Background: Cognitive level is a mental process or physical or thought activity that leads to the role of perception, ability, memory and thought processes possessed by every human being. The incidence of cognitive decline in Indonesia in 2019 as many as 47% of elderly experience a decrease in cognitive level. The occurrence of changes and setbacks in the cognitive level in the future will have an impact on the health of the elderly one of which is, a decrease in memory and changes in memory. This study aims to determine the cognitive level in the elderly in the village of more Banjar Duur Kaja Gianyar in 2020. Method: This study used a descriptive research method with cross sectional approach, the measuring instrument used in this study was the MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination) questionnaire. The population in this study is the elderly who live in the village of more Banjar Duur Kaja Gianyar with a total sample of 47 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Results: The results of the study of 47 elderly, the cognitive level of the elderly in the category of probable cognitive levels. Respondents with age > 60 are 18 elderly (45%) have a probable cognitive level. Respondents who were not educated 15 elderly (36.59%) had a probable cognitive level. Respondents who did not work 8 elderly (38.10%) had a probable cognitive level. 11 male respondents (44%) had a probable cognitive level. Conclusion: The cognitive level of the elderly in the village of more Banjar Duur Kaja Gianyar is in the category of probable cognitive level of 19 elderly (40.4%).

Security Parking UIN Walisongo Semarang at this time can be said to be in poor condition. The high case of loss of a motor vehicle cause anxiety for the academic community. Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.

Earth, water and space as well as the natural resources contained therein under the control of the State are gifts from God Almighty whose functions and uses are for the prosperity of the people. Land for the Indonesian Nation is a source of livelihood and is regulated in the provisions of the Law. The Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1990 lays the foundation on providing legal certainty for land rights for the Indonesian people. Legal certainty is obtained after the land registration process. Land rights that have legal certainty can be transferred or transferred. however, in the process, disputes over land rights still occur in the community. Blocking of Land Rights Certificates is taken as an administrative step in the dispute resolution process, but there is a period of only 30 days to record the blocking of Peru, it is known how the factors of land blocking, how to know the position of the holder of the Land Rights certificate when the block is being blocked and when the period is 30 blocking day is over but the dispute has not been resolved. The type of research used by the writer is juridical normative and descriptive analytical research specification by collecting data by means of literature study and interviews which are presented in a descriptive manner and analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the research and data analysis carried out show the factors that cause the blocking of Land Rights Certificates, namely: a. Gono-Gini distribution of assets, b. Land Rights Holders do not have good faith, c. Distribution of Inheritance, d. Lost Certificate, e. There is an investigation by the Police, f. Land rights confiscated by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) in connection with the settlement of State Receivables. Legal protection & the position of the Land Rights Certificate Holder when the blockage is carried out is that the right holder cannot take legal action against the blocked land for 30 days after the block registration was carried out, article 19 UUUPA / PP 241997 regarding registration will not be lost The legal certainty of the rights holder remains attached to it as long as there has been no transfer of rights to the land they own. If the 30 day period of blocking is over but the dispute has not been completed, the blocking will not be removed by law and will remain in effect as long as there is no request for revocation by the applicant or the provisions -Other provisions which become the reasons for the removal of the block in accordance with article 14 of the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / Head of the National Land Agency No.13 of 2017 concerning the Procedure for Blocking and Confiscation, this is because in the Land Office (Semarang) there is no system that can identify or filter out expired blocks.   Keywords: Land Registration, Legal Certainty, Rightsholders, Blocking of Land Rights Certificates, Position of Rightsholders

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high,based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia,preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.

Ngijo Village, one of the villages in Tasikmadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, was affected by Covid-19. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the people's income has been reduced and even lost their livelihoods due to the production activities of the industries where they work stopped. Another factor is that the public does not fully understand Covid-19 and its prevention protocol. The Community Retrieval Activity was carried out as a form of social care at the STIE Atma Bhakti University in Surakarta through Social Service activities and outreach on prevention efforts for Covid-19. The implementation method using the counseling method and the provision of basic food packages. The implementation of the Community Retrieval Activity received a positive response from residents of Ngijo Village. Social assistance in the form of basic necessities can help alleviate the economic burden of the community, while extension activities can increase the understanding of Ngjio Village residents about Corona Virus (Covid-19), as well as prevention efforts. Keywords: social service, covid-19 prevention, ngijo village

