Blessings in the business world are a concept that describes sustenance that is not only abundant in material aspects, but also provides positive impacts, peace, and goodness for business actors and the wider community. This study aims to investigate the blessings experienced by producers in milling cassava flour at UD Mulyo, a business that focuses on processing cassava flour raw materials and realizing producer blessings through employee and community welfare and environmental empowerment. By applying a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations, which were then analyzed thematically. The research findings show that blessings in UD Mulyo's business are realized through the application of Islamic values, such as honesty in business management, maintaining product quality, and a commitment to improving the welfare of employees and the surrounding community. UD Mulyo not only contributes to the economy through job creation and increasing community income, but also creates social benefits through harmonious cooperation with the local community. The rapid advancements in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly transformed various industries in Indonesia. While these technologies enhance efficiency and productivity, they also pose severe challenges to employment, notably the increasing prevalence of layoffs (PHK). This article critically analyzes the legal framework in Indonesia governing worker protection against layoffs caused by automation and AI. It highlights the inadequacies in current regulations, such as the Employment Law and the Job Creation Law, in addressing the unique challenges posed by digital transformation. Using a normative legal approach, the study emphasizes the need for adaptive policies, including reskilling, upskilling, and enhanced social security programs like the Employment Loss Insurance (JKP). Lessons from countries like Germany and Singapore underline the importance of government and industry collaboration in workforce readiness. The findings advocate for a holistic and inclusive policy framework to mitigate automation’s adverse effects while leveraging its potential for sustainable development.

Indonesia needs an industrial structure that can grow sustainably, has high local potential, is resistant to global economic turmoil, and has a strong and synergistic relationship with other economic sectors and industrial subsectors. As a base for job creation, a producer of added value to regulate the domestic market, a generator of tax revenue and foreign exchange, and a driver of sustainable growth, the industrial sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. To achieve this, support from the government is needed through the provision of legal facilities in the form of a policy foundation that can encourage the creation of quality industrial development. the legal basis can be a reference and benchmark for industry players to be able to carry out their industrial processes and activities in line with national goals. Because the industrial sector is one of the important sectors in supporting the national economy. For this reason, it is necessary to have synergy between the government as a facility provider in the form of rules or policy bases that regulate industrial activities, and industry players as executors of policies issued by the government so that harmony can be created that can support sustainable industrial development in Indonesia.

The results showed that the beef cattle business is financially viable with a BCR value of 1.35, NPV of 25,000,000, and IRR of 18 per cent. In addition, the business has a positive impact on income generation, job creation, and farmer welfare. But there are some problems, such as changes in feed prices and cattle waste management. Even if feed prices and cattle selling prices change significantly, the business is still viable, according to the sensitivity analysis. To make the business more sustainable, the government should help through training programmes, feed subsidies and access to finance. Beef cattle enterprises have great potential to grow and have a positive impact on both the environment and the community if managed properly.

This study analyzes the impact of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) No. 2 Year 2022 on Job Creation, particularly in the plantation sector, on the rights of Masyarakat Hukum Adat (MHA). The initial purpose of this Perppu was to increase investment through simplification of regulations and acceleration of licensing, but the formulation of existing norms and regulations can threaten the existence of MHA. This research is a normative research and uses a legislative approach by analyzing primary and secondary legal materials, and using John Rawls' Theory of Justice and Mochtar Kusumaatmadja's Theory of Development Law. The results show that there are significant changes in the application of Perppu No. 2 Year 2022 on Job Creation compared to Law No. 34 Year 2014 on Plantations, including changes in land area limitations, elimination of environmental permits, and elimination of criminal sanctions related to permits and the environment. The implications of the implementation of this Perppu are that it exacerbates the marginalization of Indigenous Peoples, ignores customary rights, and causes overlapping land tenure, as well as ecosystem and environmental damage. This research suggests several strategic steps: accelerating the inventory of customary land and the granting of customary rights certificates, requiring MHA to be involved in every stage of decision-making through FPIC mechanisms, and passing a special law for MHA. Investment policies should also focus on sustainable development with stricter environmental standards than at present.

