This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal capacity-building for Temporary Land Deed Officials (PPATS) in the preparation of land deeds in Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. The research employs an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and document analysis. This approach enables a comprehensive examination of both the normative framework and its practical implementation in the field. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of capacity-building for PPATS remains suboptimal, as the existing programs are largely administrative, incidental, and insufficient in addressing substantive legal aspects. Several factors influence this condition, including the non-legal educational background of PPATS, prevailing community legal culture, limitations in training programs, weak institutional coordination, and social pressures encountered in the practice of land deed preparation. These challenges contribute to a low level of material competence and legal prudence among PPATS in carrying out their duties. Accordingly, there is a need for a more sustainable, contextual, and competency-based capacity-building model to enhance the professionalism of PPATS. Such an approach is essential to strengthen their substantive legal understanding, improve the quality of land deeds, and ultimately support the realization of legal certainty in land administration services.

The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still a public health challenge because it has a direct impact on infant health. Factors that cause low coverage of breastfeeding include problems in the breastfeeding process, economic conditions, environmental support, and socio-cultural aspects. Milk production is influenced by the hormone prolactin, while milk production is influenced by the hormone oxytocin. One of the interventions that has been proven to help with breast milk production is oxytocin massage. Based on this, this community service activity was carried out as an effort to increase breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. The method of the activity is in the form of health counseling to pregnant women in the third trimester with educational media in the form of presentation materials. The activity was complemented by discussions, questions and answers, and demonstrations of the right oxytocin massage techniques to strengthen participants' understanding. The implementation of the activity went well and received enthusiasm from the participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in pregnant women's knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and skills in performing oxytocin massage. Thus, this activity is expected to support the increase in exclusive breastfeeding coverage through the empowerment of pregnant and lactating women, as well as a promotive-preventive strategy in maintaining the health of babies in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to analyze teachers' teaching strategies in improving the quality of science learning for upper grade students (IV, V, and VI) at the SD Inpres Perumnas II Makassar. The results show that teachers implement various strategies including selecting approaches that suit students' needs, using a variety of learning methods, actively involving students in learning activities, utilizing media that support conceptual understanding, and implementing continuous evaluation to assess learning success. All of these strategies complement each other and help create more engaging, understandable, and relevant science learning for students. Research findings also revealed that the choice of teaching strategy is influenced by several important factors: student characteristics, the characteristics of the science material being taught, the availability of learning media and facilities, the learning environment, and the desired learning objectives. These five factors serve as the basis for teachers to determine the most appropriate strategy, ensuring a more effective, focused learning process that enhances students' understanding of the material. Furthermore, this study identified several challenges teachers face in implementing science teaching strategies, such as diverse student abilities, time constraints, a lack of supporting media and facilities, sub-conducive classroom conditions, and uneven student motivation. These challenges require teachers to be creative and adapt strategies to ensure learning objectives are achieved and the quality of science instruction continues to improve.

The handling of children involved in narcotics crimes requires a restorative approach focused on rehabilitation rather than punishment. This study aims to examine the role of police investigators in applying restorative justice to child offenders in narcotics cases and to identify the obstacles encountered in its implementation. This research employs a normative legal research method with statutory and conceptual approaches. Primary legal materials include Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, and Chief of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021. The findings show that investigators play a strategic role in facilitating diversion, including conducting initial assessments, facilitating diversion deliberations, and coordinating with supporting institutions such as the Correctional Center (Bapas), National Narcotics Agency (BNN), and Social Services. However, implementation remains suboptimal due to internal constraints, including inadequate training and understanding among investigators, limited facilities such as child-friendly rooms and mediation spaces, regulatory disharmony between the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law and the Narcotics Law, weak inter-agency coordination, and lack of support from families and communities. Post-diversion monitoring is also ineffective. This study concludes that strengthening investigator capacity through specialized training, improving legal frameworks through regulatory harmonization, and enhancing inter-agency collaboration are essential to ensure restorative justice truly serves the best interests of children.

Human trafficking constitutes a transnational crime that inflicts physical, psychological, and economic suffering upon its victims. This research aims to analyze the fulfillment of restitution rights for victims of human trafficking and examine preventive efforts from the immigration perspective. According to Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Human Trafficking, every victim has the right to restitution as compensation for losses suffered. However, implementation in practice still encounters numerous obstacles, including weak law enforcement, limited understanding among law enforcement officers, and insufficient technical regulations. This normative legal research employs statutory and conceptual approaches to examine primary legal materials, including Law Number 21 of 2007, Law Number 6 of 2011 on Immigration, and various implementing regulations. The findings indicate that legal protection for victims of human trafficking has not been optimal, with challenges including difficulties in proving immaterial losses, dual procedural systems between the Human Trafficking Law and Criminal Procedure Code, and weak coordination among law enforcement agencies. The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) often cannot guarantee restitution payments as determined by judges. From the immigration perspective, the Directorate General of Immigration plays a strategic role in preventing human trafficking through travel document control, implementation of the Integrated Border Control Management (IBCM) system, education for prospective migrant workers, and cross-sectoral collaboration. However, challenges persist, including complex and evolving modus operandi, limited resources in remote border areas, and inter-agency coordination obstacles. The study concludes that synergy between institutions and improvements in education and regulation are required to ensure victims' restitution rights are fulfilled effectively.

