Abstract. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and reliability of production machines in the process of making public street lighting poles (PJU) at PT. XYZ The main problem faced by the company is high machine downtime so that production targets are not achieved. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to measure machine effectiveness as a whole and identify the main causes of production losses. The method applied includes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to measure machine effectiveness based on three components, namely availability, performance and quality. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach is used to identify factors causing low effectiveness through Six Big Losses analysis. Apart from that, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) are calculated to determine the level of machine reliability. The data used includes machine working hours, downtime, operating time, production quantities, defective products, as well as machine damage and repair data. The analysis results are expected to show the level of machine effectiveness and identify the dominant factors causing downtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan keandalan mesin produksi pada proses pembuatan tiang penerangan jalan umum (PJU) di PT. XYZ Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah downtime mesin yang tinggi sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode yang mampu mengukur efektivitas mesin secara menyeluruh dan mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kerugian produksi. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengukur efektivitas mesin berdasarkan tiga komponen, yaitu availability, performance, dan quality. Pendekatan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab rendahnya efektivitas melalui analisis Six Big Losses. Selain itu, dilakukan perhitungan Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) dan Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan mesin. Data yang digunakan mencakup jam kerja mesin, downtime, waktu operasi, jumlah produksi, produk cacat, serta data kerusakan dan perbaikan mesin. Hasil analisis diharapkan dapat menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas mesin dan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan penyebab downtime. Abstract. PT XYZ, a wooden furniture manufacturing company, served as the research site for this study which applied the Theory of Constraints (TOC) method to analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks. The company faces capacity imbalances between workstations, resulting in production targets that have not been achieved optimally. Data collection involved direct observation and interviews with related parties in the production area. The analysis was conducted by comparing the required capacity with the available capacity at each production workstation. The findings reveal that solid processing, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, and packing have sufficient available capacities to meet production requirements, thus categorized as non-bottleneck processes. In contrast, the panel processing station is identified as the main bottleneck due to its highest workload among all processes. By implementing the Theory of Constraints, the company can identify major constraints and establish improvement priorities to enhance production flow smoothness. It is expected that improvements in bottleneck processes will increase production efficiency, balance capacity among workstations, and support more optimal achievement of production targets. PT XYZ sebuah perusahaan manufaktur furnitur kayu, menjadi lokasi penelitian ini yang menggunakan metode Theory of Constraints (TOC) untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi dan mengidentifikasi bottleneck. Perusahaan menghadapi ketidakseimbangan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja yang menyebabkan target produksi belum terdengar secara optimal. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di area produksi. Analisis dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan kapasitas yang dibutuhkan terhadap kapasitas yang tersedia pada setiap stasiun kerja produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembahanan solid, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, dan packing memiliki kapasitas yang tersedia yang masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan produksi, sehingga termasuk kategori non-bottleneck. Sebaliknya, stasiun kerja pembahanan panel diidentifikasi sebagai bottleneck utama karena memiliki tingkat beban kerja tertinggi di antara seluruh proses. Dengan penerapan Theory of Constraints, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi kendala utama dan menentukan prioritas perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran aliran produksi. Diharapkan perbaikan pada proses bottleneck dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, menyeimbangkan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja, serta mendukung pencapaian target output perusahaan secara lebih optimal. Aerobic capacity, commonly measured by maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max), is a key indicator of physical fitness and athletic performance, particularly in endurance sports. Recent attention has focused on the role of respiratory muscle function in supporting exercise performance, as respiratory muscle fatigue during high-intensity or prolonged activity may reduce ventilatory efficiency and exercise tolerance. This literature review aims to examine current evidence regarding the effects of Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT), including Inspiratory Muscle Training (IMT), on aerobic capacity in athletes. Relevant studies were identified through electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using keywords related to respiratory muscle training, VO₂max, and athletes. The reviewed studies generally reported improvements in inspiratory muscle strength, reduced respiratory muscle fatigue, and enhanced ventilatory efficiency following RMT interventions. These physiological adaptations may contribute to better exercise tolerance and overall athletic performance. However, evidence regarding direct improvements in VO₂max remains inconsistent across studies. The findings suggest that RMT can be used as a complementary strategy alongside conventional training programs to support aerobic performance. In addition, improved respiratory muscle function may provide benefits in health promotion and rehabilitation by reducing dyspnea and increasing exercise tolerance. Further well-designed studies are needed to clarify the extent of RMT’s contribution to improving VO₂max in athletic populations.