Diera digital ini sangat mempengaruhi komunikasi anak dan orang tua, seseorang yang jauh menjadi dekat dan yang dekat terasa jauh karena adanya media sosial. Banyak sekali kesalahan komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya di rumah. Orang tua yang kurang bisa berkomunikasi dengan anaknya akan menimbulkan kerenggangan atau konflik hubungan, sebaliknya orang tua yang dapat menerima dan berkomunikasi secara efektif sebagaimana adanya akan membuat anak cenderung dapat tumbuh, berkembang, membuat perubahan-perubahan yang membangun, belajar memecahkan masalah-masalah, secara psikologis semakin sehat, semakin produktif, kreatif dan mampu mengaktualisasikan potensi sepenuhnya. Karena itu, orang tua perlu menumbuhkan sikap yang tepat dan mempelajari keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menguatkan hubungan antara orang tua dan anak. Orang tua harus mengambil inisiatif dengan mengikuti beberapa cara untuk membangun komunikasi yang efektif, salah satunya melalui pendekatan behavior teknik modeling. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Wonosegoro. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan metode pelatihan dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital melalui teknik modeling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah modeling sebagai pendekatan membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam keluarga. Dalam metode modeling ini menggunakan beberapa teknik khusus yaitu teknik Symbolic Model, Live Model dan Behavior Rehearsal.. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilaksanakan dengan seminar dan pelatihan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan ramu pendapat (brain storming), tanya jawab, serta praktik secara langsung. Pelaksanaan pelatihan teknik modeling sebagai upaya dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif orang tua dengan anak diera digital dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan.  Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah terwujud pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui teknik modeling. Kata Kunci : Teknik Modeling, Komunikasi Interpersonal

Peran media pembelajaran ditengah pandemi Covid-19 sangat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran meski dari rumah. Hypersay adalah salah satu contoh media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Media tersebut dapat memberikan presentasi interaktif dengan menggunakan file powerpoint biasa dan mengubahnya menjadi sesi langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat menggunakan hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi di tengah pandemi; 2) mendeskripsikan peran hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi pembelajaran di tengah pandemi; dan 3) menganalisis dampak penggunaan hypersay dalam pembelajaran di tengah pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini dengan berbagai sumber dan perpanjangan waktu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan metode komparasi konstanta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek agar mahasiswa tidak terbebani dan dapat memahami materi pembelajaran secara maksimal; 2) Hypersay  berperan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran secara online. Salah satunya adalah membantu dosen untuk menyampaikan live presentasi dan memberikan penilaian kepada mahasiswa; 3) Penggunaan hypersay berdampak positif bagi pembelajaran online, karena memiliki banyak fitur yang mendukung.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of self assessment and tax audits on VAT receipts mediated by taxpayer compliance at Jembatan Lima. By distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who live in Jembatan Lima, the researchers get the results, namely: (1) Self assessment has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance (2) Self assessment has a positive and significant effect on VAT receipts (3) Tax audits have a positive effect and significant for taxpayer compliance (4) Tax audit has positive and insignificant effect on VAT receipts (5) Tax compliance has positive and insignificant effect on VAT receipts (6) Self assessment of VAT receipts mediated by taxpayer compliance has a very significant impact corroborating rather than direct influence (7) Tax audits of VAT receipts mediated by taxpayer compliance have a significantly more corroborating effect than direct influence. From this research, the researcher obtained the results that self-assessment and tax audits are more influential if through intervening variables namely taxpayer compliance, so that with the compliance of taxpayers it will strengthen the self-assessment and tax audits of state revenue through this VAT.

The incidence of depression and anxiety that increases at the age of more than 15 years cannot be separated from the role and identity of students. Someone who has just entered the world of campus will be different from the condition of students who have been around for a long time with the world of campus. This condition is coupled with the position of students who have to live in dormitories where their friends in their environment do not match what they want and there are regulations that must be implemented as residents of the dormitory. Not a few students who experience social anxiety while undergoing college. The impact that arises due to anxiety is very influential on the lives of students. Cruise activities and overnight permits are intended to relieve temporary fatigue from the hectic academic activities by doing personal activities outside the dormitory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cruises and overnight permits on reducing anxiety for new students. This research method is a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The research sample uses total sampling. This study uses the DSS-21 instrument. The results showed that the highest level of anxiety during the pre-test was at the moderate level of anxiety as many as 19 children (29%), after the post-test showed the highest results at the normal level of anxiety as many as 28 children (43%), with a p-value is 0.000. The conclusion is that there is an effect of cruises and overnight permits on reducing anxiety in new students. The results of this study can be used for new students who experience anxiety due to facing new situations.