Reading literacy in early childhood is an important foundation for children's cognitive, language, and social development in subsequent educational stages. Literacy in early childhood can begin through letter recognition, fostering interest in printed materials, enriching vocabulary, and developing oral communication skills. At this stage, the initial skill that needs to be developed is the introduction of written language through reading activities tailored to the child's developmental characteristics. However, early childhood's ability to understand reading literacy shows significant differences, both in terms of interest, ability, and environmental support. This condition indicates that reading literacy understanding in early childhood is not evenly distributed. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide reading literacy education to early childhood through a fun, interactive, and contextual approach. The activity methods include reading assistance, the use of visual media, and the active involvement of educators and parents. The results of the activity show an increase in reading interest, letter recognition skills, and children's positive responses to literacy activities. This activity is expected to be a sustainable effort to support the strengthening of reading literacy in early childhood education.

This article delves into the application of gamification in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for primary school students, focusing on its impact on motivation, emotional engagement, and learning psychology. It offers a systematic review of relevant studies, evaluating both the positive outcomes and challenges of using gamification in IRE. A thorough library research approach was used, drawing from academic journals, books, and conference papers. Key databases like Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ERIC were searched to identify studies published between 2010 and 2025. Studies that met specific criteria relevance to the topic, educational level, and a focus on gamification, motivation, emotional engagement, and learning psychology were selected. The findings suggest that gamification in IRE can significantly enhance student motivation, emotional engagement, and learning outcomes. Elements such as rewards, challenges, and interactive activities help create a positive learning environment, promoting better retention and understanding of Islamic teachings. Emotional engagement is particularly heightened when gamification is tailored to the cultural and religious contexts of the students, fostering a deeper connection to the material. The study emphasizes that incorporating gamification in IRE could enhance the overall educational experience for primary students, boosting their motivation and emotional involvement in learning. It also highlights the importance of designing gamified content that is culturally relevant and contextually appropriate to maximize the positive effects on student learning. The study recommends that educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers consider using gamification to improve the quality of Islamic education in primary schools.

The low understanding of nutritious food choices among elementary school children remains a problem because it impacts their health, learning abilities, and future eating habits. A similar situation was found at SDN 3 Picungremuk, where students often choose flavored foods without considering their nutritional content. This community service activity aims to improve students' nutritional knowledge through education on the concept of "Isi Piringku" (My Plate). The implementation stages include identifying needs through observation and discussions with teachers, developing materials tailored to children's development, conducting interactive socialization, and practicing how to assemble a balanced meal plate using visual media. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-tests accompanied by food selection simulations. The output showed a significant increase in understanding. Before the education, most students were unable to combine foods correctly. After the activity, all participants were able to assemble a meal plate according to the principles of balanced nutrition. These findings prove that the use of visual media and hands-on practice is an effective method for instilling healthy eating habits in elementary school children.

The number of corruption cases in Indonesia continues to increase. The termination of the investigation of alleged corruption at the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission by the Banda Aceh City Resort Police based on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus and Law Enforcement Apparatus raises problems because it is contrary to the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes which emphasizes that the return of state losses does not erase the crime. This inconsistency raises questions about the validity of stopping corruption cases through the Memorandum of Understanding. This study aims to assess the validity of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus and the Law Enforcement Apparatus as the basis for stopping corruption cases, as well as to outline the legal process that should be taken by the Banda Aceh City Resort Police. This research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative, case, and conceptual approach, based on secondary data from various legal materials. The analysis was carried out in an analytical descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus and the Law Enforcement Apparatus cannot be the basis for the termination of corruption cases at the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission because it is only coordinated, not a source of criminal law. The note is only suitable for use to follow up on reports through audits. In addition, the Banda Aceh City Resort Police should continue the case to the investigation stage because the elements of corruption, evidence, as well as elements of mens rea and actus reus have been fulfilled without any justification or excuse. It is suggested that the memorandum of understanding can only be a coordinating guideline, not a basis for stopping corruption cases. Any report must still be processed, and the Banda Aceh City Resort Police are obliged to continue the investigation even though the state losses have been returned.

The purpose of this service is to increase the understanding of students at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School in Purwokerto regarding civic politics, which is currently experiencing a rather acute erosion, even tho civic politics is an important aspect of nationhood; it guaranties the right to life, the right to equal treatment and recognition before the law, the right to think, the right to express opinions, and the right to assemble. In this case, the method used is socialization based on a participatory approach thru lectures, discussions, and statements of attitude. The results of this service activity show that after the presentation of material on the history of santri and the rights of citizens, enthusiasm arose among the santri of Pondok Santri Darul Falah Purwokerto regarding the inherent rights and obligations of all citizens. Students can actualize civic politics by integrating religious sciences, such as by contextualizing environmental jurisprudence in response to the massive environmental damage occurring thanks to state policies. This service activity encourages the role of santri in the state, which was initially only stigmatized as being limited to the realm of seeking religious knowledge and preaching.
