Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Mini PC dan pemeliharaan real-time di CV Permata Gemilang Jaya. Metodologi waterfall diterapkan menggunakanNodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler utama, dilengkapi dengan sensor DHT22, DS18B20, dan INA219 untuk memantau parameter suhu, CPU, dan memori. Arsitektur sistem mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan database MySQL, menghasilkan aplikasi web responsif dengan kontrol akses berbasisperan untuk Admin Pusat, Admin Regional, dan Teknisi Cabang. Infrastrukturserver cloud dengan konektivitas GSM cadangan memfasilitasi pemantauanterpusat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan diagram kasus penggunaan dan diagram aktivitas yang komprehensif. Penerapan sistem pemberitahuan otomatisdengan mekanisme peringatan berbasis ambang batas memungkinkan deteksidini anomali perangkat. Antarmuka yang dioptimalkan untuk selulermeningkatkan aksesibilitas teknisi untuk operasi lapangan. Validasi sistemmenunjukkan strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang sukses dalam mengurangiwaktu henti perangkat dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional infrastrukturteknologi informasi.

Produksi perhiasan emas PT Gemopia Indonesia melibatkan proses bombing, yang membutuhkan keakuratan tinggi untuk memastikan kualitas produk.  Beberapa kelemahan sistem pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel termasuk keterlambatan laporan, kurangnya keamanan data, dan kesalahan input yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan membangun sistem informasi bombing emas berbasis web yang akan mempercepat proses pencatatan, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan memperbaiki alur pelaporan.  Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL, dan pengujian dengan metode black box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dengan fitur seperti perhitungan otomatis, hak akses pengguna bertingkat, verifikasi dan koreksi data produksi, dan pembuatan laporan dalam format PDF. Sistem mampu menerima input, memproses data , dan menghasilkan output yang tepat dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi.Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dinyatakan layak untuk diimplementasikan secara penuh dalam rangka mendukung efisiensi dan transparansi pelaporan produksi di PT Gemopia Indonesia.

SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tabanan yang memiliki berbagai aset penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Proses pelaporan aset selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word, sehingga kurang efisien dan sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam pelaporan kepada Dinas Pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan dibangun sistem dengan judul Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Inventaris Sekolah Melalui Sistem Inventory Berbasis Web di SMA N 1 Baturiti. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dilengkapi fitur pencetakan laporan dengan PHP Word dan PHP Excel. Sistem ini mempermudah proses input data aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pelaporan aset sekolah kepada Dinas Pendidikan dapat dilakukan secara lebih tepat waktu dan efisien.

State Senior High School 7 Surakarta is one of the public schools located in Surakarta City. The library activities, including member data management, book processing, and book borrowing and returning, are still conducted manually using physical logbooks. This manual process is considered inefficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop a book borrowing system at State Senior High School 7 Surakarta that serves as a tool to assist officers in recording, loans, and returning books. This system is designed using the CodeIgniter framework to support WEB displays, programming in PHP, and using MySQL for database management. This system is created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model that includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black-Box Testing results showed that all features and functions operated correctly. The SUS evaluation produced a score of 75.68%, indicating that users generally agreed with the implementation of the system, which falls under the "acceptable" classification.

Intuisi Coffee, sebuah kafe di Blang Kolak, Aceh Tengah, masih mengelola proses pemesanan dan transaksi secara manual, yang berdampak pada kurangnya efisiensi dalam pencatatan, pengelolaan stok, dan penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional kafe. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan memanfaatkan XAMPP, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai teknologi utama. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur tingkat kegunaan dari sisi efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor SUS sebesar 64,9, yang mengindikasikan sistem berada pada kategori kegunaan yang cukup baik. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti dapat mempercepat proses transaksi, mempermudah pengelolaan data, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara lebih terstruktur

