In today's rapidly developing era, advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to various fields, including the music industry. Music production processes that once relied heavily on analog equipment can now be carried out digitally through various software applications, one of which is Fruity Loops Studio (FL Studio). FL Studio is a digital music production software that is relatively easy for beginners to learn and is widely used in the creation of digital music. This technology enables individuals to create, record, edit, and produce music more efficiently without requiring expensive studio equipment. Therefore, proficiency in digital music production technology has become a relevant and essential skill for professional, educational, and creative industry purposes. Training in recording, mixing, and mastering techniques using FL Studio is one approach to enhancing the competencies of youth communities engaged in music activities. One of the target groups of this program is the K-Tong Lasiana Youth Community, a community actively involved in music creation, particularly ethnic music. However, their musical works are still primarily focused on live performances and have not been widely produced in digital recording formats due to limited knowledge and skills in digital music production. As a community service initiative, this training program is designed to equip community members with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in digital music production, enabling them to create high-quality musical works and distribute them through various digital platforms so that they can reach a broader audience.

Background:The digital transformation in education requires teachers to possess adequate competencies in utilizing technology to support innovative, interactive, and student-centered learning. However, the integration of digital platforms into classroom practices remains limited due to teachers’ varying levels of digital competence and experience. This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ competencies in utilizing digital platforms to support innovative learning implementation at SMAN 8 Banda Aceh. Methods:The program employed a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, workshops, hands-on practice, mentoring, evaluation, and reflection activities. A total of 40 teachers from various subject areas participated in the program. The training materials included the use of Canva for developing digital learning media, Quizizz for gamified assessments, Google Workspace for collaborative learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to assist in instructional material development and creative learning activities. Program evaluation was conducted through participant observation, assessment of digital learning products, satisfaction questionnaires, and reflective discussions. Results: The results showed that participants successfully produced 18 interactive presentations using Canva, 10 digital modules, 8 Quizizz-based quizzes, and 4 evaluation instruments using Google Forms. Furthermore, teachers demonstrated improved competencies in designing digital learning media, developing technology-based assessments, integrating digital platforms into instructional practices, and utilizing AI as a learning support tool. The high level of participation and enthusiasm among participants indicated the effectiveness of the program in strengthening teachers’ digital literacy and technological competencies. Conclusion: In conclusion, the community service program successfully enhanced teachers’ competencies in utilizing digital platforms to support innovative learning in schools.

This study analyzes the effect of logistics digitalization systems and personnel competence on the distribution of personnel uniforms (kaporlap) at Kodiklatal. The study was motivated by the fact that the distribution system had not yet operated optimally despite the implementation of digital logistics, while delays in updating the Sistem Informasi Entitas Samapta (SIMBENSAM), limited documentation of device identities, and unequal digital skills among personnel still constrained distribution performance. A quantitative approach with explanatory design was applied. The population consisted of 3,099 personnel and the sample comprised 97 respondents selected using Slovin's formula. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and internal documentation, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, and simple and multiple linear regression. The results show that the logistics digitalization system has a positive and significant effect on kaporlap distribution (t = 24.607; p < 0.05), personnel competence also has a positive and significant effect (t = 37.972; p < 0.05), and both variables simultaneously affect distribution performance (F = 788.285; p < 0.05) with an R square of 0.944. These findings confirm that digital systems and human competence must be strengthened in an integrated manner to support efficient, accurate, and timely distribution in a military education environment.

Transformasi digital administrasi pertanahan di Indonesia melalui Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 telah mengubah sistem pendaftaran tanah dari berbasis dokumen fisik menjadi sistem elektronik. Perubahan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kepastian hukum dalam pelayanan pertanahan. Namun demikian, transformasi tersebut menimbulkan persoalan yuridis terkait kekuatan hukum dan nilai pembuktian sertipikat tanah elektronik, serta perubahan peran dan tanggung jawab Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pelaksanaan pendaftaran dan penerbitan sertipikat tanah secara elektronik di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Blora; (2) kendala yang dihadapi serta upaya penyelesaiannya; dan (3) kekuatan hukum sertipikat tanah elektronik ditinjau dari aspek kepastian dan perlindungan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis, yang didukung oleh data empiris melalui wawancara dengan pihak Kantor Pertanahan, PPAT, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sertipikat tanah elektronik dilakukan secara bertahap melalui integrasi layanan elektronik, mulai dari pengajuan permohonan, verifikasi berkas, validasi data fisik dan yuridis, hingga penerbitan sertipikat elektronik. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi gangguan sistem, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, serta rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan antara lain penguatan sistem keamanan, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Sertipikat tanah elektronik memiliki kekuatan pembuktian yang sama dengan sertipikat fisik sepanjang diterbitkan sesuai prosedur dan menggunakan tanda tangan elektronik tersertifikasi.

