Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. Interpersonal communication is a scientific discipline that is seen as capable of realizing a person's mental health, because within the scope of its study, interpersonal communication is dialogical in nature. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. The process of providing health information can be done using promotional media. The implementation of mental health promotion aims to be an important step in conveying a knowledge base that often arises so that it can be used in the form of effective practice in a regulation. Integrating improvement, prevention and management related to mental health problems will be very helpful in avoiding death, reducing the stigma associated with it. attached to someone with mental disorders and improve the economic conditions of society.

Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior by society towards a person which results in victims. Bullying also often occurs, especially among school children. Factors that cause bullying behavior in society or at school include personality factors, interpersonal communication between children and their parents (parenting patterns), the role of peer groups and school climate. This research is descriptive research, aiming to determine the factors that cause bullying behavior in society, especially what often occurs among school children

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.  

Communication is the most important but also complex aspect of human life. Humans are greatly influenced by the communication they do with other humans, both those they already know and those they don't know at all. The problem encountered at MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti is that there are still many communication barriers that occur within the school environment. This can be seen based on the observations that the researchers made which illustrated that many students were shy about expressing opinions, students hesitated in starting a conversation, felt uncomfortable when asking for help from friends or teachers to clarify subjects that were not understood, always being alone, not wanting to join with other friends and many more problems that arise in the MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti school environment. Communication barriers are very interesting to study because of the importance of communication between students and teachers so that learning that takes place can be more accepted by all students because there is no longer a sense of passivity between students and teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out what communication barriers occur between students and teachers at MTs Al-Azhar Sei Siarti school. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative methods, namely analyzing by describing the subject and research object based on the phenomena that occur in the field. While the data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis techniques.The conclusion in this study is that there are communication barriers between students and teachers in the aspects of mechanical barriers, semantic barriers and ecological barriers.

A shift in the role of living by the head of the family or a husband is replaced by a wife who works as a Women's Working Power (TKW) abroad. Although the progress of communication technology is so rapid as the media is the point of the problem is to manage communication and relationships to stay harmonious. The research study was conducted out at the Bulugunung village, district of Plaosan, Magetan. The research methodology used is field research applying qualitative research methods. Qualitative methods produce descriptive data with data collection techniques such as observations and interviews. The results that follow are the study’s conclusion. (1) The condition of couples with long-distance marriages in communicating, (2) the way the couples take advantage of the supporting and hindering factors of distance communication, and (3) the distance interpersonal communication patterns between spouses inining distance marital relationships. Collaboration and mutual trust are the key to the harmony of relationships and communication of distant married couples.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

Analisis penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil menemukan komunikasi yang ada dalam pelayanan Kesehatan, antara pasien dengan tim medis dan antara tim medis dengan tim medis di pelayanan kesehatan.   Komunikasi terapeutik mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan memberikan ketenangan pasien beserta keluarga. Komunikasi Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation (SBAR) yang baik, meningkatkan motivasi kerja tim medis dan membangun kekompakan kerja tim medis.  Implikasi penelitian ini, dasar pengembangan metode komunikasi di pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The role of communication is very important for social life, because basically communication is a basic human activity and is a dynamic transactional process that influences behavior. According to communication experts, there are many forms of communication such as interpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication, organizational communication, and others. Based on temporary observations in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency, there are several children with disabilities. These disabled children experience mental retardation, growth and development and speech disabilities, hearing impairments, and physical disabilities, so they are quite slow, making communication less slow, compared to normal children in general. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Their attitudes and behavior are not as cheerful as children in general and they also have difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. From this problem, researchers are interested in researching "Communication Patterns of Mothers and Children with Disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency." The results of this research are that the communication patterns of mothers and children with disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency are quite good, although a little passive. in carrying out this communication pattern. Because communication must be done with body language, be patient, speak with a loud voice and slow intonation and speak by repeating words. Apart from that, when a child with a disability is angry if the child's wishes are not followed, the mother must speak patiently because the mother must try to understand what the child means and learn about what the child with a disability wants.

Human Resource Management (HR) is recognized as an important global issue in the competitive arena in the era of globalization. It is undeniable that many problems that arise in the development and competition of companies are human-rooted By taking a sample of 72 teachers at SMKN 3 Kediri using correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis concluded: 1) The work environment has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 2) Work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 3) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 3 Kediri. 4) Simultaneously it is known that there is a significant influence between work environment, work stress, and interpersonal communication on teacher performance at SMKN 3 kediri.

