This program is a form of community service in the economic sector, especially for MSME players, by helping them with mentoring and providing innovation and finding solutions to obstacles faced in their businesses. The target of the MSMEs who are being assisted is Mrs. Tati, who is an MSME who sells Old School Bolu. The problem is that these MSMEs don't have a distinctive characteristic and don't have an attractive logo, so this will result in not attracting the attention of consumers. Apart from that, the appearance of Mrs. Tati's Instagram account hasn't been updated for a long time because Mrs. Tati doesn't understand how to use Instagram as an advertising medium. So this activity provides a solution to this problem by providing education about the use of social media, namely adding content to cellphone numbers, addresses and also online orders as well as helping with practical financial recording using the Kasvlo application

This webinar discusses the importance of technological innovation in accounting information systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By leveraging technologies such as cloud computing and integrated accounting information systems, MSMEs can improve transparency, accuracy, and speed in financial reporting, ultimately supporting better strategic planning and decision-making. The findings from this webinar reveal that many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods to assess financial health, which are inadequate to face the current economic challenges. The speakers emphasized the importance of good risk management and effective branding strategies to achieve sustainable business growth. By adopting new technologies and implementing prudent financial management, MSMEs can maintain their competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments can be used for business development. The most obvious impact is being able to increase sales, because digital marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

Field Work Practice (PKL) or also known as Innovation Development (PI) is a service activity of STIE Madani Balikpapan students to the community, especially to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME target for the Innovation Development Program (PI) in this group is Ery Noer Craft which is located in RT 27 Prapatan Village, Balikpapan City District. The aim of this PI activity is to assist in the creation of product packaging innovations that are more attractive and safe. Apart from that, it also helps in assisting in recording simple financial reports through a digitalization system.

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

Cenil or Cetil is a traditional food or snack made from a mixture of starch and granulated sugar, colored, shaped into small balls, eaten with grated coconut. Cenil is a traditional Javanese snack, especially in the East Java area. Cenil mbok mini was founded in 1967 and is still active until now in 2023, so for around 56 years cenil mbok mini has become one of the culinary mainstays of Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. Cenil is neatly packaged and increasingly modern in terms of packaging and manufacturing methods. This Community Service aims to introduce traditional food to the community, as well as to preserve traditional food so that it does not become extinct. The method used in this training is Preparation Step, Implementation Step, and Evaluation Step. As a result of this dedication, traditional snacks have labels to be marketed. Marketing strategies can help improve MSMEs.

Most of the residents of RW 01 Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya, make a living as fishermen. Shrimp paste is the main product for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the area, made from fish and shrimp. The sale of shrimp paste MSMEs in the area is limited to promotion through WhatsApp or simply word of mouth, so there is a need to develop MSMEs to improve the local economy. In the activity of the SDG’s KKNT Work Program for Group 1 of Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, MSMEs are developed by obtaining NIB (Business Identification Number) and PIRT (Food and Beverage Production Permit). By obtaining NIB, the business will be legally guaranteed to meet the requirements for Business and Commercial or Operational Permits. The function of PIRT itself is to increase customer confidence, as product safety and quality are ensured.

The emergence of the term Financial Technology (fintech) today is one of the changes caused by current developments. Financial technology (fintech) has several types, one of which is payment gateway. Currently, MSMEs in Indonesia have an important role in Indonesia, namely improving its economy and being able to accelerate regional development. The aim of this research is how influential the use of digital payment "payment gateways" is in improving the financial performance of MSMEs, through the findings and views of previous researchers. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which aims to find out the results of previous research related to this research. The results of this research show that digital payments "payment gateway" have a positive effect on improving the financial performance of MSMEs.

Strengthening MSMEs in the face of globalization and intense competition means being able to respond to global challenges such as increasing product and service innovation. Consumers' willingness to buy and interest in products sold by MSMEs is increasing. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Durian Woke MSME product promotion on Instagram media. The effectiveness of advertising actions is measured using the AIDA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The research sample consisted of 53 people with active Instagram accounts who followed the Durian Woke Instagram account in the food sector which advertises on Instagram media. The data collection method uses a questionnaire as respondent data. The research results show that the effectiveness of Instagram social media as an advertising medium is beneficial for Durian Woke MSMEs in stimulating consumer interest in finding out about available products.

. In today's rapidly developing digital era, product marketing strategies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are becoming increasingly important to compete and develop. Information Systems (SI) have become a very effective tool in helping MSMEs optimize the marketing of their products. This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.

The purpose of this research is to find out what records are carried out by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in preparing their financial reports and to find out the preparation of financial reports using SAK EMKM for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research are that MSMEs at Putri Solo Restaurant do not keep records or bookkeeping regarding the entry and exit of financial reports and MSMEs at Putri Solo Restaurant do not record their financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities (SAK EMKM). They only rely on memory to measure the amount of expenditure on production activities and these MSMEs also believe that their business does not need to record financial reports according to applicable standards.

Based on a statement from the Indonesian E-Commerce Association, the number of MSME members in various markets increased by 3.8 million people in 2020, from 1 million people to 4.8 million people in March 2021. This increase is in line with survey results which show a significant increase significant number of MSMEs in Indonesia in the first quarter of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began. This type of research writing is a type of library research which uses 30 references from 50 journals, where the library sources are taken from Google Scholar. Regarding the approach to this research, it is a qualitative approach and domain data analysis, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to this research. SME income has decreased in the COVID-19 era, so e-commerce has a positive impact on MSME income. Because e-commerce can expand the reach of the SME market and be able to reach more consumers. Apart from that, e-commerce can also reduce operational and marketing costs, thereby increasing MSME profits.

This study examines the significance of the taxpayer identification number (NPWP) for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through case studies of two distinct industries: the salon industry and the Timor Sea grilled fish industry. A tax notification known as NPWP is necessary for all taxpayers, even MSMEs. In these two businesses, the lack of an NPWP has several detrimental effects, such as restricted financial access, transaction prohibitions, and legal restrictions. Financial surveillance and possible third-party cooperation are also impacted by this. In order to assist MSMEs in expanding and improving their enterprises, this study examines NPWP. MSMEs Ning Saudah is an instant herbal medicine product business located on Jalan Penjaringan Sari, Rungkut District, Surabaya. The owner of the business is named Nur Saudah. This research explores the role of product and packaging innovation in improving branding in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the instant herbal beverage sector, with a focus on the case study of MSME "Ning Saudah". Instant herbal drinks have great potential in the modern consumer market who is increasingly concerned about a healthy lifestyle. The challenges faced by MSMEs involve price competition, changes in consumer trends, and ambitions to expand market share. This research aims to analyze the influence of product and packaging innovation on increasing the branding of "Ning Saudah" MSMEs. The implementation method involves a two-month Merdeka Entrepreneurship (WMK) internship, with steps such as product analysis, research and development, production, packaging innovation, testing, marketing and evaluation. The research results show that through product and packaging innovation, "Ning Saudah" MSMEs succeeded in strengthening the attractiveness of the product and creating a strong brand image. A well-planned marketing and branding strategy also contributes to increasing product visibility. This internship program not only provides benefits for MSMEs in overcoming challenges, but also provides valuable experience for students.