This article examines the re-actualization of teachers’ social competence within the digital learning ecosystem. The rapid development of technology has transformed conventional learning into digital-based environments, which significantly affect the patterns of interaction between teachers and students. This transformation often leads to reduced direct communication, emotional connection, and social engagement in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to explore the importance of strengthening teachers’ social competence and to identify strategies for its re-actualization in digital learning contexts, particularly in early childhood education. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review by analyzing relevant journals, books, and scientific articles published in recent years. The findings indicate that teachers’ social competence remains a crucial factor in creating meaningful learning, even in virtual environments. Effective communication, empathy, and interactive engagement must be adapted to digital platforms. The study also highlights several strategies, such as integrating humanistic approaches, optimizing interactive media, and enhancing digital communication skills. These findings imply that strengthening teachers’ social competence is essential to support effective and holistic learning in the digital era.

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah membantu guru menguasai teknologi dan media pembelajaran berbasis digital, khususnya Canva, untuk menciptakan media animasi yang menarik, interaktif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa; mendorong integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini mendukung implementasi program MBKM dan IKU terutama pada aspek Kolaborasi Perguruan Tinggi dengan Masyarakat artinya mempertemukan mahasiswa, dosen, dan masyarakat (guru) dalam kegiatan yang saling memberdayakan, seperti sosialisasi pembuatan media animasi, serta Mahasiswa dapat terlibat aktif dalam pengembangan pendidikan di SD Negeri 096140 Parhundalian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi pembuatan media animasi menggunakan Canva adalah metode partisipatif, yang melibatkan guru secara aktif melalui pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini yaitu peserta mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang Media Pembelajaran animasi menggunakan canva dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, peserta juga antusias selama kegiatan dan langsung menerapkan media pembelajaran simulasi untuk mata pelajaran yang diampu.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengakselerasi kapasitas SDM pengelola BUMDes Tegar Mandiri Madulang melalui pendekatan Community Capacity Building (CCB). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test pada lima aspek kompetensi utama, yaitu manajemen usaha, tata kelola keuangan, pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan jejaring kemitraan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kapasitas yang tinggi terutama pada aspek pemasaran digital, manajemen usaha, dan tata kelola keuangan. Implementasi CCB mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 48,8% (pre-test) menjadi 81% (post-test) atau meningkat sebesar 32,2%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek pemasaran digital (36%), diikuti tata kelola keuangan (35%) dan pengembangan produk (33%). Selain itu, terjadi perubahan nyata pada praktik pengelolaan, seperti tersusunnya rencana bisnis, pembukuan keuangan rutin, peningkatan jumlah produk inovatif, serta terbentuknya jejaring kemitraan strategis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CCB efektif dalam mendorong lompatan kapasitas dan kinerja kelembagaan BUMDes secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of personality characteristics and intellectual abilities on employee performance in the digital era and competence, the effect of competence on performance, and the indirect effect of personality variables and intellectual abilities on employee performance in the digital era through competence as an intervening variable in BPSDM Jambi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary and secondary data. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique so that 65 employees were selected as respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used Smart PLS. The results of the analysis showed that personality characteristics directly affect performance and competence with a significance value of P <0.05, intellectual abilities do not affect performance and competence with a significance value of P>0.05, and competence does not affect the performance of BPSDM Jambi Province employees in the digital era with a significance value of P>0.05. Furthermore, the direct effect shows that employee competence does not mediate the influence of personality characteristics and intellectual abilities on employee performance. This shows that personality characteristics and intellectual abilities do not affect performance through employee competence as an intervening variable.

This study aims to test the influence of digital literacy and the use of accounting applications on the effectiveness of MSME information systems with user competence as a mediating variable. The research sample amounted to 100 MSME actors in Gresik City who were selected using purposive sampling techniques according to the research criteria. Data testing was carried out using a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study show that digital literacy and the use of accounting applications have a positive effect on the effectiveness of MSME information systems. Meanwhile, user competence does not have a significant effect and is unable to mediate the influence of digital literacy and the use of accounting applications on the effectiveness of information systems. This research is expected to provide benefits for MSME actors in increasing the use of digital technology and accounting applications, as well as become an academic reference for future research. The limitations of this study lie in the scope of the MSME scale, which has not considered external factors, and the research model that has not fully explained the role of user competence as a mediating variable.