Abstract. A store requires an effective and efficient accounting information system to manage its finances, ensuring business continuity and financial sustainability. One such case is Am Collection Store, which has not yet adopted computer technology. The store still uses manual methods for cash receipts processing. This Cash Receipt Application was designed using the waterfall method, applied as a system development method, and utilizes PHP and MySQL programming languages. The objective is for Am Collection Store to record all cash receipts from sales without the need for manual bookkeeping. The system design tools used include UML, such as Use Case Diagram,  and Class Diagram. The result of this research is the design of a web-based accounting information system for cash receipts, which simplifies cash management to be more effective and efficient. Additionally, it produces detailed reports on matters related to the cash receipt processes from transactions conducted by both customers and sellers.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based outpatient registration information system at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) X to overcome issues arising from the manual registration system. The current manual registration system at RSUD X causes problems such as long queues, potential data entry errors, lost files, and difficulty in finding patient medical history. As a result, patient waiting times are longer, the administrative staff's workload increases, and the overall effectiveness of services decreases. The research method used is a qualitative one, which describes various processes in the system, from patient data input to the digital registration receipt output. The system design approach uses the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, while data gathering was done through interviews with registration officers, direct observation, and a documentation study in the medical records unit. The system is built with a combination of technologies, including PHP as a server-side programming language and MySQL as the database. The result is a web-based outpatient registration information system that can improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. The advantages of this system include wide accessibility, time efficiency, and effective data management. This system is expected to reduce patient queues, improve the efficiency of the registration process, and simplify patient data management. However, the implementation of this system may face challenges such as limited resources and user skills. Solutions to overcome these challenges are effective resource allocation and user training. Overall, the web-based outpatient registration information system can be an effective solution to improve service quality at RSUD X.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%. 

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

Computerized accounting is a system used to process company transaction data by using computers as a technological medium for application work processes and to produce financial reports for a company. The use and application of computer technology in office activities is a requirement and fairness that is needed, without having to eliminate manual systems. The use of computers will be able to improve employee performance in supporting activities in an agency or company. Financial management within the regional scope is the regional task and authority in organizing regional agencies which includes several sections including budgeting, income, expenditure, and accounting and accountability. The aim of this research is to design a web-based computerized accounting system for regional income and expenditure in Wates Village. And create a computerized accounting system that can assist the process of recording and storing web-based regional income and regional expenditure transaction data which produces regional income and expenditure report information. In creating a computerized system for regional income and expenditure, the software used is Sublime Texet3. Data storage uses MySQL and programming languages ​​use PHP and HTML. The research results show that the computerized accounting system makes it easier for finance employees to record financial transactions. Then financial reports are produced more quickly and data errors can be minimized and more structured data is stored in the database. So this new system really helps agencies in Wates Ngaliyan Village, Semarang, where the application is equipped with a menu for input, processes and reports that process transactions, both income and expenditure.

This research discusses the application of cash receipts and cash payments from cash sales and cash purchases at CV Banua Prima Teknik. This research aims to determine the accounting system for cash receipts and cash disbursements at CV Banua Prima Teknik, as well as to create a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application at CV Banua Prima Teknik. The theoretical framework of this research involves information system analysis, by examining the information needed by management, related functions, documents used, and document flowcharts. MySql is used as a database, with the PHP programming language. The research results show that the recording at CV Banua Prima Teknik has been computerized but still uses Microsoft Excel. The weakness of this method is that it is difficult to find out the recapitulation report of cash receipts and disbursements based on a certain period. Therefore, the application developed in this research is expected to help produce cash receipt and disbursement reports more effectively and efficiently, thereby improving performance in company financial management.