Thanks to rapid technological advances, it is increasingly easier to provide services to the public. One example is the electronic land certificate service. The time and costs of registering land certificates can be reduced by using the latest technological methods. The research method used by the author is a statutory approach and normative research methods. The research results show that significant technological progress can be made by digitizing the current paper-based land registration system. One of them is the issuance of electronic certificates as regulated in Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN No. 1 of 2021 because the Electronic Transaction Information Law and the Job Creation Law only regulate electronic certificates, this electronic certificate is legal and the risk of causing problems is very small. Technology supporting the use of electronic land title certificates is developing rapidly and is now very useful. As an institution that provides electronic services in the land sector, BPN not only improves data quality control, but also continues to improve electronic services with professional staff. The implementation of land title certificates still has shortcomings in terms of infrastructure, equipment, human resources and electronic data quality.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the national economy, especially in rural areas, contributing significantly to income and job creation for the community. However, the sustainability of MSMEs is often affected by financial management challenges, especially the lack of understanding of proper accounting. Accounting as a tool to compile accurate financial information can actually help improve the financial performance of MSMEs, but is often considered difficult by economic stakeholders. Through this activity, it is hoped that MSME stakeholders will gain better awareness and skills in managing business finances, so that participants gain a deeper understanding of accounting and its impact on business stability and growth, and ongoing support and training can also support MSMEs in adopting more complex accounting methods, increasing their professionalism and competitiveness in the market.

MSMEs play an important role in the global economy, driving job creation, innovation, and economic growth. However, there are challenges such as financing and regulatory burdens caused by, among other things, difficulties in preparing financial reports. These obstacles begin with several issues, namely the loss of invoices, which makes it difficult to gather data for financial report preparation, discrepancies in stock between the cashier application and physical counts, and ineffective stock opname. Based on these issues, the objective of this Community Service is to provide an overview of ideas for optimizing the work system at MSME MESMart and to assist in the preparation of financial reports easily using a cloud-based accounting application called Jurnal Bijak. With the implementation of community service, it is hoped that various problems arising from obstacles in financial report preparation can be minimized. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving active participation from participants to identify problems and seek solutions collaboratively. The results of this activity can implement work programs, from optimizing store program, creating cloud-based financial reports, and arranging store displays.

This research aims to understand and analyze Article 73 of Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021 on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) with a focus on the transformation of Community Revolving Funds (DBM) from the former PNPM MPd into BUM Desa bersama LKD). The research discusses the use of DBM assets from the former PNPM MPd as capital in the formation of BUM Desa bersama LKD, as mandated by Article 73 of Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021 on Village-Owned Enterprises. This regulation is in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 6 of 2023 on the Enactment of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation as a Law and Law No. 3 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation with an analytical matrix instrument. This study employs a normative juridical legal research method, as the title indicates a juridical review. The research concludes that the management of DBM from the former PNPM MPd must transform into BUM Desa bersama LKD to provide a legal foundation and certainty for DBM activities, ensure the preservation of communal assets in one sub-district, and utilize DBM assets from the former PNPM MPd as capital in the establishment of BUM Desa bersama LKD. The issuance of Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021 on BUM Desa is seen as the government's responsibility in overseeing the management of DBM from the former PNPM MPd as part of poverty alleviation efforts.

This study examines citizenship as a constitutional right in Indonesia, focusing on the foundational principles of citizenship, the roles of state institutions, challenges in the enforcement of rights, and relevant case studies. The research employs a doctrinal legal methodology with a normative approach, incorporating legislative, case law, conceptual, historical, and comparative perspectives. Data is collected from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources through a literature review. The analysis reveals that the foundational principles of citizenship are enshrined in the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia (UUD 1945), which includes the right to participate in government, the right to decent work, and other social rights. State institutions such as the President, the People's Consultative Assembly (DPR), and the judiciary play crucial roles in the enforcement of constitutional rights. However, several challenges persist, including human rights violations, injustices within the legal system, and barriers to political participation. Case studies related to administrative issues in the 2024 elections, human rights violations in Papua, and the controversy surrounding the Omnibus Law on Job Creation illustrate practical issues in the implementation of constitutional rights.