In the digital era, teachers are required to be creative in integrating technology with learning to make the learning process more engaging and effective. This study explores how the Wordwall application can bridge the gap between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material, which is rich in moral values, and Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK), which emphasizes the importance of physical health. This application provides interactive games that allow students to learn while playing, so that they not only understand religious teachings and physical skills but also experience a fun learning experience. Through various types of games such as puzzles and quizzes, students can more easily remember the lesson material and apply that knowledge in their daily lives. In addition, the use of Wordwall encourages active student participation in each learning session. This strengthens their engagement in the learning process and increases motivation to learn. The research findings show that Wordwall can transform the classroom atmosphere to be more lively, interactive, and collaborative, creating an environment that supports active and enjoyable learning for students.

Transformasi digital menuntut tenaga pendidik menjadi fasilitator yang adaptif terhadap teknologi. Menghadapi tuntutan tersebut, guru di SMPIP Nihadul Qulub mengalami hambatan kompetensi dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Selain itu, kurangnya sumber referensi praktis yang dapat diakses secara mandiri membuat guru kesulitan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digitalnya di tengah padatnya aktivitas mengajar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital melalui pelatihan Canva guna merancang media interaktif berbasis web. Diikuti sebanyak 20 guru, kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dan luar jaringan (luring) di SMPIP Nihadul Qulub, Ungaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan mitra, implementasi workshop praktik langsung, serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana 90% guru berhasil mempublikasikan modul ajar interaktif dalam format situs web tanpa keahlian pemrograman. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan peran guru menjadi desainer pengalaman belajar yang kreatif, sejalan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.

The internship program of Universitas Mayjen Sungkono in Begaganlimo Village introduced a training initiative focused on the Development of an Adaptive Learning Platform Based on D-PACK as an effort to enhance the quality of digital learning in Begaganlimo elementary schools. This training was designed to assist teachers in strengthening their ability to design and utilize interactive learning media supported by artificial intelligence (AI). Through this socialization activity, teachers were not only introduced to the use of adaptive technology but also guided to apply it in teaching practices so that the learning process becomes more effective, easier to understand, and more engaging for students. In addition, the socialization activities provided a deeper understanding of how technology can be used and integrated into teaching. Teachers not only learned to operate AI-based applications or devices, but they also gained insight into the pedagogical principles within the DPACK framework, which ensures that technology is applied appropriately. As a result, learning is expected to become easier to understand, more engaging, and capable of increasing students’ participation and motivation in the classroom.

Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan melalui program pelatihan, namun tingkat partisipasi karyawan sering kali masih rendah meskipun fasilitas telah tersedia secara memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Nudge Theory sebagai strategi dalam memengaruhi perilaku karyawan terhadap partisipasi program pelatihan, dengan fokus pada penerapan Choice Architecture dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur dengan strategi integrative review yang mengkaji berbagai publikasi ilmiah bereputasi terkait Behavioral Economics, human resource development, dan pembelajaran karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis nudge, seperti pengaturan default, penyederhanaan pilihan, dan penggunaan pengingat kontekstual, secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan partisipasi pelatihan karyawan secara sukarela. Selain itu, efektivitas intervensi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh integrasi dengan faktor motivasi intrinsik yang selaras dengan prinsip Self-Determination Theory. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual berupa kerangka integratif yang menggabungkan perspektif Behavioral Economics dan human resource development, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi HR leaders dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berbasis perilaku.

This Study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and competence on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit (ULP) Takalar. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar, and a census sampling technique was applied, meaning all members of the population were selected as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This means that the better the employees’ ability to understand and utilize digital technology, the higher their level of productivity. In contrast, employee competence was found to have a negative and significant effect on productivity. This finding suggests that increasing competence does not automatically lead to higher productivity if it is not supported by other relevant factors. These findings imply that improving competence without proper job placement, effective task management, and optimal utilization of skills may actually reduce employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar not only enhance employees’ digital literacy and competence but also ensure alignment between competencies and job requirements through more effective human resource management in order to improve overall productivity

The progress of the era accompanying the growth of Generation Z has made it easier and faster for Generation Z to socialize. In this digital era, people are likely to use Indonesian that does not conform to the rules. Sometimes, code-mixing occurs among Generation Z. This study was conducted to determine whether the digital era really has a significant influence on the language competence of Generation Z. This study, which uses a quantitative descriptive method, is expected to be one of many studies discussing the language skills of Generation Z. To that end, this study distributed questionnaires to 108 people from Generation Z. The results show that the level of influence of the digital era is moderate, while the language competence of the respondents is quite good, with an average score of 28.04. These findings indicate that even though Generation Z actively uses digital media and is often exposed to non-standard language on social media, their Indonesian language skills are still fairly well maintained. Therefore, the digital era does not significantly reduce language competence, although good language awareness is still necessary to prevent the quality of Indonesian from falling.