 Education in vocational high schools (SMKs) requires effective data management to improve students’ academic achievement and discipline. At SMK Islam Secang, students’ academic scores and attendance data have so far functioned merely as administrative archives, making it difficult to identify patterns of student performance. This study aims to classify students based on academic achievement and discipline by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm using RapidMiner. The data used in this study consist of scores from six subjects and attendance records of 35 students from the Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) department over two semesters. The data were obtained from original school records, compiled using Microsoft Excel, and processed in RapidMiner. The clustering process employed four clusters for academic achievement and two clusters for discipline, with Euclidean Distance used as the similarity measure. The results show that in the first semester, students were grouped into four academic achievement clusters: high achievement (6 students), moderate achievement (7 students), potentially problematic (14 students), and problematic (8 students). In the second semester, the distribution changed to high achievement (19 students), moderate achievement (14 students), potentially problematic (4 students), and problematic (1 student). Meanwhile, student discipline was divided into two clusters: disciplined (31 students) and undisciplined (4 students). These results demonstrate that K-Means Clustering is effective in mapping student conditions, revealing patterns in academic performance and attendance, and supporting educational evaluation, learning planning, and early detection of students who require academic or disciplinary intervention.  This study examines women’s transformational leadership in educational institutions through a systematic literature review approach. The increasing involvement of women in leadership positions in schools and universities has attracted academic attention to understand their contribution to organizational development and the improvement of educational quality. This study aims to synthesize recent empirical research findings on women’s transformational leadership in education. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant studies published between 2021–2026 through academic databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect using the keywords “transformational leadership,” “women leadership,” and “education or school.” After a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 empirical articles were analyzed. The findings indicate that female leaders tend to demonstrate transformational leadership characteristics, including inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, and individualized consideration. These leadership practices positively affect teacher motivation and performance, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and learning innovation. However, women in leadership positions still face challenges such as gender stereotypes, structural bias, and social expectations regarding gender roles, indicating the need for institutional support and more inclusive policies.

In an era of increasingly competitive business competition, companies are required to improve the quality of their human resources to achieve optimal organizational performance. One approach widely used in employee development is coaching. This study aims to examine the implementation of coaching for employees in companies and its impact on employee performance and development. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. The literature search process was conducted through several scientific databases, namely Google Scholar, Scopus, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) with a publication period of 2021–2026. Keywords used included coaching, employee coaching, employee performance, and employee development. Based on the literature selection process, 16 articles met the inclusion criteria and were further analyzed. The results showed that the implementation of coaching has a positive impact on improving employee performance, work motivation, self-confidence, and individual competency development. Furthermore, coaching also plays a role in increasing employee work engagement, communication skills, and self-awareness in completing work tasks. These findings indicate that coaching is an effective strategy in human resource development and improving organizational performance if applied systematically, while also providing practical contributions for HR practitioners in designing measurable and sustainable talent development interventions.

Strawberries are horticultural commodities that are highly susceptible to postharvest deterioration due to their high respiration rate, microbial activity, and oxidative degradation, resulting in a relatively short shelf life. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of edible coatings in extending strawberry shelf life through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Literature was collected from several scientific databases using keywords related to edible coating, shelf life, and strawberry, covering publications from 2019–2026. From an initial 109 articles, a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria resulted in 35 articles specifically discussing the application of edible coatings on strawberries. The synthesis results showed that all studies reported an extension of shelf life after edible coating application, although the effectiveness was influenced by the type of material, formulation, and storage conditions. Chitosan was the most widely used coating material due to its natural antimicrobial activity and excellent film-forming ability. The incorporation of bioactive compounds such as essential oils, plant extracts, and phenolic compounds was proven to enhance antifungal and antioxidant activities. In addition, nanotechnology-based systems demonstrated better preservation performance compared to conventional systems. However, methodological standardization and industrial-scale validation are still required to support commercial implementation.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. Work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance are key aspects of management psychology that continue to evolve as organizational productivity demands increase. In an era of global competition, organizations are required to manage human resources effectively by enhancing work motivation and job satisfaction to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in that relationship. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases using keywords related to work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance from a management psychology perspective. From 25 articles found between 2022 and 2026, 5 of the most relevant articles were selected for further analysis.The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Additionally, there is a growing trend toward the integration of management psychology approaches in efforts to enhance employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the simultaneous management of motivation and job satisfaction is a key factor in achieving optimal performance. Further research is recommended to develop a more comprehensive and integrative model.

