Forests are the body organ of the earth, where a variety of flora, fauna, mineral resources, and other wealth can be taken from forests that are indispensable to human life. However, the use of forest resources massively destroys forests and consequently alters their functioning. The forest area in Indonesia is 125,797.052 ha with the implementation of deforestation until. December 2021, which is 90.233.159 ha with a total number of decrees of forestation of 2.157 SK. There has been a significant increase in the extent of forestation in the period of the last 10 years to a total of 72% of the total area of Indonesian forest area, while the results of the forest monitoring of Indonesia in 2022 show that the total forested land area of the entire mainland of Indonesia is 96,0 million hectares, or 51.2% of the total land area. From the case that the parties have a chance to misuse or even de-function the land. The situation adds to the author's enthusiasm and interest in identifying any kinds of exploitation and development of Dangku Marga Asylum Forest related to community cohesion, as well as identifying how the implementation of Community Based Forest Management (CBFM) will maintain the sustainability of Dungku Margasatwa Forest. The research was carried out in the area of the Dangku Wildlife Asylum Forest in the Keluang district in Dawas Village, the Tungkal Jaya district, and Tungkal District in Sido Mulyo Village. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the conditions to be observed in the field in a more specific, transparent, and in-depth manner. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of community-based forest management in the Dangku Wildlife Refuge Area was categorised as “fairly effective” by identifying some unoptimal assessment indicators.

PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is a company operating in the retail sector. In running a business, a company needs to pay attention to the management control system. As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

By using literature studies/literature research, this article discusses how programming algorithms can be applied to the Internet of Things (IoT). The purpose of this article is to explain the function of algorithms in Internet of Things (IoT) programming and several examples. IoT is a concept where various devices and objects can connect and communicate with each other via the internet network. After data is collected through text study, content analysis techniques are used to analyze it. Literature studies show that programming algorithms must be applied to the Internet of Things to ensure efficient collection, analysis and use of data from connected objects. Programming algorithms are widely used for data prediction and analysis, network management, data collection and processing, security, and optimization of communication between IoT objects. Internet of Things developers and researchers should pay attention to the importance of implementing appropriate programming algorithms in their systems because these algorithms enable IoT to optimize the use of resources such as bandwidth, memory, and energy. Efficient algorithms enable smarter data analysis and better data security.

This research aims to find out how the management control system at the Cita Hati Foundation is regarding the incentive system given to local teaching staff and foreign teaching staff.  The data source for this research uses primary and secondary data.  The aim of this research is to display, explain and analyze the function of implementing a management control system.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is usually used to describe and describe current phenomena, whether human engineering or natural.  Primary data was obtained directly from the Cita Hati Christian School, which was the subject of the research.  By conducting direct observations at the Cita Hati Christian School and interviews with people at the school who are related to this research.  The results obtained are that the Cita Hati Foundation has teaching staff who are competent in their fields, not only local teaching staff, but also bringing in foreign teaching staff to improve the quality and value of education.  The presence of foreign teaching staff has both positive and negative impacts on the foundation, especially local teaching staff.  This is due to the differences in treatment given by the foundation to the two.  So the researchers suggest that the Cita Hati Foundation evaluate and revise the incentive program that will be given to employees, in accordance with the policies that have been determined or agreed and the point is that the policies made must be in accordance with the Foundation's ability to provide incentives in accordance with employee performance.  This will encourage better performance so that the company can also develop forward with employees who are loyal and willing to develop together.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. Sub-Holding Purpose Multi Terminal offices can provide additional management by utilizing all office functions honestly, which will help workers maximize their work day and enjoy their position more. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

This research discusses the work of the members of the Pademangan Police Substation (Polsek Pademangan). It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

The aim of this research is to analyze the treatment of foreign exchange differences at PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), focusing on transaction management, the use of functional currency, and exchange rate risk mitigation. The research method employed is qualitative, with PT EMTK as the research subject. Data was obtained through literature review, referring to the Annual Reports of PT EMTK. The study indicates that PT EMTK adopts a cautious approach in handling foreign exchange transactions. The majority of business units use the Indonesian Rupiah as the functional currency, and the monetary assets and liabilities are adjusted to the exchange rates at the reporting date. Despite the absence of an official hedging policy, the company still considers current market conditions, especially regarding cash and cash equivalents balances in USD. Additionally, the research reveals that PT EMTK conducts sensitivity analysis on exchange rate risk, measuring the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on pre-tax profits. Overall, the company diligently monitors foreign exchange rate risks and takes proactive measures against external factors that may affect financial performance.

Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.

Laboratories are uniform in terms of management and availability of complete equipment. Attention is needed to manage the laboratory well. More specifically, the science laboratory includes the fields of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This research aims to find out how science laboratory services are managed at Ma Annuriyyah Jember. The emphasis of this research is how the head of the laboratory carries out management so that the science laboratory services at Ma Annuriyyah Jember can function well in accordance with the observations that will be made. This research uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that the science laboratory service management process at Ma Annuriyyah Jember is carried out well, both from the ongoing science laboratory program planning and the existing science laboratory management structure, at the Ma Annuriyyah school the science laboratory is not only used for practice. Only, but as a classroom where science laboratory learning takes place.

This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

The internal audit function continues to evolve in line with changes in the business environment. In Europe, the challenging business environment is closely related to risks and corporate governance issues. As a result, a shift in the internal audit function in addressing corporate governance issues demands greater independence from the function. Responding to the need for a more independent internal audit function, a decision regarding the appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit and his remuneration is required, which must be approved by the supervisor. These changes indicate that the role of internal audit in the governance management relationship has changed. This research provides an overview of these changes, the trends toward an increasing role of internal audit in corporate governance, the expected benefits of internal audit independence organizations, and the future challenges in European countries.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

Inventory management at Puskesmas BLUD "X" is a mandate from  Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 concerning BMN / BMD Management and its amendments. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 tahun 2016 concerning Guidelines for Regional Property Management (BMD). Moreover, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2021 concerning procedures for implementing BMD bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, Kebijakan Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah on inventory, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah on inventory.  In this study, it was found that inventory management at the Puskemas BLUD "X"  was still inadequate and not in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the error factor in the management of medical supplies Puskesmas BLUD "X" which is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The methods used in this study are comparative descriptive qualitative with the type of case study, and data collection techniques through triangulation (interviews, observations, and documentation).  The result of this study is that inventory management at the Puskesmas BLUD "X" is still inadequate due to several factors, namely the non-functioning  of operational standards in terms of  recording, the quality of the internal control system is still weak,  and the weak use of the SIM Persediaan Puskesmas, where these factors affect the results of the calculation of medical inventory expenses presented in the financial statements.

Street children in the DKI Jakarta area have social problems, they must be trained by professional experts in institutions, therefore social workers are part of the work that is carried out every day to serve dozens, even hundreds of social assistance participants. Good human resource management is needed to ensure that it does not have an impact on increasing social problems on the streets. Therefore, one of the efforts of social workers to properly implement the roles of social workers, one of which is broker. This research aims to determine the causes of children living on the streets, to determine the role of social workers at the Bina Pemuda Taruna Jaya 2 Social Institution and to determine the social functioning of street children at the Taruna Jaya Youth Development Institution 2. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. And determining informants uses purposive sampling. To overcome the social problems of street children, as a social worker, he carries out general roles at the Bina Pemuda Taruna Jaya Social Institution 2. The services provided by the institution to improve the social functioning of street children are in the form of administrative services, health services, family services, practical skills education services , there is social counseling guidance, equipped with basic needs, good social roles and can solve problems on their own.
