been mutually agreed upon. Upholding and maintaining what already exists and trying to correct all mistakes within a nation and state. National identity consists of a collection of cultural values that develop and grow in various aspects of life. However, at this time the interaction between individuals was reduced due to the busyness of each community and the influence of globalization so as to create a society that does not care about other people and forgets about identity as a society with a nation and state. This task aims to provide efforts to strengthen national identity through civic education. We hope that this assignment can regenerate our awareness of national identity.