ABSTRACT Hospitals can be established by the Central Government, Regional Government, or the Community. Hospital management organized by the Government can apply the financial management pattern of BLU or BLUD. Hospital independence can be achieved through healthy business processes. The dual role of hospitals as public services and business entities. The commercial health sector is increasingly closely linked to the global health industry. Collaboration between BLU hospitals and private business entities is often manifested in KSO contracts. KSO contracts must contain legal principles (rechtbeginselen) which serve as basic norms and guidelines in the formation or creation of legal regulations. The principle of personality in KSO contracts is important to ensure the parties' performance is balanced. This study uses a normative or doctrinal legal research methodology by examining primary legal sources in the form of KSO contracts between BLU hospitals and private business entities, the Civil Code, and other material laws. A study was also conducted on secondary legal sources in the form of legal materials consisting of books or legal journals regarding legal principles, the views of legal doctrines, and the results of legal research. Due to its focus on the psychological components of leadership, motivation, communication, and human resource development in educational institutions, management psychology is becoming an increasingly significant perspective in educational management. The use of management psychology in the classroom is considered crucial for improving organizational performance and teacher motivation. The purpose of this study was to investigate how management psychology can enhance teacher work motivation and its impact on school efficacy. This study reviewed previous research on the use of management psychology in education using a qualitative approach and literature review methodology. Using keywords related to management psychology in education, teacher motivation, educational leadership, and educational organizational performance, systematic search of scientific publications published in the Google Scholar database between 2022 and 2026 was used to collect data. Identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and final selection of relevant publications were all steps in the literature selection process. Thematic coding techniques were used to examine six selected publications to determine the main findings, methodology, and research emphasis of each study. The findings suggest that the use of management psychology in educational management techniques, such as effective communication, teacher empowerment, supportive leadership, and the establishment of equitable reward systems, can significantly enhance teacher motivation and foster a positive work environment. In addition, these approaches increase the effectiveness of educational institutions, improve teacher performance, and foster collaboration within the school environment. To promote teacher professional development and raise the overall standards of educational institutions, it is crucial for educational administrations to incorporate a psychological perspective.

College represents a critical transitional period requiring high adaptation, where students often face escalating academic demands triggering psychological pressure. This study aims to deeply analyze the reciprocal relationship between sleep patterns and academic stress levels, and identify their subsequent impacts on cognitive function (concentration) and students' physical health. This study employs a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review approach. Data were collected through comprehensive searches of accredited national and reputable international scientific articles published within the last five years (2020–2025). Literature selection was conducted rigorously using specific keywords to screen empirical studies relevant to stress, sleep, and student health variables. Data synthesis reveals a strong and consistent negative correlation. High levels of academic stress whether stemming from the adaptation phase of new students (initiation), thesis preparation workload, or role conflicts in working students are significantly associated with decreased sleep quality. Physiologically, stress triggers increased cortisol levels causing insomnia, shortened sleep duration, and prolonged sleep latency. Subsequent impacts are proven to drastically reduce learning concentration and trigger physical health disorders, including an increased risk of primary dysmenorrhea in female students. This study concludes that academic stress and sleep disturbances form a destructive cycle that exacerbates one another. Therefore, holistic institutional interventions in the form of sleep hygiene education and stress management training are needed to break this chain for the sake of student well-being and academic performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Innovative Work Behaviour, Upskilling, and Work Ethic on the Health Workers Performance with Intention to Stay as an intervening variable at RSUD Sumberrejo. The background of this research stems from challenges in improving service quality, high workload, and the need to strengthen competency and retention among health workers. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS version 4.0. The population consists of 216 employees, and the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, resulting in 140 respondents. The findings reveal that Innovative Work Behaviour, Work Ethic, and Intention to Stay have a significant positive effect on the performance of health workers. In addition, Innovative Work Behaviour and Work Ethic significantly influence Intention to Stay. However, Upskilling shows a positive but non-significant effect on both Intention to Stay and Performance, indicating that skill enhancement requires managerial support and motivation to contribute effectively to employee performance. Intention to Stay serves as a mediating variable in several relationships among the constructs. Strengthening innovative behaviour, work ethic, and competency development, accompanied by appropriate retention strategies, is essential for improving the performance of health workers in regional hospitals. Future studies are recommended to develop the research model by incorporating additional variables that may have stronger effects on Intention to Stay and Performance. Abstract. This study analyzed the effectiveness and impact of extracurricular programs at SMP Nurul Huda in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, aiming to identify areas for improvement in fostering holistic student development.  The research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with eleven students and one teacher, supplemented by direct observation of extracurricular activities and document review.  Findings revealed that the effectiveness of the four extracurricular programs (scouting, pencak silat, flag raising team, and archery) was moderate, indicating significant room for improvement.  Interviews with students and teachers highlighted the need for enhanced performance in competitions, more structured evaluation methods, and increased oversight from school administration.  To optimize the programs' impact, the study recommends improvements in student performance, more robust evaluation systems, stronger administrative oversight, enhanced resources, and professional development for instructors.  These changes would better support the holistic development of students and contribute to a more effective extracurricular program.   Keywords: effectiveness , extracurricular activities, students   Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas dan dampak program ekstrakurikuler di SMP Nurul Huda, Kabupaten Bogor, Indonesia, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi area peningkatan untuk pengembangan holistik siswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan sebelas siswa dan satu guru, dilengkapi dengan observasi langsung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan peninjauan dokumen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas empat program ekstrakurikuler (pramuka, pencak silat, paskibra, dan panahan) berada pada tingkat sedang, yang mengindikasikan adanya ruang yang signifikan untuk perbaikan.  Wawancara dengan siswa dan guru menyoroti perlunya peningkatan prestasi dalam kompetisi, metode evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur, dan pengawasan yang lebih ketat dari pihak sekolah.  Untuk mengoptimalkan dampak program, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan prestasi siswa, sistem evaluasi yang lebih kuat, pengawasan administrasi yang lebih efektif, peningkatan sumber daya, dan pengembangan profesional bagi instruktur.  Perubahan-perubahan ini akan lebih mendukung pengembangan holistik siswa dan berkontribusi pada program ekstrakurikuler yang lebih efektif.   Kata kunci: efektivitas, ekstrakurikuler, siswa