The rapid growth of digital marketing has increased the demand for a competent workforce, while many vocational school teachers still face limitations in both theoretical understanding and practical implementation of digital marketing practices. This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital marketing competencies of 15 teachers at SMKN 1 Purwokerto through workshops facilitated by certified lecturers and industry practitioners. The program applied a participatory and collaborative approach consisting of needs analysis, workshop sessions, curriculum realignment, industry-based module development, and continuous mentoring over six months. The findings showed significant improvements in teachers’ competencies, with an 82.6% increase in digital marketing comprehension scores, rising from 45.3 to 82.6. In addition, all participating teachers successfully mastered innovative lesson planning and the implementation of digital marketing tools in classroom learning. The program also produced eight validated industry-based learning modules, exceeding the initial target. Furthermore, 87% of teachers who were interested in professional certification successfully obtained certification. The results indicate that collaboration between academics and industry practitioners effectively enhances vocational teachers’ competencies and provides a replicable model for improving the quality and industry relevance of vocational education in the digital era.

Penulisan ini bertujuan guna untuk mengkaji peran teknologi dalam penyusunan desain pembelajaran di kelas pada era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi pembelajaran telah berkembang menjadi sistem yang terintegrasi, mencakup perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran secara sistematis. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti Learning Management System, aplikasi desain kreatif, kecerdasan buatan, serta pula augmented reality terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaktivitas, fleksibilitas, dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses belajar. Selain memberikan kemudahan akses dan efisiensi, teknologi juga mendukung pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi melalui pemantauan dan evaluasi yang lebih akurat. Kendati, integrasi teknologi dalam desain pembelajaran memerlukan kesiapan guru, dukungan institusi, serta infrastruktur yang memadai agar pelaksanaannya berjalan optimal. Maka demikian dengan perencanaan yang tepat dan pendekatan yang adaptif, teknologi dapat menjadi instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas.

The Public Speaking and Computer Network Cabling Training Activity at SMP YPK Sele Be Solu aims to improve students' competence in communication and technical skills in computer networking. The activity was carried out using an experiential learning approach with stages of observation, socialisation, hands-on training, and evaluation. The results of the activities show an increase in students' confidence in public speaking and basic technical skills in network cabling, including LAN cable installation, RJ-45 connectors, and cable testing. Intensive mentoring during the training helped students overcome difficulties and optimise their understanding. This activity demonstrates that combining soft skills and hard skills training through direct experience can improve students' overall competence, motivate learning, and prepare students to face academic and digital challenges in the future. In addition, this activity also strengthened cooperation between schools and universities in supporting the improvement of skills-based education quality. The enthusiasm of students during the training showed that practice-based learning methods are very effective at the junior high school level. With this activity, students have a strong foundation to develop their interests and potential in the fields of communication, information technology, and readiness to face the rapidly developing digital world.

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa inovasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan imersif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sorong dengan tujuan memperkenalkan serta melatih siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi Assembler Studio untuk membuat media pembelajaran berbasis AR. Metode kegiatan mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan intensif, dan evaluasi, sehingga siswa terlibat secara aktif dan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan digital secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu membuat konten AR sederhana yang relevan dengan materi pelajaran, meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kreativitas belajar. Penerapan media AR terbukti efektif dalam memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep yang kompleks, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, dan mendukung kompetensi abad ke-21. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi digital dapat menjadi strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah menengah.

The computer network management practice at the Sorong City Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office aims to improve the technical competence of employees in understanding, operating, and maintaining computer network devices, both hardware and software. This activity was carried out through four stages: observation, socialization, training, and evaluation, with a hands-on approach that emphasized direct participant involvement as the key to competency improvement. The results of the activity showed that employees gained a better understanding of network device configuration, cable management, and the use of network support software, and were able to solve simple technical problems independently. Post-training evaluations showed a significant increase in participants' technical abilities, which had a positive impact on operational efficiency and service quality at the agency. Thus, the hands-on practice supported by intensive mentoring proved effective in developing human resource competencies in the field of computer networks and supporting digital transformation within the Sorong City PUPR environment.
