This study aims to analyze the application of personnel management information systems at the West Sumba Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The main focus of the research is to assess how an integrated information system is able to produce up-to-date, accurate, and can support the decision-making process in personnel policy. An integrated information system is expected to facilitate employee data management, improve administrative efficiency, and strengthen transparency in human resource management. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies, through interviews with relevant officials, direct observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study show that the implementation of an integrated personnel management information system has a positive impact in the form of accelerating administrative processes, reducing data input errors, and facilitating access to information for interested parties. However, the research also found a number of challenges, such as the limitation of human resources trained in the use of technology systems and infrastructure that is not yet optimal. This study concludes that strengthening human resource capacity and increasing infrastructure support is a strategic step to optimize the personnel management information system. The research recommendations are expected to be a reference for the West Sumba Regency BKPSDM and other government agencies in developing a more effective and sustainable information system.

The Personnel Information System at the Jayapura City Transportation Office aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing personnel data. In today's digital era, manual data management has limitations that affect the speed and accuracy of information. Therefore, a computerized information system is necessary for better management of employee data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the personnel information system at the Jayapura City Transportation Office, as well as evaluate its impact on personnel administration performance. The methods used in this study include direct observation of the system in use, interviews with staff and system managers, and analysis of the system's effectiveness in improving data management. The system was evaluated in terms of its ability to streamline administrative tasks, facilitate easy access to personnel data, and enhance overall efficiency in managing personnel information. The results of the study indicate that the system has successfully optimized employee data management, improved administrative efficiency, and made access to information faster and more accurate. However, some obstacles were identified, such as the need for further training for staff to use the system optimally and occasional technical issues with system integration. Despite these challenges, the personnel information system has proven to be an essential tool for improving the overall performance of the personnel administration at the Jayapura City Transportation Office. The study concludes with recommendations for further system enhancements and the importance of ongoing staff training to ensure the system's continued success.

Effective, efficient and structured management of personnel data is an important requirement to support smooth administration and operations in the government environment. This study aims to design and implement a technology-based personnel data management system at the Limapuluh Subdistrict Office, Batu Bara Regency. This system is designed to overcome various problems that arose in previous manual systems, such as data duplication, slow administration processes, and the risk of data loss. The methods used include system requirements analysis through interviews, application-based system design using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram models, as well as system implementation on available devices. The main features developed include employee data recording, digital attendance, work schedule management, and automatic reporting. The implementation results show that the new system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel data management, speed up the administration process, and increase data security. By training administrative staff, this system also strengthens the human resource management capabilities of the Fifty District Head Office. It is hoped that this research can be a solution and reference for other government agencies that want to digitize personnel data management.

Personnel Leave Application Information System Application: The Personnel Leave Information System at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital is an application built for the web-based leave application process. This research was conducted on the Staff Leave Information System at the Regional General Hospital of Batu Bara Regency using research methods, namely the Observation method, Library Research, Field Research, needs analysis, system design, and system implementation. Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. This application was built using software, namely the PHP programming language, HTML, CodeIgniter, Composer database used by MySQL. The application built operates on the Windows Operating System. The WEB-based Application for the Information System for Applying for Employee Leave at the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital has helped the Batu Bara Regency Regional General Hospital in registering and informing employee leave applications quickly and accurately, and can also provide information to employees to find out whether the leave process has been approved or not. approved.

The Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) is a technology-based application used to manage personnel data in a centralized, efficient, and accurate manner. SIMPEG enables various administrative processes, such as payroll, promotions, and employee data management, to be automated, which were previously done manually and prone to errors. This study discusses the concept of SIMPEG, its implementation stages, and its benefits in improving efficiency, data accuracy, service transparency, quick decision-making, and centralized resource management. The research findings show that SIMPEG reduces manual workload, enhances the accuracy and speed of access to employee data, and supports better and more timely decision-making. In addition, SIMPEG increases transparency in administrative processes, reduces operational costs, and strengthens public trust in government institutions. However, the successful implementation of SIMPEG depends on the readiness of technological infrastructure and user training. Therefore, infrastructure development and training are crucial to optimizing SIMPEG use throughout Indonesia.