This study aims to identify problems in the process of submitting and accounting for project budget funds at PT. Leon Testing and Consultancy Banjarbaru, and to design an application program that can simplify the process. This study uses the theoretical framework of the Accounting Information System for Submission and Accountability of Budget Funds, which includes analysis of management information, related functions, procedure networks, documents, accounting records, internal control systems, and existing flowcharts. Applicable accounting standards are used in this study, with MySQL as the backend and PHP as the frontend. The results of the study indicate that the process of submitting and accounting for funds at PT. Leon Testing and Consultancy Banjarbaru is still semi-manual, using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, it is recommended that the company adopt an online-based application to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process

Abstract -  Corn plants are one of the plants that are easy to grow and relatively fast to get results but also a plant that is vulnerable to pests and diseases. The symptoms that arise require an expert or agricultural expert to be able to diagnose. Limited time and expert labor is one of the causes of delayed diagnosis, causing a decrease in farmers' yields. This is the basis for making this expert system by adopting knowledge from agricultural experts about the symptoms of corn disease using the Forward Chaining method. To support the research conducted, researchers used the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the design used the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Software is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and Bootstrap as an interface design with a web-based system.    

Website is an existing facility on the internet, and is one of the alternative means of information and promotional media used to get new news. The purpose of making the site of SMK Negeri 1 OKU Selatan is to assist in promoting and informing the School so that it is easy to access by all people wherever they are. Therefore this study took the initiative to Build a School Website at SMK NEGERI 1 OKU SELATAN using PHP & MYSQL as a means of promotion and information. The research subjects in this thesis are South OKU 1 Public Vocational School The software used in making South Oku 1 South Vocational School website is Adobe Photoshop CS3, XAMPP, PHP, Sublime Text and MySQL. The result of this final project is a website for SMK Negeri 1 Oku Selatan, the website was developed using PHP and MySQL. The contents contained in the website are in the form of information about agencies such as: profile, department, gallery and contact that can be contacted at the SMK NEGERI 1 OKU SELATAN institution.

PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama is a company engaged in manufacturing. This research contains web- based financial informasi processing applications, because they can help make it easier to work on. The problems that occurred at PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama is currently still conventional or still manual, that is, it still uses the Ms. Excel. This study aims to help make it easier to input financial informasi for PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama, by submitting suggestions for creating a web- based financial informasi processing application, it is hoped that later financial informasi processing will be easier, faster and more practical. In this financial informasi processing application, it is proposed to use the Xampp program with PHP and MySQL databases which will make workmanship easier in processing financial reports.

The Polytechnic of Navigation Sciences (PIP) Semarang, previously still used manual methods in the process of guiding the Final Tasks (scripts) of its tarun. Given the current advances in information technology, the manual can be improved to anticipate problems in the guidance process, for example, the missing or missing guidance records can be minimized by using an application system. For this, it is necessary to build an e-logbook application system that can input data from a manual system to a website-based application system aimed at managing data and storing data as well as building a system which can facilitate the performance of the lecturer and the study program performance at the Polytechnic of Shipping Science (PIP) Semarang. The objective of this research is to develop a website based application system such as e-logbook to make the process of recording the final guidance activities of the cadets easier. This research uses the type of qualitative data with data collection in the form of interviews with tutoring lecturers and cadets in PIP Semarang, observation and literature studies. The utilities used in the development of this system are PHP and MySQL. The research resulted in an e-logbook system that is easily accessible to various stakeholders in the Semarang Polytechnic of Shipping Sciences (PIP) environment that includes structured recording, storage, and reporting.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

The problem with  Dony Computer is that sales transactions still use a manual system using ledgers for each recording, so that errors often occur which will cause losses for Dony Computer and inefficient reporting to shop owners. The aim of designing a sales information system is to make it easier for the administration to process existing data. Application tools that have been created with PHP and a MySQL database can provide a smooth process for inputting and storing data and reports provided to shop owners. By using a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this research create a sales application design that can make it easier for stores to collect data on goods and sales data to make it better and more accurate. Apart from that, the level of effectiveness of this application is quite high as seen from customer satisfaction with a good and fast transaction process.

Selection of the best employees is a semi-structured matter that can be scheduled every month or year. It is not uncommon for companies to determine the best employees not in accordance with the company's assessment. Kean shops still use the manual method and often do not meet the criteria set by the company. By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.
