Micro and small businesses such as grocery kiosks face various operational risks that can threaten business sustainability; however, most business owners have not yet implemented systematic risk management practices. This study aims to analyze the risk management process at Kios Pelita Harapan, a small business established in September 2023 in Maumere, using a qualitative approach through direct interviews with the business owner. The findings reveal that the risk management process at this kiosk encompasses four stages: risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, risk evaluation and prioritization, and implementation and monitoring. The primary risks identified include stockouts of fast-moving goods, product damage due to short expiry periods, fire hazards, power outages, and theft. The owner addresses these risks through daily stock checking, inventory recording, monitoring customer purchasing patterns, and coordinating with suppliers during emergencies. The application of a simple yet structured risk management approach has been proven effective in stabilizing revenue and maintaining customer trust. This study provides practical implications for kiosk business owners in implementing effective risk management despite limited resources.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang masih sering dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data inventaris yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data dengan kondisi aktual. PT. Mitracomm Ekasarana, khususnya unit Mitracomm Ekasarana Business Process Services (MBPS), masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan inventaris berbasis spreadsheet yang belum terpusat dan terintegrasi, sehingga menyulitkan proses pencarian data dan pengelolaan stok perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Inventaris Berbasis Web yang mampu membantu pengelolaan data inventaris secara lebih akurat, terstruktur, dan efisien. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara cepat melalui tahapan iteratif. Sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pencatatan perangkat, pengelolaan stok, serta penyajian laporan inventaris secara real-time. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen secara lebih efektif.

This study aimed to analyse the mineral water inventory management practices and improve production cost efficiency at PT. Pintar Sumber Mineral. The research utilized a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, documentation reviews, and literature studies. The findings demonstrated that the company had successfully and effectively implemented the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model. This effective implementation was evidenced by: The increase in the EOQ value corresponding with the growth in annual demand. The implementation of specific inventory management strategies that supported cost efficiency. While significant demand growth led to an increase in ordering and holding costs, the strategy of adjusting the EOQ model was able to optimally mitigate the impact of these rising costs. This study concluded that the application of the EOQ model had made a positive contribution to the company's operational efficiency.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi telah mendorong berbagai inovasi dalam pelestarian budaya, termasuk dalam bentuk media digital untuk pembelajaran bahasa daerah. Salah satu bahasa daerah yang mengalami penurunan penutur adalah Bahasa Keo, yang digunakan di wilayah selatan Kabupaten Nagekeo, khususnya di Desa Lokalaba. Penggunaan bahasa ini di kalangan generasi muda semakin berkurang karena kurangnya media pembelajaran yang mendukung. Di sisi lain, wisatawan yang datang ke wilayah ini menunjukkan ketertarikan terhadap budaya dan bahasa lokal, namun keterbatasan akses terhadap materi pembelajaran menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi kamus bahasa Keo berbasis Android dengan menggunakan platform MIT App Inventor. Aplikasi ini dirancang sebagai alat bantu belajar yang sederhana dan interaktif, berisi kosakata dasar dalam dua bahasa, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Keo. Fitur utama meliputi pencarian kata, pilihan arah terjemahan dua arah (Indonesia–Keo dan Keo–Indonesia), serta halaman informasi mengenai bahasa Keo dan aplikasi itu sendiri. Seluruh data kosakata dimasukkan secara statis tanpa menggunakan server atau basis data online. Dengan hadirnya aplikasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat lokal, khususnya generasi muda, dapat belajar Bahasa Keo secara mandiri dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini dapat membantu wisatawan dalam berkomunikasi dan memahami budaya lokal. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk kontribusi nyata dalam pelestarian bahasa daerah melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang  tepat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat interface komunikasi data antara Electronic Control Unit (ECU) sepeda motor dengan sistem Android. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh bengkel rumahan seperti Ngoprek Garage Motoshop adalah keterbatasan alat untuk mendeteksi kerusakan ECU secara otomatis. Penelitian ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai penghubung antara ECU dan aplikasi Android, yang dirancang menggunakan MIT App Inventor. Sistem ini mampu membaca data kesalahan (Diagnostic Trouble Code/DTC) dari ECU dan menampilkannya secara langsung pada aplikasi Android. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta pengujian sistem terhadap sepeda motor Honda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu membaca dan menampilkan kode DTC dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi, meskipun terdapat keterbatasan pada pembacaan parameter data secara real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi alternatif bagi bengkel kecil dalam melakukan diagnosa awal terhadap kerusakan ECU.

his study aims to explore the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies within the e-commerce supply chain using a systematic and comprehensive Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. By critically analysing a broad range of recent studies, it systematically identifies implementation patterns, integration barriers, and strategic opportunities that support efficiency and adaptability in digital supply chains. Findings reveal that IoT plays a pivotal role in enhancing logistics operations, inventory management accuracy, and responsiveness to dynamic market demands through real-time data monitoring. Key challenges include data security vulnerabilities, high initial investment costs, and the complexity of system interoperability. Nevertheless, the long-term benefits underscore the strategic potential of IoT as a transformative component in sustainable e-commerce supply chain development. This review contributes both theoretically and practically to policy development, technological investment strategies, and the design of adaptive IoT-based supply chain models.