Archiving is nothing new for agencies. The movement of documents and other documents in and out of government agencies certainly requires filing. The storage carried out at the Samarinda City Regional Civil Service Agency Office has not been fully effective for the existing archives, because some of the archives carried out are still done manually. As a result, archives can easily be lost before archiving or data management is done, often requiring manual intervention. Storage usage causes errors in storing data and retrieving data. This website-based archive system is indispensable, this is because it can be used to make changes to data, such as reducing the amount of paper used and changing the way data is stored (going paperless). This archive website system was created using the Vscode application. Where the Programming Language used is PHP and SQL, with Xampp used for web server operations and SQL for database management, by sending letters paperlessly will minimize errors that have occurred so far. While the software development method or system design uses the Waterfall method. Waterfall methodology is a type of application development model that is integrated into the classic life cycle. The purpose of making this website is to create a website system that processes email archive data in an easy-to-use way.

The increasingly rapid development of information technology currently encourages organizations to implement connected information systems with one database, so that it becomes easier for several organizational devices to share data, and it is also easier to communicate. The obstacles faced when still using paper as a document medium are spending a lot of time completing documents, not being efficient in completing reports that have time limits, so that the information needed is slow and what is obtained is less than optimal. This research method is qualitative by explaining in detail about the Personnel System in personnel services in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Then the data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis, observation, interviews and documentation. In implementing this ERP, it was concluded that the personnel service application could improve human resource management thereby improving services from various areas of the organization

Pemerintah mempunyai tanggung jawab melayani masyarakat untuk merealisasikan tujuan nasional ini yang kemudian dijalankan melalui pemberian wewenang kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagai agen dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 mengatur mengenai disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang dalam praktiknya menimbulkan sengketa kepegawaian yang merupakan bagian dari sengketa TUN dan yang menjadi pihak penggugat adalah PNS serta objek gugatannya adalah KTUN pada bidang kepegawaian yang dasar pengajuan gugatannya adalah karena dianggap bertentangan dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta AAUPB. Dalam penyelesaiannya, dapat ditempuh dari dua prosedur, yakni melalui jalur “Keberatan” dan jalur “Banding Administratif”.

This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Pada Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara menjelaskan bahwa ihwal Aparatur Sipil Negara disebutkan sebagai profesi. Pada regulasi tersebut terdapat dua jenis pegawai Aparatus Sipil Negara, yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau yang biasa kita ketahui sebagai PNS dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Pengadaan dan pengangkatan PPPK ini lah yang akan dilakukan oleh pemerintah Daerah masing-masing melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah yang dibentuk untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan manejemen PPPK, sebelum akhirnya di proses melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah masing-masing setiap Instansi perlu melakukan Pendataan Non ASN melalui Bagian Kepegawaian di setiap masing-masing Instansi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kajian literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Merujuk pada Surat Edaran (SE) Menteri PAN dan RB No. B/1511/M.SM.01.00/2022 tanggal 22 Juli 2022 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap instansi pemerintah akan melakukan penataan pegawai Non ASN untuk memperjelas status, pekerjaan, dan tunjangan karyawan yang bersangkutan. Dalam surat edaran ini dijelaskan bahwa pendataan Non ASN dimaksudkan sebagai pemetaan sehingga instansi pemerintah pusat dan daerah mengetahui jumlah pegawai Non ASN kemudian nantinya pemerintah akan mencarikan solusi yang tepat untuk kejelasan status tenaga Non ASN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh peran pelatihan, kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja study pegawai badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepegawaian badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang dengan periode 3 tahun (2018-2020). Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai tehnik analisis data. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang didapatkan dari metode purposive sampling sebanyak 63 data untuk periode 2018-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan, kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja study pegawai badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang.

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

There are many archives owned by AMNI Maritime University in Semarang. The archiving system carried out at the AMNI Maritime University Semarang is still not well organized and neat because it is only based on archive classification, so if you have to look for archives such as archive numbers or archive dates, you will experience problems because you have to find the files needed one by one in the filing cabinet. The sequential search algorithm can be applied to the search for employee document numbers at the Maritime University AMNI Semarang and works well as planned. Motivasi Berprestasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, maka dinyatakan hipotesis ketiga diterima.  Hal  ini  berarti  apabila  Motivasi  Berprestasi  meningkat  yang ditinjau  dari  indikator  “Kebutuhan  fisik”  dan  apabila  Disiplin  Kerja meningkat yang ditinjau dari indikator “Disiplin waktu” maka dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai yang ditinjau dari indikator “Kuantitas” dengan dampak yang besar begitu pula sebaliknya.
