Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.

Low back pain (LBP) in Indonesia is a musculoskeletal complaint in the lumbar segment of the spine. One of the factors that influence complaints of low back pain (LBP) is work factors such as work position, work period, workplace design and body posture as well as body movement factors. Repetitive work, inefficient use of energy, long hours of work, unergonomic work positions and heavy workloads cause the incidence of LBP to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase insight into LBP as a promotive and preventive effort in reducing LBP symptoms. The methods used are counseling and leaflets as output results. There is a difference in understanding from the community and fishermen that after participating in this outreach activity, those who previously did not understand LBP disorders now understand more about what it is, the signs and symptoms, causes, intervention and prevention of LBP.

As older people age, their muscle strength typically declines, including the weakening of the thenar muscles over time which can lead to a blockage of the median nerve often known as carpal tunnel syndrome. This blockage causes pain that can radiate from the shoulder to the fingertips. This counseling is designed to provide older adults with knowledge and training on hand pain, including its symptoms and triggering factors. The counseling method uses presentations to explain information to the elderly with the aim of health promotion. In addition, there was a question and answer session and education on exercises that can be done at home. The counseling process went smoothly, the elderly could follow and understand the exercises taught to be done at home. This counseling has the potential to reduce pain in the elderly after they do the exercises at home. Counseling activities at the Children and Elderly Posyandu Rw.3 Rampal Celaket, Klojen District, Malang City helped increase the understanding of the elderly about pain in the hands caused by median nerve blockage.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued with the provision of balance training, so that the elderly who have a risk of falling can be recognized as early as possible so that the provision of balance training can maintain and improve the balance of the elderly body.

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 13 of 1998 concerning elderly welfare, an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and above.  Indonesia alone ranks fourth in the world with 24 million elderly people who have not received much attention. The decline in various body functions in old age can cause elderly people to have difficulty eating due to various causes. For example, the appetite of the elderly tends to decrease because their sense of taste and smell is no longer as sharp as it used to be to inhale aromas and taste food. The elderly are also more prone to decreased saliva production, loose teeth, weakened intestinal and gastric functions, and decreased stomach acid production which makes it difficult for the body to absorb food. Weakness or paralysis of the face, also known as facial frown, will cause impairment in the ability of facial muscles. Miror Therapy exercises can help improve facial muscle strength in patients with stroke. Regular exercise for 2 times a week can help increase the muscle strength of stroke patients.

Elderly is a process of experiencing anatomical, physiological and biochemical aging in organ tissues which can affect the state of function and ability of the body as a whole (Fatmah, 2019). In Indonesia, fracture cases are the third largest cause of death under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. According to data compiled by Wrong Diagnosis (Ropyanto, et al, 2013), Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia that experiences the most fractures of 1.3 million each year out of a population of around 238 million. In postoperative fracture patients, they experience delays in making movements due to muscle weakness and perceived pain (Ningsih, 2019). In an elderly person, it will bring about a complete change in his physique related to a decrease in the ability of the body's tissues, especially in physiological functions in the musculoskeletal system and the neurological system. One of the changes that occur in the elderly is a change in decreased muscle strength, the impact of decreased muscle strength is an increased risk of falling and causes walking to be less stable (Padila, 2020). Purpose: ROM is an exercise used to improve normal joint movement to increase muscle tone. Doing ROM exercises early can increase muscle strength so that it can stimulate more motor units involved, there will be an increase in muscle strength (Anggriani et al., 2020) Method: Using a muscle strength scale instrument. Conclusion: That Range Of Motion has benefits and is

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise combined with physiotherapy in reducing injury risk among individuals with obesity. Obesity is a global health issue that significantly increases the risk of injuries, particularly within the musculoskeletal system. The research employed an experimental design with pre-test and post-test, involving 40 obese participants divided into two groups: an intervention group that underwent a 12-week program combining aerobic exercise and physiotherapy, and a control group that received no intervention. The intervention program included aerobic exercises designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and flexibility, alongside physiotherapy sessions focused on muscle strengthening and balance enhancement. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant reduction in injury risk and improvement in physical abilities compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Additionally, participants in the intervention group reported reduced pain levels and improved quality of life. These findings indicate that the combination of aerobic exercise and physiotherapy is effective in mitigating injury risks for individuals with obesity. This study provides valuable insights for healthcare practitioners in designing better rehabilitation programs for obese populations and encourages individuals to actively participate in safe and effective exercise regimens.