Electric Vehicles Require A Reliable Monitoring System To Maintain Their Efficiency And Safety. This Study Designs A Monitoring System For Battery Condition And Vehicle Location Based On The Esp32 Microcontroller And The Mit App Inventor Application. The System Uses The Pzem 017 Sensor To Monitor Voltage, Current, Power, Energy, As Well As Battery Capacity And Health, And The Neo-7m Gps Module For Location Tracking. Data Is Displayed In Real Time Through An Android Application. Test Results Show That The System Provides Accurate Information, With Minimal And Statistically Insignificant Measurement Errors According To The Paired T-Test. The System Also Remains Stable At Various Vehicle Speeds (Anova), And The Location Tracking Demonstrates An Average Accuracy Of 4.77 Meters In Open Areas. In Enclosed Areas, The Error Increases To An Average Of 10.26 Meters. The System Is Also Capable Of Automatically Calculating Battery Capacity And Health. Overall, The Developed System Proves To Be Effective, Efficient, And Flexible In Supporting The Reliability And Safety Of Electric Vehicles.

CV Mitra Grafika is a printing company where warehouse inventory management is still conducted manually, often resulting in data entry errors and delayed item distribution. To address these issues, a web-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) is needed to assist in stock monitoring, item transactions, and reporting processes. This study aims to design and develop a WMS website using the CodeIgniter 3 (CI3) framework and the SB2 Admin interface template. The development methodology used is the waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system includes key features such as item data management, warehouse transactions, reporting, and user role-based access (admin, staff, manager, director). The results indicate that the system successfully improves warehouse operational efficiency, accuracy, and structure.

The phenomenon that occurs in the load lifting system is the need for an efficient and reliable mechanism to move the crane hoist pulley vertically and horizontally. This study aims to design and test a crane hoist system that uses a DC motor and a stepper motor controlled by an L293D motor driver, and to develop an application based on MIT App Inventor to control the movement of the motor. The research method used is integrated hardware and software design, followed by testing the performance of the motor, driver, and the application developed. Testing was carried out under limited load conditions, to measure the motor speed, voltage, and current used at loads of 10 to 100 grams. The results of the study showed that the system can function well at varying speeds, and the motor is able to lift a maximum load of up to 100 grams with a speed that decreases according to the weight of the load. The MIT App Inventor application successfully controls the motor effectively via a WiFi connection with a maximum distance of 10 meters, and loads the operation of the crane vertically and horizontally. This study proves that the designed system is able to work optimally in lifting and moving loads, and the application developed provides easy and efficient control.

Stroke is a physical disability disease, which affects the upper extremity motor system. To support post-stroke motor rehabilitation, research on IoT-based elbow exoskeleton therapy devices that help elbow therapy with flexion and extension movements. The therapy device uses DS-SERVORD5160 as the main driver to provide flexible movement. By using the ESP32 microcontroller control system equipped with a Bluetooth connection that is connected via the MIT App Inventor application from a smartphone that can be done at home to increase the effectiveness of post-stroke recovery. The results of this study with low (20°), medium (40 °) and high (60 °) modes by providing a maximum load of 2 Kg. It can be concluded that the device shows stable performance in low (20 °) and medium (40 °) modes, but in testing with high mode (60 °) with a load of 2 Kg there is a decrease in servo performance which is indicated by the instability of the servo movement which shows an angle of 56 °.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

In the era of globalization, technology increases efficiency in various human activities, including plant cultivation. Chili plants require special care, especially in meeting water needs according to ideal soil moisture, which is 30% -50% for chili. Conventional monitoring methods are inefficient because they require a lot of time and energy. A new breakthrough is needed to continuously monitor temperature, air humidity, and soil moisture. The designed tool will be placed in Cipadung Village to monitor soil moisture in chili plants, which require soil moisture that is not too high. This tool facilitates monitoring through the application, allowing automatic and manual watering. Soil moisture stability is also important for tomatoes, so watering can be regulated through the application display. This tool is useful for monitoring soil moisture levels effectively, supporting plant care with stable soil moisture needs, and facilitating the watering process through the application.

