This research aims to increase students' active critical thinking in Civics Learning by implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model. The subjects in this research were class X DKV students at SMKN 2 Maros with a total of 34 students, consisting of 21 male students and 13 female students. The research method used in this research is Kemmis and Mc Taggart using a classroom action research design consisting of two cycles. In this research, it is a multiple choice test which is carried out at the end of the cycle. The results of this research show that student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average score of 60 and an average percentage score of 60%, while classical completeness was 60% in the sufficient category and continued in the next cycle in the second cycle actions obtained an average of 83 .0, the average percentage score of 83.0% with classical completeness of 90% is in the very good category. The results of the data in cycle II activities have met the KKM which has been determined by student learning outcomes in PPKn learning obtained in cycle I and cycle II, showing that there has been an average increase of 30%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model can increase active critical thinking in PPKn learning for class X DKV students at SMKN 2 Maros for the 2023/2024 academic year.

It becomes particularly crucial for educators when guiding visually impaired students, necessitating the utilization of a variety of learning strategies that extend beyond the confines of sight within the classroom. To effectively achieve educational goals, teachers employ a myriad of methods to convey instructional materials. This research endeavors to scrutinize the communication strategies implemented by teachers while educating visually impaired children, delving into the intricate communication dynamics between educators and students. The study delves into the exploration of multimodal learning techniques employed by teachers to impart educational messages within the classroom setting. The results elucidate distinct phases within the learning strategies embraced by teachers, ranging from the cultivation of personal and intimate connections to the meticulous selection of teaching materials. The study sheds light on the application of multi-modal learning, encompassing auditory-kinesthetic, kinesthetic-visual, and audio-visual styles. Additionally, the research delineates stages pertaining to learning outcomes and the responses of teachers to their students.    

This research discusses efforts to introduce cognitive learning theory into the 2013 curriculum in the educational environment. Her research focus is on understanding how key principles of cognitive learning theory, including concepts such as information processing, knowledge construction, and the development of higher-order thinking skills, can be integrated into new curriculum structures. Research methods include analysis of official 2013 curriculum documents, interviews with teachers, and observation of classroom learning practices. The results show that although real efforts have been made to adopt the principles of cognitive learning theory, their implementation still faces certain challenges. Limited resources, teacher understanding of cognitive concepts, and adaptation of learning materials are several important factors that influence successful implementation. Therefore, this research provides recommendations for improving teacher training, adapting learning materials, and increasing resource support so that the 2013 curriculum more effectively achieves students' cognitive learning goals.

This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.

The aim of this research is to find out how this curriculum is implemented, in Indonesian language lessons in class VII MTs Negeri 3 Subang, how the independent curriculum is implemented. This research was conducted qualitatively and data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Project Based Learning (PBL) approach, formative evaluation and literacy improvement for students, are all used to adopt the independent curriculum. The implementation of this curriculum has resulted in increased student independence and the development of soft skills. Overall, the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Negeri 3 Subang supports student independence, facilitates critical learning, and develops Pancasila character. The obstacles faced require further attention to increase the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, although there are obstacles related to the availability of books and teacher understanding. The effectiveness of the curriculum is assessed through student self-evaluation and teacher observation. Limited resources and teachers' understanding of the curriculum are some of the obstacles. This research provides insight into the difficulties and opportunities of an independent curriculum to improve the quality of education at the secondary level.

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred. Since 2019, almost all countries in the world have experienced it. The Indonesian population is experiencing a pandemic that causes millions of people to experience difficulties, one of which is economic factors, namely in paying off debt or murabaha financing at Islamic banks and conventional banks. This is due to a decrease in daily income. If these conditions are not addressed properly, it will result in a decline in the economic growth of a country. This article aims to examine the application of the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 to the gift of restructuring murabahah financing to customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used the literature review method. In addition, this study also uses a narrative analysis method to describe the reality that occurs in the field and conducts interviews with customers and the Bank. The research study conducted in this article shows that the application of Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 during the Covid-19 pandemic can be a solution to maintain the level of economic growth in Indonesia.

This research discusses the implementation of compliance for trade service employees which is being re-implemented for the community in connection with the rise of street vendors in the South Sumatra province. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods are research methods that prioritize social phenomena and provide evidence that is socially coherent and specific in relation to the cases or phenomena that occur. The problems studied in qualitative research are relatively clearer and easier to understand because case studies prioritize real events that occur in the community. The research results show that the implementation of the level of compliance among trade service employees is still relatively lacking. This is because the trade department is still not specific and active enough to remind the public regarding the trading process within the South Sumatra provincial department which still trades anywhere. The follow-up carried out by the trade service is still relatively in the form of a warning. Apart from that, employees in the area or environment of the South Sumatra provincial trade office are still lacking in implementation regarding the prohibition on carrying out trading actions that can damage public facilities, trade on the street, fill sidewalks and also eliminate the comfort of other people regarding pedestrians.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. Sub-Holding Purpose Multi Terminal offices can provide additional management by utilizing all office functions honestly, which will help workers maximize their work day and enjoy their position more. Employees perform better at work when they are happy and satisfied. will focus on just one area or just one pier for the office. This study uses a qualitative method.

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.

This research contains the application of business combination accounting to the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the implementation of PSAK 22. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the online single submission system risk based approach at Dimas investment integrated one door service of Tanjungpinang city, based on the type of data, this research includes quantitative research, data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the online single submission risk-based approach system has gone well. This can be seen from several aspects. First, in terms of organization, PTSP has prepared an implementation team whose task is to assist businesses in the process of inputting and verifying information when errors occur. Second, in terms of interpretation, the PTSP has succeeded in directing business actors to follow the stages in OSS-RBA.. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the risk-based approach online single submission system has been successful in facilitating business actors in obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA.

