There are three objectives in this study, namely to see the effect of company scale, liquidity and capital structure on internal financial performance. The research population took the financial data of companies or issuers of LQ-45 shares of 56 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was 36 companies with the criteria for issuing complete financial reports for the 2017-2020 period. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with the classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and test the coefficient of determination. All the results from the research show a significant effect but with different directions of the relationship. Company scale and liquidity have a positive effect on the company's internal financial performance, but capital structure has a negative and influence

The purpose of this study is to produce a design to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method. Predictions are made by analyzing the financial statements of a company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the first phase of research are in the form of a review of bankruptcy prediction analysis using secondary data from banks in Indonesia that are already on the stock exchange and have branch offices in the city of Semarang, while the second year produces an information system design that has added value from the first year to the third year. testing the system that has been designed using actual financial statement data.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

Taxes becomes very important because taxes provide a large contribution to state revenues. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, firm size, sales growth dan audit quality to tax avoidance.  The sample of this study were Indonesia Stock Exchange registered manufacture companies in 2017 until 2019 thus 213 data were used in this study. descriptive statistical test and multiple regression tests with the SPSS 26 were used to analyze the data. This study showed that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, leverage has a significant negative on tax avoidance. On the other hand, firm size, sales growth and audit quality does not affect the tax avoidance variable

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets, Return On Equity anda Deb to Equity Ratio on the value of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. When the research was conducted in November-December 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of datafrom the companies 2014-2018 financial statemens obtained from Indonesia stock exchange. The research population is LQ45 companies listed on the Indo-nesia stock exchange (IDX) from 2014-2018. The sample of this research is 13 companies, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and that meets the sample selection criteria. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Regresision Test. Retur on asset has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Return On Equity Has no Significant and Positive Effect on Firm Value. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant and positive effect on firm value

The research aims to examine and empirically analyze the presence of information content of Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and economic value added on stock returns in the study of LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population the research is the companies that are included in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015, 2016, 2017 2018, and 2019. Financial report data is obtained through access to www.idx.co.id. The number of samples used in this study were 45 samples. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. This study uses of 5%. Based on the results of this study Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Economic Value added partially and simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns with a significance value of 0.697, 0.744, 0.216 and 0.242, respectively, no significant effect on stock returns.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on corporate social responsibility. The independent variable is liquidity by measuring the current ratio and liquidity by measuring the cash ratio while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The object of research in this study is the 2019 Annual Report Award winning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The population of this study were 32 companies that won the 2019 Annual Report Award listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The research sample was selected using the method purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained as many as 14 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity variable using the current ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, the liquidity variable using the cash ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, this shows that the smaller the liquidity of a company, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be more low. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the liquidity variable using the current ratio and cash ratio measurements has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, meaning that the higher the company's liquidity, the higher the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be.

This study aims to determine whether there is empirical evidence of stock split events in accordance with trading range theory or not. The empirical study was conducted on 28 samples of spliting firm and 86 samples of non spliting firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The method used is independent t test and paired samples t test. The result of this research show there is trading range on market stock price in year 2017, 2018, and 2019; and also shown by trading volume stock.

The biggest source of state income from taxes. Indonesian government keep continuously increase the national income through taxes. The research examines how profitability, leverage, independent commissioners and the influence of institusional ownership. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 58 manufacturing companie. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study aimed to examine the tax aggressiveness through the components of financial ratios namely liquidity, leverage, profitability, and corporate size in manufacturing companies of consumer goods sub-impurities on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The selection of samples uses proposive sampling with the criteria of consumer goods subsector companies that report complete finances and companies earn profits. Based on these criteria, a sample of 98 observations was obtained. Analytical techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity negatively affects tax aggressiveness, leverage negatively affects tax aggressiveness, profitability positively affects tax aggressiveness, and corporate size negatively affects tax aggressiveness. This study aims to analyze the determinants of capital structure in manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is taken from the financial statements of manufacturing companies whose shares are still actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used are profitability proxied by return on equity (ROE), sales growth, asset structure, liquidity proxied by current ratio (CR), tax, business risk and capital structure proxied by debt-to-equity ratio (DER). Sampling using purposive sampling method, and data analysis using multiple regression. The results show that liquidity (current ratio) has a negative effect on capital structure at a significance of less than 1%. Meanwhile, profitability (return on equity), sales growth, asset structure, tax and business risk have no effect on capital structure.  Keywords: profitabilias, sales growth, asset structure, liquidity, tax, business risk, capital structur

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, capital intensity on tax aggressiveness, and moderated by company size. This study conducted in manufacturing entities listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) over the period of 2017-2019. This study used 63 manufacturing companies and 181 samples. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis(MRA) to prove the role of moderating variabel. The results show that Leverage had an effect on tax aggressivenes, whereas liquidity,capital intensity and firm size had no effect on tax aggressivenes. This study also prove that firm size weakens the relationship between leverageand tax aggressiveness, while firm size not proven as a moderating variable on the relationship between liquidity, capital intensity on tax aggressiveness. The purpose of this research is to test and prove the factors that influence the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. The variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, and liquidity as independent variables, while the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements as the dependent variable. The population in this case research is a retail trade sub-sector company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data taken is company data for the 2015-2019 period with using purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained is 7 companies. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that profitability and leverage did not affect the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, while liquidity affects the timeliness of financial statement presentation.

This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees and profitability, on the timeliness of financial reporting in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and 299 samples were obtained. The analysis used is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees have no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company growth, dividend policy and tax avoidance (study on the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 76 companies. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. The source of data in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was preceded by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination, t test and F test. In this study, the results of the analysis show that profitability has effect on firm value, liquidity has no effect on firm value, firm growth has no effect on firm value, dividend policy has effect on firm value, and tax avoidance has  effect on firm value.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial inclusion and bank profitability. The data test method is done manually, which is obtained from the Bloomberg database and the annual reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period with a total sample of 17 banks. The data from this study are included in the type of panel data and the data processing technique used is in the form of Least Square Analysis (OLS) using SPSS version 23. The results show that the amount of loans and the number of automated teller machines (ATMs) have a negative and significant effect on bank profitability. meanwhile, the number of bank branches has a positive and significant impact on the profitability of banks in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud on fraudulent financial reporting. Pentagon fraud is proxied by five variables, namely the pressure factor which is proxied by external pressure, the opportunity factor is proxied by the ineffective monitoring, the rationalization factor is proxied by the audit opinion, the competence factor is proxied by the change of directors and the arrogance factor is proxied by the dualism of positions which are hypothesized to affect the fraudulent financial reporting. Population in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. There are 36 company data with the number of observations for 4 years (2016-2019) as many as 144 research samples obtained by purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using the SPSS 26 program. Results of this study indicate that external pressures have a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring, audit opinion, change of directors and dualism of positions did not have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

This study aims to determine the relathionship between Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE),  Earning Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  to Stock Price. Population in this reseach is large tranding sub-sector food and bevarages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015 until 2018 period. Technique of sampling in this reseach using purposive sampling with a total sample based on criteria is 44. The results of the study indicate that partially Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive affect the stock price, Return On Investment (ROI) has significant negative affect the stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) has positive affect the stock price, Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant negative affect the stock price, and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  has positive affect the stock price.  Keywords: stock price, net profit margin),  return on investment, return on equity, earning per share, and dividend  per share