MIT App Inventor is a web-based platform that makes it easy for new users to program and create Android apps through a block-based Invalid source specified.men interface. The research methods used include problem identification, preparation, training implementation and evaluation. The results of this training show a significant increase in students' knowledge and skills in using information technology and creating Android applications. This training also provides basic skills that are much needed in today's digital era and can be the basis for developing business opportunities in the future.

This research aims to create or design an interactive physics learning media application using MIT App Inventor on GLB and GLBB topics. This research applies the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Circle) method by Luther-Sutopo in the application creation process. The following stages in MDLC are concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The Android application created was tested using two stages in MDLC, namely the alpha validator and beta validator, where the alpha validator consisted of material experts and media experts. In contrast, the beta validator comprised 14 students majoring in first-semester physics education. The analytical approach used is a qualitative method and a quantitative method to assess how appropriate the learning media created is. The research shows the results, namely a) Creation of interactive physics learning media based on Android applications using MIT App Inventor on GLB and GLBB topics, b) The level of feasibility of interactive physics learning applications based on Android applications based on media experts, namely 91% or very feasible, and based on material experts. Namely 90.6% or very feasible, and c) Based on the implementation and results of trials with students, the level of feasibility of the Android-based physics interactive learning application is 84.46% or worthy of being an alternative reference source for physics learning on GLB and GLBB topics.

Education is the main foundation in community development and human resource development. In the context of higher education, the quality of the learning process and lecture management greatly affects student success. One aspect that has a significant impact on the learning process is student attendance management. Traditionally, recording student attendance is done manually by using a physical attendance list that must be filled in by students and signed by lecturers. Although it has been used for a long time, this method has a number of limitations that need to be overcome. In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, perceptions, and emotions on the implementation of the inventory accounting system that is run at PT. Flores Business Partners is a company that trades goods. The research population was all employees of PT. Flores Business Partners are 90 people. Meanwhile, the research sample was 55 respondents obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SSPS 26. This study shows the results that the attitude aspect does not affect the application of the inventory accounting system. This is because the attitude of employees is classified as good so that they do the job according to the procedures set by the company. Meanwhile, aspects of perception and emotion influence the implementation of the accounting accounting system.

This study aims to find out the financial performance of partners in PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan, Central Tapanuli Regency). The population and sample of this study are the financial statements of Partners of PT.Aneka Selera (Case Study of Yasaka Freid Chicken Pandan). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the test used is the Data Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the results of the analysis of financial performance on Partners of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera (a case study of Yasaka Fried Chicken Pandan) where it was found that Return On Assets (ROA) tended to decrease, this was due to decreased sales, Pandan, causing a decrease in profits which resulted in a decrease in ROA value from 2017 of 3.64% to 1, 47% in 2018 so it has not met the Ministry of BUMN assessment standards B-PER10/MBU/2014. While Return On Equity (ROE) in 2019 to 2021 has decreased. And the value of ROE in 2017 to 2018 has not met the ministry's assessment standards. The current ratio for financial performance can be said to be good.

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju khususnya dibidang elektronika dapat dimanfaatkan dari segala bidang misalnya perangkap tikus otomatis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dan lebih efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi pengendalian perangkap tikus berbasis Android. Pada arsitektur sistem menggunakan WiFi dan mikrokontroler untuk proses pengiriman data dari smartphone. Aplikasi Nangtik merupakan implementasi media IoT pada perangkap tikus otomatis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang membuat penggunaan perangkap tikus otomatis ini lebih mudah dan ringan. Aplikasi dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan perangkat keras. Waktu respon kontrol pengontrol perangkap tikus akan dipengaruhi oleh jarak antara smartphone dan perangkap tikus.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Perkembangan teknologi semakin maju, kemajuan perkembangan ini dapat memberi keuntungan kepada masyarakat seperti perkembangan pada bidang Kesehatan seperti pada penelitian ini yang membuat aplikasi monitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi dengan menggunakan MIT App Inventor. MIT App Inventor sendiri merupakan aplikasi web sumber terbuka yang dikembangkan oleh google. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi di MIT App Inventor programnya menggunakan blok-blok yang sangat mudah. Aplikasi ini dapat memonitoring kadar gula darah dan tingkat dehidrasi karena terdapat bantuan dari Bluetooth hc-05 yang berfungsi sebagai komunikasi data pengiriman data monitoring dari Arduino ke android.