Consolidated report is an important report for companies that purchase or merge from other companies. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how the implementation of PSAK 65 and tax regulations in Indonesia on the consolidated financial statements listed on the IDX. The research method used in this research is literature review of articles or previous research. The data used in this study are secondary data from articles obtained from the Google Scholar database and consolidated financial statements published on the IDX. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that every company that acquires another company has issued consolidated financial statements and implemented PSAK 65 and the existing tax regulations in Indonesia.

This research allows an automated system for detecting classified means of transportation in Medan City traffic using the YOLOv8 algorithm. The YOLOv8 algorithm is used to detect transportation objects with accuracy that is many times better than other object detection algorithms and with good accuracy after training with various data sets. The use of this algorithm provides an effective solution for handling congestion in the form of increasing the number of vehicles and less orderly traffic users in the city of Medan. The placement of each transportation object in the image to be tested by the system has an influence on the shape accuracy of the object detection results by the algorithm.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan UML sebagai alat bantu perancangan dengan implementasi Augmented Reality sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Augmented Reality merupakan sebuah konsep menggabungkan dunia maya dengan dunia nyata untuk menghasilkan informasi dari data yang diambil dari sebuah sistem pada objek nyata yang ditunjuk sehingga batas antara keduanya menjadi semakin tipis. Gardinio merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi kue di Kota Batam. Meski Gardinio telah berjalan lama adapun masalah yang dihadapi yaitu belum memanfaatkan pemasaran digital dengan baik dan masih sangat bergantung pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut (Word of Mouth). Maka tujuan implementasi program pengabdian ini adalah membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Gardinio. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Dalam pelaksanaan program ini hasil yang dikembangkan yakni pembuatan akun media sosial di Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital memberi banyak manfaat bagi UMKM Gardinio seperti meningkatkan omset penjualan, meningkatkan brand awareness, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memudahkan penyebaran promosi produk, dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya.

Waste is a problem of the environment and urban communities that until now has no solution. Waste Bank is an alternative to reduce waste production because it directly involves the community. Through this Waste Bank program not only involves the community in the implementation process but can improve the community's perspective on waste management. The implementation of this service begins with providing teaching material to the community so that they are motivated to be able to sort household waste and together form a waste bank as a means of channeling waste. The counseling with material about the importance of managing waste with waste banks and how waste banks work. The result of this training is that the community is very enthusiastic to participate in the waste management program through the clean and cash program because the clean amd cash program is considered an effective program by the community in addition to reducing the effects of environmental pollution from garbage collectors also get money exchanged to the garbage bank. This craft training also adds to the community's insight to utilize used goods into things that are valuable and can be resold.

Keilmuan ilmu hukum adalah ilmu. ciri  khas  ilmu  hukum  sebagai suatu ilmu  yang “sui  generis”. Ilmu hukum sebagai ilmu yang sui generis karena ilmu hukum memilki empat hal  yang khas atau khusus  yaitu adanya karakter normatif  ilmu hukum, terminologi ilmu hukum, lapisan ilmu hukum, dan jenis ilmu hukum. Sebagai ilmu maka keilmuan ilmu hukum mempunyai  karakter yang khas ilmu hukum. Di samping itu karena keilmuan hukum adalah ilmu maka ilmu hukum mempunyai objek yang dikajian atau objek kajian yang diselidiki.  Objek kajian yang diselidiki dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan atau studi normatif dan juga dapat dilakukan dengan studi empiris.

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk membantu membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Penerapan dan penguatan karakter peserta  didik di era modern saat ini mempunyai tantangan sendiri terkhusus untuk para guru di Indonesia. Tantangan itu juga dihadapi oleh siswa itu sendiri di era perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat dan mudah  dijangkau. Di era modern ini sebagai bangsa yang kuar harus mempunyai prinsip dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Implementasi pendidikan karakter disekolah sangat membutuhkan kompetensi guru yang bisa bersaing diera modern ini. Di era modern saat ini penerapan dan pengembangan yang terjadi di sekitar siswa. Maka dari itu kreativitas dan inovasi antara keluarga atau orang tua dan guru dilakukan di dua arah yakni memosisikan diri menjadi pendengar yang bagi anak atau siswa saat di rumah atau disekolah. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk menanamkan karakter yang tetap berpegang teguh terhadap kebudayaan dan adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia tetapi tidak tertinggal dengan kemajuan di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi yang terdiri atas empat komponen proses analisis yaitu, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.   Kata kunci :  peran orang dan lingkungan modern karakter siswa atau peserta didik guru Indonesia.

Tourism is now a sector that is experiencing rapid growth supported by developments in information and communication technology. One of the potential tourism destinations in Palembang is the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. However, marketing is still less than optimal. This research aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing in increasing tourist visits to the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. Through a qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results show that digital marketing plays an important role in increasing the visibility of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest in the eyes of the public, especially the younger generation. Social media content strategies, promotion through influencers, and search engine optimization (SEO) are implemented to increase brand awareness and visits. Obstacles such as lack of resources and training become obstacles in its implementation. However, with cooperation between stakeholders and the use of appropriate technology, the potential of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest as a leading tourist destination in Palembang can be achieved. The implementation of digital marketing in tourism marketing for the "Punti Kayu" City Forest shows that technological adaptation in the tourism sector is a necessity in the current digital era.
