Sustainable business transformation has become a cornerstone of modern corporate strategy in addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. The Sustainability-Led Innovation (SLI) approach provides an innovation framework that embeds sustainability principles into business models, fostering organizational adaptability and long-term value creation. This study aims to (1) identify the mechanisms for integrating SLI into sustainable business models, (2) evaluate SLI’s contribution to competitive advantage, and (3) analyze the development of dynamic capabilities to support sustainability initiatives. By combining the Sustainability-Driven Business Model Innovation (SBMI), Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT), and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) frameworks, this qualitative research utilizes in-depth interviews and document analysis of culinary SMEs in Malang. Findings reveal that organizations adopting SLI achieve higher operational efficiency, respond more agilely to regulatory changes, and attract stronger consumer loyalty. These insights underscore the necessity of embedding sustainable innovation strategies into long-term business planning to secure resilient competitive advantage.

This study examines the effect of ESG disclosure on firm value and the moderating role of competitive advantage in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that ESG disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. However, when competitive advantage is introduced as a moderating variable, the direct effect of ESG becomes insignificant, while the interaction between ESG disclosure and competitive advantage shows a positive and significant impact on firm value. These findings imply that ESG practices alone may not be sufficient to enhance firm value unless accompanied by a strong competitive position. The study highlights the importance of integrating ESG strategies with the company’s core competencies to maximize value creation, particularly in highly competitive industries like energy.

Green Management has become an important strategy for companies to face environmental challenges while increasing competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Management as a strategic approach in increasing the company's competitive advantage. The research method used is a literature review of various relevant previous studies, including the concept of Green Management, its impact on operational efficiency, product innovation, and corporate image. The results of the analysis show that the adoption of Green Management contributes significantly to reducing operational costs through energy efficiency and waste management. In addition, companies that implement sustainable practices succeed in creating added value for consumers, increasing customer loyalty, and strengthening market positions. This study also identifies several challenges, including initial implementation costs and organizational resistance, which can be overcome through government policy support and increasing environmental awareness among stakeholders. Thus, Green Management not only supports environmental sustainability goals but also provides strategic advantages for companies in the long term.

AI has been widely used in various fields such as manufacturing, economy, education, services, finance, and marketing. This article reviews both the positive and negative impacts of AI, as well as the challenges and barriers in its implementation. Using qualitative research methods and case studies, this study identifies the benefits and advantages of AI and provides recommendations for companies in integrating AI into their business processes.

Strategic management is an analysis, decisions and actions taken by an organization to create and maintain a competitive advantage. This research method uses literature review research conducted by collecting and analyzing related literature from international and national sources in the form of books, journals, and articles. Based on this research, the application of strategic management science in educational institutions can face various challenges due to continuous change and competition and produce educational products (outputs) that are able to display high performance. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis related to the understanding and implementation of strategic management in creating a competitive advantage in the field of education, this research also aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the concept of strategic management and how its application can help educational institutions face the challenges of globalization and improve the quality of education. This research also highlights the urgency of implementing strategic management in educational institutions, given the challenges faced due to globalization and increasingly fierce competition. Strategic management is considered the key to creating a competitive advantage for educational institutions, enabling them to control their schools effectively and efficiently and produce superior quality graduates.

In the current era of globalization and digitalization, business innovation is crucial for organizations to maintain and enhance competitiveness. The utilization of Information Systems and Technology (IT) serves as a foundational element for business innovation. This article explores how organizations can implement business innovation through the utilization of IT to achieve a competitive advantage. It delves into the central issues of IT in the business context, discussing the role of IT in supporting business operations and strategies. The study aims to understand the pivotal role of business innovation in organizational success and examines real-world cases where organizations successfully implemented innovation through IT. The challenges and obstacles faced, including data security and implementation costs, are addressed, and effective strategies to overcome these challenges are proposed. The conclusion highlights the strategic significance of investing in business innovation supported by IT for organizations aiming to stay relevant and sustainable in the ever-evolving global market.

Kegiatan berwirausaha telah menjadi salah satu penggerak masyarakat melakukan kegiatan penjualan di era yang sangat kompetitif ini. Wirausaha telah menjadi salah satu ide atau gagasan yang mendukung kemampuan manusia untuk bertahan hidup dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Namun, dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha tentu perlu adanya pemasaran yang mejadi jalan utama dalam meningkatkan popularitas masyarakat sehingga mudah diterima oleh kalangan umum. Proses pemasaran tersebut harus memiliki indikator yang berbeda dengan pesaing sehingga dapat menjadi inti dari diferensiasi yang akan dikembangkan oleh wirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur keberadaan orientasi kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan pandangan Islam serta keunggulan dalam bersaing untuk meningkatkan pemasaran bisnis Koaki Store. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif sehingga hasil penelitian bisa relevan dengan focus penelitian yang dikaji. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil wawancara dengan pemilik Koaki store serta beberapa referensi yang menunjang hasil analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan hingga wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan apabila dalam orientasi kewirausahaan Islam, Koaki store telah mengimplementasikan indikator inovasi, berani dan ambisi namun masih jauh dalam pemenuhan aspek tidak bergantung dengan pihak lain. Sedangkan dalam aspek keunggulan bersaing, Koaki store memiliki keunggulan yang inovatif dengan memberikan hadiah sebagai bentuk loyalitas pada konsumen dan ditujukan untuk promosi produk Koaki Store.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan perencanaan sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang efektif untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif melalui analisis kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mengacu pada studi kajian literatur, yang dimana penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang membahas topik yang sama, mulai dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, skripsi dan berbagai literatur lainnya yang relevan untuk dijadikan acuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan sumberdaya manusia memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan SDM sebagai pelaku organisasi yang berkualitas, melalui perencanaan SDM yang optimal dan efektif maka secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi terbentuknya budaya kompetitif perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Sehingga perencanaan SDM dijadikan sebagai tombak dalam mencapai keberhasilan dalam sebuah organisasi.