The Job Creation Law Number 11 of 2020 brings significant changes to various aspects of employment, including workers' leave rights. This article aims to analyze the juridical application of leave rights after the enactment of the law, focusing on the changes that have occurred and their impact on the relationship between workers and employers. While leave rights such as annual leave, maternity leave, and sick leave are still recognized, detailed arrangements regarding the implementation of leave are left to implementing regulations or work agreements. This flexibility provides employers with advantages in workforce management, but raises concerns about potential reductions in workers' rights. The article concludes that these changes must be responded to with fair and transparent policies to maintain a balance between employers' interests and workers' welfare. The research in this paper uses a descriptive analytical research method. This method describes data from various sources, including statutory regulations, journals, and other sources from the internet concerning events that occurred in society.

This study aims to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on citizenship policies in Indonesia and explore how changes in these policies can affect citizens' rights and national sovereignty. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. A literature review is a type of research conducted by collecting and analyzing existing data or scholarly articles to address problems and understand fundamental issues. The reason for using library research is that the researcher needs data from various sources such as books and previous research journals. Using this method, the researcher identifies relevant topics aligned with the research goals and then analyzes journals and books to answer questions about how FDI significantly impacts Indonesia's economy, driving growth, job creation, and global competitiveness. However, citizenship policies related to FDI require careful attention to balance investment needs with national sovereignty. Reforming policies to simplify residency and citizenship status for foreign investors could make Indonesia a more attractive investment destination, but it might also raise concerns about the impact on the rights of native citizens and national integrity. To manage these effects, Indonesia needs to develop integrated citizenship policies, conduct regular evaluations, enhance transparency, and learn from international practices. With a careful approach, Indonesia can maximize the benefits of FDI while maintaining national interests.

The enactment of Law Number 13 of 2022, concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 12 of 2011 on the Establishment of Legislation, is a follow-up to Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 regarding the formal review of Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. However, during its formation process, Law Number 13 of 2022 can be considered as not meeting the criteria of an open cumulative law due to the Constitutional Court's decision. It is viewed as a tool to legitimize the flawed legislative process that followed the Court's ruling on Law Number 11 of 2020. The method used in this analysis is normative juridical, applying a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that the reconstruction of substantive content using the omnibus law method in Law Number 13 of 2022 does not align with regulatory governance in Indonesia, which remains characterized by overlapping regulations—both horizontally and vertically—and is irrelevant to the existing decentralization system. The establishment of a National Regulatory Agency (BRN) is proposed as a constructive solution to ensure that the quality of academic drafts, methods, and regulatory content is thoroughly examined for feasibility, thereby creating a national regulatory system that is high quality, orderly, and optimal.

Illegal mining is rife in the Halmahera area, North Maluku Province, one of which is in Roko village, West Galela District. Mining without a permit, known as PATI, certainly has a big impact, not only on state income and the preservation of environmental functions, but also triggers social conflict among residents, both between illegal miners and local residents and between fellow miners who want to control certain areas. It doesn't stop there, since the presence of PT. Halmahera Jaya Maining with its modern technology is expected to be managed in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, but the environmental situation is getting worse because it is not equipped with an AMDAL. In this research the author used Empirical Juridical Research by comparing two Legal Research methods, the juridical approach was studied based on Law Number 4 of 2009 as amended by Law Number 3 of 2021 concerning Minerals and Coal in conjunction with Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Management and Environmental Conservation, as last amended by Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, is carried out empirically. Data collection through monitoring and interviews with residents of Roko Village on behalf of Etus Pali. In studies and field studies, it was found that residents were worried about the presence of PT HJM and illegal mining carried out by residents without permission, which had an impact on the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out integrated supervision and law enforcement by related parties against companies that ignore legal provisions and socialization and advocacy needs to be provided to illegal miners.
