The problem of stunting as a chronic nutritional issue in Indonesia requires special attention, especially in areas with abundant local food potential such as Wargakerta Village, and Tasikmalaya Regency. The health care empowerment program is carried out to increase community participation in preventing stunting through managing local food-based supplementary feeding (PMT). This activity involved 28 health cadres, using outreach methods, showing video demonstrations of making tilapia fish nuggets and providing PMT recipes based on local resources. Pre-test and post-test evaluations showed an increase in cadre knowledge of 89% after the activity. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test produces a p-value of 0.000, which indicates a significant difference before and after counseling. This program proves that innovations based on local food, such as tilapia fish nuggets, can increase health cadres' knowledge in supporting the growth and development of toddlers and reduce the risk of stunting

The use of Maternal and Child Health (KIA) books for toddlers at Posyandu Melati 2 in 2023 falls short of the national target of 85%. This low usage rate raises concerns about potential negative impacts on the health of children under five. Cadres play a crucial role in promoting maternal and child health by providing guidance and encouragement regarding the use of KIA books. This study aims to assess the correlation between cadre support and the utilization of KIA books among mothers of toddlers at Posyandu Melati 2 from April to May 2024. A cross- sectional analysis was conducted with a total population of 57 mothers of toddlers, using a total sampling technique. Data on maternal characteristics, cadre support, and KIA book usage were collected through a survey with a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square method with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results indicated that only 10.5% of mothers used the KIA books properly, and 28.1% received good support from health workers. The analysis revealed a significant correlation between cadre support and the use of KIA books, with an odds ratio (OR) of 6.5 and a Fisher Exact Test result of p = 0.046. These findings highlight the importance of cadre support in enhancing the use of KIA books among mothers of toddlers, suggesting that increased support could improve usage rates and potentially benefit child health outcomes.

Hypertension is one of the main cardiovascular risk factors which is the main cause of death in the world, especially in the elderly. Maximizing the utilization of elderly health posts is one strategy in controlling hypertension in the elderly, but the limited knowledge and skills of elderly health cadres, especially in managing hypertension, make the implementation of elderly health posts less than optimal. Sumur Gunung Elderly Health Post is one of the elderly health posts that routinely runs in Sumurejo Village, but services are still limited to measuring blood pressure, weight, and height, educational services still depend on the health center, there is no exercise, and there are no special provisions for the PMT menu. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of the cadres. The results of BP examinations on 20 elderly people registered at the Sumur Gunung Elderly Posyandu showed that 35% (7 out of 20 elderly people) had blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg. The questionnaire results showed that 46% of elderly people had not regulated their diet, 75% of elderly people had a habit of drinking coffee, 80% of elderly people had not limited the amount of salt consumed, 50% of elderly people smoked, 60% of elderly people did not know how to treat hypertension. This research is motivated by observation data that shows the problems that exist in the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, many students who are not right in reading the verses of the Qur'an but are still allowed to continue to a higher level of study. and another problem is the lack of teaching staff for students at TPA Hidayatul Istiqomah 2. This study aims to obtain prospective candidates or potential cadres from existing students and a description of the implementation of cadre-based learning at the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, Semidang Lagan District, Central Bengkulu. Cadre formation itself is a form of sustainable leadership in order to continue future leadership. The function of this cadre formation is to prepare prospective leaders in the future. Based on the results of the community service that has been carried out, it was found that there were 12 prospective cadres who were selected and would receive guidance from the devotees whose knowledge would be channeled back to other students. And seen from the end of the service activities and the absence of mentoring from the devotees, they gave a response that they had high enthusiasm to become the successors of the previous teachers so that the prospective cadres who had been determined and mentored still continued their religious study activities at the TPA even after the devotion activities of the devotees were finished.