This study aims to analyze the development and scientific relationship between carbon risk perception, behavioral compliance of accountants, and sustainability mindset on the accuracy of carbon performance reporting through a bibliometric approach. This study is driven by the increasing need for accurate carbon reporting amidst global demands for sustainability transparency, as well as the limited understanding of the role of behavioral and psychological factors of accountants in ensuring the reliability of carbon reports. Research data was obtained from two leading scientific databases, namely Scopus and Google Scholar, with the main keywords "carbon risk perception," "behavioral compliance of accountants," "sustainability mindset," and "accuracy of carbon performance reporting." The data selection process was carried out using the PRISMA method to ensure the relevance and validity of the analyzed articles, while bibliometric analysis and visualization were performed using VOSviewer software. The results of the study indicate that the topic related to carbon reporting accuracy has evolved from a technical approach to a behavioral and psychological approach. Network and density visualizations show that behavioral compliance and sus-tainability mindset issues are still new but have high potential for development. Meanwhile, the authors' collaboration map demonstrates the geographic limitations of research, which remains concentrated in developed countries. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, namely the need to integrate behavioral theory and professional ethics into sustainability accounting research and to en-hance accountants' capacity to understand carbon risks to ensure the accuracy of future sustainability re-porting.

Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 as a quality management system standard has become a strategic issue in improving the competitiveness, efficiency, and consistency of organizational quality in the era of globalization and digitalization. However, the effectiveness of its implementation still varies depending on the organizational context, resource readiness, and quality culture. This study aims to systematically review the literature related to the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 to answer the main questions: how it affects organizational performance, how it is integrated with other management systems, and what the challenges and directions for future research are. The method used is a systematic literature review through a search of the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases using the keywords "ISO 9001:2015," "quality management systems," and "organizational performance." A total of 27 articles published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed thematically. The review results show four main trends: the implementation of ISO in various sectors, the impact on performance and productivity, integration with other systems such as TQM and ISO 21001, and implementation challenges related to organizational culture and management commitment. In general, ISO 9001:2015 has been shown to improve organizational efficiency and reputation, but its success depends on the synergy between management, digital technology, and a quality culture. Further research is recommended to examine the integration of digital-based ISO and organizational sustainability.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in every organization, whether in business, education, or social contexts. If not managed properly, conflict has the potential to reduce performance; however, if handled constructively, it can become a source of innovation. Based on this issue, this study aims to answer the main question: how is conflict understood and managed according to recent literature findings? The method used is a literature review by searching for articles through several online databases using the keywords "organizational conflict," "conflict management," "types of conflict," and "resolution strategies." From an initial search result of 17 articles, after a screening process, 15 articles met the criteria for further analysis. The analysis results reveal three main themes. First, conflict in organizations can be categorized into several types, such as intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup, and intergroup conflicts. Second, the sources of conflict often stem from differences in interests, ineffective communication, and unequal distribution of resources. Third, conflict resolution strategies vary, including mediation, collaborative communication, compromise, deliberation, and approaches based on religious values.
