Fresh or rotten meat is a different matter. Damage to the meat will produce a distorted odor, mucus, discoloration in certain areas and an undesirable taste due to the formation of metabolism. The odor is described as fishy, rotten, containing sulfur and like ammonia. In this research, the author discusses a system for identifying the condition of meat based on the odor that arises from meat in three states, namely odorless odor, fresh odor and rotten odor. Fresh odor is taken from meat odor that is within 1 (one) day after being cut and rotten odor is taken from meat odor that is on the 2nd day. In this study, the test sample meat was placed in a closed container at room temperature for 2 days. Data was taken for 2 days from meat odors of known type. The sensor array consists of eight sensors made of conducting polymer material. The polymer materials used are silicon DC-200, PEG-20M, 0V-101, 0V-17, DEGA, PEG-200, PEG-1540, and PEG-6000 mixed with Carbon black. A two-layer artificial neural net consisting of eight input nodes and three output neurons, was trained using the Kohonen algorithm with a training process that was completed in 4 iterations. From 20 tests, 10 times exposure to steam from fresh odor and 10 times exposure to steam from rotten odor, carried out alternately, it was found that the system failed twice. Thus, the system success percentage reached 95 percent.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs. Taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate, and also give up some of one's wealth as a sign of compassion for fellow humans. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable.