In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh terhadap profesionalisme, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan interpersonal communication terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasional. Studi ini dilakukan di Bappeda Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Bappeda Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 66 sampel responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi jalur path, dengan alat statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan: (1) profesionalisme berdampak pada komitmen organisasional yang akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; (2)  interpersonal communication berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) interpersonal communication meningkatkan komitmen organisasional yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai; (4) profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (5) kualitas sumberdaya manusia tidak berpengaruh baik terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun kinerja pegawai.

Online game addiction is a type of addiction caused by internet technology. The internet can cause addiction, one of which is Computer Game Addiction (playing games excessively). Online games are part of the internet that are frequently visited and are very popular and can cause addiction that has a very high intensity. The research objective of the problems to be achieved through this research is to find out the factors that cause teenagers to be addicted to playing online games in Orong Bawa Village. The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely describing data as it is and explaining data or events with qualitative explanations, expressed through qualitative methods. From the results the researchers analyzed that in this study there were also the author can draw the conclusion that there are several young informants in Deisa Orong Bawa Utan District who can be an illustration based on the theory used by researchers as a reference, namely where to use intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication and group communication. The addiction factor for playing online games is influenced by 2 factors as already explained that these factors are internal factors including self-will, feeling bored, unable to set priorities and lack of self-control and external factors include unfavorable environment, not having social relationships with people old.

Children who grow up in orphanages have the same rights as children who are in a family environment. Communication carried out by caregivers to provide motivation to foster children in terms of self-confidence. Based on this, orphanage caregivers need to carry out good communication patterns in increasing the confidence of foster children. The theory used in this study is the theory of social penetration popularized by Irwin Altman and Dalmas Taylor. This theory discusses the development of relationships through 4 stages, namely the orientation stage, the exploratory exchange stage, the affective exchange stage, and the stable exchange stage. This research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers use the constructivist paradigm, where knowledge is the result of human construction. Data collection techniques in this study through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the pattern of communication of caregivers to foster children in increasing self-confidence in the Asyiyah orphanage was a wheel pattern, and a star pattern. The relationship between caregivers and foster children goes through 4 stages, namely the orientation stage, the exploratory exchange stage, the affective exchange stage, and the stable exchange stage. Factors that influence the increase in self-confidence in foster children are environmental factors and educational factors.

The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. This is because it is the use of the internet that is currently the most popularly used by many people, apart from being something that can be categorized as something that is 'booming'. It should be underlined, with the existence of technological developments in the future, it is possible to use other network media besides the internet in e-commerce. So our thinking should not only be fixated on the mere use of internet media. Community service this time is to provide training/debriefing for students aged 13-17 years. The negative impact arising from the effectiveness of TikTok's social media has also made it impossible for them to play TikTok. Teenagers often lose track of time and neglect other work or become obsessed with the TikTok application itself. There is still a lot of content on the TikTok application that is not appropriate for teenagers to see. The positive impacts of using social media are as follows: a. Can make social media a means or media used to communicate with other users. Through this communication individuals can have a motivation to develop themselves to be better. For example, having a desire to study hard is obtained from the results of interpersonal communication with other users. b. Develop yourself by honing capacity through videos watched on social media. For example, by watching a video that has a moral message for the lives of teenagers, they should not give up in carrying out the educational process they are facing and continue to be enthusiastic and persistent in achieving all their desires. c. Can express emotions owned by teenagers through a post on social media. Apart from that, the existence of positive content on social media makes individuals have positive reinforcement to form better character or self-development. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

The purpose of this study is to find out how interpersonal communication strategies of teachers and students in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube, North Bungku District, North Morowali Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive abbreviation which aims to provide an overview of the extent of teacher and student interpersonal communication strategies in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube District. North Bungku, North Morowali Regency. The data analysis technique used is triangulation which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the interpersonal communication strategies used in PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube, among others, were a. Approach b. Storytelling, c. Play, d. Questions and Answers, e. and Lectures. Thus, interpersonal communication strategies between teachers and students in providing educational materials in teaching and learning activities at PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube are considered effective when communication planning is carried out according to obligations in accordance with the regulatory system adopted by PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube and reaches an understanding for the realization of common goals and goals..

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.
