In addition to personal selling, Adhiwangsa Hotel and Convention Solo also utilized other IMC tools such as direct marketing, public relations, and digital marketing to maximize the effectiveness of their promotional efforts for the "So Kiss Me 2024" event. The hotel leveraged its existing customer database to send personalized invitations and promotions through WhatsApp, which proved to be an effective channel for engaging with customers directly. Social media platforms were also used to create awareness and drive attendance, with consistent messaging across all channels to maintain a unified brand voice. Furthermore, the hotel emphasized the importance of building strong relationships with its customers by maintaining regular communication. This strategy helped foster trust and loyalty, as customers felt valued and personally attended to. The event was promoted not only through traditional marketing tools but also through word-of-mouth, leveraging employees' personal networks to spread the message. The study also highlights the role of digital marketing tools in enhancing the reach of the hotel's communication efforts. By utilizing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, Adhiwangsa Hotel was able to reach a broader audience, particularly among younger consumers who are more active on social media. These platforms allowed for real-time updates, engagement, and interaction with potential customers, making the event more dynamic and accessible. This study discusses how the application of media wealth by MTA TV's public relations in delivering da’wah messages through Instagram flyers on @mtatv_official in the period of 2021-2025. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, focusing on denotation, connotation, and myths. The findings reveal that MTA TV has effectively implemented four key elements of media wealth—signal diversity, language variations, personal sources, and regardless—through its use of Instagram flyers. These elements are designed to enhance the communication process, making the messages more engaging and accessible to the audience. The da’wah messages conveyed through the flyers are interpreted by the audience in three primary categories: invitation (76.67%), motivation (16.67%), and solidarity (6.67%). The majority of the audience interprets the messages as invitations to join or engage in religious activities, highlighting the importance of outreach and engagement in MTA TV's approach. The motivational aspect encourages positive actions and attitudes towards religious teachings, while solidarity, though less prevalent, emphasizes the sense of community and support within the Muslim audience. The use of media wealth on social media platforms like Instagram is shown to increase the effectiveness of da’wah messages by making them more visually appealing, interactive, and relatable to a wide audience. This study suggests that employing rich media content, such as Instagram flyers, can play a vital role in enhancing the reach and impact of religious communication. It also underscores the importance of understanding the semiotic elements in shaping how messages are interpreted by different segments of the audience, making it a valuable tool for religious organizations aiming to modernize their communication strategies.

A wedding is an important event in a person's life that requires various careful preparations, one of which is sending invitations to guests. This research aims to create an Android-based wedding invitation booking application that utilizes Augmented Reality (AR) technology with a Design Thinking approach. This approach includes five main stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing, to ensure that the developed application is truly in accordance with the needs and expectations of users. With AR technology, users can view and interact directly with virtual invitations through digital devices such as smartphones, which provides a more engaging, interactive, and modern visual experience than conventional physical invitations. The app's key features include invitation design selection, content customization (name, location, date, and couple's photo), as well as simulated invitation display with three-dimensional effects via AR. The app also allows users to store, share, and place orders directly through an integrated system. The results of the evaluation conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method showed a score of 75.3. This score indicates that the app has a good usability level and is positively received by the majority of respondents. In addition, this application is considered to be able to increase efficiency in the invitation ordering process and provide a more modern and personal impression to users and invited guests. The conclusion of this study is that AR-based wedding invitation booking apps not only serve as a practical tool, but also become digital innovations that enrich the user experience in modern weddings. This research is expected to make a real contribution to the development of creative information technology and inspire other developers to create similar solutions that are innovative, efficient, and relevant to the needs of the times.

This article examines the prohibition of gambling from the perspective of the Hadith narrated by Bukhari No. 5787 and its relevance to the practice of online gambling in the digital era. The study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods focusing on the analysis of hadith texts and Indonesian positive law, particularly Article 27 Paragraph (2) of Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). The findings reveal that online gambling has destructive impacts on individual morality, family resilience, and the economic stability of society. Bukhari’s Hadith strictly forbids all forms of gambling, including invitations to gamble, and offers charity as an alternative act of purification. Although Indonesian positive law regulates online gambling prohibition, challenges remain in its effective enforcement. This article highlights the need for a synergistic approach between religious normative values and state law enforcement to address the phenomenon of online gambling comprehensively.

This interpretation discusses Zephaniah 2:1-3 with the aim of revealing the main message of the passage and how its meaning can be applied to contemporary life. This verse contains God's invitation to His people to immediately gather and repent before His wrath comes. The method used in this interpretation is a historical and contextual approach, by tracing the background of Zephaniah's time, the meaning of key words in the text, and their relationship to modern life. The results of the interpretation show that Zephaniah invites the people to seek God, live a life of justice, and be humble. This is not only a call for the Israelites at that time, but also a warning for modern humans who live in a situation of moral crisis, disaster, and social chaos. This verse invites everyone not to delay repentance, live righteously before God, and maintain good relations with others. The message is very relevant to modern life which often forgets spiritual values and social justice.

This study investigates directive speech acts in Chapter 1 of the Japanese manga *Dandadan*, focusing on how characters use language to influence others’ behavior. The objective is to classify the types of directive utterances and analyze their pragmatic functions based on the speaker and context. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using pragmatic theory to analyze speech data taken directly from dialogue panels. The analysis identified nine instances of directive speech acts, which include commands, prohibitions, invitations, and requests. Ayase Momo emerges as the character who produces the most directive utterances, predominantly in the form of commands and prohibitions, indicating her dominant and assertive communication style. Okarun, in contrast, tends to use polite requests and prohibitions, suggesting a more cautious and respectful approach. The findings reveal that the types of directive speech acts used are closely related to each character’s personality and the emotional context of the scene. These results underscore the role of speech acts in character development and narrative dynamics within manga. The study’s implication lies in showing how linguistic choices in manga dialogue reflect interpersonal power relations and emotional intensity. Future research is encouraged to explore directive speech acts across multiple chapters for broader insights.

The quote "We Must Be Old" from Fourtwnty is not just a song, but a journey within oneself. Through rich and meaningful lyrics, we are invited to reflect on life and the process of growing old. Like poetry that is pleasant to listen to, but also makes us think deeply. His choice of words is topnotch. "White hair", "creased forehead", and "low energy" describe the aging process that we all experience. These straightforward and touching words make us look back, look at the journey of our lives, and think about how precious the passing of time is. Apart from word choice, these lyrics are also good at playing with language styles. There are similes like "steps that used to be nimble, now are limping" and personifications like "time keeps turning around." This style of language not only makes the lyrics cute, but also reminds us that aging is a natural thing and we must accept it gracefully. The lyrics are neatly arranged and the sentences vary in length. There are short sentences that are catchy, there are also long sentences that are full of meaning. This combination makes the song enjoyable to follow and the moral message is even more touching to the heart. "We Must Be Old" is more than just a song. This is Fourtwnty's invitation to make us reflect on the meaning of life, accept aging, and understand how precious time is. Every second is precious and will never come back again.
